Abstract

[0001] The field of the invention is that of logistics. More precisely, the invention relates to a package, also called a packaging means, i.e. a container, for the transport of objects between two destinations.

[0002] To transport an object safely, packages such as boxes made of plastic materials and cardboard boxes are known.

[0003] Generally speaking, parcels consist of a box with a base and a peripheral rim which together define a storage volume in which at least one object to be transported is housed.

A parcel (1) comprising a base (20) extending between a front end (201) and a rear end (202) along a first axis (200), the parcel (1) also comprising panels (21, 22, 23, 3) including: - a front panel (21) pivotally mounted on the front end (201) of the base (20); - a rear panel (22) pivotally mounted on the rear end (202) of the base (20); - side panels (23) pivotally mounted on the base (20); - a lid (3) pivotally mounted on one of the front panel (21) or of the rear panel (22); the parcel (1) being foldable between: - a use configuration in which the base (20), the front panel (21), the rear panel (22) and the side panels (23) form a case (2) defining a stowage volume, and in which the lid (3) may close off the stowage volume; - a flat configuration in which the panels (21, 22, 23, 3) extend substantially parallel to the base (20); with, in the flat configuration of the parcel (1): - the side panels (23) are in a position folded back against the base (20); - one of the front panel (21) and of the rear panel (22) is in a position folded back against the base (20), overlapping the side panels (23), and the other of the front panel (21) and of the rear panel (22) is in a position pivoted in the extension of the base (20); - the lid (3) is in a position folded back against the base (20), overlapping the side panels (23); characterized in that the parcel (1) comprises anchors between the base (20) and at least one of the panels (21, 22, 23, 3), each anchor exerting, in the flat configuration of the parcel (1), a holding force in its position folded back against the base (20) of said at least one of the panels (21, 22, 23, 3), the anchors comprising: - at least a first anchor (41, 42) in the vicinity of the front end (201) of the base (20); - at least a second anchor (51, 52) in the vicinity of the rear end (202) of the base (20); the first anchor(s) (41, 42) being spaced from the second anchor(s) (51, 52) along the first axis (200).

The parcel (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the base (20) comprises two lateral ends (203) on which the side panels (23) are pivotally mounted, and in that it comprises: - two first anchors (41, 42) distributed respectively in the vicinity of each lateral end (203) of the base (20), at the same length along the first axis (200); - two second anchors (51, 52) distributed respectively in the vicinity of each lateral end (203) of the base (20), at the same length along the first axis (200).

The parcel (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lid (3) is pivotally mounted on the rear panel (22), one of the lid (3) or of the front panel (21) having: - a first portion (411, 421) of the or each first anchor (41, 42), the base (20) having a second portion (412, 422) of the or each first anchor (41, 42) complementary to the first portion(s) (411, 421); - a holding member (6) by overlapping of the other of the lid (3) or of the front panel (21); and in that, in the flat configuration of the parcel (1), the holding element (6) blocks said other of the lid (3) or of the front panel (21) in its position folded back against the base (20).

4. The parcel (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first anchor(s) (41, 42) and / or the second anchor(s) (51, 52) are of the type actuatable by clipping, a switching of the parcel (1) in its flat configuration may cause the clipping of said anchor(s).

The parcel (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that it comprises a locking mechanism including at least one actuator (7) movable between: - a locking position in which, in the flat configuration of the parcel, the first anchor(s) (41, 42), and / or the second anchor(s) (51, 52), called lockable anchor(s), are locked, and - an unlocking position in which the lockable anchor(s) are inoperative.

6. The parcel (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the locking mechanism comprises means for elastically returning the actuator(s) (7) tending to return them from their unlocking position to their locking position.

7. The parcel (1) according to any one of claims 5 and 6, characterized in that only some of the first anchors (41, 42) or of the second anchors (51, 52) are lockable anchors, the others of the first anchors (41, 42) or of the second anchors (51, 52) being forcibly unclippable.

The parcel (1) according to any one of claims 5 and 6, characterized in that only some of the first anchors (41, 42) or of the second anchors (51, 52) are lockable anchors, the others of the first anchors (41, 42) or of the second anchors (51, 52) being detachable by means of a pivoting of the panel (21, 22) located in a position folded back in the extension of the base (20) beyond this position folded back in the extension of the base (20).
