Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a sun protection device, preferably in the form of a so-called vertical awning, comprising a housing in which a roller shaft with a rollable awning fabric is rotatably mounted. The housing can be inserted into a niche, in particular a ceiling niche of a building, through a niche opening and is designed for installation in the niche. It has an outlet opening for the awning fabric on one side.
[0002] Sun protection devices of this type generally have a cover element to opaquely close off the niche once the sun protection device has been installed, thus concealing any unsightly technical components of the sun protection device. In practice, however, niches or similar areas in which sun protection devices of this type are typically installed are often not exactly uniform in terms of their structural dimensions. If the sun protection device is installed in such a niche, the uneven gaps between the housing of the sun protection device or the cover element and the edges of the niche result in an aesthetically unsightly appearance, particularly when viewed from below. This is particularly noticeable with high-quality sun protection devices and is unsatisfactory for the customer.
[0003] The invention is based on the object of providing a sun protection device of the above-mentioned . Art in such a way that an aesthetically high-quality bottom view of the product (ie . This is intended to create an aesthetically pleasing and high-quality product for the end customer.
[0004] This object is achieved according to the invention by a sun protection device (here alternatively also referred to as an "awning" or "vertical awning") with a housing in which a roller shaft with a rollable awning fabric is rotatably mounted. The housing can be inserted into a niche, and in particular into a ceiling niche of a building, through a niche opening and is provided for installation in the niche. The sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that a cover element, preferably rectangular in plan view, is arranged on the housing for at least partially covering the niche opening. The cover element is reversibly adjustable in two mutually perpendicular (spatial) directions relative to the housing in a plane that is preferably oriented parallel to a housing plane or housing underside containing the outlet opening.
[0005] This allows the panel element (here alternatively also referred to simply as "panel") to be aligned with the niche - preferably even when the awning is already installed - in order to achieve the same or at least visually appealing gap dimensions and to avoid any disruption of the view from below by technical functional elements of the awning.
[0006] In a further development of the invention, it can be provided that the diaphragm element is additionally reversibly adjustable relative to the housing in a further direction which runs perpendicular to the two aforementioned (spatial) directions.
[0007] The panel element can be manufactured by extrusion, particularly from aluminum or a corresponding alloy, or from folded sheet metal. The high degree of deformation achievable in a single process step and the low tooling costs make extrusion particularly attractive for the production of relatively small batches.
[0008] A first development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that the visor element is non-positively attached to the housing. This can be accomplished in various ways.
[0009] A corresponding development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that the diaphragm element is magnetically attached to the housing.
[0010] For this purpose, a magnetic or magnetizable element can be attached to the back of the panel (i.e. invisible when viewed from below), which interacts with a corresponding element on the housing in a magnetically attractive manner. Alternatively, at least one of the components (panel or housing) itself can be made of a suitable material, e.g. magnetic steel. A particularly advantageous embodiment is one in which at least one (permanent) magnet is attached to the underside of the housing and in which the panel has at least one (attached) area made of a ferromagnetic material on the back, with which it adheres to the magnet, thereby ensuring a certain degree of omnidirectional mobility of the panel in the aforementioned plane. The reverse arrangement is also possible. The panel can thus be attached or removed as often as required without any additional tools and can be positioned relative to the housing and the ceiling niche.
[0011] Yet another development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that the visor element is positively attached to the housing. This can also be accomplished in various ways.
[0012] A corresponding development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized, for example, in that the panel element is attached to the housing by means of a hook-and-loop fastener. For this purpose, the panel can have part of the hook-and-loop fastener on the back, e.g., in the form of a self-adhesive hook material, while the other part of the hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the underside of the housing, e.g., in the form of a self-adhesive fleece or loop material, or vice versa.
[0013] Such a connection between panel and housing can also be removed as often as required and without any tools and allows a certain degree of all-round movement of the panel in the mentioned plane relative to the housing and niche.
[0014] A particularly advantageous development of the sun protection device according to the invention for realizing a particularly positive connection is characterized in that at least one counter-holder is arranged on the housing and that at least one holding part is arranged on the visor element, e.g. in the form of a so-called holding tongue, which cooperates with the counter-holder in a positive and / or non-positive manner, the latter in particular after activation of a corresponding non-positive or fastening element.
[0015] Advantageously, at least (or exactly) two counterholders and associated holding parts are provided in order to increase the connection security.
[0016] The counterholder(s) is / are preferably permanently connected to the housing. This includes both integral connections, e.g., by bonding or welding, and also, in particular, detachable connections, such as screw connections, or other types of connections, such as riveted joints.
[0017] The retaining part(s), however, is / are preferably firmly connected to the panel element. This includes not only integral connections, e.g., by bonding or welding, but also, in particular, detachable connections, such as screw connections, or other connection types, such as riveted connections, or integral or one-piece molding.
[0018] By means of the said form-fitting connection between the counter-holder and the holding part, it can be achieved that the panel and housing are held together captively, even before the said force-fitting connection is realized, e.g. by activating the corresponding force-fitting or fastening element. Another advantageous development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that the counter-holder is designed as a C-profile part (C-profile section) protruding from the housing. This has a first free leg with which it is fastened to the housing. A second free leg of the C-profile part is arranged at a first free distance from the housing and preferably extends essentially parallel to the latter. The holding part, on the other hand, is arranged at a second free distance from a panel base body of the panel element, wherein the second free distance corresponds to at least one thickness orThe material thickness of the second free leg essentially corresponds, i.e., with minor deviations. The counterholder engages with the second free leg between the base body of the cover element and the retaining part and is thus held there in a form-fitting and preferably also non-positive (clamping) manner, so that the cover is connected to the housing in a form-fitting and preferably also non-positive manner.
[0019] From the applicant's perspective, such a design has proven particularly advantageous both in terms of production and handling. The cover can be simply pushed onto the second free leg of the C-profile part, enclosing it with the retaining part and the cover base body, and can be moved as desired within the aforementioned plane.
[0020] Yet another advantageous development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that the counter-holder is clamped with its second free leg between the visor base body and the holding part.
[0021] This ensures a certain limitation of the movement of the panel through frictional engagement, which thus advantageously remains in the desired position.
[0022] A further advantageous development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that the distance between the holding part and the base body of the visor is adjustable.
[0023] This allows the clamping effect mentioned to be adjusted in particular, for example to specifically increase the clamping force and improve the positioning accuracy of the aperture or to be able to use different apertures (with holding parts of different thicknesses).
[0024] A particularly advantageous development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that at least one fastening element, preferably a screw means, is provided on the visor element, which extends through the visor base body and the holding part and can be actuated from outside the sun protection device.
[0025] Such a fastening element can advantageously ensure a final fixing of the panel (in particular by frictional locking) after it has been suitably aligned and positioned.
[0026] The ability to operate the fastener from the outside, e.g., using a conventional screwdriver, simplifies handling for assembly personnel. For the same purpose, the fastening element can be pre-mounted on the panel. This also saves time for the assembly personnel.
[0027] A preferred development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that the fastening element extends through an opening in the base body of the visor and in the holding part. If the fastening element is designed as a screw, it can also be provided that a nut (or generally a complementary fastening element) is permanently attached to the holding part and aligned with the opening.
[0028] This facilitates the aforementioned external operation. The permanent fastening, especially of the nut, further improves handling. The opening can be relatively small and visually unobtrusive, because the achievable adjustability of the cover does not depend on the size of the opening or any corresponding oversize relative to the fastening element.
[0029] Another preferred development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that the counterholder has a recess in the second free leg. The fastening element is arranged in the region of the recess.
[0030] The second free leg can therefore itself be C- or U-shaped. If the recess is oversized compared to a corresponding dimension (e.g., the diameter) of the fastening element, the cover and, with it, the fastening element can be moved within the recess, thus ensuring the desired displaceability of the cover. Once the cover has been positioned, the fastening element can be activated (e.g., tightened) to fix the cover and the counterholder relative to each other through frictional engagement.
[0031] A particularly preferred development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that the counterholder is designed as an asymmetrical C-profile. This means that the second free leg of the C-profile part is shorter than the first free leg of the C-profile part.
[0032] The relatively long first free leg contributes to a secure connection between the counterholder and the housing. The relatively shorter second free leg, on the other hand, allows the panel to be easily slid sideways without having to be too narrow compared to the ceiling recess, thus ensuring the smallest possible gap.
[0033] Another preferred development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that the counterholder is designed to be adjustable with respect to the first free distance. This can be achieved, in particular, by adjusting the length of a middle leg of the C-profile part, which connects the two free legs. For this purpose, the middle leg can preferably have a two-part design and be provided with at least one elongated hole.
[0034] This allows the distance between the housing and the second free leg to be adjusted, which also allows the distance of the panel from the housing to be adjusted in order to adapt it to local structural conditions and ensure the desired aesthetics.
[0035] A particularly preferred development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that the base body of the visor has at least one lateral bevel, preferably a right-angled bevel. The retaining part is preferably attached to the bevel, most preferably by means of a material bond.
[0036] In addition to improving the mechanical stability of the panel, the aforementioned bevel also improves its appearance in the relevant edge area. The bevel can also serve to secure the retaining part, so that it advantageously extends parallel to a plane of the panel base body, which represents a preferred embodiment.
[0037] Furthermore, a further development of the sun protection device according to the invention is characterized in that at least one guide rail is provided for the awning fabric to guide it as it is unwound from the aforementioned (fabric) shaft to exert its sun protection effect. Preferably, such a guide rail is arranged on both sides of a (window) opening to be covered with the awning fabric. A guide shoe is provided on the front side of a drop-down profile strip of the awning fabric, preferably on both sides, i.e., one guide shoe per guide rail, which is guided in the guide rail as the awning fabric is unwound.
[0038] In order to ensure that, after the desired positioning of the panel has been achieved, the awning fabric or a correspondingly defined awning plane does not run crookedly in relation to an edge of the panel, which in turn can be aesthetically unsightly, it is provided that the guide shoe (or preferably both guide shoes) on the drop profile strip is / are adjustable transversely to the awning plane.
[0039] In this way, the awning fabric, or the awning plane defined by it, can be adjusted in its orientation to the panel. This can be useful if, for example, the niche and a corresponding window opening to be covered by the awning, or a corresponding window reveal, do not fit together exactly, which is relatively common in the construction industry.
[0040] The present invention thus particularly encompasses a vertical awning for installation in a (ceiling) niche, which is covered with a cover panel after installation. The cover panel can always have essentially the same longitudinal and transverse gaps relative to the corresponding edges of the niche for different niche dimensions, which is ensured by a sliding mechanism of the cover panel. The invention is not limited to vertical awnings, i.e., to a vertical extension of the unrolled awning fabric.
[0041] Preferably, only one fastening element of the sliding mechanism is visible from below.
[0042] In a special embodiment of the invention, retaining parts or retaining tongues on the panel side (rear side) can be pushed onto corresponding clamping tongues in the form of the said second free legs of counter-holders and, by means of frictional engagement, enable a secure hold in the displaced / adjusted state of the panel.
[0043] At least one counter-holder can be permanently attached to the awning or to the housing, and the cover can be pre-mounted on this counter-holder with a suitable holding part (holding tongue) so that it can be moved.
[0044] As already explained in detail above, the displacement mechanism can comprise one or more retaining tongues which interact in a form-fitting manner with the clamping tongues of a corresponding number of counter-holders.
[0045] The fastening element mentioned several times is specifically designed to provide the frictional connection for the final fixation of the panel which has already been pre-assembled by means of a form fit.
[0046] The cover can be used to support, fix and / or conceal cables, plugs and other functional elements of the awning.
[0047] Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of embodiments with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a cross section through a sun protection device according to the invention in the form of a vertical awning in the assembled state; Fig. 2 shows two counter-holders of a sun protection device according to the invention; Fig. 3 shows a panel element with two holding parts (holding tongues) of a sun protection device according to the invention; Fig. 4 shows the interaction of the counter-holders according to Figure 2 and the holding parts according to Figure 3in a first view; Fig. 5 shows the interaction of the counterholders according to Figure 2 and the holding parts according to Figure 3 in a second view; Fig. 6 schematically shows the displaceability of the panel element relative to the counterholder; Fig. 7 shows a bottom view of the panel element within a ceiling niche; Fig. 8 schematically shows a first variant of the sun protection device according to the invention; Fig. 9 schematically shows a second variant of the sun protection device according to the invention; and Fig. 10 schematically shows a third variant of the sun protection device according to the invention.
[0048] The same reference symbols designate the same or at least similarly functioning elements in all figures.
[0049] Figure 1shows schematically and in cross-section a sun protection device 1 according to the invention with a housing 2, in which a fabric shaft 3 with an awning fabric 4 that can be rolled up onto the fabric shaft 3 is rotatably mounted in the direction of the double arrow P. The housing 2 is mounted in a ceiling niche 5 in the area of the window opening 6 of a building and has an outlet opening 8 for the awning fabric 4 on its underside 7, which defines a so-called housing plane G. A drop profile or a drop profile strip 9 is attached to the free end of the awning fabric 4, which is guided on both sides in a guide rail 10 parallel to the window opening 6 when the awning fabric 4 is unwound. For this purpose, a guide shoe 11 is attached to both sides of the drop profile strip 9, which engages in the guide rail 10 and is guided in the guide rail 10 when the drop profile strip 9 moves up and down.
[0050] The ceiling niche 5 has in the bottom view (cf. Figure 7) has at least approximately rectangular dimensions with a length and a width, which, however, are not always identically designed and / or arranged in a similar way with regard to other structural features (e.g., the position of the window opening 6 and / or a window 12 installed there). Deviations in the range of a few millimeters are easily possible here. In order to largely (visually) close the ceiling niche 5 when viewed from below, i.e., when viewed from below towards the ceiling, and thus "hide" the actual awning technology, a cover element 13 is provided, which is arranged in a plane E parallel to the aforementioned housing plane G and parallel to the outlet opening 8 and is connected to the housing 2 via a fastening device 14 (which will be discussed in more detail later). This connection is designed such that the cover element 13 in the plane E, i.e.is reversibly adjustable in two mutually perpendicular spatial directions x, y relative to the housing 2. This is shown in the . Figure 1 illustrated by corresponding symbols familiar to the person skilled in the art at the reference symbol V1.
[0051] In addition, it can be provided that the aperture element 13 is additionally reversibly adjustable relative to the housing in a further direction z, which runs perpendicular to the two aforementioned (spatial) directions x and y.
[0052] The panel or panel element 13 is arranged at a distance A from the underside 7 of the housing 2, so that it preferably sits flush with a lower edge 15 of the ceiling recess 5. The distance A can be adjustable, which will be discussed in more detail below.
[0053] It is within the scope of the present invention that the distance A is substantially equal to zero, so that the cover 13 is attached practically directly to the housing 2 - especially if the housing 2 has a recess (not shown) in the area of the outlet opening 8 for the awning fabric 4 for receiving the drop-down profile strip 9. The fastening device 14 is then designed to be correspondingly short.
[0054] Aperture 13 is preferred as - in the bottom view, cf. Figure 7 - rectangular sheet metal part, e.g. as an aluminum extrusion, and has stabilizing folds on its edges towards the rear side during assembly, ie in the direction of the housing 2. However, these folds can also be omitted or, in accordance with the fastening device 14, can be only short.
[0055] The adjustability of the cover 13 in the x- and y-direction allows the width of the gap 16 between the cover 13 and the surrounding edge 17 of the ceiling recess 5 or the drop profile 9, when the latter is in its upper position (with the awning fabric 4 wound up), to be adjusted and, if possible, made uniform, thus creating a high-quality and aesthetically pleasing visual impression for the user. The optional additional adjustability of the cover in the z-direction ensures a smooth, seamless transition between the surface of the cover and the surface of adjacent wall or housing components.
[0056] This effect can be further enhanced if, in addition to the cover 13, the front profile strip 9 is also adjustable in its orientation with respect to the cover 13 and / or the window opening 6 or the window 12, in particular also at least in the x-direction, as symbolized by the double arrow V2, and / or at least in the y-direction and / or at least in the z-direction. This can be achieved in particular by the guide shoes 11, of which Figure 1 only one is shown, are adjustable in the x-direction and / or the corresponding other direction, e.g. by providing corresponding slots and screw means (not shown). In this way, the Figure 1The awning plane designated by reference symbol M should be adjusted, in particular, to the position and orientation of the cover 13 and / or the window opening 6 or the window 12, if this is appropriate for optical and aesthetic reasons. This can, for example, prevent the drop profile strip 9 from being visibly slanted relative to the cover 13 in its upper position (with the awning fabric 4 rolled up) if the window reveal is slightly slanted.
[0057] The Figures 2 to 5 show a preferred embodiment of the fastening device 14 mentioned (cf. Figure 1 ) in a sun protection device 1 according to the invention (see Figure 1). This fastening device consists of two Figure 2shown counterholders 18, each having an asymmetrical C-shape with a longer first free leg 19, a comparatively shorter second free leg 20, and a middle leg 21 connecting the two free legs 19, 20. In the first free leg 19, a bore 22 is provided, which enables the respective counterholder 18 to be attached to the housing 2 (cf. Figure 1 ) on the underside 7 (cf. Figure 1 ), so that the counterholder 18 protrudes from the housing. The second free leg 20 itself has a C-shape or U-shape, as it has a central recess 23. In the area of this recess 23, the counterholder acts with a on the panel 13 (cf. Figure 1 ) existing holding part, which is now attached to the Figure 3 will be discussed in more detail.
[0058] Figure 3 shows aperture 13 accordingly Figure 1, in which two holding parts 26 in the form of two holding tongues are arranged on one (without limitation to the left) lateral bend 25 of a panel base body 24, which has the aforementioned folded edges 25 on the sides. The holding parts 26 can in particular be fastened to the panel 13 or its folded edge 25 in a materially bonded manner; however, they can also be fastened in another way, e.g. riveted, or even made in one piece (integral) with the rest of the panel 13. The holding parts 26 have a free distance a to the panel base body 24, wherein the distance a can be adjustable or changed, see below. The distance a corresponds approximately to a (material) thickness D (cf. Figure 2 ) of the counter-holder 18 at least in the region of the second free leg 20, ie a ≈ D, can, however, also be somewhat smaller or larger than the thickness D due to a certain flexibility of the holding parts 26.
[0059] A fastening element 27 in the form of a screw extends through each of the holding parts 26, for which purpose the holding parts 26 each have an opening (not designated) which is aligned with a corresponding opening 28 in the panel 13 or the panel base body 24, so that the respective fastening element 27 is guided through both openings. On the side of the holding parts 26 facing away from the panel base body 24, a complementary fastening element 29 in the form of a nut is arranged in the region of the opening and is preferably permanently and firmly connected to the respective holding part 26, e.g., by means of a material bond. The fastening element 27 is also guided through the complementary fastening element 29.
[0060] In the embodiment shown, the fastening element 27 is from below (cf. Figure 1 ), ie from outside the ceiling niche 5 (cf. Figure 1 ) as can be seen from Figure 4 can be seen.
[0061] Figure 4 and Figure 5 show how the counterholders 18 from Figure 2 are connected to the aperture 13 from Figure 3 cooperate to displace the aperture 13 on the housing 2 (cf. Figure 1 ) or its underside 7. In the sense of this nomenclature, the elements in Figures 4 and 5 - with the exception of the actual panel 13, i.e. the panel base body 24 and its bevels 25 - the previously mentioned fastening device 14 (cf. Figure 1 ).
[0062] Reference numeral 30 denotes a head of the fastening element 27, in particular a screw head, via which the fastening element 27 can be actuated or activated using a conventional tool 30', here a screwdriver. This actuation reduces the aforementioned distance a. If the counter-holder 18 is now arranged with its second free leg 20 between the cover base body 24 and the relevant holding part 26, with the fastening element 27 being guided through the recess 23, clamping of the counter-holder 18 can be effected by reducing the distance a. The cover 13 is then (temporarily) non-displaceably and force-fitted to the counter-holder 18 and consequently to the housing 2 (cf. Figure 1 ). After loosening the fastening element 27, the desired displacement of the panel 13 is restored. This applies accordingly to the second counterholder 18 (and, if necessary, to additional counterholders).
[0063] To install the cover 13, it is placed from below with the cover base body 24 against the second legs 20 of the counterholder 18 and then moved so that the counterholder 18 is arranged with its second free leg 20 between the cover base body 24 and the respective holding part 26, as already described. The fastening element 27 is located in the area of the recess 23, as already mentioned.
[0064] In practice, the counterholder 18 can already be attached to the housing 2 (cf. Figure 1 ), which is not further illustrated in the drawing. In particular, a (height) adjustability of the connection of the counterholder 18 to the housing can also be provided in order to adjust the distance A in this way (not shown).
[0065] The design described above is optically particularly discreet because only the relatively small heads 30 of the fastening means are visible from below, cf. Figure 7.
[0066] The Figures 6 and 7 once again illustrate the inventively achieved displaceability of the aperture 13.
[0067] In the Figure 6 It can be seen how the cover 13 is movable within the recess 23 of the second leg 20 due to the position of the fastening element 27 relative to the counterholder 18. In the ±y direction, the displacement is limited by the respective dimension of the recess 23; the same applies in the +x direction. In the -x direction, however, the cover could (theoretically) be moved until the right-hand bevel 25 meets the counterholder 18 or its middle leg 21. This can be helpful during assembly.
[0068] Figure 7 shows a view from below (cf. Figure 1). Shown are the panel 13 and the contour of the ceiling niche 5 (as well as the drop profile strip 9, shown in dashed lines). Due to the ability of the panel 13 to be moved, the gap 16 can be adjusted regularly and in a visually appealing manner, preferably with the same gap dimension all around or at least with the same or constant gap dimensions in the transverse direction x (see reference symbol M1) and in the longitudinal direction y (M2, M2'). For example, the panel 13 can be moved so that: M2 = M2' and or M1 = M1(y) = constant. This can also apply to the drop profile strip 9 and, in particular - with appropriate design - can be supported by its additional adjustability, as described above. Inaccuracies, especially in the structural design of the ceiling niche 5, can thus be advantageously compensated for or at least largely concealed.
[0069] From the fastening device 14 (cf. Figure 1) the viewer from below only sees the relatively small heads 30 of the fastening elements.
[0070] The Figures 8 to 10 show, in a simplified representation analogous to the Figure 1 , possible further embodiments of the sun protection device 1, especially with regard to the fastening device 14. It is also shown that the cover 13 can serve to conceal, fasten or guide cables 31 or the like, which are required for the operation of the sun protection device 1.
[0071] According to Figure 8 The fastening device 14 is designed for the magnetic fastening of the panel 13. For this purpose, the panel has a (permanent) magnet 32, which is attached, e.g., glued, to the rear of the panel base body 24. The counterholder 18 (cf. Figure 2) or another connecting part 33 attached to the housing 2 is made of a (ferro-)magnetic material, so that the magnet 32 adheres magnetically to it. The cover 13 can also be slidably attached in this way.
[0072] Of course, the magnet 32 can be arranged differently on the aforementioned connecting part 33 if the cover is made of a magnetic material (e.g., magnetic steel). It is also sufficient if the cover 13 or the connecting part 33 only partially consists of the aforementioned material or is equipped with such a material in one area (e.g., coated or glued).
[0073] According to Figure 9The fastening device 14 is designed as a hook-and-loop connection. For this purpose, a hook material 34, for example, is glued to the back of the panel 13, while a corresponding loop material 35 is glued to the connecting part 33, or vice versa. Material with so-called mushroom-shaped projections can also be used (on both sides of the connection). This also allows the panel 13 to be attached acceptably and (re)positionably, ie, displaceably within the meaning of the present invention.
[0074] In the Figure 10 It is shown that or how the fastening device 14 can be designed to be adjustable with respect to the distance A. For this purpose, the connecting part 33 (e.g. the counter-holder 18 according to Figure 2) can be formed in two parts, with one part having an elongated hole 36 and the other part having a "normal" (circular) opening 37 to achieve the desired adjustability. Other design options for such adjustability are known to those skilled in the art.
[0075] Of course, the adjustability can be adjusted according to Figure 10 with the connection options according to Figures 2 to 7 , Figure 8 or Figure 9 be combined.
[0076] The connection options according to Figure 8 or Figure 9 can - with appropriate design of the aperture 13 - also be designed with a distance A ≈ 0, as shown above with reference to Figure 1 described.
