Abstract

The invention relates to a bedding underlay (1), in particular a mattress, a mattress pad or a mattress topper, comprising a bedding body (3), wherein the bedding underlay (1) comprises at least one fragrance insert (4) and the bedding body (3) has at least one notch (5) into which the fragrance insert (4) can be inserted.

Commonly used materials are foam cutouts or similar. These materials offer various benefits in terms of comfort, thermal insulation, and support. By choosing specific filling materials and constructions, bedding can be tailored to individual sleeping habits and preferences to ensure the best possible sleeping comfort.

For example, aromatherapy with certain scents can promote better sleep, make waking up easier in the morning, and even encourage more positive dreams.
