Abstract
Description
[0001] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202310228536.8 filed Mar. 10, 2023, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.Technical Field
[0002] The present disclosure relates to the field of smart home appliances, for example, to a clothes treatment device, a clothes humidity measurement method and a clothes drying measurement method. Background
[0003] In a clothes treatment procedure, especially in a drying procedure, whether clothes are dried properly is generally determined based on the humidity of the clothes. In the related art, resistance sensors are typically used for detecting the humidity of the clothes. Specifically, the sensors contact the clothes to measure the resistance of the clothes surface, and the humidity value of the clothes surface is calculated based on the resistance value of the clothes surface. Moreover, the humidity value is used to determine whether the clothes are dried. However, in a case where the clothes (such as clothes made of down, fleece and other materials) have a dry surface while a damp interior, the dryness of the clothes surface may cause the humidity value to satisfy the drying judgment requirements. Moreover, the drying procedure may be misjudged and terminated in advance, resulting in the clothes not being effectively dried and a poor user experience.Summary

[0019] To better determine whether the clothes are already dried and to be suitable for clothes made of different materials, especially the clothes made of down, fleece, etc., an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a clothes treatment device. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 11, the clothes treatment device includes a case 20 and a treatment chamber 1 rotatably disposed inside the case 20. The treatment chamber 1 is configured to accommodate clothes and be driven to rotate by a motor or other components to perform treatment on the clothes. The clothes treatment procedures performed by the treatment chamber 1 on the clothes include, but are not limited to, washing, spin-drying and drying of the clothes. The present disclosure simply describes the clothes treatment device with a drying procedure. It should be noted that the treatment chamber 1 of the present embodiment is configured in a cylindrical structure, and preferably, the treatment chamber 1 is grounded, thereby effectively protecting the human body and avoiding the risk of electric shock.
[0020] In the present embodiment, the clothes treatment device further includes an inductive sensing unit, a measurement unit 3 and a control unit 4, the inductive sensing unit includes a first electrode plate formed by at least one conductive plate 2 and a second electrode plate formed by the treatment chamber 1, and the clothes in the treatment chamber 1 are part of the dielectric of the inductive sensing unit. The first electrode plate and the second electrode plate are insulated from each other and are electrically connected to the measurement unit 3. The measurement unit 3 is capable of measuring the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit (the specific measurement method may refer to related technologies, for example, after a fixed frequency signal is sent by the measurement unit 3 to the first electrode plate and is conducted to the second electrode plate through the clothes, the second electrode plate transmits the frequency signal to the measurement unit 3, enabling the measurement unit 3 to acquire the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit) and outputting the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit to the control unit 4. Since the humidity of the clothes is decreased with the continuous drying, the dielectric constant of the dielectric of the inductive sensing unit is changed so that the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit is changed (the specific principle may refer to that of the capacitor). Therefore, through the measurement of the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit, the control unit 4 may acquire the current humidity value of the clothes in real time based on the experiment-acquired correspondence between the humidity value of the clothes and the variation of the signal, and then determine whether drying of the clothes is completed based on the humidity value. In the present embodiment, the above variation of the signal may be the variation of the voltage, that is, after the frequency signal is transmitted from the second electrode plate to the measurement unit 3, the measurement unit 3 may convert the frequency signal into a voltage value and acquire the current variation of the voltage based on the voltage value. The above variation of the signal may also be the variation of the frequency, that is, after the frequency signal is transmitted from the second electrode plate to the measurement unit 3, the measurement unit 3 may acquire the frequency value and acquire the current variation of the frequency based on the frequency value. In the present embodiment, the measurement unit 3 is powered by a direct current power supply.
[0021] In the present embodiment, a protection element is provided on a measurement circuit of the measurement unit 3. The protection element has an impedance to protect the measurement unit. The protection element may be a capacitor or a resistor, as long as it has certain impedance performance to protect the measurement unit.
[0022] Exemplarily, the measurement circuit includes a connection circuit 31 connected to the treatment chamber 1, and the protection element is connected in series to the connection circuit 31. In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the protection element is the first protective capacitor 5 and a Zener diode 6 connected in parallel, which are connected in series to the connection circuit 31. Through the first protective capacitor 5 and the Zener diode 6, interference of the external power grid introduced by the grounding of the treatment chamber 1 can be effectively prevented, and the measurement unit 3 can be protected from being damaged and logic confusion. Moreover, the static electricity generated in the clothes drying process can be released, and at the same time, the measurement signal can be amplified to make the measurement result more accurate.
[0023] In the present embodiment, a second protective capacitor 7 is connected in series between the first electrode plate and the measurement unit 3. The second protective capacitor 7 can filter the frequency signal sent by the measurement unit 3 to improve the measurement effect, and can further prevent static electricity from impacting the measurement unit 3 and causing damage to the measurement unit 3.
[0024] When the aforementioned clothes treatment device of the present embodiment performs the clothes humidity measurement, the measurement unit 3 first measures the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit and outputs the same to the control unit 4 of the clothes treatment device. Then the control unit 4 acquires the humidity value corresponding to the current variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit based on the correspondence between the variation of the signal and the humidity of the clothes, thereby acquiring the current humidity value of the clothes.
[0025] The present embodiment provides a clothing humidity measurement method, as shown in FIG. 12, and the clothing humidity measurement method includes the following: in response to the clothes are placed in the treatment chamber 1, the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit is measured, where the inductive sensing unit includes the first electrode plate formed by the at least one conductive plate 2 and the second electrode plate formed by the treatment chamber 1, and the clothes are part of the dielectric of the inductive sensing unit; and the humidity value of the clothes is acquired based on the correspondence between the variation of the signal and the humidity of the clothes.
[0026] The present embodiment further provides a clothes drying measurement method. As shown in FIG. 13, the clothes drying measurement method includes the following: in response to the clothes are placed in the treatment chamber 1, the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit is measured, where the inductive sensing unit includes the first electrode plate formed by the at least one conductive plate 2 and the second electrode plate formed by the treatment chamber 11, and the clothes is part of the dielectric of the inductive sensing unit; the humidity value of the clothes is acquired based on the correspondence between the variation of the signal and the humidity of the clothes; and in response to the humidity value satisfying a preset requirement, it is determined that the clothes is dried.
[0027] When the aforementioned clothes treatment device of the present embodiment performs the clothes humidity measurement, the clothes treatment device first acquires the humidity value of the clothes. The acquisition method may refer to the above clothes humidity measurement method. After acquiring the current humidity value of the clothes, the humidity value of the clothes is compared with the preset requirement for drying completion. If the humidity value of the clothes satisfies the preset requirement, it indicates that drying of the clothes is completed. The above preset requirement may be a point value or a range value, and it may be determined that the drying of the clothes is completed as long as the humidity value of the clothes is within the range.
[0028] The aforementioned clothes treatment device of the present embodiment may be a clothes dryer, a drying integrated machine, or other devices with a drying function.
[0029] In the aforementioned clothes treatment device of the present embodiment, the measurement unit 3 is electrically connected to the conductive plate 2 and the treatment chamber 1, and may measure the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit and output the same to the control unit 4 of the clothes treatment device. Then, the control unit 4 may acquire the humidity value of the clothes based on the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit, and determine the drying condition of the clothes based on the humidity value, thus accurately implementing the humidity measurement and drying determination of the clothes and improving the user experience.Embodiment two
[0030] In the present embodiment, on the basis of embodiment one, the structure and the mounting position of the conductive plate 2 forming the first electrode plate are illustrated. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the conductive plate 2 in the present embodiment is mounted on an insulation part 8. The insulation part 8 is mounted on the inside of the case 20 of the clothes treatment device; specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the insulation part 8 is mounted on the inside of a front plate 9 of the case 20, and the insulation part 8 is arranged to face the treatment chamber 1. Moreover, the conductive plate 2 is insulated from the treatment chamber 1 by the insulation part 8 so that the variation of the signal of the formed inductive sensing unit can be measured and also the clothes can be placed between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate and be part of the dielectric.
[0031] In an embodiment, the insulation part 8 is an arc-shaped plate to adapt to the shape and structure of the front plate 9 of the case 20. Moreover, a space for mounting the insulation part 8 may be provided on the front plate 9 to reduce the space additionally occupied by mounting the insulation part 8. In other embodiments, the insulation part 8 may also have other shapes.
[0032] In an embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a mounting hole 81 may be provided on the insulation part 8, and the insulating part 8 is mounted on the front plate 9 by a screw being inserted into the mounting hole 81. Alternatively, a snap-fit hole 82 may be provided on the insulation part 8, with a snap buckle provided on the front plate 9, so that the insulation part 8 can be quickly assembled and disassembled from the front plate 9 by engaging the snap buckle with the snap-fit hole 82.
[0033] In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the conductive plate 2 is disposed on the side of the insulation part 8 facing away from the treatment chamber 1, enabling the insulation part 8 to insulate from the treatment chamber 1. Moreover, the conductive plate 2 may be parallel to the surface of the insulation part 8, realizing a better measurement of the variation of the signal of the formed inductive sensing unit.
[0034] In the present embodiment, the conductive plate 2 is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the treatment chamber 1 so that the clothes between the conductive plate 2 and the treatment chamber 1 can be placed between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate of the formed inductive sensing unit, and thus the measurement of the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit can be realized. Apparently, the conductive plate 2 may also be mounted on the insulation part 8 in a manner parallel to or at an angle with the rotation axis of the treatment chamber 1, as long as the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit can be acquired.
[0035] In the present embodiment, a plurality of conductive plates 2 may be provided, and the plurality of conductive plates 2 may be mounted on the insulation part 8 and insulated from one another. Alternatively, each conductive plate 2 may be mounted on one insulation part 8, and a plurality of insulation parts 8 are mounted on the case 20 of the clothes treatment device to form a plurality of inductive sensing units; thus, variations of signals of the plurality of inductive sensing units are measured. As a result, the humidity value of the clothes is accurately measured by means of the variations of multiple signals, making the clothes drying determination more accurate.Embodiment three
[0036] In the present embodiment, on the basis of embodiment two, a humidity sensor 10 is added to the clothes treatment device. The humidity sensor 10 and the inductive sensing unit simultaneously measure the humidity condition of the clothes, thereby achieving more accurate drying determination and control.
[0037] Exemplarily, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the humidity sensor 10 of the present embodiment is integrated and mounted on the insulation part 8 and disposed on the side of the insulation part 8 facing the treatment chamber 1. The humidity sensor 10 may be connected to the control unit 4 and in contact with the clothes so that the control unit 4 can measure the resistance of the clothes and determine the humidity value and drying condition of the clothes surface based on the resistance of the clothes. That is, in the present embodiment, the humidity of the clothes surface is measured by the humidity sensor 10, and the humidity of the clothes interior is measured by the inductive sensing unit. Whether the drying of the clothes is completed is determined accurately based on the simultaneous measurement of the humidity of the clothes surface and the clothes interior.
[0038] Apparently, it can be understood that it is possible to simply choose the humidity sensor 10 to measure the humidity of the clothes surface (for example, clothes are thin shirts) or to simply choose the inductive sensing unit to measure the humidity of the clothes (for example, clothes made of down and fleece materials) as needed according to the type of the clothes.
[0039] In the present embodiment, the humidity sensor 10 and the conductive plate 2 are spaced apart and disposed on the left side and the right side of the insulation part 8, respectively. The insulation part 8 insulates the humidity sensor 10 from the conductive plate 2, preventing the signal interference between the humidity sensor 10 and the conductive plate 2 from affecting the measurement accuracy.
[0040] As shown in FIG. 5, the humidity sensor 10 includes two metal strips 101 embedded in the insulation part 8 and spaced apart from each other in an insulating manner. The two metal strips 101 may be electrically connected to the control unit 4 so that the control unit 4 can measure the resistance value of the clothes. In an embodiment, when the clothes in the treatment chamber 1 are dried, the rotation of the treatment chamber 1 causes the clothes to be in contact with the two metal strips 101. Since the clothes contain a certain amount of moisture, when the clothes contact the metal strips 101, the control unit 4 can measure the resistance value of the clothes, and determine the humidity and drying condition of the clothes based on the resistance value.
[0041] In an embodiment, referring to FIG. 7, two grooves 83 spaced apart are formed on the insulation part 8. The two metal strips 101 are mounted in the two grooves 83, respectively. The depth of the groove 83 is preferably greater than or equal to the thickness of the metal strip 101 so that the metal strips 101 can be prevented from protruding from the surface of the insulation part 8 when the metal strips 101 are mounted in the grooves 83, preventing the metal strips 101 from snagging on the clothes in the treatment chamber 1.Embodiment four
[0042] The clothes treatment device provided by the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, simply differs from the clothes treatment device provided by embodiment three in that the humidity sensor 10 and the conductive plate 2 of the present embodiment are disposed on the front side and the rear side of the insulation part 8, respectively. In an embodiment, the conductive plate 2 and the humidity sensor 10 are sequentially disposed along the thickness direction of the insulation part 8, and the conductive plate 2 is insulated from the humidity sensor 10 by the insulation part 8. The humidity sensor 10 is closer to the treatment chamber 1 than the conductive plate 2 to contact the clothes. The space occupied can be reduced by disposing the humidity sensor 10 and the conductive plate 2 in front and back.
[0043] The remaining structures of the clothes treatment device of the present embodiment are the same as those of Embodiment three, which are not repeated here.Embodiment five
[0044] The clothes treatment device provided by the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, simply differs from the clothes treatment device provided by Embodiment three in that one of the metal strips 101 of the humidity sensor 10 in the present embodiment is used as the conductive plate 2, that is, the humidity sensor 10 and the inductive sensing unit share the same metal strip 101.
[0045] In the present embodiment, the two metal strips 101 are insulated. When the clothes are in contact with the two metal strips 101, the control unit 4 may measure the resistance value of the clothes (the inductive sensing unit is inactive at this time) to measure the humidity value of the clothes surface. When the clothes are not in contact with the two metal strips 101, the metal strip 101 serving as the conductive plate 2 is active, while the humidity sensor 10 is inactive. The measurement unit 3 measures the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit and outputs the same to the control unit 4 of the clothes treatment device, and then the control unit 4 may acquire the humidity value of the clothes based on the variation of the signal of the inductive sensing unit; in this manner, the humidity value of the clothes can be measured at this time, and thus the drying status of the clothes can be determined based on the humidity value.
[0046] As shown in FIG. 10, in the present embodiment, the metal strips 101 serving as the conductive plate 2 may be integrally formed to be a plate-like structure 1011 to improve the measurement accuracy when the conductive plate 2 is used as the first electrode plate of the inductive sensing unit.
[0047] The remaining structures of the present embodiment are the same as those of Embodiment three, which are not repeated here.
