[0002] Description
[0003] Field of the art
[0004] The present invention operates in the field of proximity devices and systems. In more detail, the object of this patent application is an interactive photographic support to be used with or without photographic frames, suitable for the transmission and modification of digital photographic contents, usable by a plurality of users.
[0005] Prior art
[0006] The technological revolution has now also arrived in the photographic field, the advent of immersive reality has generated the possibility of creating images shot with a 360° field angle. These are interactive photographs which always require an apparatus for viewing. All the technologies achieved to date relate to virtual reproductions which do not involve physical photographs. Currently, if a physical representation of an entire memory is desired, multiple photographs must be printed or an album must be purchased containing the entire memory. This is very limiting, since such a solution requires a great deal of physical space and a huge economic expense.
[0007] Among the patents in the field, patent KR20210089859 A can be mentioned, which discloses a support for a digital memory card and a service and platform for sharing presentation data on the Internet, which replaces the current paper brochures (including books, reports, documents and recordings). According to the invention, the sharing platform is configured to include a memory chip which saves the presentation data and near-field communication (NFC) means in a photo card-type support comprising a printed side of an image representative of the uploaded presentation material (company, event name, organization name, etc.). A data area of the memory chip includes a presentation data area, a presentation data index data area, a voice recording data area explaining the presentation data, a URL data area storing the presentation data on the Internet and a data area for storing the comments from the corresponding presentation data sharing service. Through this, the invention provides an effect of replacing thick and heavy wood-based presentation materials (including books, reports, documents and records) of booklet type with plastic and other lightweight and compact materials. Furthermore, the digital presentation data platform allows users to engage in discussions in the form of comments while viewing the presentation data on a smartphone.
[0008] US8164426B1 instead provides a system and method for taking digital photographs of subjects and for distributing digital images from the photographs based on subject identifiers transmitted by RFID tags held with the subjects. With a first embodiment, the data from photographs taken of a certain number of groups of individuals, such as passengers on a cruise ship, are distributed to the individuals photographed. In a second embodiment, the RFID tags are placed in or on objects which could be stolen, so that the objects can be tracked by means of digital photographs taken automatically when the objects are moved in front of a camera unit.
[0009] To date, there are still no photographs created on photographic print supports which incorporate NFC tags and which consequently can link to entire photo albums and contain a variety of photos with the creation of a single print.
[0010] With our invention, it will instead be possible to have an entire album thanks to a single printed photograph. Saving space, money and paper, from an ecological perspective and thus allowing each user to represent chapters of an entire life in a very small physical space.
[0011] Description of the invention
[0012] According to the present invention, an interactive photographic support is created, comprising at least an NFC tag, for the transmission of digital memories, which effectively solves the above problems. Herein, digital memories means a multimedia collection of photographs, videos and other content which can be associated with a particular memory and are saved as a single collection. We set out below the advantages of the present invention which overall provides, together with the photographic support, a system, a program and a method for a network of electronic computers which allow collecting digital and physical photographic memories at the same time.
[0013] In fact, the aforesaid interactive photographic support is a component of the system and integrates the aforesaid NFC tag which establishes the short / medium range wireless connection necessary for the data exchange with at least an electronic device. In an advantageous version, at least a physical photo is provided which is installed above the support and represents the set of digital contents stored within the NFC tag.
[0014] In fact, in the aforesaid NFC tag, digital contents can be stored which in this case are represented by photographs, groups of photographs, videos or multiple videos and / or any other type of digital content represented by said physical photo. The most important feature is that the physical photo included in the photographic support will be a representation of an entire memory to which the interested user will then be able to have access as a whole thanks to the presence of the NFC tag.
[0015] A protective layer is possibly advantageously comprised in the support which makes the entire print more resistant and protects the NFC tag.
[0016] The tag is capable of exchanging information with electronic devices such as, for example, smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, virtual reality visors and / or any other device which can connect with NFC technology.
[0017] In any case, alternative versions of the interactive support are envisaged:
[0018] - in photographic paper;
[0019] - canvas;
[0020] - screen printing;
[0021] - woodcut;
[0022] - lithography;
[0023] - chalcography;
[0024] - and / or in any requested material.
[0025] The support can be made in any format, size, thickness and shape as well as with a glossy, matte or satin finish, and can possibly be placed in a photographic frame and / or in an object capable of containing the dimensions of the support. All the variants listed allow making a unique object which can possibly be displayed.
[0026] Any versions of the aforesaid support comprise a QR code on a rear side which links directly to the digital contents.
[0027] The photographic support, as mentioned, is part of a data processing system which also comprises:
[0028] - an electronic device compatible with said NFC technology, which receives and displays the saved digital contents and sends contents to the NFC tag, being able to modify such digital contents with each use;
[0029] - at least an external network which allows a user to manage and send the aforesaid contents even with remote devices.
[0030] Possibly and advantageously the following are envisaged:
[0031] - at least a printer to make digital prints;
[0032] - at least a projector to reproduce digital content in the form of videos, films and images on screens and backdrops;
[0033] - Bluetooth speakers to connect for content playback.
[0034] In a further version said printer is of the off-set type and to allow B2B printing and the projector is capable of reproducing memories in the form of a hologram.
[0035] The computer network method associated with the system described envisages at least four steps:
[0036] A. association of the aforesaid device with the NFC tag and transfer of digital contents;
[0037] B. access and execution of the digital contents, viewing and modification (if any) of the contents;
[0038] C. sharing the changes made;
[0039] D. storing and saving the digital content for sharing with users outside said system.
[0040] All the actions can be performed by means of a computer network program adapted to carry out said modifications and display digital contents and a plurality of further commands listed in detail in the claims.
[0041] The advantages offered by the present invention are evident in the light of the description presented thus far and will be even clearer thanks to the attached figures and the related detailed description.
