Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a door device for the interior of a rail vehicle with at least one sliding door with at least one door leaf.
[0002] Interior doors on rail vehicles are often used to divide passenger areas.
[0003] Due to limited space in the interior of rail vehicles, only swing doors can usually be used to achieve the required opening width, but these require a door opening space. Sliding doors do not require this space. However, they require twice the opening width of the door to slide the door panels. However, due to sloping ceilings or other structural restrictions, sliding doors can often only accommodate narrow door panels, resulting in narrow opening widths.
[0004] WO 2021 / 239366 A1 now teaches a door device for the interior of a rail vehicle with at least one double-leaf sliding door.
[0005] WO 2014 / 106581 A1 discloses a door device of a rail vehicle with an external sliding door having a cutout in a lower region of a door leaf, which cutout is closed by a folded-in folding step in a closed position of the external sliding door.
[0006] FR 2 397 299 A1 concerns a door device arranged in the interior of a caravan.
[0007] This has two sliding door leaves, each of which has a cutout in the area of its rear secondary closing edges for receiving a fixed component of the rail vehicle in an open position, with covers rotatably arranged on the door leaves, which cover the cutout when the sliding door is in a closed position.
[0008] The invention is based on the task of further optimizing the use of space.
[0009] The problem is solved by the subject matter of independent patent claim 1. Further developments and refinements of the invention can be found in the features of the dependent patent claims.
[0010] A door device according to the invention for a rail vehicle, in particular for an interior of the rail vehicle, comprises at least one sliding door with at least one door leaf, wherein the at least one door leaf has a cutout in the region of a secondary closing edge of the at least one door leaf for receiving a fixed component of the rail vehicle in an open position of the sliding door, wherein a cover is movably arranged on the at least one door leaf and covers the cutout in a closed position of the sliding door. According to the invention, the movable cover is slidably arranged on the door leaf.
[0011] A door device according to the invention is particularly suitable for the interior of a rail vehicle for passenger transport. The interior of a rail vehicle is delimited on the outside by a ceiling, two side walls and a floor. An interior door serves to divide the interior and thus to separate a first part of the interior, for example a passenger area, from a second part, for example a passageway or an entry area. Single or double-leaf sliding doors can also be used for this purpose. The sliding door is in particular an interior sliding door. According to one embodiment, it can be designed with a single leaf, i.e. it has exactly one sliding door panel. The door panel, also called a door wing, can be vertically aligned as intended and can be moved in the transverse direction of the vehicle.
[0012] Furthermore, the invention relates to a passenger transport vehicle, in particular a track-bound vehicle, for example a rail vehicle, in particular for public transport, comprising at least one door device according to the invention. The door device is provided in particular in an interior of the public transport vehicle between two interior parts, for example to separate two passenger compartments. The door device then functions as an interior door. The door leaf plane runs, for example, vertically in the transverse direction of the vehicle. The door leaf or leaves can then be moved in the transverse direction of the vehicle.
[0013] The cutout in the door leaf is located in particular in the area of a secondary closing edge opposite the main closing edge. The main closing edge of the door leaf is the closing edge whose distance from the parallel counter-closing edge of a door frame determines the opening width of the door device. The rear secondary closing edge of the door leaf is opposite the main closing edge and runs in particular parallel to it. A lower secondary closing edge closes the door leaf in the intended direction downwards, an upper secondary closing edge closes the door leaf in the intended direction upwards. For example, the cutout in the door leaf affects both the rear secondary closing edge of the door leaf and the lower and / or upper secondary closing edge.
[0014] The cutout is used to accommodate a fixed component of the rail vehicle when the sliding door is in the open position, i.e., when the door leaf is slid open. For example, a sloping ceiling area or a beam can be accommodated as a fixed component of the rail vehicle in an upper area of the door leaf, or a base or other frame part can be accommodated as a fixed component of the rail vehicle in a lower area of the door leaf.
[0015] The fixed component of the rail vehicle then does not block the sliding door from opening completely. The required opening width of the sliding door is possible despite the fixed component of the rail vehicle. The installation of a sliding door does not have to be dispensed with, regardless of the tighter installation space.
[0016] The movable cover for the cutout in the door leaf is movably arranged on the door leaf and designed such that it covers the cutout in the door leaf, in particular completely, when the sliding door is in the closed position. Likewise, the cover for the cutout in the door leaf is movably arranged on the door leaf such that it exposes the cutout in an open position of the sliding door to accommodate the fixed component of the rail vehicle. The movable cover for the cutout in the door leaf is at least partially moved away from the cutout in the door leaf in the open position of the sliding door to accommodate the fixed component of the rail vehicle. This can be achieved by various mechanisms, as explained further below.
[0017] The movable cover enables the use of a sliding door even in tight spaces. When the sliding door is opened from the closed position to the open position, it is moved away from the cutout, so that when the sliding door is open, it clears the cutout to accommodate the fixed component of the rail vehicle. This could also be referred to as an open state of the movable cover. When the sliding door is closed from the open position, the movable cover is again moved in front of or over the cutout in the door leaf, so that it covers it when the sliding door is closed. When the sliding door is closed, the cover is positioned completely in front of or over the cutout. The cover is in the closed position. This prevents the cutout from being visible from the outside. This can also be blocked by the cover, e.g.sealed against draughts.
[0018] When the sliding door is in its closed position, the cover is preferably aligned parallel to the door leaf. Furthermore, it is advantageously moved in a plane parallel to the door leaf. It is then designed and arranged on the door leaf accordingly. For example, it is arranged parallel to the plane of the door leaf, in or above the door leaf, and can be moved on it. The movement occurs in particular in a direction parallel to an upper or lower secondary closing edge of the sliding door – i.e., in a horizontal direction in the intended installation position of the sliding door and thus also in, or in particular, opposite to, the direction of movement of the door leaf of the sliding door.
[0019] According to a further development, the cover partially covers the door leaf when the sliding door is open. The cover is moved over the door leaf.
[0020] According to a further development, the door leaf covers the cover in sections when the sliding door is in the open position. The cover is moved into the door leaf. For this purpose, the door leaf can have a corresponding cavity into which the cover is pushed. The door leaf conceals the pushed-in cover on both sides. The door leaf can also have a one-sided stepped recess in which the cover is received when the sliding door is in the open position. The recess creates, for example, a shoulder in the door leaf that is open towards the rear secondary closing edge and the upper or lower secondary closing edge. The door leaf and the cover received in the recess simultaneously overlap each other at least partially on one side. The recess can in particular be shaped complementarily to the cover, so that the cover runs flush with the surface of the door leaf when received in the recess.
[0021] According to a further development, the cover is pre-tensioned against the door leaf. For example, the door device comprises a compression spring between the door leaf and the cover. The pre-tension, for example due to the compression spring, causes the cover to move without any further external force acting on the cover from the open state of the cover, in which it exposes the cutout in an open position of the sliding door to accommodate the fixed component of the rail vehicle, in particular in the open position of the sliding door, to the closed state of the cover, in which the cover covers the cutout in the door leaf, in particular in the closed position of the sliding door.A movement of the cover from the closed position, for example when the sliding door is closed, to the open state, for example when the sliding door is open, therefore requires a restoring force applied to the cover from the outside to overcome the preload. This restoring force can be introduced into the cover via the fixed component of the rail vehicle. It is applied by a force acting on the door leaf to open the sliding door from the closed position to the open position. This force to open the sliding door can be applied to the door leaf manually or by a door drive, for example electric or pneumatic. According to one embodiment, the door device has a suitable door drive. This is dimensioned sufficiently strong to move the door leaf and overcome the preload, especially the spring preload.
[0022] In a further development, the door device comprises a, in particular mechanical, locking element, which is arranged in particular on the door leaf and which blocks movement of the cover in the closed position of the sliding door.
[0023] The movable cover is thus locked in the closed position of the sliding door. This prevents the cover from moving when the sliding door is closed.
[0024] According to a further development, the door leaf can have at least one guide rail in the region of the cutout, by means of which the cover is slidably arranged on the door leaf. The guide rail is arranged parallel to the plane of the door leaf and serves to guide the slidable cover. The cover can be displaced along the guide rail. The guide rail can be designed as a straight guide, in particular as a linear guide, and in a further development comprises at least one sliding or running body guided along the at least one guide rail. The guide rails can be designed as profiled rails and the sliding or running bodies as bushings. Advantageously, at least one roller carriage is used as the running body. However, the guide rails can also be designed as open hollow rails with internally mounted rollers as the running body.
[0025] A further development provides that the door leaf comprises a doorstop which is displaceable linearly relative to the door leaf, which doorstop is designed to engage with a stop of a fixed component of the rail vehicle, at least in the open position of the sliding door, wherein the doorstop is pre-tensioned against the door leaf in such a way that it is displaced away from the door leaf in the closed position of the sliding door and displaced towards the door leaf in the open position of the sliding door while engaging with the stop, wherein it is designed to release the locking element upon displacement towards the door leaf. The doorstop which is displaceable linearly relative to the door leaf is mounted displaceably, for example, in a groove or in a cavity in the door leaf. In the closed position of the sliding door, it is, due to the pre-tension against the door leaf, e.g.It is pushed out of the door leaf by a compression spring and, when the sliding door is open, pushed into the door leaf by contact with the stop of a fixed component of the rail vehicle. As it slides into the door leaf, it releases the locking element, allowing the cover to move. For example, the locking element is wedge-shaped and vertically displaceable against the door leaf, in particular pre-tensioned by means of a compression spring, and the doorstop is rod-shaped with a wedge-shaped tip which interacts with the wedge-shaped locking element in such a way that when the doorstop is pushed out, the locking element is released and, in particular due to the pre-tension, is moved towards the cover and rests against a stop on the cover for the locking element and thus blocks movement of the cover and when the doorstop is pushed in, the wedge-shaped tip of the doorstop initially moves the wedge-shaped locking element away from the cover, in particular against the pre-tension, and thus releases movement of the cover and the doorstop blocks movement of the locking element towards the cover.
[0026] According to one embodiment, the cutout is arranged in the region of the rear and lower secondary closing edge of the door leaf for receiving a fixed base of the rail vehicle in an open position of the sliding door, wherein the movable cover is arranged displaceably on the door leaf such that it covers the cutout, in particular completely, in a closed position of the sliding door and, in an open position of the sliding door, releases the cutout for receiving the fixed component of the rail vehicle. In the open position of the sliding door, the displaceable cover is displaced away from the cutout for receiving the base, in particular parallel to the lower secondary closing edge of the door leaf, for example into a cavity in the door leaf or via a stepped recess in the door leaf.
[0027] According to a further development, the fixed component of the rail vehicle, such as the base, can also be part of the door device. For example, it can be part of a frame of the door device.
[0028] The cutout in the door leaf is further developed to complement the fixed component of the rail vehicle, for example the base.
[0029] The base can include the stop for the doorstop.
[0030] Furthermore, the door device can have a guide rail for linearly guiding the door leaf, which guide rail is arranged, for example, in the floor or ceiling of the rail vehicle. The guide rail is designed to guide the sliding cover. The sliding cover is then also designed to be guided by the guide rail.
[0031] The invention permits numerous embodiments. It is explained in more detail with reference to the following figures, each of which illustrates an exemplary embodiment. Identical elements in the figures are provided with the same reference numerals. Fig. 1 shows schematically a door device according to the invention with a sliding door leaf in the closed position, Fig. 2 shows schematically the door device from Fig. 1 with the sliding door leaf in the open position, Fig. 3 shows schematically a section of the door device from Fig. 1 in partial section, Fig. 4 shows schematically a section of the door device from Fig. 2 in partial section.
[0032] In Fig. 1A door device according to the invention is schematically shown in the closed position. The door device comprises an interior sliding door for a rail vehicle for dividing the interior of the rail vehicle, with at least one door leaf 1 that can be moved transversely to the direction of travel of the rail vehicle.
[0033] The door leaf 1 has, in an area of a rear secondary closing edge 12 and a lower secondary closing edge 12 of the door leaf 1, a cover 2 which is displaceable relative to the door leaf 1 and which, in the closed position of the sliding door illustrated here, covers a cutout in the door leaf 1 for receiving a fixed component of the rail vehicle, here a base 3, in an open position of the sliding door.
[0034] In addition, a doorstop 5 of the sliding door, which can be moved relative to the door leaf 1, and a stop 13 for the doorstop 5 on the base 3 can be seen, as well as an upper guide rail 8 for guiding the door leaf 1 in the ceiling area of the rail vehicle and a counter-closing edge 14 of a door frame of the rail vehicle, which is parallel to a main closing edge 9 of the door leaf 1. In addition to the upper guide rail 8 for guiding the door leaf 1 in the ceiling area, a lower guide rail 7 can also be provided for guiding the door leaf 1 in the floor 19 of the rail vehicle. The lower guide rail 7 for guiding the door leaf 1 in the floor 19 of the rail vehicle can simultaneously also serve to guide the movable cover 2. Cover 2 and door leaf 1 are then designed accordingly in the area of their respective lower edges, in particular complementarily, to the lower guide rail 7.The doorstop 5 is extended in the closed position of the sliding door and protrudes significantly beyond the rear secondary closing edge 12 of the door leaf 1. Base 3 including stop 13, lower and upper guide rails 7 and 8, and counter-closing edge 14 are fixed components of the rail vehicle, but can be considered as part of the door device.
[0035] Fig. 2 now shows the sliding door according to Fig. 1 in the open position. The doorstop 5 rests against the stop 13 and is retracted into the door leaf 1. The cover 2 is also moved into the door leaf 1, exposing the cutout in the door leaf 1 to accommodate the base 3. The door leaf 1 has corresponding cavities to accommodate the doorstop 5 and the cover 2.
[0036] In the Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 Detailed views of the lower rear section of door leaf 1 are now sketched in partial section. Fig. 3illustrates the cover 2 in the closed state, with the sliding door closed, as well as the doorstop 5 in the extended position and the locking element 4 thereby blocking it. The cover 2 covers the cutout in the door leaf 1 for receiving the base. The cover 2 is mounted on its underside, like the door leaf 1, in the lower guide rail 7. In addition, the cover 2 is mounted in the upper area on a guide rail 6 on the door leaf 1. This allows the cover 2 to be moved in the plane of the door leaf 1, in the opening and closing direction of the sliding door. The cover 2 is pre-tensioned against the door leaf 1, for example by means of a mechanical compression spring (not shown) or by means of an electric or pneumatic actuator. This moves the cover 2 from the open state to the closed state, provided that no other external forces act on the cover 2 that oppose this movement. When the sliding door is opened, the door leaf 1 is moved manually, pneumatically, or electrically from the closed position to the open position. The fixed base 3 comes into contact with the cover 2, and with the locking element 4 released, the cover 2 is moved into the door leaf 1 against the aforementioned preload into its open position, so that the cover 2 clears the cutout for receiving the fixed base 3 of the rail vehicle. The base 3 is, as shown in . Fig. 4 shown, taken through the cutout in door leaf 1.
[0037] The locking element 4 is released during this displacement of the door leaf 1 from the closed position to the open position as follows. First, the partially wedge-shaped locking element 4 is preloaded against the door leaf 1 by means of a compression spring (not shown), so that, free from further external forces, it blocks any displacement of the cover 2 in the closed state, for example, by abutting a stop on the cover 2 or, as here, by blocking a sliding element 16 of the cover 2 from moving along the guide rail 6.
[0038] When the sliding door is opened, the doorstop 5, which is also pre-tensioned against the door leaf 1 by means of a compression spring 18, comes into contact with the stop 13 of the base 3, whereby the doorstop 5 is pushed into the door leaf 1 against the pre-tension. The force for this is again applied manually, pneumatically or electrically by the force acting on the door leaf 1 to open the sliding door and is introduced into the doorstop 5 via the stop 13 of the base 3. Through its wedge-shaped tip 15, the doorstop 5 comes into contact with the locking element 4 and drives this, against its pre-tension, into the door leaf 1, thereby releasing the cover 2.
[0039] The doorstop 5 here has a pin 17, which is guided in a groove in the door leaf 1. If the pin 17 comes into contact with the groove ends and thus with the door leaf 1, further movement of the doorstop 5 out of the door leaf 1 or into the door leaf 1 is blocked.
