[TECHNICAL FIELD ]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a zonal stretchable integrated shoe upper including a leno weave and shoes including the same, and more particularly, to a zonal stretchable integrated shoe upper including a plurality of leno weaves and general weaves having each different stretchability, and shoes including the same.[BACKGROUND ART]

[0002] A shoe includes a sole which is a portion making contact with the ground, and a shoe upper which is coupled with the sole to cover the foot of a wearer.

[0003] The sole is coupled with a lower portion of the upper to protect a bottom surface of the foot from external environment and provide appropriate cushioning to provide comfort during walking or exercising.

[0004] The upper protects the foot and provides adequate ventilation to cool the foot and remove sweat. In order to satisfy various characteristics required for shoes, such as stretchability, breathability, wear resistance, resilience, and quick-drying, the upper is manufactured through various processes, such as removing certain portions or attaching appropriate materials.

However, this patent has a shortcoming of failing to address breathability, which is one of the important characteristics of shoe uppers.

To this end, stretchable fabric is used in portions where stretchability is required, and breathable mesh fabric is used in portions where breathability is required, and the shoes are completed by partially sewing or binding the same.

(32) The shoe upper, wherein: the warp yarn forms a warp yarn bundle including two or more strands of yarn; the second zone includes a 2a zone and a 2b zone; the stretchability of the 2a zone is greater than the stretchability of the 2b zone; all strands of the warp yarn in the 2a zone pass over or under the weft yarn; and each strand of the warp yarn at a position where the warp yarn and the weft yarn cross in the 2b zone crosses the weft yarn to form a general weave.

1. A shoe upper 100, 200, 300, 400 comprising a first zone 110, 210, 310, 410 and a second zone 120, 220, 320, 420, wherein: the stretchability of the first zone 110, 210, 310, 410 is greater than the stretchability of the second zone 120, 220, 320, 420; the shoe upper 100, 200, 300, 400 is woven by binding a warp yarn 130, 230, 330, 430 and a weft yarn 140, 240, 340, 440; the weft yarn 140, 240, 340, 440 comprises a stretchable yarn; the warp yarn 130, 230, 330, 430 comprises a first warp yarn 131, 231, 331, 431 and a second warp yarn 132, 232, 332, 432, wherein the first warp yarn 131, 231, 331, 431 and the second warp yarn 132, 232, 332, 432 form a warp yarn pair and are twisted to cross each other in opposite directions around the weft yarn 140, 240, 340, 440 to form an opening H; the first zone 110, 210, 310, 410 and the second zone 120, 220, 320, 420 are woven with a leno weave in which the weft yarn 140, 240, 340, 440 is woven while penetrating the opening H; and the number of openings H through which the weft yarn 140, 240, 340, 440 penetrates is greater in the second zone 120, 220, 320, 420 than in the first zone 110, 210, 310, 410.

The shoe upper 100a of claim 1, wherein: the warp yarn 130 comprises a first warp yarn pair 130a' and a second warp yarn pair 130a" that are disposed alternately adjacent to each other; and the directions in which the first warp yarn pair 130a' and the second warp yarn pair 130a" are each twisted to form the opening H are the same.

The shoe upper 100b of claim 1, wherein: the warp yarn 130 comprises a first warp yarn pair 130b' and a second warp yarn pair 130b" that are disposed alternately adjacent to each other; and the directions in which the first warp yarn pair 130b' and the second warp yarn pair 130b" are each twisted to form the opening H are opposite to each other.

4. The shoe upper 100 of claim 2 or 3, wherein in the first zone 110, the weft yarn 140 alternately penetrates the opening H formed by the warp yarn pair 130 in a weft yarn direction x or a warp yarn direction y one by one.

5. The shoe upper 200, 300, 400 of claim 1, wherein: the weft yarn forms a weft yarn group 240, 340, 440 comprising a first weft yarn 241, 341, 441 disposed on a rear surface and a second weft yarn 242, 342, 442 disposed on a front surface; the first weft yarn and the second weft yarn are disposed to overlap each other on a plane; in the first zone 210, 310, 410, the first weft yarn 241, 341, 441 and the second weft yarn 242, 342, 442 each penetrate different openings Ha', Ha" among the openings formed by the warp yarn 230a, 330a, 430a; and in the second zone 220, 320, 420, the first weft yarn 241, 341, 441 and the second weft yarn 242, 342, 442 are configured to simultaneously penetrate one opening Hb formed by the warp yarn 230b, 330b, 430b.

The shoe upper 200a, 200b of claim 5, wherein: the warp yarn 230 comprises a first warp yarn pair 230a', 230b' and a second warp yarn pair 230a", 230b" that are disposed alternately adjacent to each other; and the directions in which the first warp yarn pair 230a', 230b' and the second warp yarn pair 230a", 230b" are each twisted to form the opening H are the same.

The shoe upper 300, 400 of claim 5, wherein: the warp yarn 330, 430 comprises a first warp yarn pair 330', 430' and a second warp yarn pair 330", 430" that are disposed alternately adjacent to each other; and the directions in which the first warp yarn pair 330', 430' and the second warp yarn pair 330", 430" are each twisted to form the opening H are opposite to each other.

8. The shoe upper 300 of claim 7, wherein: the weft yarn group 340 comprises a first weft yarn group 340' comprising a 1' weft yarn 341' and a 2' weft yarn 342'; and in the first zone 310, the 1' weft yarn 341' and the 2' weft yarn 342' each individually sequentially penetrate two openings Ha', Ha" adjacent to each other in a weft yarn direction x, then skip two openings, and then sequentially penetrate two openings again.

The shoe upper 300 of claim 8, wherein: the weft yarn group 340 further comprises a second weft yarn group 340" comprising a 1" weft yarn 341" and a 2" weft yarn 342"; the first weft yarn group 340' and the second weft yarn group 340" are disposed alternately adjacent to each other; and in the first zone 310, the 1" weft yarn 341" penetrates only one opening among two other openings Hb' adjacent in a warp yarn direction y to the two openings Ha' through which the 1' weft yarn 341' penetrates sequentially.

The shoe upper 500 of claim 10, wherein: the first weft yarn 541 and the second weft yarn 542 are disposed alternately adjacent to each other; and the number of openings H through which the first weft yarn 541a, 541b penetrates is the same in the first zone 510a, 510b and the second zone 520a, 520b.

The shoe upper 600 of claim 10, wherein: the first weft yarn 641 and the second weft yarn 642 are disposed alternately adjacent to each other; and the number of openings H through which the first weft yarn 641a, 641b penetrates is greater in the second zone 620a, 620b than in the first zone 610a, 610b.

The shoe upper 700, 900 of claim 10, wherein: the weft yarn forms a weft yarn group 740, 940 in which the first weft yarn 741, 941 is disposed on a rear surface and the second weft yarn 742, 942 is disposed on a front surface, so as to overlap each other on a plane; and the number of openings H through which the first weft yarn 741, 941 penetrates is the same in the first zone 710, 910 and the second zone 720, 920.

The shoe upper 900a, 900b, 900c of claim 13, wherein: the warp yarn 930 comprises a first warp yarn pair 930a', 930b', 930c' and a second warp yarn pair 930a", 930b", 930c" disposed alternately adjacent to each other; and the directions in which the first warp yarn pair 930a', 930b', 930c' and the second warp yarn pair 930a", 930b", 930c" are each twisted to form the opening H are opposite to each other.

The shoe upper 900c of claim 15, wherein: the weft yarn group 940c comprises a 1c weft yarn group 940c' comprising a 1c' weft yarn 941c' and a 2'c weft yarn 942c'; and in a 1c zone 910c, the 2'c weft yarn 942c' sequentially penetrates two openings Ha" adjacent to each other in a weft yarn direction x, then skips two openings Ha', and then sequentially penetrates two openings again.

The shoe upper 300 of claim 16, wherein: the weft yarn group 940c further comprises a 2c weft yarn group 940c" comprising a 1c" weft yarn 941c" and a 2c" weft yarn 942c"; the 1c weft yarn group 940c' and the 2c weft yarn group 940c" are disposed alternately adjacent to each other; and in the 1c zone 910c, the 2c" weft yarn 942c" penetrates only one opening among two other openings Hb" adjacent in a warp yarn direction y to the two openings Ha" through which the 2c' weft yarn 942c' penetrates sequentially.
