Description

Technical field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a device for dispensing product at the base of hair shafts and / or on the scalp. It applies to the field of hairdressing, in particular for hair coloring, as well as to the field of dermatology, in particular for the treatment of the scalp. State of the art

[0002] In both hairdressing and dermatology, it is common practice to prepare a product in a container and then manually apply it to the base of the hair shafts, the hair roots, or the scalp.

[0003] Manual application is generally carried out using a classic method consisting of using a comb to separate the hair and then applying the product with a brush. These actions are then repeated over the entire head of hair, or at least over the entire area to be treated.

[0004] For each product, there are generally usage instructions to follow for optimal results and safe use. These instructions may include, for example, a waiting time, a uniform and even application, or even a targeted application only on the regrowth, avoiding application on the lengths of hair.

[0005] In the field of coloring, failure to follow instructions can lead to aesthetic degradation of the hair, on the one hand, by damaging the hair that undergoes repeated coloring. On the other hand, the coloring result may not be of good quality, because a demarcation may appear between the color of the newly colored regrowth, whose final shade will be lighter, and the color of the lengths already colored, whose shade will be darker if these lengths are covered with several successive colorings.

[0006] In the field of dermatology, failure to follow application instructions can, on the one hand, reduce the effectiveness of a medical treatment, if for example the product does not reach an area of the scalp to be treated, and on the other hand, lead to medical complications, caused for example by leaving the product on for too long.

[0007] The classic method of manually applying product to the base of the hair shafts and / or scalp is time-consuming and requires good dexterity. This method makes it difficult to strictly follow instructions for use for both hairdressing and dermatological products.

[0008] For hairdressing professionals, manually applying a coloring product to all the roots of a head of hair requires at least fifteen minutes of work and offers little added value.

[0009] For individuals carrying out this same operation at home, it is common to buy a product in a store and then apply it to all or part of the length of the hair, because it is difficult to stick to the roots alone.

[0010] None of these prior art solutions allow for the precise and rapid distribution of a product directly to the hair roots and / or onto the scalp.

[0011] We know the international patent application WO 2020 / 142784 A1 which discloses a liquid hair product dispenser that deposits the product into the hair by pressing two side handles. Statement of the invention

[0012] The present invention aims to remedy all or part of these drawbacks.

[0013] To this end, according to a first aspect, the present invention relates to a device for dispensing product at the base of hair shafts and / or on the scalp of a predetermined user, which comprises: a base comprising a reservoir of the product provided with a filling cap, and an electric pump sucking the product into the reservoir and pushing it into a flexible pipe, and a housing connected to the flexible pipe, the housing whose geometry is configured to fit in the palm of a user's hand and comprising a row of assemblies having a convex distal surface for contact with the user's head, these assemblies each comprising a tooth, at least one nozzle and at least one applicator, this tooth being configured to separate hairs down to their roots, each nozzle being configured to distribute the product onto the roots of the hairs separated by the tooth and / or onto the scalp between the hairs separated by the tooth, and each applicator being configured to spread, on the roots and / or the scalp, the product distributed by at least one nozzle, the convex distal surfaces of the assemblies all being tangent to a plane curve whose radius of curvature is equal to a radius of curvature of the user's skull, this housing further comprising a button for controlling the operation of the pump.

[0014] Thanks to these arrangements, the user only has to grasp the housing in the palm of one of his hands, position it at the edge of the face and hairstyle and then move the housing resting on his scalp, while activating the pump with the button on the housing. During this movement of the housing, the distribution assemblies slide on the scalp while following its curvature, both in the sliding direction and in its orthogonal direction. The product is thus distributed and spread evenly on the base of the hair and / or on the scalp. Each tooth / nozzle / applicator assembly makes it possible to accelerate and facilitate the distribution of product at the root of the hair and / or on the scalp, because a single continuous movement of a tooth / nozzle / applicator assembly simultaneously separates and treats a complete furrow of hair.

[0015] In embodiments, at least one assembly has a section perpendicular to the radius of curvature whose width, measured in the plane of the plane curve, is, at least in part, decreasing as a function of the distance between this section and the plane curve, this decrease creating a free housing for the hair moved apart by the tooth.

[0016] This lateral narrowing of the assemblies between the surface of the housing and the contact surface allows the hair, moved tangentially to the surface of the scalp by the tooth, to be moved away from the scalp between two assemblies and not compressed. This accommodation between two assemblies prevents the hair from remaining in contact with the scalp, in such a way that only the hair root is in contact with the dispensed product.

[0017] In embodiments, this radius of curvature is between seven centimeters and eleven centimeters. These radii of curvature correspond to the majority of adult skulls.

[0018] In embodiments, at least one applicator takes the form of a curved spatula.

[0019] In embodiments, the device comprises a second row of assemblies offset from the previous row such that the teeth of a second row are positioned between two teeth of the previous row in the direction perpendicular to the planar curve to which the contact surfaces of the assemblies of the first row are tangent. Thus, the separation of the hair is done in two stages and the roots of the hair can be in contact with the product in a more localized and finer manner.

[0020] In embodiments, the spacing between two successive assemblies whose contact surfaces are tangent to the same plane curve is between half and three-half of the width of the contact surface measured in the plane of the plane curve. These ratios ensure good distribution of the product on the hair roots.

[0021] In embodiments, the manual housing has a maximum dimension, in the plane perpendicular to the radius of curvature, which is less than twelve centimeters.

[0022] In embodiments, the pump is a peristaltic pump. Such a pump provides pressure suitable for liquid, semi-liquid or pasty products.

[0023] In embodiments, the reservoir is configured to accommodate a cartridge comprising the product to be dispensed, this cartridge comprising a shutter, the base comprising a means for opening this shutter.

[0024] For example, it is a ball shutter whose ball is moved by the opening means so that the product is pumped into this cartridge.

[0025] In embodiments, the base includes a means for magnetically retaining the housing. Thus, the housing can easily be stored on the base and retained therein.

[0026] In embodiments, at least one tooth incorporates at least one nozzle.

[0027] Thanks to these arrangements, the precision of product distribution is improved, because the nozzle is located closest to where the hair is separated by the tooth.

[0028] In embodiments, in at least one assembly, at least one nozzle comprises at least one lateral opening for dispensing the product mainly onto the roots of the strands of hair separated by the tooth.

[0029] Thanks to these features, the side openings of this nozzle allow the product to be distributed more precisely to the hair roots. These features are particularly advantageous in the context of coloring the hair roots.

[0030] In embodiments, at least one applicator comprises a brush.

[0031] Thanks to these provisions, the distribution of product is homogenized and uniform on the hair roots and / or the scalp. Indeed, the flexible applicator benefits from the qualities of the brush to distribute a liquid or viscous material forming the product.

[0032] In embodiments, at least one reservoir comprises a first chamber for storing a first substance, a second chamber for storing a second substance and an intermediate chamber connected to the first chamber and to the second chamber, for mixing the first substance and the second substance forming the hair and / or scalp product, at least one nozzle being connected to the intermediate chamber.

[0033] It is noted that several groups each comprising a first chamber, a second chamber and an intermediate chamber can be provided, in particular to allow the distribution of different colors on the top of the skull and on the sides of the user's skull.

[0034] In embodiments, the base includes a system for pressurizing at least one tank.

[0035] In embodiments not of the present invention, the housing is part of a headband, each assembly being disposed on an internal portion of the headband.

[0036] In embodiments, which do not belong to the present invention, the device further comprises a hairdressing helmet mechanically connected to the headband, the helmet being configured to prevent product from flowing onto the forehead, ears and / or neck of the user, the mechanical connection allowing free rotation of the headband relative to the helmet around an axis substantially parallel to an axis passing through the temples of the user.

[0037] Thanks to these features, the headband can adapt to different skull shapes. In addition, the user can, with a single movement, move the headband from the forehead to the nape of the neck to distribute the product to the hairline and / or the scalp. In addition, the presence of a plurality of assemblies on the headband allows for faster distribution of the product by parallelizing the treatment.

[0038] According to a second aspect, which does not belong to the present invention, a hairdressing helmet mechanically connected to the headband described above is targeted. The helmet is configured to prevent product from flowing onto the forehead, ears and / or neck of the user. In addition, the mechanical connection allows free rotation of the headband relative to the helmet around an axis substantially parallel to an axis passing through the temples of the user.

[0039] Thanks to these features, the helmet prevents product from dripping outside the user's hair. In addition, the mechanical connection between the helmet and the headband simplifies the movement of the headband to distribute the product from the forehead to the nape of the user's neck. Brief description of the figures

[0040] Other advantages, aims and particular characteristics of the invention will emerge from the following non-limiting description of at least one particular embodiment of the device and method which are the subject of the present invention, with reference to the appended drawings, in which: There figure 1 represents, schematically and in sectional view, a device comprising a support having a reservoir and being integral with a tooth / nozzle / applicator assembly; The figure 2 represents, schematically and in sectional view, a device comprising a tooth in which a nozzle is integrated; The figure 3 represents, schematically and in sectional view, a device comprising a reservoir formed by two chambers connected by an intermediate chamber; The figure 4 schematically represents a device comprising a headband forming the support for a plurality of tooth / nozzle / applicator assemblies; The Figure 5 schematically represents a device comprising a helmet and a headband supporting a plurality of tooth / nozzle / applicator assemblies; The figure 6 schematically represents a device comprising a dosing bottle on which is mounted a tip supporting at least one tooth / nozzle / applicator assembly; The figure 7 represents another embodiment of an assembly implemented in a device, The figure 8 represents, in profile view, an assembly of the housing illustrated in figures 8 And 9 , There figure 9represents, in bottom view, a housing of a particular embodiment of the device which is the subject of the invention, and The figure 10 represents, seen from the right side of the figure 9 , the case illustrated in figure 9 . Description of the embodiments

[0041] The present description is given without limitation, each characteristic of an embodiment being able to be combined with any other characteristic of any other embodiment in an advantageous manner, to the extent that they fall within the scope of the appended claims.

[0042] Note that the figures are not to scale.

[0043] Throughout the description, the term "root" refers to the base of a hair shaft; in the context of the present disclosure, we are particularly interested in a visible portion of the hair shaft of the order of one centimeter measured from the scalp.

[0044] A "tooth" is an element configured to separate the hair at the root. Such a tooth is, for example, analogous to a comb tooth, a synthetic claw, or any other hooked and / or pointed element. A tooth according to the invention is, at its end, of a fineness chosen to interfere between hairs without injuring the scalp, and of sufficient robustness to withstand mechanical forces necessary for separating the hair.

[0045] A nozzle is a conduit for distributing a liquid or viscous product to the roots of the hair and / or the scalp.

[0046] A flexible applicator is an element configured to spread a liquid or viscous product by applying a slight friction force to the hair roots and / or scalp thanks to its flexibility. A flexible applicator is, for example, a coloring brush or a silicone spatula.

[0047] The "interior" of the tank is an area of the support configured to store a liquid or viscous substance.

[0048] We observe in Figure 1 , a device 100 for dispensing a product suitable for treating the hair roots and / or scalp 101 of a user.

[0049] For reasons of readability of the figures, the hair is not shown. However, for the purposes of this description, the scalp 101 obviously has hair.

[0050] The product to be distributed is suitable for hairdressing; for example, it may be a chemical composition used for all types of hair coloring (permanent or semi-permanent, tone-on-tone, or plant-based). Alternatively, the product is a dermatological product indicated for the treatment of dermatological conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, or hair loss.

[0051] The dispensing device 100 comprises a support 102 which forms a support frame for an assembly comprising a tooth 103 associated with a nozzle 104 and a flexible applicator 106.

[0052] It is described later that it is possible for a support to take the form of a headband (in relation to the Figures 4 And 5 ) or alternatively a tip for a dosing bottle (in relation to the Figure 6 ). However, the form of the support is not limited to these two examples.

[0053] The assembly 110 of the tooth 103, the nozzle 104 and the flexible applicator 106 is mechanically secured to the support 102.

[0054] The operation of the distribution device 100 is as follows: a user manually moves the support 102 in the direction successively passing the tooth 103 then

[0055] the applicator 106 opposite each hair (as indicated by the arrow in figure 1), and to maintain contact, or proximity, between the assembly 110 and the scalp area 101 to be treated.

[0056] The tooth 103 separates hair at its root in the manner of a comb tooth. Once the hair has been separated by the tooth 103, the nozzle 104 applies the product to the roots of the hair just separated and / or to the scalp exposed by the separation of the hair. Then, the flexible applicator 106 spreads the product dispensed by the nozzle 104 on the roots and / or the scalp.

[0057] In this first embodiment, the support 102 comprises a reservoir 107 of the product used. The reservoir 107 comprises at least one product storage chamber and a network for distributing the product to each nozzle 104. The distribution network comprises, for example, one or more perforations through the support 102 between each nozzle 104 and a chamber of the reservoir 107. Each nozzle 104 is connected to the reservoir 107 via the distribution network. Each nozzle 104 forms a conduit comprising at least one opening 115 for dispensing the product. It should be noted that several reservoirs may be provided, in particular to allow the distribution of different colors on the top of the skull and on the sides of the user's skull.

[0058] In practice, the conduit of each nozzle 104 has, for example, a volume of less than 0.01 milliliters in order to avoid the formation of clumps of product in the hair and to uniform the distribution of the product.

[0059] The arrangement of the opening 115 on the nozzle 104 determines whether the product is dispensed primarily to the roots, to the scalp, or to both the roots and the scalp.

[0060] In one embodiment, particularly advantageous for dermatological treatment of the scalp, a nozzle 104 is configured to dispense the product primarily onto the scalp. For this purpose, at least one opening of the nozzle 104 is located so as to face the scalp.

[0061] According to one variant, particularly advantageous for coloring the roots, the nozzle 104 is configured to distribute the product mainly onto the roots. For this purpose, at least one nozzle 104 comprises at least one lateral opening 115 connected to the reservoir 107. In the first embodiment, the nozzle 104 comprises two lateral openings 115. A “lateral opening” is understood to mean an opening which is configured not to directly face the scalp. These lateral openings 115 make it possible to distribute product onto lateral portions of the nozzle 104 in direct contact with the roots of the hair. In embodiments (not shown) at least one nozzle comprises a lateral opening and a distal opening.

[0062] In the first embodiment, the support 102 comprises a system 108 for pressurizing the reservoir 107 to facilitate the circulation of the product from the reservoir 107 to each nozzle 104. The pressurizing system 108 is, for example, a piston, a gas cartridge, an electric pumping system or a manual pumping system. The pressurizing system 108 may further comprise a manual control element 109 arranged on the support 102 to allow a user to control the speed of dispensing the product. The manual control element 109 is, for example, a monostable button, a two-position switch or the movable tip of a piston pressing the product into the reservoir 107.

[0063] There Figure 2represents a device 200 similar to the device 100, with the difference that the tooth 103, the spacer 104, and the nozzle 104 are replaced by a tooth 203 directly integrating a nozzle 204. In this second embodiment, the tooth 203 performs both the function of separating the hair and the function of dispensing the product, which makes it possible to dispense the product as close as possible to the separation of the hair.

[0064] Advantageously, the nozzle 204 comprises at least one opening 215 through the tooth 203, opening 215 located on the downstream side of the tooth 203, in the direction (represented by the arrow in figure 2 ) in which the assembly 210 advances relative to the scalp.

[0065] There Figure 3 represents a device 300 similar to the device 100 described previously in relation to the Figure 1, with the difference that the support 102 and the reservoir 107 are replaced by a support 302 comprising a reservoir formed of a first chamber 317, a second chamber 327 and an intermediate chamber 337.

[0066] In addition, the support 302 comprises a pressurizing system 308 adapted for pressurizing the first chamber 317 and the second chamber 327, as well as a control element 309.

[0067] The intermediate chamber 337 connects the first chamber 317 and the second chamber 327. The intermediate chamber may, for example, take the form of a channel. In addition, at least one nozzle 104 is connected to the reservoir by the intermediate chamber 337. The first chamber 317 stores a first substance and the second chamber 327 stores a second substance advantageously different from the first substance. The intermediate chamber 337 effects the mixing of the first substance and the second substance into a hair and / or scalp product.

[0068] It is noted that several groups each comprising a first chamber, a second chamber and an intermediate chamber can be provided, in particular to allow the distribution of different colors on the top of the skull and on the sides of the user's skull.

[0069] There Figure 4illustrates a support 402 in the form of a headband 402. The support 402 comprises a plurality of assemblies 410. The headband 402 is advantageously flexible in order to adapt to the shape of the skull of each user. The plurality of assemblies 410 of the headband 402 may comprise assemblies 110, 210 and / or 310. The plurality of assemblies 410 is, for example, arranged on the headband 402 in the manner of a toothed headband. The plurality of assemblies 410 then makes it possible to parallelize the treatment of the base of the hair shafts and / or the scalp. The plurality of assemblies 410 is, for example, supplied by a reservoir (not shown) elongated following the arcuate shape of the headband 402. The headband 402 may advantageously comprise a system for pressurizing the product in the reservoir, to distribute the product to all the nozzles.

[0070] In embodiments, the headband reservoir 402 includes at least one first chamber, at least one second chamber, and at least one intermediate chamber as described in connection with the Figure 3 .

[0071] In embodiments, the headband 402 is formed from at least two detachable housings 411, 412. The two housings 411, 412 are for example snapped or held attached by a clamping system. When the housings 411, 412 are detached, the reservoir is opened so that all the chambers of the reservoir are accessible to allow a user to clean them. Conversely, when the housings 411, 412 are attached, each reservoir of the headband is sealed and the device 400 can be used to dispense the product.

[0072] In embodiments, the headband reservoir 402 is supplied with product by a refill cartridge 401. The cartridge 401 is adaptable to the headband 402, for example by snap-fitting. The cartridge 401 may, for example, contain the product as well as pressurized gas to dispense the product from the reservoir to the nozzles.

[0073] There Figure 5 illustrates a device 500 comprising a headset 501 comprising an ergonomic headband adapted to be installed resting on the skull of a user. The headset 501 is mechanically connected 502 to the headband 402 described previously in relation to the Figure 4. The mechanical connection 502 provides an axis of rotation of the headband 402 relative to the helmet 501, an axis substantially parallel to an axis passing through the temples of the user. The mechanical connection 502 can also allow translations between the helmet 501 and the headband 402 in order to adapt the movement of the headband 402 as close as possible to the skull of the user. The helmet 501 advantageously comprises a flexible collar (not shown) which stops product flows onto the forehead, ears and neck of the user. This collar is, for example, made of silicone.

[0074] There Figure 6 illustrates a device 600 comprising a dosing bottle 613 on which is mounted a tip 611 supporting at least one tooth / nozzle / applicator assembly 610. In particular, the tip 611 is mounted on an applicator channel 612 and the dosing bottle 613. The tip 611 is, for example, screwed or simply wedged at the end of the applicator channel 612.

[0075] As can be understood from the above description, the device according to the invention allows a user to treat hair roots from the forehead to the nape of the neck in a single movement. This device combines the tools necessary for manual application and considerably reduces the effort of professionals and individuals alike.

[0076] There figure 7 shows an assembly 710 comprising a tooth 703, a nozzle 704 and an applicator 706.

[0077] We observe, in figure 8 , an assembly 810 of a housing 800 described with respect to the figures 9 And 10 . This assembly 810 comprises, protruding from a body 807 of the housing, a tooth 803, at least one nozzle 804 (a single nozzle in the figures 8 to 10 ) and at least one applicator 806 (only one applicator in the figures 8 to 10). The tooth 803 is configured to separate hair down to its roots. Each nozzle 804 is configured to dispense the product onto the roots of the hair separated by the tooth 803 and / or onto the scalp between the hair separated by the tooth 803. Each applicator 806 is configured to spread, onto the roots and / or the scalp, the product dispensed by at least one nozzle 804.

[0078] There figure 9 represents the face of the housing 800 which, during use, rests on the scalp 820 of the user. The figure 10 represents the upstream face of the housing 800, that is to say the one which first penetrates the hair during the dispensing movement. As can be seen in figures 9 And 10, the housing 800 comprises seven identical assemblies 810 to 816 forming a row of assemblies on the housing body 807. These assemblies 810 to 816 are regularly spaced in this row and each have a distal surface 805 (at the top in figure 8 and left in figure 10 ) convex contact with the user's head 820. The convex distal surfaces 805 of the assemblies 810 are all tangent to a plane curve 818 whose radius of curvature R is equal to a radius of curvature of the user's skull 820.

[0079] The device also comprises a base (not shown) comprising a product reservoir equipped with a filling cap, and an electric pump sucking the product into the reservoir and pushing it into a flexible pipe 809 connected to the housing 800. This housing 800 comprises a button 808 for controlling the operation of the pump. The pump is, preferably, a peristaltic pump, which ensures constant pressure and flow rate for liquid, semi-liquid or pasty products.

[0080] The device for dispensing product at the base of hair shafts and / or on the scalp is configured for a predetermined user, for example a user having the average curvature of a portion of the adult population or a portion of the adolescent population. The person skilled in the art implementing the invention knows, in fact, from published anatomical studies, that the curvatures, in a frontal plane, of the skulls of adult and adolescent users are relatively uniform. This radius of curvature is between eight and ten centimeters. A single housing 800 can therefore be adapted to the majority of users. However, to cover a larger portion of the population, several housings can have stepped radii of curvature, preferably between seven centimeters and eleven centimeters.

[0081] The housing 800 has a geometry configured to fit in the palm of the hand of this user. Again, the person skilled in the art knows, from published anatomical studies, the geometry most suitable for the hands of adults and adolescents. For example, the body 807 of the housing 800 has a maximum dimension, in the plane perpendicular to the radius of curvature, that is to say in the plane of the figure 9 , which is less than twelve centimeters. The 807 body has ergonomics similar to those of computer mice, similarly adapted to fit in the palm of the hand.

[0082] To implement the invention, the user grasps the housing 800 in the palm of one of his hands, positions it at the edge of his face and hairstyle and then moves the housing 800 resting on his scalp 820, while actuating the pump with the button 808 of the housing 800. During this movement of the housing 800, the distribution assemblies 810 slide on the scalp 820 while following its curvature 818, both in the direction of sliding (represented by the arrow in figure 9 ) than in its orthogonal direction visible in figure 10. The product is thus distributed and spread evenly over the base of the hair and / or on the scalp 820 of the user. Each assembly 810 makes it possible to accelerate and facilitate the distribution of product to the roots of the hair and / or on the scalp, because a single continuous movement of a tooth / nozzle / applicator assembly simultaneously makes it possible to separate and treat a complete furrow of hair. In general, three passes over the scalp of the user are sufficient to treat all the roots (at least the roots that can be visible) of the user: a central pass following a sagittal plane, from the center of the forehead of the user to the middle of his neck and a pass on each side of the skull passing above the ears.

[0083] As illustrated in figure 10, preferably, at least one assembly 810 has a section perpendicular to the radius of curvature, a section whose width, measured in the plane of the plane curve, is, at least in part, decreasing as a function of the distance between this section and the plane curve. This decrease creates a free housing 819 for the hair moved away by the tooth 803. This lateral narrowing of the assemblies 810 between the surface of the body 807 of the housing 800 and the contact surface 805 of the assemblies 810 allows the hair, moved away tangentially to the surface of the scalp by the tooth 803, to be moved away from the scalp between two assemblies and not compressed on the scalp 820. This housing 819 between two assemblies prevents the hair from remaining in contact with the scalp, in such a way that only the roots of the hair are in contact with the product dispensed by the housing 800.

[0084] In the figures 8 to 10, a distributor takes the form of a curved spatula. In other embodiments (not shown), the distributor takes the form of a brush.

[0085] In embodiments (not shown), the device comprises a second row of assemblies 810. This second row would be located, in figure 9 , behind the row shown. This second row would be, in figure 10 , offset from the row shown in such a way that the teeth of the second row are positioned between two teeth of the previous row in the direction perpendicular to the plane curve to which the contact surfaces of the assemblies of the first row are tangent. Thus, the separation of the hair is done in two stages and the roots of the hair can be in contact with the product in a more localized and finer manner.

[0086] As represented in figures 9 And 10, preferably, the spacing, between two successive assemblies 810 whose contact surfaces are tangent to the same plane curve, is between half and three-half of the width of the contact surface 805 measured in the plane of the plane curve. These ratios ensure good distribution of the product on the roots of the hair.

[0087] In embodiments (not shown), the reservoir is configured to accommodate a cartridge comprising the product to be dispensed, this cartridge comprising a shutter, the base comprising a means for opening this shutter.

[0088] For example, it is a ball shutter whose ball is moved by the opening means so that the product is pumped into this cartridge.

[0089] In embodiments (not shown), the base includes a means for magnetically retaining the housing. Thus, the housing can easily be stored on the base and retained there.

[0090] As in other embodiments described with respect to the figures 1 to 7 , in embodiments (not shown), in at least one assembly 810, at least one nozzle comprises at least one lateral opening for dispensing the product mainly onto the roots of the locks of hair separated by the tooth.

[0091] The characteristics described in relation to the figures 1 to 7 , for example the reservoir chambers, apply to the embodiment illustrated in figures 8 to 10 .

[0092] In embodiments (not shown and not part of the present invention), the housing 800 is part of a headband, each assembly being disposed on an internal portion of the headband.

[0093] In embodiments, which do not belong to the present invention, the device further comprises a hairdressing helmet mechanically connected to the headband. The helmet is then configured to prevent product from flowing onto the forehead, ears and / or neck of the user. The mechanical connection between the helmet and the housing allows the headband to rotate freely relative to the helmet around an axis substantially parallel to an axis passing through the user's temples.
