Abstract

A planetary carrier (1) for a gearbox, in particular for a wind turbine, can receive a planetary gear pin (5), on which a planetary gear (3) is mounted, a sleeve (6) being arranged in the radial direction between the planetary gear pin (5) and the planetary gear (3). In order to be able to compensate for irregularities in a toothing of the planetary gear and yet require as little installation space as possible for the planetary carrier (1), it is proposed that an antifriction layer is arranged between the sleeve (6) and the planetary gear (3).

Description

[0001] Planet carrier for a gearbox

[0002] The invention relates to a planet carrier for a transmission , in particular for a wind turbine transmission , by means of which at least one planetary axle can be accommodated , on which a planetary gear is mounted , a sleeve being arranged in the radial direction between the planetary axle and the planetary gear .

[0003] Such planet carriers are usually components of planetary gears that are used in the realization of wind turbine gearboxes.

[0004] When designing such transmissions, it is often crucial that these transmissions are subject to high mechanical stresses, which leads to a significant deformation of the transmission and thus also of the planetary carrier. To optimize the tooth meshing and thus the transmittable power in the transmission even under these deformations, the planetary axis is flexibly mounted relative to the planetary carrier.

[0005] The object of the invention is to provide a planet carrier for a transmission of this type which, on the one hand, reduces the installation space required for implementing the transmission and, on the other hand, offers the possibility of the planet gear, which is held by means of the planet carrier, not passing on deformations and irregularities to the toothing. This object is achieved according to the invention in that a sliding layer is arranged between the sleeve on the one hand and the planet gear on the other. This opens up the possibility of irregularities and deformations in the toothing of the planet gear being more or less buffered by the sliding layer present between the planet gear and the sleeve. The stress peaks occurring on the planet axis and thus on the planet carrier can be reduced in this way. Because it is designed as a sliding layer, only a small installation space is required.

[0006] The possibility of compensating for deformations and irregularities in the toothing is considerably increased if the sleeve is made of a flexible material.

[0007] Furthermore, the flexibility of the planet carrier with regard to absorbing mechanical stress peaks can be further increased if the sleeve surrounds the planetary axis accommodated in the planet carrier, forming a free space.

[0008] Advantageously, the planetary axis is only mounted on one side of the planet carrier.

[0009] In order to create a solid structure despite the clearance between the sleeve and the planetary axle, it is advantageous if the sleeve and the planetary axle are fastened to one another at the end facing away from the planet carrier or at the side of the planetary axle facing away from the planet carrier. To minimize the required installation space as much as possible, it is advisable to apply the sliding layer to the outer surface of the sleeve.

[0010] This can advantageously be achieved by means of an additive manufacturing process, by means of which the sliding layer is formed directly on the flexible sleeve.

[0011] A metallic coating can be advantageously provided as a sliding layer.

[0012] The sliding layer can be applied to the outer surface of the sleeve by means of overlay welding.

[0013] In addition, it is possible that the sliding layer is designed as a non-metallic coating.

[0014] In order to increase the mechanical flexibility of the planet carrier and thus of the planetary gear as a whole, it is advantageous if the planetary axis has a conical axial section on its section protruding from the planet carrier, at which its diameter is reduced, and to which an axial section of the sleeve is assigned, at which the inner diameter of the sleeve is reduced.

[0015] Advantageously, the free space between the planetary axis on the one hand and the sleeve on the other hand is arranged in the region of this conical axial section of the planetary axis.

[0016] In order to provide a solid structure for the arrangement comprising the planet carrier and the planet gear despite the free space between the planetary axis on the one hand and the sleeve on the other, it is advantageous if the planetary axis and the sleeve are fastened to one another on the side of the conical axial section of the planetary axis facing away from the planet carrier.

[0017] In the following, the invention is explained in more detail using an embodiment with reference to the drawing.

[0018] It shows :

[0019] Figure 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of a planetary carrier according to the invention for a transmission, the planetary carrier being shown only in detail; and

[0020] Figure 2 is an axial sectional view of the embodiment of the planet carrier according to the invention shown in Figure 1.

[0021] An embodiment of a planetary carrier 1 according to the invention, illustrated in principle in Figures 1 and 2, is a component of a planetary gear not otherwise shown in the figures. The planetary carrier 1 is also only shown in detail in Figures 1 and 2.

[0022] A planetary axle 5 is mounted by means of the planetary carrier 1, shown in detail in Figures 1 and 2. In the illustrated embodiment of the planetary carrier 1, the planetary axle 5 is mounted by means of a shaft-hub connection 8, which can be designed to be detachable. The planetary axle 5 is mounted on the planetary carrier 1 only on one side by means of the shaft-hub connection 8.

[0023] In the exemplary embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2, the planetary axis 5 has a section over which the diameter of the planetary axis 5 gradually decreases. The reduction occurs over the area lying between the exit of the planetary axis 5 from the planet carrier 1 and an end region 7 of the planetary axis 5 having a uniformly smaller diameter.

[0024] The planetary axle 5 is surrounded by a flexible sleeve 6 at its portion protruding from the planet carrier 1. The flexible sleeve 6 has a corresponding sleeve portion at its axial portion associated with the tapered region of the planetary axle 5, at which the inner diameter of the flexible sleeve 6 tapers accordingly. The flexible sleeve 6 coaxially surrounds the planetary axle 5 and is firmly connected to the planetary axle 5 at the end region 7 thereof.

[0025] A free space 9 is formed between the axial section of the flexible sleeve 6, in which the inner diameter of the flexible sleeve 6 decreases, and the axial section of the planetary axis 5, in which the diameter of the planetary axis 5 tapers. By means of the flexible sleeve 6 arranged on the planetary axis 5 and the free space 9 formed - as described above - between the planetary axis 5 and the flexible sleeve 6, a so-called flex-pin construction is created. A planet gear 3 is arranged on the outer surface of the flexible sleeve 6, which is cylindrical in the illustrated embodiment, and which has a toothing 2 on its outer surface, by means of which it is in a gear connection with other components of the planetary gear system having the planet carrier 1.

[0026] Due to the free space 9 present between the inner surface of the flexible sleeve 6 and the planetary axis 5, it is possible for the planetary gear 3 to independently compensate for deformations and irregularities in the toothing 2.

[0027] To achieve this effect with the least possible effort, a sliding layer 4 is formed on the outer surface of the flexible sleeve 6, which is located between the outer surface of the flexible sleeve 6 on the one hand and the inner surface of the planetary gear 3 on the other. In the illustrated embodiment, this sliding layer 4 is applied directly to the outer surface of the flexible sleeve 6.

[0028] The sliding layer 4 can be formed as a metallic or non-metallic coating. By applying the sliding layer 4 directly or immediately to the outer surface of the flexible sleeve 6, the installation space required for the design of the planet carrier 1 described above is considerably reduced.

[0029] The sliding layer 4 can be formed, for example, by deposition welding directly onto the outer surface of the flexible sleeve 6. Other additive manufacturing processes can also be used to apply the sliding layer 4 to the flexible sleeve 6.

[0030] At this point it should be pointed out that in the perspective representation of the planet carrier 1 according to the invention a circumferential section of the planet gear 3 has been omitted in order to better illustrate the arrangement of the planet carrier 1, planetary axis 5, flexible sleeve 6, sliding layer 4 and planet gear 3.
