Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a pendant lamp with a pendant body and a suspension structure that can be connected to the pendant body.
[0002] Typically, the pendulum bob is suspended via a rope suspension or other type of pendulum structure using a suspension element (e.g., a rope). The rope suspension can be connected to the pendulum bob so that the pendulum bob can be suspended in a swinging position.
[0003] CN 211 780 925 U, US 2007 / 058379 A1, US 2004 / 218393 A1, EP 1 139 008 A2, DE 10 2011 117727 B4 each disclose a pendant lamp with a pendant body having a connecting structure, a suspension element, and a securing element for the suspension element.
[0004] DE 20 2016 103838 U1 discloses a pendant lamp with a pendant body having a connecting structure and a suspension element.
[0005] The object of the present invention is to create a secure connection between the pendulum body and the pendulum structure. In particular, assembly is to be simplified.
[0006] This problem is solved by the subject matter of the independent claim. The dependent claims further develop the central idea of the present invention in a particularly advantageous manner.
[0007] The present invention relates to a pendant lamp comprising a lamp body (hereinafter also referred to as the pendant body) with a connecting structure, a suspension structure with at least one suspension element connectable to the pendant body via its connecting structure in order to suspend the pendant body, and a locking element for each suspension element to secure the suspension element in the connecting structure. The connecting structure has an access opening for inserting the suspension element and an access slot adjacent to the access opening for retracting the suspension element. The locking element can be attached to the pendant body such that the locking element blocks the suspension element in the connecting structure towards the access opening and thus secures it in the connecting structure. The locking element has a plate shape and / or extends substantially in one plane.
[0008] Two or more adjacent connecting structures are provided as a structural arrangement for a single pendulum element, and the locking element is provided to block the structural arrangement.
[0009] In other words, a pendant lamp is proposed whose suspended base (i.e., the pendant body) can be suspended via a preferably elongated suspension (the suspension structure; e.g., a cable suspension). The suspension can be connected to the base, preferably detachably. The base has a connecting device (i.e., the connecting structure). The connecting device has an access opening and an access slot leading away from it, preferably corresponding to the suspension. The connecting device serves to connect to the suspension, and the suspension can be inserted or pulled into it, particularly to establish the connection. An auxiliary device (i.e., the locking element) is proposed that can lock the connecting device in the connected state. The auxiliary device can be a sheet or plate, or a section thereof.exhibit this / these / these.
[0010] Advantageously, the locking element, which is at least partially plate-shaped and / or extends essentially in one plane, serves to secure the pendant element connected to the pendant body with particular ease. The locking element can be easily attached to the pendant body, which is already suspended, to prevent the pendant element from coming loose. Once the locking element is in place, it makes it more difficult or even impossible to intentionally and / or accidentally detach the luminaire body. This improves not only theft protection but also safety, for example, against falling. Furthermore, this simplifies the removal of the pendant element from the pendant body, because previously known solutions for this usually require disassembling the pendant body or the pendant luminaire, or other structural parts thereof, in order to remove the pendant element.
[0011] Thus, the flat design of the locking element provides a visually unobtrusive yet effective way to secure the pendant structure or pendant element. This allows the pendant light to be fully assembled before it is finally suspended by the pendant structure and effectively secured using the compact locking element. This also simplifies the installation of the pendant light.
[0012] The term "connecting structure" refers specifically to a component of the pendulum body. The connecting structure can be integrated into a base body of the pendulum body or into the pendulum body itself. It can be a part or device attached to a base body or the pendulum body itself. The connecting structure can have and / or form a positive-locking geometry. This positive-locking geometry can correspond to the pendulum element. The connecting structure can be integrated into the pendulum body, for example, by punching or laser cutting.
[0013] The term "pendant body" essentially refers to the main component – for example, the luminaire body or housing – of a pendant light. The pendant body can house or mount the light source, electronics, wiring, and / or control components for the lighting system. The pendant body can be made of or constructed from plastic and / or metal. It can be coated and / or painted, preferably with a non-conductive material.
[0014] A pendulum structure is a connecting structure, particularly for implementing a pendulum bob suspension. This structure comprises one or more pendulum elements (e.g., cables). The pendulum element is essentially a preferably elongated and / or flexible or bendable connecting element used to implement the pendulum bob suspension. The pendulum structure, or its pendulum element, can also be at least partially or substantially completely rigid, in particular comprising or being formed from one or more rods. The pendulum element preferably has two opposite or diverging ends. The pendulum element preferably has at least one end corresponding to the pendulum bob, or several such ends. The suspension structure can be designed as a cable suspension or have one, preferably comprising a cable, preferably a wire rope, or several of them as suspension element(s).
[0015] The term "locking element" preferably refers to a component. The locking element can be formed in one piece and / or monolithically. The locking element can be essentially plate-shaped, predominantly or exclusively. The locking element can have a projection and / or a recess. The locking element can be notched. The locking element can preferably engage with and / or cover the connection structure. The locking element can be designed to lock multiple connection structures.
[0016] Blocking, in particular, means that something is obstructed or locked, for example, an access point, a path, an opening, a mechanism, or a mechanical system. Blocking specifically prevents the pendulum element from being inserted or pulled into, or out of, the connecting structure; this applies particularly to the access opening through which the pendulum element can be, or has been, inserted into the connecting structure. Blocking preferably restricts movement of the pendulum element in at least one direction, preferably two directions transverse to each other, and preferably along the access path.
[0017] A plate shape is understood to be, in particular, a shape that extends predominantly along a flat surface. The plate shape may have a thickness that is at least one order of magnitude smaller than its width and / or length. In particular, a plate shape is elongated in two directions oriented orthogonally to each other and not elongated in the vertical direction oriented orthogonally to these two directions. For example, a plate shape is at least one order of magnitude larger in one or both of the two orthogonally oriented directions than in the vertical direction. The plate shape may constitute a section of the locking element. The locking element may be formed, at least substantially, from the plate shape. The locking element is flat overall; thus, it has the plate shape or extends substantially in a plane. The securing element may preferably have structural areas that protrude or recede from the plane or the plate extension at specific points, but a significant majority of the securing element lies in the plane or defines the plate shape.
[0018] Advantageously, the connecting structure is designed such that the pendulum element, inserted through the access opening, can be moved via the access slot into a support position where it can suspend the pendulum body. For example, the pendulum element can be inserted into the connecting structure, moved laterally within it, and then only partially removed to reach the support position. The locking element advantageously serves to further secure the stability of the support position. The connecting structure can be designed—for example, inclined—so that the pendulum element is drawn into the connecting structure—and thus away from the access opening—by the weight of the pendulum body.
[0019] The locking element may be detachably attached to the pendulum body. The locking element may be clipped and / or screwed to the pendulum body. The locking element may be designed for detachable attachment to the pendulum body. The locking element and pendulum body may be connected or attached to each other. The locking element and / or the pendulum body may have a detent for clipping. The locking element may be screwed to the pendulum body, or vice versa. Detachable attachment allows for non-destructive removal. This provides a particularly user-friendly and time-saving method of attachment. In particular, detachable attachment saves material.
[0020] The pendulum body may be provided with a fastening option or structure for the locking element. This could be, for example, a single through-hole into which a self-tapping screw can be inserted to fasten the locking element to the pendulum body. The fastening structure may also already have a thread, such as an internal or external thread. Multiple threads may be provided, with an internal thread being preferred. The locking element may have a passage for a single screw to secure it to the pendulum body. This passage is preferably a bore and / or hole. Multiple passages may be provided. This creates a secure and, in particular, non-destructive fastening option. The fastening option also reduces assembly time and thus costs.
[0021] The locking element can be designed to form a flat contact surface on the pendulum body. The locking element can correspond to a surface on the pendulum body to allow it to lie flat and / or in surface contact with the pendulum body, at least in certain areas. The locking element can lie flat against the pendulum body. This simplifies assembly. Preferably, a force-fit connection can be provided via the flat contact surface, thereby improving safety.
[0022] It can be provided that the locking element attached or to be attached to the pendulum body is designed to block the pendulum element, preferably by at least partially covering the connection structure, preferably the access opening and / or the access slot, towards the access opening. Preferably, the blocking is achieved by covering or obscuring the connection structure. It is conceivable that the locking element engages with the connection structure and / or blocks it by engagement. It is possible that the locking element covers the connection structure and / or blocks it by covering it, preferably in planar contact, e.g., with the surrounding area of the connection structure on the pendulum body. Advantageously, a force-fit and / or form-fit is created, which can prevent the pendulum element from detaching from the connection structure and thus increase safety.
[0023] The pendulum body may be provided with a structural section which, when a locking element is attached to the pendulum body, is positively connected to a corresponding structural section of the locking element, preferably at least with respect to the plane or with respect to one direction of extension of the locking element. This allows for anti-rotation protection of the locking element. This is particularly advantageous when the locking element is attached to the pendulum body with only a single fastening element (e.g., a screw). The structural section may engage positively with the locking element. Preferably, the structural section may be or have a projection and / or a groove. The structural section may be incorporated into the pendulum body, for example, by stamping and / or embossing. The structural section may be provided for fixing a feed cable coming from the pendulum structure or the pendulum element. It must be properly trained. The power supply cable can be used to supply power to the pendant light.
[0024] Similar to the pendulum body, the locking element can alternatively or additionally have a structural section for fixing a feed cable coming from the pendulum structure or the pendulum element. This structural section can preferably have a projection and / or a groove. The structural section can be incorporated into the locking element, for example, by stamping and / or embossing. For example, the structural element can be incorporated during the manufacturing of the locking element – e.g., in the same stamping and bending process or the same laser cutting process.
[0025] The locking element may comprise, or preferably be formed from, a sheet metal part and / or a stamped-bent part and / or a formed part. Preferably, the locking element is made of metal. For example, the structural section, the opening, or other areas or functions of the locking element can be cost-effectively realized as a stamped-bent part. Furthermore, the contour and / or shape, particularly the plate shape, of the locking element can be provided with particular ease. The locking element may preferably have an electrically non-conductive coating and / or paint. The locking element may also advantageously be galvanized or corrosion-protected (e.g., coated).
[0026] The locking element may be designed to include or consist of a plastic part and / or an injection-molded (plastic) part. The locking element may be made of plastic. The locking element may be at least superficially, or at least substantially or completely, electrically non-conductive. The locking element is thus simple and cost-effective to mass-produce, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant.
[0027] The access slot may be designed to be straight, at least substantially, preferably entirely. The access slot may also be non-straightened, at least in sections, such as curved and / or jagged or angled. The access slot may have opposing boundaries for guiding, in particular for inserting, passing through, and / or removing, the pendulum element. The boundaries are at least substantially constant in distance from each other. Preferably, the access slot has a substantially constant width along its length. The boundaries may be at least substantially parallel. Typically, the access slot is wider than at least one section of the pendulum element but narrower than an end of the pendulum element that is suspended in the connecting structure (e.g., a distal end). The access slot enables easy installation and provides an advantageous way to block.
[0028] The connecting structure may be provided with a retaining opening adjacent to the access slot. The retaining opening is preferably designed for retracting the pendulum element from the access slot and, more preferably, for storing the pendulum element within the connecting structure. The retaining opening is typically directly adjacent to the access slot, or the access slot transitions into the retaining opening. The retaining opening may be essentially circular. Preferably, the retaining opening is radially larger than the pendulum element but smaller than the end of the pendulum element facing the connecting structure. The retaining opening facilitates the intuitive assembly and securing of the pendulum element.
[0029] The access opening and / or the retaining opening and / or the projecting segment can be round, preferably circular, or polygonal, preferably rectangular or square. The retaining opening and / or the access opening can be designed to correspond to the projecting segment or have the same shape. This advantageously allows the pendulum element to be easily inserted into the connection structure through the access opening and / or to be held or supported and preferably locked in place by the retaining opening. Furthermore, by designing the retaining opening to correspond to the projecting segment, it is advantageous to ensure that the pendulum element or its projecting segment fits into the access opening in only one orientation, for example, perpendicularly, thus simplifying and securing the installation of the pendulum element in the connection structure.
[0030] The connecting structure can be formed by a cutout in the pendulum body. This cutout can be incorporated into the pendulum body, for example, by stamping or laser cutting. The cutout preferably refers to a material recess and / or a passage. This allows for cost-effective manufacturing.
[0031] Two or more adjacent connecting structures are provided as the structural arrangement. The structural arrangement is specifically designed for a single suspension element (e.g., a cable), wherein the suspension element or cable is preferably configured to correspond to all connecting structures of this structural arrangement. The suspension structure can comprise the single suspension element or cable, or it can comprise several suspension elements or cables. Thus, depending on the requirements, an effective and safe pendulum suspension can be provided.
[0032] The access slots of the structural assembly can essentially run side by side and / or essentially parallel to each other. This simplifies the structure of the assembly and the installation of the suspension element.
[0033] Each of the pendant elements can have an end section for one of the connecting structures of the associated structural arrangement and / or be designed in a Y-shape or fork shape on the connecting structure side. This provides a particularly compact yet securely mountable pendant luminaire.
[0034] The pendant element may be provided with a coupling element. The coupling element is preferably designed to connect the pendant element itself and / or a pendant element or cable of the pendant structure. Preferably, the coupling element connects the end sections facing the pendant body and a support section facing away from the pendant body. The coupling element may have corresponding coupling parts. The coupling element improves the ease of mounting the pendant light.
[0035] It can be provided that at least one connecting structure and / or at least one structural arrangement is provided on opposite sides of the pendulum body – preferably with respect to the longitudinal extent of the (preferably elongated) pendulum body – each of which is assigned one of the pendulum elements. The pendulum body can be suspended at two ends or sides, in particular by means of pendulums. The opposite sides are preferably spaced more than 10 cm or more than 20 cm, preferably more than 50 cm, apart from each other. This increases stability.
[0036] The suspension structure or cable suspension may include a second cable, preferably one that is at least substantially identical in construction to the first cable. The cables may be of equal length, weight, and / or have identical end sections. Alternatively, a single cable may be provided for two or more connecting structures or structural arrangements, for example, one that is deflected away from the pendant body or on the ceiling side, and preferably has the same end sections. This simplifies the alignment of the pendant light. The above also applies to other types of suspension elements, such as rods. The suspension element or each of the end sections may include a coupling section comprising a projecting segment and a recessed segment, and optionally a further pendulum segment (such as a cable segment). The end section is specifically designed for insertion into the access opening.Preferably, the pendulum element or the cable terminates on the pendulum body side with the projecting segment. The projecting segment and the return segment can be formed integrally and are preferably fixed to the pendulum segment. The return segment can be crimped onto the pendulum segment. This provides a simple yet secure structure for attaching the pendulum element to the connecting structure.
[0037] Preferably, the projecting segment is designed for insertion into the access opening; for example, it is smaller than the access opening. Preferably, the projecting segment is smaller in diameter, radially and / or transversely to the direction of extension of the pendulum element, than the access opening.
[0038] It may be provided that the projecting segment for abutting or bearing in the area of the retaining opening is larger than the retaining opening itself. The projecting segment is preferably larger than the access slot. Preferably, the projecting segment is larger in diameter, radially and / or transversely to the direction of extension of the suspension element, than the retaining opening and / or the access slot. In this way, the inserted projecting segment can preferably abut from the inside against the edge of the connecting structure, particularly preferably in the area of the retaining opening or the access slot, in order to suspend the pendant light in a pendulum-like manner.
[0039] The retraction segment may be smaller than the access opening and / or the retaining opening. Preferably, the retraction segment is smaller than the access opening or the retaining opening. Preferably, the diameter of the retraction segment, or its radial and / or transverse dimension to the extension direction of the pendulum element, is smaller than that of the access opening or the retaining opening. This simplifies the insertion of the pendulum element. The pendulum element can thus be stabilized by the retraction segment.
[0040] The retraction segment can be smaller or larger than the access slot. It is preferred that the retraction segment be larger than the access slot. This prevents the retraction segment from being inserted or pulled into the access slot, thus providing a positive locking mechanism. In other words, the retraction segment can be wider than the access slot perpendicular to the direction of extension of the pendulum element, preventing it from being pulled into the access slot.
[0041] The access opening preferably has a diameter of 5 mm to 10 mm, particularly preferably 8.5 mm. The opening preferably has a diameter of 2 mm to 6 mm, particularly preferably 4.5 mm.
[0042] A light source integrated into the pendant body can be provided for the emission of light from the pendant luminaire. The light source can be attached directly or indirectly to the pendant body. Preferably, the light source is oriented and / or designed to emit light in a direction away from the connecting structure and / or the structural arrangement and / or the pendant structure or pendant element. In this respect, the pendant luminaire can emit light at least partially, preferably predominantly or exclusively, in a direction away from the pendant element. For energy-saving light generation, the light source includes, for example, at least one LED or one LED module.
[0043] The pendant luminaire preferably has a pendant body cover to conceal the power supply electronics. The power supply electronics can be attached to the pendant body, for example, on the back of the pendant body and / or next to the connecting structure or structural arrangement, particularly between connecting structures or structural arrangements. The power supply electronics can be supplied with electrical energy via the power cable. The pendant body cover can be designed as a lid. The pendant body cover can have a cable entry for a cable, for example, the power cable. The pendant body cover can be attached to the pendant body next to the fuse element. Preferably, the pendant body cover is electrically insulating. For example, the pendant body cover is a sheet metal part, preferably made of metal and / or plastic. The pendulum body cover can be coated and / or painted for mechanical and / or electrical protection, preferably with a non-conductive coating. Since the safety element is provided independently of the pendulum body cover, the cover can be fully assembled before the pendulum body is suspended by the suspension element and then secured by the safety element.
[0044] The pendulum body may be made of or comprise a sheet metal part. The pendulum body may be a formed part and / or an injection-molded part. Preferably, the pendulum body is electrically insulating. For example, the pendulum body is a sheet metal part, preferably made of metal and / or plastic. The pendulum body may be coated and / or painted for mechanical and / or electrical protection, preferably with a non-conductive coating.
[0045] A support element may be provided for connection to a ceiling and to the pendant structure or pendant element. The support element may be attached directly or indirectly to a ceiling and / or a ceiling element. The support element may be positioned above the pendant body. The support element may be a component of the pendant luminaire.
[0046] A light distribution body extending over a surface, preferably transparent, preferably enclosing the pendulum body, or extending laterally away from the pendulum body (10) on one side, both sides, or circumferentially, can be provided. The light distribution body can be or comprise a light guide plate, a luminaire optic, or a luminaire cover. The light distribution body can be made of glass and / or plastic. The light distribution body can preferably have a central recess for the pendulum body. The light sources can, for example, be inserted into this recess and thus shine laterally into the light distribution body, which is designed, for example, as a light guide plate. The light guide plate can then have output coupling structures to direct the light propagating in the light guide plate in a defined output coupling direction (e.g.,downwards for primary lighting or upwards or to the side for secondary lighting) for illumination.
[0047] The pendant body, the light distribution body, and / or the light source may be designed to be elongated and / or long. This allows one or more suspension elements, each with one or more suspension sections or cables, to be attached to opposite ends of the pendant body to create a robust mounting.
[0048] Further embodiments and advantages of the present invention are described below with reference to the figures in the accompanying drawings. These show: Fig. 1 a pendant lamp with two safety elements to be attached to a pendant body in a perspective view (partially as an exploded view), Fig. 2 a section of the pendant lamp made of Fig. 1 , and Fig. 3 the section of the pendant lamp made of Fig. 2 in the fully assembled state, where the safety element is attached to the pendulum body.
[0049] The figures show an embodiment of a pendant lamp 1 according to the invention.
[0050] In Fig. 1 The pendant luminaire 1 is shown with a view of its mounting side – here the back – 2. The pendant luminaire 1 has a pendant body 10, preferably a pendant body cover 11, a suspension structure 30 with at least one suspension element 31, one – thus two – securing elements 40 per suspension element 31, and preferably a plate-shaped light distribution body 50.
[0051] A light source is preferably mounted in the pendant body 10, which can illuminate in a direction away from the rear side 2. The light source is preferably operated by means of electronics or power supply electronics arranged on the rear side, which are preferably covered by the pendant body cover 11.
[0052] The light distribution body 50 preferably extends over a flat surface, is transparent, and encloses the pendulum body 10. The light distribution body 50 preferably extends from the pendulum body 10 on one side, both sides, or – as shown in Fig. 1 shown – laterally on the circumference. The pendulum body 10, the light distribution body 50 and the light source can be elongated or stretched, as shown in Fig. 1 The light distribution body 50 is shown as an example. It has a recess for the pendant body 10 and preferably also for receiving the light source.
[0053] The pendulum body 10 has – preferably a total of four – connecting structures 12. Two connecting structures 12 each form a structural arrangement 13.
[0054] The pendulum structure 30 can be a cable suspension or have one.
[0055] The pendulum structure 30 can be connected to, or is to be connected to, the pendulum body 10. Here, the pendulum structure or the cable suspension 30 is connected to the pendulum body 10 as intended.
[0056] The pendulum structure 30 has at least one and, in the present case, two pendulum sections 31, which can be connected to the pendulum body 10 via the respective connecting structures 12 in order to support the pendulum body 10 in a suspended position, as shown in Fig. 1 As shown, in the present case, the pendulum structure 30, designed as a cable suspension, has one cable in each pendulum section 31 – thus, a total of two cables 31. A support section 34 and an end section 35 are provided on each of the pendulum elements or cables 31. The end section 35 faces, or is to face, the pendulum body 10. Each of the end sections 35 serves to connect to one of the two structural arrangements 13 or the connecting structure 12; here, the pair of connecting structures 12 for each structural arrangement 13.
[0057] On opposite sides of the pendulum body 10, preferably exactly two connecting structures 12 are provided, which preferably together as a pair form exactly one of the two structure arrangements 13 shown here.
[0058] With regard to the Fig. 2 , in which a detail of the Fig. 1 As shown, it can be seen that the connecting structure 12 has an access opening 14 for inserting the pendulum section 31 and an access slot 16 adjacent to the access opening 14 for drawing in the respective pendulum section 31, preferably starting from the access opening 14.
[0059] The two locking elements 40 are preferably detachably connected to or attached to the pendulum body 10. Each locking element 40 is attached to the pendulum body 10 in such a way that it blocks the respective pendulum section 31 in the connection structure 12 towards the access opening 14, thus securing it within the connection structure 12. One of the locking elements 40 is screwed to the pendulum body 10 (right in Fig. 1 The other locking element 40 is shown spaced apart from the pendulum body 10 in an exploded view (left in Fig. 1 and in Fig. 2 ).
[0060] The securing elements 40 each have a plate shape or extend essentially in one plane, as is particularly evident from the Fig. 2 and 3 can be seen from this.
[0061] This is evident from the exploded view in Fig. 2 Furthermore, the locking element 40 is detachably fastened to the pendulum body 10, for example, by screwing it in place. The pendulum body 10 preferably has a fastening structure 22 for each of the locking elements 40; here in the form of a through-hole. A screw 48 used to fasten the locking element 40 can be a self-tapping screw and cut a thread into the through-hole 22 of the pendulum body 10. It is also conceivable that the fastening structure 22 has a thread, more precisely an internal thread and / or threaded bore. The locking element 40 preferably has a through-hole 44 for the screw 48 to secure it to the pendulum body 10. Preferably, exactly one fastening structure 22 is provided for each locking element 40.
[0062] Not shown is the possibility of clipping and / or inserting the locking element 40 onto the pendulum body. The locking element 40 may have a detent and / or a projection that engages with or extends through the pendulum body 10. The pendulum body may also have a detent and / or a projection that engages with or extends through the locking element 40.
[0063] The locking element 40 is designed for surface contact with the pendulum body 10 or can lie flat against the pendulum body 10, cf. Fig. 1-3 .
[0064] The locking element 40 is preferably designed to block the structural arrangement 13 or one or all of the connecting structures 12 – thus blocking the respective pendulum section 31 towards the access opening 14 – by at least partially covering the respective connecting structure(s) 12. More precisely, the locking element 40 can cover the access opening 14 at least partially or completely and / or the access slot 16 at least partially or completely, preferably to more than 10%, 50%, or 75% of its extent.
[0065] The pendulum body 10 has a structural section 20 which, when a locking element 40 is attached to the pendulum body 10, is in a form-fitting connection with a counter-structural section 42 of the locking element 40; preferably at least with respect to the plane or plate-shaped extent. The structural sections 20, 42 can thus be provided as an anti-rotation device for the locking element 40 and for engagement with the locking element 40, as shown in Fig. 3 This is evident. The counter-structure section 42, for example, has a recess 42 into which the structure section 20 can engage, e.g., when the locking element 40 is attached and / or rests against the pendulum body 10 (e.g., over a surface).
[0066] The return 42 is preferably a notch, for example - as in the present case - at the edge of the securing element 40.
[0067] The structural section 20 is preferably spaced apart from the fastening structure 22 and further preferably along the securing element 40, as shown in Fig. 2 and 3 as is evident.
[0068] The structural section 20 can, for example, be or have a projection or a groove, preferably for fixing a feed cable coming from the suspension structure 30 or from the or one of the suspension section(s) 31. For example, the feed cable can be attached to the structural section 20 by means of a fastening device, such as a cable tie and / or a fastening wire.
[0069] The securing element 40 preferably has a structural section 46, which can be designed as a projection or a groove, and which, similar to the structural section 20, can also be provided for fixing the feed cable.
[0070] The structural section 20 of the pendulum body 10 serves as an anti-rotation device for the locking element 40, and the structural section 46 of the locking element 40 serves as a fastening for the feed cable. The positive-locking connection of the structural section 20 with the counter-structural section 42 can preferably be designed such that the structural section 20 continues to function as shown in Fig. 3 It is evident that it is accessible for fixing a feed-in cable.
[0071] The securing element 40 can preferably be a screw connection of the pendant body 10, with which, for example, a light source or other components of the pendant lamp 1, arranged facing away from the rear side 2, are attached directly or indirectly (see the overview of the Fig. 2 and 3 ).
[0072] The locking element 40 can be a sheet metal part or a stamped and bent part. It is also conceivable that the locking element 40 is a plastic part and / or an injection-molded part.
[0073] The access slot 16 extends in a straight line, in particular starting from, or opening into, or adjacent to, the access opening 14. The access slot 16 also opens into, or extends from, or is adjacent to, a retaining opening 18. The retaining opening 18 is preferably connected to the access opening 14 via the access slot 16. The retaining opening 18 is provided for retracting the respective pendulum section 31 out of the associated access slot 16 and for storing the pendulum section 31 in the connecting structure 12. The connecting structure 12 can preferably be formed by an opening in the pendulum body 10.
[0074] Preferably, the retaining opening 18 is smaller than the access opening 14, particularly preferably to allow the pendulum element 31 to be inserted into the access opening 14 on the one hand, and to prevent the pendulum element 31 from being pulled out of the retaining opening 18 on the other hand by bearing or striking the pendulum element 31 in the area of the retaining opening 18.
[0075] The in Fig. 2 The two connecting structures 12 shown are preferably located next to each other or are arranged side by side to form a structural arrangement 13 for the individual suspension element or cable 31. The access slots 16 of the structural arrangement 13 preferably run parallel to each other.
[0076] The two pendulum elements or cables 31 shown here are each intended for one of the structural arrangements 13 on the opposite sides of the pendulum body 10.
[0077] The suspension elements or cables 31 each have individual end sections 35 for one of the connecting structures 12 of the respective structural arrangement 13. The suspension elements or cables 31 are preferably inverted Y-shaped on the side of the connecting structures 12 of the respective structural arrangement 13. The two end sections 35 can be inserted and pulled into the two connecting structures 12 of a structural arrangement 13 in the same direction.
[0078] The pendulum structure 30 has a coupling element 33 on each pendulum element or cable 31. The coupling element 33 allows the end sections 35 facing the pendulum body 10 and a support section 34 of the respective pendulum element 31 facing away from the pendulum body 10 to be connected to each other.
[0079] The pendulum elements or cables 31 are preferably essentially identical in construction and further preferably of the same length.
[0080] The pendulum element 31 or each of the end sections 35 preferably has a coupling section comprising a projecting segment 36 and a rebound segment 38, and preferably also a pendulum segment 39. The projecting segment 36 is preferably formed integrally with the rebound segment 38.
[0081] In longitudinal section, projecting segment 36 and retracting segment 38 are shown here as an example of a T-shaped form.
[0082] The return segment 38 is preferably fixed to the pendulum segment 39, e.g. by pressing it into place.
[0083] The respective pendulum element or rope 31 ends on the side of the pendulum body 10 with the projecting segment 36.
[0084] The projecting segment 36 is designed for insertion into the access opening 14; preferably, the projecting segment 36 is smaller than the access opening 14 for this purpose. The projecting segment 36 is larger than the retaining opening 18 for abutment and bearing in the area of the retaining opening 18. Fig. 2 The projection segment 36 is shown with a dashed line because it is located inside the pendulum body 10. The projection segment 36 strikes – for example, in Fig. 2 - in the area of the holding opening 18.
[0085] The retraction segment 38 is preferably smaller than the access opening 14, smaller than the retaining opening 18, and larger than the access slot 16. Its size is considered particularly in the radial direction, which extends essentially transversely to the pendulum element or cable 31, or to the support section 34 or pendulum segment 39. The radial direction preferably runs along the rear surface of the pendulum body 10 and / or the securing element 40. The retraction segment 38 can be arranged in the following configuration: Fig. 2 not slide laterally or radially into the access slot 16, as it is larger than the access slot 16.
[0086] The light source is preferably housed in the pendant body 10. The light source is positioned facing away from the rear side 2 for light emission. Preferably, the light source is oriented or configured facing away from the structural arrangement 13 or the connecting structures 12 and the pendant structure 30 or the pendant element 31.
[0087] The pendulum body cover 11 covers the power supply electronics, which are attached, for example, to the pendulum body 10, and preferably has a cable entry point for the power supply cable, e.g., a hole or an opening. The pendulum body cover 11 is preferably attached to the pendulum body 10, e.g., by screws.
[0088] Preferably the pendulum body cover 11 is at least half the size of the pendulum body 10 (or larger), particularly preferably in one or in two extension directions oriented transversely to each other.
[0089] Preferably, the locking element 40 is at most half the size of the pendulum body 10 (or smaller), particularly preferably in one or in two mutually transversely oriented extension directions, wherein the direction(s) lie in the plane in which the locking element 40, which is at least substantially, extends or in which its plate shape extends at least predominantly.
[0090] Since the safety element 40 is very flat and is designed to be independent - e.g. from the pendant body cover 11 - the optical appearance of the pendant luminaire, which is quite flat overall, can be improved, as the pendant body cover 11 can be positioned sufficiently far from the edge, while the separate safety element 40 enables effective and aesthetically unobtrusive securing of the pendant structure 30.
[0091] A support element can preferably be provided above the pendulum body 10 for connection with a ceiling and with the suspension structure 30 or the respective suspension elements 31 (e.g. via the respective support section 34) (not shown).
[0092] The present invention is not limited by the embodiment described above, provided that it is encompassed by the subject matter of the following claims. Bezugszeichenliste
