[0003] The present invention relates to a wall element intended to cover an opening formed in a wall of a building, and such that the wall element is invisible from the interior of the building.

[0004] Technical background

[0005] There are many wall elements such as frames supporting sliding windows. Such wall elements can then cover an opening formed in a wall, for example in a house, in order to insulate it thermally and / or acoustically and / or soundproof. Particularly in the case where the frame is intended to support a sliding window type, it is essential that the wall element allows the passage of light.

[0006] Despite the presence of numerous wall elements on the market, these have substantially identical functionalities and increasingly complex assemblies.

CLAIMS 1 . A wall element (16) configured to be arranged around an opening (14) formed in a wall (12), the wall element (16) comprising at least one frame (20) and at least one sliding element (221, 222, 223) capable of sliding in the frame (20) in a transverse direction (T), the frame (20) comprising at least two frames (26a, 26b) opposite each other, each frame (26a, 26b) being configured to receive an edge (24a1, 24b1, 24a2, 24b2, 24a3, 24b3) of the at least one sliding element (221, 222, 223), the frames (26a, 26b) being configured such that the at least one sliding element (221, 222, 223) is movable in translation between a position covering the opening (14) and a position uncovering the opening (14), the at least one sliding element (221, 222, 223) being configured to be entirely outside a perimeter of the opening (14) in its uncovered position, the frames (26a,26b) each comprising a fixing bracket (30) configured to be secured to the wall (12), the fixing brackets (30) being configured such that the frame (20) extends entirely outside the perimeter of the opening (14) of the wall (12), and said at least one sliding element (221) comprising a glazed panel (251) and a first border (241) and being configured so that the first border (241) is entirely outside the perimeter of the opening (14) in the covering position of the first sliding element (221)., 2. Wall element (16) according to the preceding claim, comprising an additional sliding element (223) comprising at least one light (78) in which a plate (80) extends and a second border (243) which surrounds the light (78), the plate (80) being configured to pivot around a first axis of rotation (R1) relative to the second border (243).

3. Wall element (16) according to the preceding claim, in which the first axis of rotation (R1) of the plate (80) is fixed relative to the second edge (243) and relative to the plate (80).

4. Wall element (16) according to claim 2, in which the first axis of rotation (R1) is fixed relative to the second edge (243) and the plate (80) is movable in translation relative to the second edge (243) in a direction radial to the axis of rotation (R1).

5. Wall element (16) according to claim 2, in which the first axis of rotation (R1) is fixed relative to the plate (80) and movable parallel to the transverse direction (T) relative to the second edge (243).

Wall element (16) according to claim 5, in which: - the first axis of rotation (R1) is located at one end of the plate (80); - the other sliding element (223) comprises at least one arm (81) connecting the plate (80) and the second edge (243); - a first end of the arm (81) is connected to the plate (80) by being pivotable relative to the plate (80) around a second axis of rotation (R2) parallel to the first axis of rotation (R1) and movable in translation relative to the plate (80) in a direction radial to the second axis of rotation (R2) by means of a slide (82) belonging to the plate (80); - a second end of the arm (81) is connected to the second edge (243) while being pivotable relative to the second edge (243) around a third axis of rotation (R3) parallel to the first axis of rotation (R1).

Wall element (16) according to one of claims 2 to 6, comprising a further sliding element (222), the additional sliding element (223) being a trim and the other sliding element (222) being a flap, the trim (223) covering the first sliding element (221) and the shutter (222) when the three sliding elements (221, 222, 223) are in their uncovered position.

Wall element (16) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the sleepers (26a, 26b) each comprise a sliding device (60) of the at least one sliding element (221, 222, 223), the sliding device (60) comprising at least one raised edge (62) in which at least one caster (64) is arranged.

Wall element (16) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, in which the sleepers (26a, 26b) each comprise a sliding device (60) of the at least one sliding element (221, 222, 223), the sliding device (60) comprising at least one raised edge (62) on which a roller carriage (68) receives one of the edges (24) of the at least one sliding element (221, 222, 223).

Wall element (16) according to the preceding claim, in which the roller trolley (68) comprises at least two walls (70) delimiting at least one receiving space (72) for the rollers and a receiving zone (74) for one of the edges (24) of the at least one sliding element (221, 222, 223), the receiving space (72) and the receiving zone (74) being strictly distinct from each other. 1 1 . Wall element (16) according to the preceding claim, wherein one of the horizontal edges (24a1, 24a2, 24a3) of the at least one sliding element (221, 222, 223) comprises at least one thinned portion (76) configured to house in the receiving zone (74) of one of the horizontal edges (24a1, 24a2, 24a3) delimited by the roller carriage (68), the walls (70) of the roller carriage (68) extending in the extension of a thickness of the sliding element (221, 222, 223).

Wall element (16) according to any one of claims 8 to 11, in which each of the frames (26a, 26b) comprises at least one covering portion (48) carrying the sliding device (60), the covering portion (48) being integral with the fixing support (30) associated by complementary shapes, the covering portion (48) being able to slide while covering at least the fixing support (30).

13. Wall element according to one of the preceding claims in which one of the edges (24B1, 24b2, 24b3) of the at least one sliding element (221, 222, 223) is equipped with a retractable handle, integrated by default into this edge, and which can be pivoted into an active position where it allows a traction force to be exerted on the pivoting element in the transverse direction.

14. An assembly (10) comprising a wall (12) having an opening (14) and a wall element (16) according to any preceding claim, the wall element (16) being configured such that the frame (20) extends around the opening (14) of the wall (12).

15. Assembly (10) according to the preceding claim, in which the fixing supports (30) of the frame (20) extend exclusively outside the opening (14) of the wall (12).
