A sport climbing sock (1) for wearing inside a sport climbing shoe, characterized in that the sport climbing sock (1) is divided into at least two parts, namely - a first part (2) comprising three sections, wherein ∘ the first section (21) is configured to cover the top of the toes from at least the nails of the toes, ∘ the second section (22) is configured to cover the ball and the arch of the foot along the length of the foot and across at least a part of the width of the foot, and ∘ the third section (23) is arranged to cover at least a part of a heel up to the Achilles tendon attachment point, so that the first part (2) as a whole covers at least a part of toes, a part of the sole of the foot and a part of the heel, and - a second part (3) designed to cover at least the bridge of the foot and the parts of the foot not covered by the first part (2), wherein the first part (2) is made from a highly resistant rigid material and the second part (3) is made from a flexible material.
