Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a sanitary outlet piece with a first inlet channel, a separate second inlet channel and at least one outlet.
[0002] Such sanitary outlet pieces are well known and are used in fitting outlets, for example the downstream ends of fittings, whereby different types of water can be supplied separately from one another and remain cleanly separated even in the outlet.
[0003] Such a sanitary outlet piece is known, for example, from DE 10 2016 000 766 A1 of the applicant.
[0004] The object of the invention is to simplify and improve the handling and application of such a sanitary outlet piece.
[0005] This problem is solved by a sanitary outlet piece having the features of claim 1.
[0006] The sanitary outlet piece according to the invention is characterized in that a collection chamber is arranged upstream of the first inlet channel, wherein the collection chamber has at least one functional water connection. Functional water is, for example, water that is provided by a functional unit in addition to normal tap water. This can be boiling water, i.e., around 100°C, or water enriched with CO2, i.e., sparkling water. The tap water, also as a mixture of hot and cold water, is guided via the second inlet channel. The second inlet channel can be assigned to a separate second outlet.
[0007] The one or more functional waters first enter the collection chamber through the first inlet channel. The collection chamber, in turn, can be directed to a first outlet.
[0008] In one version, the two inlet channels are routed to two separate outlets. The advantage of this is that, for example, a different aerator characteristic can be used for a specific functional water.
[0009] For example, an aerated jet can be created in a second outlet for tap water or mixed water.
[0010] This may not be desirable for sparkling water or boiling water, which is why a different aerator characteristic can be used here, for example to create a laminar jet.
[0011] It may also be useful to provide a flow rate regulator in the second outlet for the tap water, whereas in the case of functional water, the functional unit usually already contains such a flow rate limiter.
[0012] In principle, the invention allows several functional waters to be combined into one outlet, which is nevertheless separate from a mixed water outlet.
[0013] In one embodiment, the sanitary outlet piece has a mixing chamber in which the two inlet channels are combined, particularly with the mixing chamber being positioned upstream of the aerator or a jet regulator. This way, only a single jet regulator is required for all water types.
[0014] In one embodiment, the first inlet port is arranged coaxially within the second inlet port. This allows for a compact arrangement.
[0015] In one version, the collection chamber has at least two functional water connections.
[0016] In one embodiment, an adapter is insertable or inserted into the collection chamber, to which at least one functional water connection is arranged. This makes it possible to adapt a sanitary functional arrangement to different applications by using different adapters. For example, adapters with one, two, three, or more functional water connections can be provided. One of these adapters can be selected accordingly. This enables cost-effective production.
[0017] In one embodiment, the second inlet channel is provided for mixed water and the first inlet channel is provided for special functional water, such as cooking water or carbon dioxide-containing water or the like.
[0018] In one embodiment, the sanitary outlet piece is designed for connection to a multiple hose, with the outer hose being fluidically connected to the second inlet channel and at least one inner hose being fluidically connected to the collection chamber. This enables a simple and space-saving connection of the sanitary outlet piece.
[0019] In one version, the number of functional water connections on the adapter matches the number of inner tubes on the multi-hose. This allows for easy connection of the adapter to a multi-hose.
[0020] In one embodiment, the sanitary outlet part has a sleeve into which a jet regulator is inserted, with the collection chamber being formed at the upstream end of the jet regulator. The jet regulator is thus arranged at the outlet of the collection chamber, so that a single jet regulator serves all functional water sources.
[0021] In one design, the collection chamber is supported on the sleeve. This creates a mechanical connection that can provide additional stability.
[0022] In one version, the sleeve provides a hose connection for the outer hose of the multi-hose. This creates a mechanical coupling between the sanitary outlet hose and the multi-hose.
[0023] In one embodiment, the hose connector for the outer hose has a plug-in section that preferably engages the outer hose of a multi-tube hose, in particular wherein the plug-in section can be inserted or is inserted into the sleeve. This creates a plug-in connection between the sleeve and the outer hose, enabling easy connection.
[0024] The invention is explained in more detail below using an embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0025] It shows: Fig. 1: an oblique view of a sanitary outlet piece on a multiple hose, Fig. 2: a partially sectioned view of the sanitary outlet piece of the Fig. 1 and Fig. 3: a longitudinal section of the sanitary outlet piece and multiple hose of the Fig. 1 .
[0026] The Figures 1 to 3show a sanitary outlet piece 1 according to the invention. The sanitary outlet piece 1 has a sleeve 2 which forms the housing of the sanitary outlet piece 1. The sleeve 2 has a hose connection 3 on the inlet side for the outer hose 4 of a multiple hose 5. The hose connection 3 in the example is designed as a slip-on section 6 which engages with the outer hose 4 of the multiple hose 5. The slip-on section 6 is essentially cylindrical and is inserted into an opening 7 in the sleeve 2. The slip-on section 6 is radially sealed against the opening 7 by a seal 8, such as an O-ring. In the axial direction, the slip-on section 6 is fixed by a snap ring 9 which rests on the end wall 10 of the sleeve 2. In the example, the multiple hose 5 has two inner hoses 11 in addition to the outer hose 4.
[0027] The plug-on section 6 opens into a second inlet channel 12 within the sleeve 2, which is defined by the end wall 10 and the inner wall 13 of the sleeve 2. The second inlet channel 12 opens into a second outlet 20. The sleeve 2 has an internal thread 21 at this second outlet 20, into which a jet regulator 22 is screwed.
[0028] Arranged coaxially within the second inlet channel 12 is a first inlet channel 14, which is approximately cylindrical in shape. A collecting chamber 15 is arranged in the first inlet channel 14. In the example, the collecting chamber 15 is formed by the inlet channel 14 or the collecting chamber 15 forms the first inlet 14. An adapter 16 is inserted into the collecting chamber 15 on the inlet side. In the example, the adapter 16 has two functional water connections 17, each of which is connected to an inner hose 11 of the multiple hose 5. The functional water connections 17 can be designed as a plug-in or crimp connection. In any case, the adapter 16 has as many functional water connections 17 as the multiple hose 5 has inner hoses 11.
[0029] In other designs not shown, the multiple hose can have only one or more than two, such as three, inner hoses. Accordingly, an adapter 16 in these cases would have only one or three or more functional water connections 17. The advantage is that the sleeve 2 and the remaining design of the sanitary outlet piece 1 are always the same, regardless of the number of inner hoses 11. Only the adapter 16 is designed differently here.
[0030] The collection chamber 15 opens into a first outlet 19, with a front screen 18 being arranged upstream of the first outlet 19.
[0031] The entire collection chamber 15 can be mechanically suspended from the jet regulator 22 and / or the adapter 16.
[0032] In the example, the jet regulator 22 has two different chambers with different jet regulator characteristics, whereby the chambers are assigned to the two outlets.
[0033] The sanitary outlet piece 1 is installed through the opening of the second outlet 20. First, the plug-in section 6 can be inserted into the opening 7. Then, the multiple hose 5 can be plugged onto the plug-in section 6, with the inner hoses 11 being guided through the plug-in section. The inner hoses 11 can then be connected to the adapter 16, for example by crimping. The collection chamber 15 can then be placed onto the adapter 16, and finally, the jet regulator 22 can be screwed into the sleeve 2, thereby mechanically fixing the collection chamber 15. For this purpose, the first outlet 19 in the example has a step 23 or edge, which also provides axial fixation for the collection chamber 15. List of reference symbols
