Description

[0001] "Device for movement guidance, sliding element and furniture"

[0002] State of the art

[0003] In furniture such as kitchen or living room furniture, sliding elements such as drawers or shelves are usually accommodated between horizontally opposite side walls. Kitchen furniture also includes kitchen appliances such as ovens or refrigerators, for example.

[0004] For example, on opposite side walls inside a kitchen appliance or an oven, such as in a baking chamber of the oven, there is a bar arrangement, for example a side grille, wherein two identical side grilles made of elongated, narrow bar sections such as profiles, for example bar profiles, are provided to accommodate the drawer element on both sides.

[0005] One or more vertically offset drawer elements can be accommodated on the bar arrangements located opposite one another inside the oven. Each drawer element can be supported horizontally with opposing side sections on the two bar arrangements and can be moved horizontally along the bar arrangements, for example, being pulled out of the oven and pushed back into the oven.

[0006] In an oven, the drawer elements are designed, for example, as a baking tray or a food support such as a support rack. Alternatively or additionally, a device for movement guidance, each with a support rail and a pull-out rail, can be provided to accommodate a drawer with the aid of the opposing bar arrangements. Each device can be arranged on the respective bar arrangement. The lateral sections of a drawer element can be supported on the two devices provided on a common vertical plane. By means of the respective telescopic devices, the drawer element supported on the device or on the two devices can be easily and safely moved linearly or pulled out and pushed back into the interior of the oven.

[0007] The device can be detachably attached to the rod arrangement, for example. For example, the device is designed as a partial extension rail, comprising rolling element bearing means for supporting the extension rail, wherein the rolling element bearing means act between a rail body of the extension rail and a bearing section of the device.

[0008] Object and advantages of the invention

[0009] The object of the present invention is to provide an alternative and / or improved device for guiding the movement of a thrust element, in particular with regard to an adaptation of the attachment of the device to an existing rod arrangement to which the device can be attached.

[0010] This problem is solved by the independent claims. The dependent claims address advantageous and expedient developments of the invention.

[0011] The invention relates to a device for

[0012] Movement guide of a sliding element that can be arranged between opposite side walls of a piece of furniture, such as a kitchen appliance, wherein the device comprises a support rail that can be attached to a rod arrangement on the side wall of the piece of furniture, and has a pull-out rail that is displaceable relative to the support rail, so that in the attached use state of the device, the sliding element can be supported on a support surface of a rail body of the pull-out rail that extends in the longitudinal direction of the device and can be moved linearly relative to the rod arrangement, wherein the pull-out rail is mounted displaceably along a bearing section of the device via rolling element bearing means of the device, wherein a rail upper side of the rail body of the pull-out rail comprises an outer side and an inner side opposite the outer side, wherein the inner side can be brought into contact with the rolling element bearing means, wherein, in relation to the use state of the device, the support surface for the sliding element is offset vertically upwards towards the outside of the top side of the rail body of the pull-out rail.

[0013] For example, when supported on the pull-out rail, the sliding element is movement-coupled with the pull-out rail, fixed thereto, e.g. latched onto or locked with the pull-out rail, e.g. at a locking section of the pull-out rail. For example, the locking section is provided protruding from the support surface, e.g. a pin section which protrudes vertically upwards on the support surface, e.g. in a front end section of the pull-out rail. The locking section is designed, for example, to engage in an opening or recess on the sliding element when the device is in use. If a user pulls forward, e.g. on the sliding element supported or placed on the support surface, the pull-out rail is taken forward, onto both of the devices provided on the respective rod arrangement on each side wall, relative to the support rail, which is in a fixed position, e.g. locked onto the respective rod arrangement. The device can be detachably attached to the rod arrangement, for example without tools or manually detachably attached and removed again. For example, the device is designed as a partial extension or as a rail partial extension, comprising rolling element bearing means for supporting the extension rail relative to the support rail, wherein the rolling element bearing means act between the rail body of the extension rail and the bearing section of the device. For example, the bearing section of the device is an upper side of the support rail. For example, the device is alternatively designed as a full extension with a support rail, a middle rail and an extension rail.

[0014] For example, the rolling element bearing means comprise a plurality of individual rolling elements, for example ball or roller rolling elements, which are held in a cage in a defined position relative to one another.

[0015] The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the support surface for supporting the sliding element is provided on a web section formed integrally with the rail body of the pull-out rail. For example, the rail body and the web section are formed as a one-piece bent sheet metal part. This makes the manufacture of the device advantageous compared to manufacture of the device in which two components are manufactured and then connected. To date, for example, the support surface has been formed on an additional component that has to be manufactured and this component is then connected to the rail body to complete the device in a further separate manufacturing step, for example by means of a material bond, e.g. by welding, which is complex and disadvantageous.

[0016] For example, the web section is adjusted in such a way that the support surface, when the device is in use (i.e. when the device is attached to the rod arrangement), is spaced slightly vertically upwards from a horizontally extending rod section closest to the support surface, such as a rod of the rod arrangement, or is spaced slightly upwards from an upper side of the rod section. For example, the web section is adjusted in such a way that the support surface, when the device is in use (i.e. when the device is attached to the rod arrangement), is spaced slightly vertically upwards from an upper side of the nearest horizontal rod section of the rod arrangement. For example, the distance between the support surface and the upper side of the horizontal rod section of the rod arrangement is in the millimeter range; for example, this distance is between 1 and 5 millimeters.

[0017] For example, the rod section or rod of the rod arrangement in question is a lower rod section of two parallel rod sections which are present in pairs on the rod arrangement and are vertically spaced apart to define an insertion gap. For example, in a rod arrangement without an attached device, the insertion gap serves to insert, support and guide a thrust element. The two rod sections of the rod arrangement acting in pairs have a vertical spacing which makes it possible to position a lateral section of the thrust element therebetween with play in order to support the thrust element on the lower of the two rod sections if no device is present on the rod arrangement. The thrust element then slides on the underside on the top side of the lower rod section when it is pulled out and pushed in.To ensure that, when the device is in place, the underside of the lateral section of the thrust element resting on the support surface does not simultaneously touch the top side of the lower horizontal bar section of the bar arrangement with a partial section, the support surface is designed so that it is located slightly above the top side of the lower horizontal bar of the bar arrangement. Otherwise, a part of the lateral section of the thrust element extending laterally over the support surface and the bar section could or would come into contact, resulting in scraping noises when the thrust element supported on the device is moved and / or a braking effect would occur due to friction between the underside of the thrust element and the top side of the lower horizontal bar section.

[0018] For example, the rail body is designed as a bent sheet metal part. For example, the web section is integrally connected to a remaining part of the rail body via a bend. For example, the bend between the top of the rail and the web section is at a right angle.

[0019] For example, the web section projects upwards or vertically towards the top of the rail body. For example, the web section has a main section, e.g. from a bend to the support surface. For example, the support surface is a narrow top side of the web section, such as a vertically highest point in the use state of the device. For example, the support surface is formed as a bend in a section of the material of the pull-out rail or as a partial area of the bend. For example, the support surface is formed as a bend that integrally adjoins the main section coming from below. For example, the bend is formed at an angle of 180 degrees downwards. For example, the support surface is slightly convex towards the outside.

[0020] For example, the main section of the web section, e.g., one or two vertical material layers, bridges a vertical distance between the top surface of the rail body and the support surface. The support surface and the lateral section of the thrust element are coordinated so that mutual contact can be established in a point-like, linear, or planar manner when supported.

[0021] For example, the support surface serves to contact a part of the thrust element, for example, the underside of a lateral section of the thrust element. Accordingly, the support surface serves to support the underside of the thrust element on the support surface.

[0022] For example, the web section extends over an entire or a substantial length of, for example, 80 to 95 percent of the length of the extension rail.

[0023] For example, the support surface is formed over the entire length or over a partial length of the web section.

[0024] For example, the support surface is elongated, narrow, and continuous along the web section. For example, the width of the support surface, transverse to the longitudinal extent of the web section or transverse to the support surface, is in the range of a single or double thickness of the material of the web section, such as a thickness of the associated sheet material.

[0025] For example, the rail body including the web section is designed as a bent sheet metal strip or as a bent sheet metal profile.

[0026] For example, the web section formed integrally with the rail body is connected to the top side of the rail body of the extension rail via a bend.

[0027] For example, the web section connects to a remaining part of the rail body via a bend. For example, the bend is at a right angle. For example, when the device is in use, the web section is oriented vertically. For example, when the device is in use, the top side of the rail body of the extension rail is oriented horizontally.

[0028] For example, the bend between the web section and the top side of the rail runs along a longitudinal extension of the top side, such as along a longitudinal edge of the top side of the rail body. For example, the web section is formed over the length of the rail body. For example, the web section is wall-like and / or formed as a thin sheet metal strip. For example, a longitudinal extension of the web section or a longitudinal axis of the web section is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the extension rail, e.g. parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rail body of the extension rail.

[0029] For example, the web section extends over the essential length or over the entire length of the rail body or the top of the rail. This advantageously allows support of the thrust element on the web section. For example, linear and / or strip-shaped and / or point-shaped support of the thrust element on the web section and thus on the extension rail, e.g., across multiple support areas, is possible.

[0030] For example, the support surface is part of the web section. For example, the vertically upper end of the web section forms the support surface when the device is in use.

[0031] For example, the support surface is an integral part of a bend in a material section of the web section. For example, in the use state of the device, the bend is formed at an upper end of the web section.

[0032] For example, alternatively, the support surface is provided separately from the web section, for example as a separate element attached to the web section or formed integrally with the web section.

[0033] For example, the web section comprises two adjacent material layers. For example, the web section, in relation to the useful state of the device, comprises an upwardly directed sheet metal section which extends as far as a bend. From the bend, a subsequent downwardly directed sheet metal section extends to a height which correlates with, e.g. coincides with, the top side of the rail body of the extension rail. For example, one side of the upwardly directed sheet metal section bears against one side of the downwardly directed sheet metal section. This provides a mechanically comparatively stable web section, for example in the manner of a two-walled or two-layer web section.

[0034] For example, the upwardly directed sheet metal section and the downwardly directed sheet metal section form two material layers that lie flat against one another and are, for example, aligned parallel or, in the used state, vertically.

[0035] For example, the support surface is formed by an upper edge of the web section. For example, the support surface is formed by a blunt end or by a shaped, e.g., bent, upper end of the web section or is attached to the web section in a correspondingly blunt or bent manner.

[0036] For example, an upper edge of the web section is formed by a bend in the material of the web section. For example, the upper edge of the web section is bent and forms the support surface.

[0037] For example, viewed in a width direction of the device, the web section comprises an inner material layer and an outer material layer.

[0038] For example, both material layers are connected to each other flatly and / or at their respective longitudinal ends, e.g. by bending the material, for example with a bending angle of 180 degrees.

[0039] For example, the outer material layer extends downward into a region of an underside of the device. For example, holding means are provided for releasably anchoring the device to the rod arrangement. For example, the holding means comprise locking means for locking the device to the rod arrangement, for example, to a vertical rod section and / or horizontal rod section of the rod arrangement.

[0040] For example, the holding means are present on the support rail, e.g. in one piece on the support rail.

[0041] For example, the holding means are designed to engage around a vertical and / or horizontal rod section of the rod arrangement. For example, the holding means are designed to be resilient. This allows for automatically adjusting anchoring. For example, the holding means can be applied in an engaging manner to a rod section of the rod arrangement. For example, the holding means are designed such that, when the device is anchored to the rod arrangement in its used state, movement of the support rail in two opposite directions is prevented, for example with respect to a horizontal and / or vertical spatial direction.

[0042] The invention relates to a sliding element which can be movably arranged between opposite side walls of a piece of furniture such as a kitchen appliance, in particular a food support for an oven, with a device according to one of the embodiments described above. This provides a system comprising a sliding element such as a food support, a support rack, a baking tray or a storage tray with a device for guiding movement such as a partial rail extension. For example, the system comprises a sliding element and two corresponding devices for guiding movement. Finally, a piece of furniture, in particular a kitchen appliance, with opposite side walls and a rod arrangement on each side wall is proposed, wherein a device for guiding movement according to one of the embodiments discussed above is provided. For example, the piece of furniture is a kitchen appliance such as an oven with a baking chamber which has a rod arrangement on opposite side walls, each with a device for guiding movement.

[0046] Fig. 2 shows a device for guiding the movement of a pushing element from a first side,

[0047] Fig. 3 the device according to Fig. 2 from a second side,

[0048] Fig. 4 the device according to Fig. 2 in perspective

[0049] Opinion,

[0050] Fig. 5 shows the device according to Fig. 2 in a front view with a part of the device omitted and

[0051] Fig. 6 shows a device for guiding the movement of a sliding element in a front view, with sections of the device omitted, in a state attached to a rod arrangement. Fig. 1 shows, in a usage orientation, an inner part 2 of a piece of furniture that is open at the front, wherein the piece of furniture is designed as a kitchen appliance such as an oven and the inner part 2 belongs to a baking muffle of the oven. The inner part 2 encloses the baking muffle of the oven at the rear, bottom, top and sides with opposite side walls 3 and 4 of the baking muffle. A front side of the inner part 2 is open and can be closed to the outside during operation of the oven by an oven door (not shown).

[0052] Within the baking muffle or in its interior, an identically constructed rod arrangement 5, such as a side grid, is attached to both side walls 3, 4. The rod arrangement 5 is only visible on the side wall 3 in Fig. 1. A device 1 for guiding the movement of a pushing element 6 (see Fig. 6) is arranged on the rod arrangement 5. The pushing element 6, for example a food carrier of the oven, can be supported on the underside with lateral longitudinal sections of the pushing element 6 on a support surface 9 of the device. Both opposite longitudinal sections of the pushing element 6 on the respective device 1 can be supported in the same way on the respective rod arrangement 5 on the side walls 3 and 4, at the same horizontal height H of the baking muffle (see Fig. 1).

[0053] By way of example, the device 1 for guiding the movement of the sliding element 6 is designed as a full extension and has a support rail 7 and a pull-out rail 8 that is movable relative to the support rail 7. A center rail 7a is provided between the support rail 7 and the pull-out rail 8.

[0054] In the use state of the device 1 attached to the rod arrangement 5, the pushing element 6 is supported on the support surface 9 of a rail body 10 of the pull-out rail 8 extending in the longitudinal direction of the device 1. The pushing element 6 is coupled to the pull-out rail 8 (see Fig. 6), for example latched onto a latching section of the pull-out rail 8, and together with the pull-out rail 8 relative to the rod arrangement 5 and the support rail 7 fixed thereto, can be moved linearly via the central rail 7a in an extension direction S1 and in an insertion direction S2 (see Fig. 1).

[0055] The extension rail 8 is mounted via rolling element bearing means 11 of the device 1 for displacement along a bearing section of the device or the center rail 7a. A rail top side 12 of the rail body 10 of the extension rail 8 comprises an outer side 12a and an inner side 12b opposite the outer side 12a. The inner side 12b can be brought into contact with the rolling element bearing means 11.

[0056] For example, the rolling element bearing means 11 comprise roller-shaped bearing bodies 11a and spherical bearing bodies 11b, which are held, for example, in a common bearing cage 13. For example, the rolling element bearing means 11 comprise upper rolling element bearing means and lower rolling element bearing means. For example, the rolling element bearing means 11 act on an upper portion of the device 1 between the extension rail 8 and the, for example, U-shaped center rail 7a. The rolling element bearing means 11 also act between the center rail 7a and the support rail 7 on a lower portion of the device 1.

[0057] In relation to the use state of the device, the support surface 9 for the push element 6 is offset upwards in the vertical direction V by a height or by a height dimension XI (see Fig. 5, 6), in relation to the use state of the device 1, to the outer side 12a of the rail top 12 of the rail body 10 of the extension rail 8.

[0058] The support surface 9 is provided on a web section 14 formed integrally with the rail body 10 of the extension rail 8. For example, the support surface 9 is formed by a vertical upper edge of the web section 14. For example, the support surface 9 is part of the web section 14.

[0059] The web section 14 is connected to the rail top 12 of the rail body 10 via a bend Ul.

[0060] For example, the web section 14 has two adjacent material layers in a width direction B of the device 1, comprising an inner material layer 14a and an outer material layer 14b.

[0061] For example, the outer material layer 14b extends downwards from the support surface 9 into a region of an underside of the device 1. For example, a vertical height dimension X2 of the outer material layer 14b is variable, for example, extending to an underside of a lower part of the pull-out rail 8 or ending somewhat higher. For example, the vertical height dimension X2 of the outer material layer 14b corresponds at least approximately to an overall height of the device 1.

[0062] A height dimension X3 is variably specified or can be specified, depending on the manufacturing specifications of the device 1. For example, the height dimension X3 defines a vertical distance between the support surface 9 and an upper side 19 of a lower rod section 18. The lower rod section 18 is similar to a parallel rod section 17 above, wherein an insertion gap is defined between the two parallel rod sections 17, 18, which are present in pairs at a vertical distance on the rod arrangement 5. For example, in a rod arrangement 5 that does not have an attached device 1, the insertion gap serves to insert, support and guide a pushing element 6.

[0063] For example, holding means 15, 16 of the device 1 are designed to releasably anchor the device 1 to the rod arrangement 5. The holding means 15, 16 are designed to be anchored, for example, to a vertical rod section 5a and / or to a horizontal rod section 5b and / or to another horizontal rod section 5c of the rod arrangement 5. For example, the holding means 15, 16 comprise locking means for locking the device 1 to the rod arrangement 5, for example to the vertical rod section 5a and / or the horizontal rod sections 5b, 5c of the rod arrangement 5.

[0064] For example, the holding means 15 are designed as front holding means 15. For example, the holding means 16 are designed as rear holding means 16.
