[0009] - whereby due to the parking drive movement of the sash-side drive element, the control link and the link follower are movable relative to each other in the longitudinal direction of the control link and thereby the sash-side transverse guide part can be moved from a position associated with the position of the sash near the fixed frame perpendicular to the frame main plane into a parking position associated with the position of the sash far from the fixed frame due to the course of the control link guiding the link follower relative to the fixed frame-side transverse guide part and

[0010] • wherein the longitudinal guide of the fitting arrangement comprises a fixed frame-side longitudinal guide track which runs in the sliding direction of the sash and on which the fixed frame-side transverse guide part is movably guided in the sliding direction of the sash together with the sash-side transverse guide part which is moved into the storage position.

[0011] The invention also relates to a window or a door with a fitting arrangement of the aforementioned type.

[0012] The prior art in this area is known from EP 2 829 679 A1. This document relates to a window or door with a sash that can be positioned relative to a fixed frame by means of a displacement arrangement perpendicular to a main frame plane of the fixed frame and, in the positioned state, can be displaced in a sliding direction parallel to the main frame plane. The displacement arrangement comprises a drive rod fitting mounted on the sash and guide parts on the fixed frame side that are movable on the fixed frame parallel to the main frame plane in the sliding direction of the sash and are supported perpendicular to the main frame plane. The connection between the sash and the fixed-frame-side guide parts is established by sash fastening parts of the displacement arrangement, one of which is screwed to the sash on the one hand and movably guided perpendicular to the main frame plane on the other. To position the sash relative to the fixed frame, drive rods of the drive rod fitting, which are movably guided on the sash in the circumferential direction of the sash, are provided with control pins, each of which engages a control slot on one of the fixed-frame-side guide parts. Upon actuation of the drive rod fitting, a control pin on the drive rod side moves in the longitudinal direction of the control slot on the associated fixed-frame-side guide part.Since the control link on the fixed-frame-side guide part extends in the direction of movement of the control pin with increasing distance from the main frame plane, the displacement of the control pin in the control link causes the sash, which is connected to the control pin for movement, to move vertically relative to the main frame plane relative to the fixed-frame-side guide part. The sash is guided by the fixed-frame-side guide parts during its movement. The sash, which is positioned at a distance from the fixed frame, can be manually moved in the sliding direction relative to the fixed frame.

[0013] The object of the present invention is to further develop the generic state of the art in such a way that the guidance of the sash remote from the fixed frame, which guides it perpendicularly to the main frame plane, is improved during its sliding movement.

[0014] According to the invention, this object is achieved by the fitting arrangement according to patent claim 1 and by the window or door according to patent claim 8.

[0015] In the case of the invention, the spring element provided between the sash-side transverse guide part and the fixed frame-side transverse guide part and pre-tensioned perpendicular to the main frame plane when the sash is parked ensures a play-free support of the sash-side control element of the sash parking control on the guide part-side control element of the sash parking control.

[0016] The sash-side control element of the sash tilt control is connected to the sash-side drive element, which in turn is connected to the sash, which moves perpendicular to the main frame plane. The guide-part-side control element of the sash tilt control is provided on the transverse guide part on the fixed frame side. The transverse guide part on the fixed frame side is guided in the sliding direction along the longitudinal guide track provided for guiding the tilted sash in the sliding direction and is therefore mounted on the longitudinal guide track of the parallel guide perpendicular to the main frame plane.

[0017] Consequently, the play-free support of the sash-side control element on the guide part-side control element of the sash parking control, as effected according to the invention, results in a play-free or at least play-reduced support of the sash parked relative to the fixed frame on the longitudinal guide track perpendicular to the main frame plane, even when the parked sash is moved along the longitudinal guide track in the sliding direction. With appropriate geometry of the sash-side control element and the guide part-side control element of the sash shut-off control, the pre-tensioned spring element also ensures play-free mutual support of the sash-side control element and the guide part-side control element, due to which play along the main frame plane and / or rotational play is eliminated between the sash-side control element and the guide part-side control element and consequently also between the sash-side transverse guide part and the fixed frame-side transverse guide part.

[0018] Particular embodiments of the fitting arrangement according to claim 1 and of the window or door according to claim 8 are set out in the dependent claims 2 to 7 and 9.

[0019] According to claim 2, the spring element according to the invention between the sash-side transverse guide part and the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part is advantageously preloaded due to the parking drive movement, with which the drive element of the parking drive, together with the sash-side control element of the sash parking control attached to the drive element, is moved relative to the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part and the guide-part-side control element provided thereon. The parking movement of the sash relative to the fixed frame thus directly leads to the buildup of preload of the spring element between the sash-side transverse guide part and the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part and thus to a play-free or play-reduced mounting of the sash parked relative to the fixed frame perpendicular to the main frame plane during its sliding movement along the longitudinal guide track.

[0020] According to claim 3, in a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the sash-side transverse guide part is constructed in several parts. A base body guides the sash-side transverse guide part on the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part during the folding movement of the sash. A spring abutment of the sash-side transverse guide part, which is structurally separate from the base body, supports the spring element preloaded between the sash-side transverse guide part and the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part on one side. With a spring abutment of the type according to the invention, sash-side transverse guide parts of conventional transverse guides for folding and parallel-sliding sashes can be easily retrofitted for the use of spring elements according to the invention.

[0021] In the case of the fitting arrangement according to the invention according to claim 4, the sash-side control element of the sash tilting control is designed as a sliding guide follower movable along the main frame plane of the fixed frame, preferably as a control pin. The control guide of the sash tilting control is provided on the transverse guide part on the fixed frame side. To generate a tilting movement of the sash perpendicular to the main frame plane, the control guide runs in the direction of the tilting drive movement of the sash-side drive element of the tilting drive with increasing distance from the main frame plane. In general, the course of the control guide is selected such that, when the sash is tilted, the sliding guide follower and the control guide do not perform any relative movement in the longitudinal direction of the control guide under the effect of the spring preload then built up, and consequently the sash is not returned to its fixed-frame-side position.

[0022] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a drive rod is provided as the sash-side drive element of the closing drive for the sash, which drive rod is moved on the sash in a sash-side guide groove with the closing drive movement along the main frame plane, preferably by means of a conventional operating handle of the fitting arrangement according to the invention. On an aluminum sash profile, the drive rod is guided on guide groove walls spaced apart from one another perpendicular to the main frame plane (patent claims 5, 9). On a plastic or wooden sash profile, the drive rod is guided on a faceplate rail that is connected to the sash profile, preferably screwed, and is therefore attached to the sash profile without play in the transverse direction of the main frame plane. The pre-tensioned spring element between the sash-side cross guide part and the fixed-frame-side cross guide part ensures, on the one hand, a play-free mounting of the sash-side control element of the sash closing control on the guide part-side control element perpendicular to the main frame plane. In addition, it ensures, perpendicular to the main frame plane, a play-free mounting of the drive rod provided with the sash-side control element on one of the guide groove walls of the sash or on the faceplate connected to the sash. The play-free mounting of the drive rod on the relevant guide groove wall of the sash-side guide groove for the drive rod or on the faceplate further reduces the guide play of the sash remote from the fixed frame, which occurs perpendicular to the main frame plane when the sash remote from the fixed frame is moved with a sliding movement along the main frame plane. With appropriate geometry of the sash-side control element and the guide part-side control element of the sash shut-off control, play along the main frame plane and / or rotational play is also avoided between the sash-side transverse guide part and the fixed frame-side transverse guide part.

[0023] Conventional spring designs are particularly suitable for the spring element according to the invention. In the case of the inventive designs of patent claims 6 and 7, a helical spring and / or a leaf spring is provided as the spring element for the sake of simplicity. A leaf spring can be attached to a multi-part wing-side transverse guide part according to patent claim 3, for example, using fastening screws, which then serve as a spring abutment.

[0028] Figure 4 shows the transverse guide according to Figure 3 in the vertical view and with the indicated control pin according to Figure 3 inside a control gate on the fixed frame-side transverse guide part,

[0029] Figure 5 is a sectional view of the window according to Figure 1 with the fitting arrangement according to Figure 1 in a second functional state,

[0030] Figures 6 to 8 show representations of the transverse guide of the fitting arrangement according to Figure 5, corresponding to Figures 2 to 4,

[0031] Figure 9 shows a transverse guide of the second type in a first functional state and

[0032] Figure 10 shows the transverse guide according to Figure 9 in a second functional state.

[0033] As can be seen from Figures 1 and 5, a window 1 designed as a sliding window comprises a fixed frame 2, a sash 3 and a fitting arrangement 4 arranged between the fixed frame 2 and the sash 3. An upper horizontal frame member 5 of the fixed frame 2 and an upper frame member 6 of a sash frame 7 is shown from the sash 3.

[0034] By means of the fitting arrangement 4, the sash 3 can be driven relative to the fixed frame 2 with a guided tilting movement in a tilting direction (arrow 8) perpendicular to a main frame plane 9 of the fixed frame 2, indicated by dash-dotted lines in Figures 1 and 5, and can thus be tilted from a position near the fixed frame (Figure 1) to a position far from the fixed frame (Figure 5). Furthermore, the fitting arrangement 4 enables a horizontal sliding movement of the sash 3 when tilted to the position far from the fixed frame. A sliding direction 10 of the sash 3 directed in the drawing planes of Figures 1 and 5 is indicated in Figure 5 and runs perpendicular to the tilting direction 8 along the main frame plane 9. To implement the aforementioned functions, the fitting arrangement 4 comprises a transverse guide 11, a tilting drive 12, and a longitudinal guide 13.

[0035] The transverse guide 11 of the fitting arrangement 4 is shown in detail in Figures 2 to 4 and 6 to 8.

[0036] Figures 2 to 4 show the transverse guide 11 in a first functional state of the fitting assembly 4, in which the sash 3 assumes its position near the fixed frame and is locked to the fixed frame 2. In Figures 6 to 8, the fitting assembly 4 and the transverse guide 11 are in a second functional state. In this second functional state of the fitting assembly 4, the sash 3 is unlocked from the fixed frame 2 and is parked in a position remote from the fixed frame 2 in the parking direction 8.

[0037] The transverse guide 11 of the fitting assembly 4 has a sash-side transverse guide part 14 and a fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15. The sash-side transverse guide part 14 is screwed to the sash 3 by means of four fastening screws 16 (Figure 1). The fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15 is provided with a guide roller 17 that is rotatable about a roller rotation axis 18 running parallel to the main frame plane 9. By means of the guide roller 17, the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15 is movably guided in the sliding direction 10 of the sash 3 on a longitudinal guide track of the longitudinal guide 13 formed by a guide rail 19. The guide rail 19 is connected to the fixed frame 2.

[0038] Transverse edges 20 of the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15 extending in the retraction direction 8 are overlapped by the sash-side transverse guide part 14 screwed to the sash 3. Due to the resulting dovetail-like guide, the sash-side transverse guide part 14, and with it also the sash 3, are movably guided on the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15 in the retraction direction 8.

[0039] A spring element is arranged between the sash-side transverse guide part 14 and the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15, which in the case of the fitting arrangement 4 according to Figures 1 to 8 is designed as a helical spring 21. A screw axis 22 of the helical spring 21 runs perpendicular to the main frame plane 9. The helical spring 21 is mounted with one axial end on the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15 and with the other axial end on the sash-side transverse guide part 14. For this purpose, the sash-side transverse guide part 14 has a spring abutment 23, which is mounted by means of fastening screws 24 to a base body 25 of the sash-side transverse guide part 14.

[0040] The stopping drive 12 of the fitting arrangement 4 serves to generate the stopping movement of the sash 3 in the stopping direction 8 relative to the fixed frame 2.

[0041] Details of the parking drive 12 can be found in Figures 3 and 4 for the functional state of the fitting arrangement 4 illustrated in Figure 1 and in Figures 7 and 8 for the functional state of the fitting arrangement 4 shown in Figure 5.

[0042] The shut-off drive 12 comprises a drive rod 26 as the sash-side drive element, which, as shown in Figures 1 and 5, is accommodated in the usual way in a fitting part groove 27. The fitting part groove 27 runs on the sash 3 in the circumferential direction of the rebate. As usual, the drive rod 26 is covered by a faceplate 28 screwed to the sash 3. The faceplate 28 is screwed to the frame member 6 of the sash frame 7. The drive rod 26 can be displaced relative to the faceplate 28 by conventional actuation of the handle (not shown) of the fitting arrangement 4 with a shut-off drive movement. A direction 29 of the shut-off drive movement of the drive rod 26 directed in the drawing planes of Figures 1 and 5 is illustrated in Figures 1 and 5.

[0043] During movement in direction 29 of the shut-off drive movement, the drive rod 26 is guided along the faceplate 28. For this purpose, a shaft 30 of a control pin 31 attached to the drive rod 26, riveted to the drive rod 26, penetrates a slot on the faceplate 28 running in the direction 29 of the shut-off drive movement (Figure 5). The control pin 31, which is radially expanded relative to the shaft 30, covers the longitudinal edges of the guide slot provided on the faceplate 28 for the shaft 30 and the drive rod 26.

[0044] The control pin 31 forms a sash-side control element of a sash closing control 32 of the closing drive 12. The control pin 31 is mounted on the sash 3 perpendicular to the main frame plane 9 via the shaft 30 and the faceplate 28. The fitting groove 27 thus forms a sash-side guide groove for the drive rod 26, and the groove walls 33 are provided as guide groove walls.

[0045] The control pin 31 provided as the wing-side control element of the wing stop control 32 is assigned a control link 34 provided on the fixed frame-side transverse guide part 15 as the guide part-side control element.

[0046] The control link 34 runs on the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15 in a longitudinal direction along the main frame plane 9 and has a link opening with link walls 35 that are spaced apart from one another perpendicular to the main frame plane 9. When the fitting assembly 4 is mounted on the sash 3, the control pin 31 of the sash-side drive rod 26 extends parallel to the main frame plane 9 into the link opening of the control link 34 on the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15. The control link 34 runs in the direction 29 of the parking drive movement of the drive rod 26 and the control pin 31 with increasing distance from the main frame plane 9.

[0047] Figure 4 shows the position of the control pin 31 in the control link 34 in the functional state of the fitting assembly 4 illustrated in Figure 1. The sash 3 is located close to the fixed frame relative to the fixed frame 2. The coil spring 21 provided between the sash-side transverse guide part 14 and the fixed frame-side transverse guide part 15 is relaxed. The control pin 31 is located in the control link 34 at the upper end of the link opening in Figure 4.

[0048] If, based on these conditions, the drive rod 26 is displaced relative to the sash 3 in the direction 29 of the tilting drive movement by actuating the handle of the fitting assembly 4, the sash 3 is unlocked from the fixed frame in the usual way. At the same time, the control pin 31 inside the control link 34 moves as a link follower, starting from the position shown in Figure 4 to the position shown in Figure 8. Via the drive rod 26 supported on the sash 3 perpendicular to the main frame plane 9, the control pin 31 drives the sash 3 in the tilting direction 8. The sash 3 and the sash-side transverse guide part 14 screwed to it move relative to the fixed frame-side transverse guide part 15 until the sash 3 has reached its position away from the fixed frame shown in Figure 5. In the position away from the fixed frame, the sash 3 is free from the fixed frame 2.As a result, the sash 3 can be displaced relative to the fixed frame 2 along the fixed frame-side guide rail 19 in the sliding direction 10.

[0049] Due to the movement of the sash 3 and the sash-side transverse guide part 14 screwed to it, caused by the drive rod 26 and the sash tilt control 32, relative to the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15, which remains stationary during the movement of the sash 3 and the sash-side transverse guide part 14 in the tilt direction 8, the coil spring 21 is compressed between the sash-side transverse guide part 14 and the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15. In the compressed and thus pre-tensioned state, the coil spring 21 is shown in Figure 6.

[0050] Due to the preload of the coil spring 21, the control pin 31 is pressed against the guide wall 35 of the control guide 34 in the direction of action (dashed arrow in Figure 8) of the compressed coil spring 21. Due to the shape of the part of the guide wall 35 acted upon by the control pin 31 under the action of the compressed coil spring 21, a play-free mounting of the control pin 31 on the transverse guide part 15 on the fixed frame side, both perpendicular and parallel to the main frame plane 9, results.

[0051] The play-free mounting of the control pin 31 on the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15 and the play-free mounting of the control pin 31 on the sash 3 combine to result in at most minimal play of the sash 3 perpendicular to the main frame plane 9 when the sash 3, parked in the position remote from the fixed frame, is moved in the sliding direction 10 along the fixed-frame-side guide rail 19. Furthermore, play along the main frame plane 9 and rotational play are prevented between the sash-side transverse guide part 14, which is coupled to the control pin 31 via the sash 3, and the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15.

[0052] A transverse guide 111 of the fitting assembly 4 shown in Figures 9 and 10 differs from the transverse guide 11 according to Figures 1 to 8 only in that, instead of the coil spring 21, a leaf spring 121 is provided as the spring element between the sash-side transverse guide part 14 and the fixed-frame-side transverse guide part 15. The leaf spring 121 is screwed to the base body 25 of the sash-side transverse guide part 14 by means of fastening screws 123. The fastening screws 123 thus form a spring abutment of the modified sash-side transverse guide part 14.
