Abstract

The present invention relates in particular to a freight wagon (1), e.g. in the form of a double pocket wagon (1), with a head piece (12) at a front end of the freight wagon (1), an end piece (13) at a rear end of the freight wagon (1), and two longitudinal beams (11.1, 11.2) extending between the head piece (12) and the end piece (13), wherein a trough (2) for cargo is provided, defining a trough loading area (20), and the longitudinal beams (11.1, 11.2) define a pocket (10) into which the trough (2) is inserted. According to a first aspect, fastening elements (110a, 110b) for the trough (2) are provided on the longitudinal beams (11.1, 11.2), which define a loading position for the trough (2) in the pocket (10) of the freight wagon (1).
