[0001] The present invention relates to tamper-proof packaging. In particular, it relates to packaging cases which offer the possibility of preserving the integrity of their contents or of being able to effectively attest to openings or attempted openings. Such packaging or packaging cases may also allow subsequent opening and closing operations to be authorized.

[0033] In the following, embodiments of a package with an opening indicator are described. This is, for example, a packaging case. Pre-cut sheet (300) for producing a package with an anti-tamper device by folding comprising: - a set of hinged panels (301, 302, 303, 304) configured to form, after folding, faces of said package, - a set of closing flaps (306, 307, 308, 309, 310, 311) extending from said panels and configured to form, after folding, closures of said package, - at least one anti-tamper device (315, 319) configured to irreversibly seal a first closure of said package, said at least one anti-tamper device comprising at least one tab (314, 315) foldable along a first fold line (e), from which extends at least one fin (202, 203) foldable along a second fold line (ab), said tab being configured to be inserted, after folding said first and second folding lines, into a corresponding slot (318,319) for irreversibly sealing said first closure of said package by elastic return of said fin along said second fold line and blocking in said slot, - at least one reversible closing device (310, 313) with opening indicator (322) for reversibly sealing a second closure of said package, in which the tab body is intended to be inserted first and has a profiled shape facilitating the insertion of the at least one fin, or the at least one fin is intended to be inserted first and has a profiled shape facilitating the insertion of the tab body., 2. Sheet according to claim 1, wherein the at least one fin is provided to be inserted first, the at least one fin has a profiled shape facilitating the insertion of the tab body and the at least one fin extends in the direction of insertion of the tab, perpendicular to the first fold line, beyond the tab body.

A sheet according to claim 1, wherein the tab body is arranged to be inserted first, the tab body has a profiled shape facilitating insertion of the at least one fin and the tab body has a portion which extends beyond the at least one fin in the direction of insertion of the tab, perpendicular to the first fold line.

4. Sheet according to any one of the preceding claims, in which, said second fold line forms, from the first fold line, an angle of less than 90 degrees.

5. Sheet according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said tab has an insertion width (f) less than or equal to a width of said slot when said at least one fin is folded along said second fold line.

6. Sheet according to any one of the preceding claims, in which said second fold line forms, from the first fold line, an angle greater than 20 degrees.

7. Sheet according to any one of the preceding claims, in which said first fold line comprises a zone of weakness causing said tab to be torn off beyond a force threshold applied to said zone.

8. Sheet according to any one of the preceding claims, in which at least one closing flap (306, 310) from which extends a locking flap (312, 313) allows reversible locking of said packaging after breaking of said anti-tampering device.

9. A sheet according to any preceding claim, wherein said slot (718, 719) is provided at a fold line between a hinged panel of said assembly and a closure flap extending from said panel.

10. Sheet according to claim 8, in which said slit (318, 319) is made at a fold line between said flap and said flap.

11. A sheet according to any preceding claim, wherein said fin (502, 503) extends beyond a tab body (501) in a direction of insertion into said slot and forms a profiled insertion edge of said tab into said slot.

12. Sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein a tab body (601) extends beyond said fin (602, 603) in a direction of insertion into said slot and has a profiled insertion edge (605) of said tab into said slot.

13. Sheet according to one of the preceding claims, in which said fin is located at a distance (g) from said first line, in a direction of insertion of said tab into said slot, greater than a thickness of said sheet.

14. Sheet according to one of the preceding claims, in which said tab comprises a trapezoidal portion (504) with a first segment formed by said first fold line and a second parallel segment of length greater than said first side.

15. Sheet according to one of the preceding claims, in which at least one panel comprises a weak zone (721) configured to be irreversibly perforated to allow the opening of said packaging, once the anti-tampering device is inserted into said slot.

16. Sheet according to one of the preceding claims, wherein said tab (714, 715) extends from a closure flap (724, 725) of said set of closure flaps.

17. Sheet according to the preceding claim, in which said closing flap (903, 1003) from which said tab (901, 1001) extends comprises at least one weak zone (907, 1007) allowing it to be torn off at least in part.

18. Sheet according to one of the preceding claims, wherein said tab (314) extends from a hinged panel (303) of said set of hinged panels.

19. Sheet according to the preceding claim, in which said hinged panel from which said tab extends comprises a flexibility opening (321) allowing said tab to be moved away from said hinged panel for its insertion into said slot.

20. Packaging with an anti-tamper device obtained by folding a sheet according to one of the preceding claims.

21. A method of manufacturing a pre-cut sheet for producing a packaging with an anti-tamper device by folding, comprising the following steps: - cutting (1201) a template comprising a set of panels for forming faces of said packaging, a set of flaps for forming closures of said packaging, a tab and at least one fin for forming an anti-tamper device of said packaging for irreversibly sealing a first closure of said packaging, and at least one reversible closure device with an opening indicator, - producing (1202) fold lines between said panels to enable their articulation, - producing (1203) fold lines between said panels and said flaps to enable their closure, - producing (1204) a first fold line of said tab and a second fold line of said fin to enable the formation of said anti-tamper device,- production (1205) of an insertion slot configured to receive said anti-tampering device and to allow irreversibly sealing a closure of said packaging by elastic return of said fin along said second fold line and blocking in said slot, the tab body being designed to be inserted first and having a profiled shape facilitating the insertion of the at least one fin, or the at least one fin being designed to be inserted first and having a profiled shape facilitating the insertion of the tab body., 22. Method for manufacturing a packaging with an anti-tamper device by folding comprising the following steps: - obtaining (1301) a sheet according to one of claims 1 to 19, - folding (1302) said panels along fold lines between said panels, - folding (1303) said flaps along fold lines between said flaps and said panels, - folding (1304) said at least one fin along the second fold line, - folding (1305) said at least one tab along the first fold line, - inserting (1306) said tab into said slot.
