Description
[0001] SANITARY ARRANGEMENT
[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD
[0003] The present invention relates to a sanitary arrangement according to claim 1 and an installation situation of the sanitary arrangement according to claim 13.
[0004] STATE OF THE ART
[0005] CN 103 205 998 shows a sanitary element comprising a vertical drain pipe and horizontal branch pipes. Furthermore, the sanitary element has internal guide vanes. The branch pipes are integrally formed on the sanitary element. The pipes for the various sanitary items, such as toilet bowls, urinals, washbasins, etc., are connected via the connection structure, which is predefined by the sanitary element.
[0006] PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
[0007] Based on this prior art, the invention is based on the object of providing a sanitary arrangement which can be adapted more flexibly to local conditions.
[0008] This object is achieved by the subject matter according to claim 1. Accordingly, a sanitary arrangement comprises a first pipe section with a pipe channel leading from an inlet to an outlet and extending along a first central axis, and with a pipe socket running laterally to the pipe channel, which has a deflection section opening into the pipe channel, which deflection section opens into the pipe channel in such a way that the flow flowing from the deflection section strikes the inner wall of the pipe channel essentially tangentially, and a second pipe section with a pipe channel leading from an inlet to an outlet and extending along a second central axis, and with a pipe socket running laterally to the pipe channel, which has a deflection section opening into the pipe channel, which deflection section opens into the pipe channel in such a way that the flow flowing from the deflection section strikes the inner wall of the pipe channel essentially tangentially. The deflection sections open essentially tangentially into the respective pipe section. The first pipe section has a first bearing point in the outlet area, and the second pipe section has a second bearing point in the inlet area. The first pipe section can be connected to the second pipe section via the two bearing points. The bearing points are designed such that the two pipe sections can be pivoted relative to each other when connected, allowing the angular position of the pipe sockets to be adjusted relative to each other.
[0009] The pipe sections are therefore connected to each other in a pivotable manner and can be aligned relative to each other with regard to their angular position.
[0010] The two pipe sections can therefore be aligned and adapted to the local conditions. This increases flexibility and ease of installation when installing the plumbing system.
[0011] Due to the tangential deflection in the same direction, the wastewater will flow along the inner wall of the pipe channel and the wastewater will be set into rotation in the pipe channel.
[0012] The pipe sockets protrude laterally from the respective pipe section and extend away from the respective pipe section.
[0013] The angular position of the pipe sockets is preferably defined such that the pipe sockets are at an angle to each other, as viewed in the direction of the first central axis or the second central axis. This means that in a projection plane extending perpendicular to the first central axis or the second central axis, the central axes of the pipe sockets are in the said angular position.
[0014] The plumbing arrangement is preferably part of a downpipe for draining a multi-phase flow medium, in particular consisting of water, solids, and air. The pipe diameter of the first pipe section and the deflection bend is preferably between 10 and 300 millimeters. The first pipe section is designed separately from the second pipe section. The two pipe sections can then be connected to each other as described. The two pipe sections can be delivered separately from the factory, allowing the installer to join them together on-site. However, the two pipe sections can also be pre-connected at the factory, allowing the installer to essentially align the two pipe sockets on-site.
[0015] The bearing points are designed such that the two pipe sections can be plugged together along the first and second central axes, respectively. When plugged together, the two central axes are collinear with each other.
[0016] The tangential deflection of both pipe sections has the further advantage that wastewater cannot flow back from the pipe sections into the deflection section. This is particularly true when the two pipe sockets open into the pipe channels diametrically opposite each other. For this reason, connection configurations can be provided that are not specified or permitted by standards. For example, a smaller center distance between the two pipe sockets can be provided and / or the pipe sockets can be positioned diametrically opposite each other. This makes the plumbing arrangement particularly suitable for connecting a floor-level shower in combination with a toilet on the same floor on the same downpipe.
[0017] The tangential deflection is achieved by first guiding the pipe socket essentially at right angles to the respective centerline and then deflecting it laterally before the outlet point, so that the deflection section then opens tangentially into the pipe channel. The deflection section is guided tangentially to the inner wall of the pipe channel.
[0018] Preferably, the first bearing point and the second bearing point are designed such that the two pipe sections can be freely pivoted relative to each other. The pipe sections can thus be pivoted 360° relative to each other around their central axes.
[0019] Preferably, the tangential deflection of the respective deflection section of both pipe sections runs in the same direction of rotation around the respective central axis. Preferably, the deflection section has a first region that extends cylindrically around a central axis and a second region that provides the said tangential opening.
[0020] Preferably, the second region enters the pipe section at an angle to the outlet, viewed from the respective inlet of the respective pipe section.
[0021] When installed, the deflection section is directed downwards in the area of the tangential outlet. This directs the water tangentially and downwards into the pipe channel.
[0022] Preferably, the first bearing point is provided by a circular-cylindrical outer surface on the first pipe section; and the second bearing point is provided by a circular-cylindrical inner surface on the second pipe section. Alternatively, the first bearing point is provided by a circular-cylindrical inner surface on the first pipe section; and the second bearing point is provided by a circular-cylindrical outer surface on the second pipe section.
[0023] Preferably, the first pipe section and the second pipe section each have a stop element which defines the maximum insertion depth between the two bearing points.
[0024] In one embodiment, the cross section or diameter of the first deflection section is equal to the cross section or diameter of the second deflection section.
[0025] In another embodiment, the cross-section or diameter of the first deflection section is different from the cross-section or diameter of the second deflection section. In particular, the cross-section or diameter of the first deflection section is larger than the cross-section or diameter of the second deflection section.
[0026] The advantage of using different diameters is that a suitable diameter can be selected depending on the sanitary element to be connected. For example, when connecting a toilet bowl to one of the inlet sections, a larger diameter should be selected than when connecting a shower tray, shower surface, or vanity to the other of the inlet sections.
[0027] Another advantage is that the installer can use a different pipe section for different diameters, so the pipe leading to the pipe section can always be laid close to the ground. Laying it close to the ground is not possible when joining pipe sections with different nominal diameters, because they must be joined flush with the apex.
[0028] Preferably, the distance between the center axis of the first pipe socket and the center axis of the second pipe socket is in the range of 80 millimeters to 500, in particular between 80 and 200 millimeters
[0029] Preferably, the bearing points are designed such that the insertion depth of one of the two bearing points into the other of the two bearing points is variable, such that the distance between the center axis of the first pipe socket and the center axis of the second pipe socket is adjustable in the above-mentioned range.
[0030] Preferably, the first pipe section is located above the second pipe section when viewed in the installation position.
[0031] Preferably, a locking element is provided between the first pipe section and the second pipe section, which locks the two pipe sections with respect to a movement in the direction of the two central axes and which allows a movement of the two pipe sections around the central axes.
[0032] Preferably, the plumbing system further comprises a deflection bend, wherein the deflection bend has a bearing point on the deflection bend side, which can be connected to the second pipe section via another bearing point on the second pipe section. When installed in a vertical downpipe, the deflection bend connects to the second pipe section and thus redirects the flow from the vertical to the horizontal.
[0033] Preferably, the additional bearing point is provided by a circular-cylindrical inner surface on the second pipe section; and the bearing point on the deflection bend side is provided by a circular-cylindrical outer surface on the deflection bend. Alternatively, the additional bearing point is provided by a circular-cylindrical outer surface on the second pipe section; and the bearing point on the deflection bend side is provided by a circular-cylindrical inner surface on the deflection bend.
[0034] Preferably, the deflection bend has a flow divider and a guide structure, wherein the flow divider breaks up the annular flow flowing from the second pipe section and directs it to the guide structure.
[0035] Preferably, the guide structure comprises a channel-shaped guide section and at least two guide steps with stepped surfaces on each side of the channel-shaped guide section. The guide surfaces of the flow divider and the stepped surfaces are arranged relative to one another in such a way that a partial volume of an annular flow opened up by the flow divider is directed to the stepped surfaces.
[0036] The arrangement of the flow divider, which directs the water of the ruptured annular flow onto the stepped surfaces, has the advantage of distributing the entire water volume of the annular flow between the channel-shaped guide section and the guide steps. This allows for a directed flow without lateral waves. Furthermore, the arrangement of the guide steps distributes the confluence of the flow medium over a greater length in the curved section, thereby calming the flow overall and reducing loss.
[0037] Furthermore, the cross-sectional shape of the curved section is designed by the arrangement of the guide structure in such a way that a movement of the flow medium, in particular of the water and the solids, transverse to the flow direction is suppressed or prevented.
[0038] The guide steps and the wall surfaces preferably run in the flow direction of the flow medium.
[0039] An installation situation comprises a sanitary arrangement as described above and a building floor with a top side and a bottom side and with a passage which extends from the top side to the bottom side through the building floor, wherein the pipe sockets are located above the top side when viewed in the installed position and wherein the second pipe section extends partially into the passage.
[0040] If the deflection bend is present, the deflection bend extends below the underside and partially protrudes into the passage. Preferably, the installation situation further comprises a first sanitary article, such as a urinal or a toilet, and a second sanitary article, such as a shower element, in particular a shower tray or a shower surface, wherein the first sanitary article is connected to the pipe socket of the first pipe section and wherein the second sanitary article is connected to the pipe socket of the second pipe section.
[0041] Further embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.

[0053] DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The figures show a sanitary arrangement according to the present invention. The sanitary arrangement comprises a first pipe section 1 and a second pipe section 2. The two pipe sections 1, 2 are pivotally connected to one another. This means that the first pipe section 1 can be pivoted relative to the second pipe section 2. Each of the pipe sections 1, 2 comprises a pipe socket 13, 23, to which sanitary articles such as toilets, urinals, shower elements, washbasins, and the like can be connected.
[0054] Figures 1 to 3 show different views of the plumbing arrangement. In the configuration according to Figure 1, the pipe socket 13 extends from pipe section 1 parallel to the pipe socket 23 from pipe section 2. In the configuration according to Figure 2, the pipe socket 13 extends from pipe section 1 at a right angle to the pipe socket 23 from pipe section 2. In the configuration according to Figure 3, the pipe socket 13 extends from pipe section 1 parallel and at an angle of 180° to the pipe socket 23 from pipe section 2. The pivoting properties of the two pipe sections 1, 2 have the advantage that the plumbing arrangement can be easily and flexibly adapted or aligned to local conditions.
[0055] Figure 4 shows a perspective exploded view of the plumbing system. The first pipe section 1 is shown spaced apart from the second pipe section 2. Figure 5 shows a perspective view of the plumbing system in its assembled state.
[0056] Figures 6 and 7 show perspective and partially sectioned views of the plumbing arrangement. The design of the pipe sections 1 and 2 will now be explained in more detail using Figures 4, 6, and 7.
[0057] The first pipe section 1 comprises a pipe channel 12 extending along a first central axis M1. The pipe channel 12 extends from an inlet 10 to an outlet 11. Furthermore, the first pipe section 1 comprises a pipe socket 13 extending laterally to the pipe channel 12, which has a deflection section 14 opening essentially tangentially into the pipe channel 12. The deflection section 14 opens into the pipe channel 12 in such a way that the flow flowing from the deflection section 14 strikes the inner wall of the pipe channel 12 essentially tangentially.
[0058] The second pipe section 2 comprises a pipe channel 22 extending along a second central axis M2. The pipe channel 22 extends from an inlet 20 to an outlet 21. Furthermore, the second pipe section 2 comprises a pipe socket 23 extending laterally to the pipe channel 22, which has a deflection section 24 opening essentially tangentially into the pipe channel 22. The deflection section 24 opens into the pipe channel 22 in such a way that the flow flowing from the deflection section 24 strikes the inner wall of the pipe channel 22 essentially tangentially.
[0059] In the installed position, wastewater flows from the inlet 10 of the first pipe section 1 through the pipe channel 12 and the pipe channel 22 to the outlet 21 of the second pipe section 2. In the installed position, the sanitary arrangement is typically arranged such that the central axes M1, M2 are oriented vertically, i.e. in the perpendicular direction.
[0060] In the area of the outlet 11, the first pipe section 1 has a first bearing point 15. The second pipe section 2 has a second bearing point 25 in the area of the inlet 20. The two pipe sections 1, 2 can be connected to one another via these two bearing points 15, 25. The bearing points 15, 25 are designed such that the two pipe sections 1, 2 can be pivoted relative to one another when connected. Due to this pivotability, the angular position of the pipe sockets 13, 23 relative to one another can be adjusted. Accordingly, the pipe sockets 13, 23 can be pivoted relative to one another so that the angular position of the pipe sockets 13, 23 can be aligned to the local conditions.
[0061] The angle corresponding to the angular position between the two pipe sockets 13, 23 is shown in Figure 8 as angle a. Here, angle a is 180°.
[0062] The first bearing point 15 is provided here by a circular-cylindrical outer surface 150 on the first pipe section 1. The second bearing point 25 is provided here by a circular-cylindrical inner surface 250 on the second pipe section 2. The first pipe section 1 and the second pipe section 2 each have a stop element 18, 28, which defines the maximum insertion depth between the two bearing points 15, 25. The stop elements 18, 28 are provided here by surface areas extending radially to the outer surface 150 and the inner surface 250, respectively.
[0063] Furthermore, at least one sealing element 5 is arranged in the area of the bearing points 15, 25, which seals the bearing points 15, 25 to the outside, as seen from the pipe channels 12, 22. Preferably, a locking element is provided between the first pipe section 1 and the second pipe section 2, which locks the two pipe sections 1, 2 with respect to movement in the direction of the two central axes M1, M2 and which allows movement of the two pipe sections 1, 2 around the central axes M1, M2.
[0064] In the embodiment shown, the two bearing points 15, 25 are designed such that the two pipe sections 1, 2 can be freely pivoted relative to each other. The two pipe sections 1, 2 can therefore be freely pivoted 360° around their central axes M1, M2.
[0065] In other embodiments, however, it is also conceivable for the first bearing point 15 and the second bearing point 25 to be designed such that the two pipe sections 1, 2 can be pivoted relative to one another at a limited angle. Appropriate stop elements can be provided here. The angle, based on the relative position in which the two pivoting sections 14, 24 are oriented parallel to one another, is preferably a maximum of 145° in one direction and a maximum of 145° in the other direction.
[0066] Figures 6 and 7 show the tangential deflection of the respective deflection sections 14, 24. The tangential deflection of the respective deflection sections 14, 24 runs in the same direction of rotation around the respective central axes M1, M2 for both pipe sections 1, 2. In the embodiment shown, the tangential deflection is designed counterclockwise in each case. The tangential deflection is such that the deflection section 14, 24 opens into the pipe channel 12, 22 tangentially to the pipe channel 12, 22. The water flowing into the pipe channel 12, 22 via the deflection section 14, 24 is guided along the side walls of the pipe channel 12, 22 and rotates around the central axes M1, M2.
[0067] The deflection sections 14, 24 are oriented downwards when viewed in the installed position, such that the water is deflected tangentially to the pipe channel 12, 22 and downwards into the pipe channel 12, 22.
[0068] Each of the deflection sections 14, 24 has a first region 16, 26 which extends cylindrically around a central axis M16, M26. The first region is followed by a second region 17, 27 which provides the aforementioned tangential opening into the pipe channel 12, 22. The second region 17, 27 enters the pipe section at an angle to the outlet 11, 21, viewed from the respective inlet 10, 20 of the respective pipe section 1, 2. The second region 17, 27 is angularly inclined with respect to the first region 16, 26. The central axes M16, M26 are preferably perpendicular to the central axes M1, M2.
[0069] In the embodiment shown, the cross section or diameter of the first deflection section 14 is different from the cross section or diameter of the second deflection section 24. Here, the cross section or diameter of the first deflection section 14 is larger than the cross section or diameter of the second deflection section 24.
[0070] Figure 1 shows the distance A between the center axis M16 of the first pipe socket 1 and the center axis M26 of the second pipe socket 2. The distance A is preferably in the range from 80 millimeters to 500 millimeters, in particular in the range from 80 millimeters to 200 millimeters. Preferably, the bearing points 15, 25 are designed such that the insertion depth of one of the two bearing points 15 into the other of the two bearing points 25 is variable, such that the distance A between the center axis M16 of the first pipe socket 1 and the center axis M26 of the second pipe socket 2 is adjustable within the stated range of 150 millimeters to 500 millimeters.
[0071] Figure 9 shows a further development of the plumbing arrangement. Here, the plumbing arrangement further comprises a deflection bend 3. The deflection bend 3 is connected to the second pipe section 2. For this purpose, the deflection bend 3 has a bearing point 30 on the deflection bend side, which can be connected to a further bearing point 29 on the second pipe section 2. The further bearing point 29 is provided by a circular-cylindrical inner surface 290 on the second pipe section 2, and the bearing point 30 on the deflection bend side is provided by a circular-cylindrical outer surface 300 on the deflection bend.
[0072] The deflection bend 3 has a flow divider 31 and a guide structure 32 on its inside. The flow divider 31 breaks up the annular flow flowing from the second pipe section 2 and guides it to the guide structure 32. The flow divider 31 is arranged above the guide structure 32 when viewed in the installed position. The deflection bend 3 extends curved over a curved section. The guide structure 32 is arranged on the outside of the curved section. Furthermore, Figure 9 shows an installation situation with the sanitary arrangement described above and a building floor 4. The building floor 4 has an upper side 40 and a lower side 41. A passage 42 extends from the upper side 40 to the lower side 41 through the building floor 4. The pipe sockets 13, 23 are located above the upper side 40 when viewed in the installed position. The second pipe section 2 extends partially into the
[0073] Passage into.
[0074] The installation situation preferably further comprises a first sanitary item, such as a urinal or a toilet, and a second sanitary item, such as a shower element, in particular a shower tray or a shower surface. The first sanitary item is connected to the pipe socket 12 of the first pipe section 1, and the second sanitary item is connected to the pipe socket 22 of the second pipe section 2.
