Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a plastering strip for placement at a building transition and to a building transition with a plastering strip arranged thereon.
[0002] In building construction, the standard procedure is to insert and secure window and door frames—the fixed window or door frames permanently attached to the structure—into corresponding wall openings in the building shell. In a later phase, the building shell is plastered both inside and out. On the exterior, the connection between the plaster and the window or door frame is particularly critical because the plaster butts against the frame material, resulting in an imperfect bond. Since the plaster shrinks slightly as it dries, and because window and door frames are subject to vibrations (such as from slamming windows or doors), and because these building transitions and corners are also exposed to significant temperature fluctuations, there is a risk of cracks or gaps forming between the plaster and the frame.Moisture can then penetrate here, which over time damages the window frame, the door frame or the plaster, for example leading to the plaster crumbling away.
[0003] It has been shown that known plastering profiles are unable to adequately accommodate the movements occurring between the plaster and thermal insulation and the window or door frame under heavy stress, especially under heavy temperature-related stress, leading to damage to the plaster and the penetration of moisture and damage to the window or door frame.
[0004] It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a plastering profile that offers a reliable and permanently tight, possibly even rainproof, building transition between thermal insulation / plaster and building component, even under extreme conditions, and reliably prevents damage to the plaster layer and the building component.
[0005] This problem is solved by the subject matter of independent claim 1 and by the subject matter of independent claim 5. Advantageous further developments arise from the dependent claims.
[0006] According to a finding underlying the invention, the inventor of the present patent application has determined that with conventional plastering beads, and especially with so-called telescopic plastering beads where the front section is decoupled from the base section, such plastering beads can detach from the building component in an undesirable manner, particularly if the component remains in a state where the front section is significantly displaced relative to the base section for an extended period, especially longer than 7 days, particularly in the direction of suction and / or in the transverse shear direction. This leads to leaks, moisture penetration, mold growth, and damage to the building component, the plaster layer, and potentially also the thermal insulation.
[0007] The plastering strips according to the invention, as defined in independent claims 1 and 5, therefore exhibit improved movement absorption, both in the suction direction and in the transverse shear direction, and the shear forces acting on the adhesive strip are significantly reduced even in conditions where the front area is displaced considerably relative to the base area. A permanent seal is thus ensured.
[0008] According to a first embodiment of the invention as defined in claim 1, the entire extension comprises a flexible plastic material, and its area below a widened end head has a width of less than 1 mm.
[0009] According to a second embodiment of the invention, as defined in claim 5, a rear portion directly attached to the base wall and a front portion of the extension comprise a soft plastic material, and the rear portion directly attached to the base wall and the front portion of the extension located below a widened end head have a width of less than 1 mm. A central portion of the extension, which rests against the guide projections in the delivered state of the plastering strip, is made of a hard plastic material, in particular the plastic material of the base wall or a harder plastic material than the rear and front portions.
[0010] According to a third embodiment of the invention, as defined in claim 5, a rear portion of the extension, which is directly attached to the base wall and rests against the guide projections in the delivered state of the plastering strip, is made of a hard plastic material, in particular the same plastic material as the base wall or a harder plastic material than the front portion. A front portion of the extension comprises a soft plastic material, and the front portion of the extension, located below a widened end head, has a width of less than 1 mm.
[0011] All three variants of the invention have in common that such a designed extension enables a relative movement of the front area in the suction direction, away from the base area perpendicular to the main extension direction of the component, and a relative movement of the front area in a transverse shear direction transverse to the base area parallel to the main extension direction of the component, and that, in an installed state of the plastering strip, the shear force acting on the adhesive strip during a suction movement of at least 3 mm and a transverse shear movement of at least 2 mm of the front area to the base area is so low that the adhesive strip does not detach from the building component or from the base area even if this shear force acts on the base area and thus on the adhesive strip for 7 days.
[0012] All three variants are based on the fundamental concept of the invention that at least the predominant area of the extension, and in particular the front area of the extension, which especially has a widened end head, is made of a flexible plastic material and – with the exception of the widened end head – has a width / thickness of less than 1 mm. This allows, firstly, greater movement absorption and thus larger displacements between the front area and the base area, both in the suction direction and in the transverse shear direction, to a greater extent than previously possible. Secondly, the shear forces acting on the adhesive strip are significantly reduced, particularly in situations where the front area is displaced considerably relative to the base area, as detailed in claims 1 and 5.
[0013] The shear force exerted on the base profile, and thus on the adhesive strip, is significantly reduced. The shear force is largely absorbed by the thin, flexible plastic material of the extension.
[0014] Thus, the plastering profiles according to the invention create building transitions in the installed state that are always well and reliably sealed, even in the event of strong displacements, for example due to temperature fluctuations, and this also applies to situations of strong expansion over longer periods of time.
[0015] By forming the extension according to the present embodiments, larger displacements in the suction direction and in the transverse shear direction between the front area and the base area can be compensated by the plastering strip according to the invention than was previously possible.
[0016] The plastering strips according to the invention also enable a displacement between the front area and the base area in the longitudinal shear direction.
[0017] The adhesive strip can be designed, in particular, as a foam adhesive strip. The adhesive strip can have a thickness of, in particular, 2 to 4 mm, especially approximately 3 mm.
[0018] The coupling connection reliably connects the base to the front section, ensuring that the front section is securely held in place. The extension is prevented from slipping or sliding out between the guide projections, primarily by a widened end head of the extension against which the guide projections abut or into which they engage.
[0019] Furthermore, the coupling connection provides at least partial guidance between the extension and guide projections of the receiving area, and thus between the base area and the front area.
[0020] This guide / guiding connection can only function as a guide / guiding connection during the initial extension from the front to the base. During the return movement, the extension may no longer provide a guide connection in the form of a rigid guide bar, as will be explained below. Therefore, the present plastering strips are not, in principle, telescopic strips.
[0021] The guide can be configured as either a tight or loose guide. The width of the anterior neck region of the process can correspond to the clear width between the guide projections, so that the guide projections bear against the anterior neck region on both sides. This creates a contacting guide connection between the guide projections and the process. Alternatively, the width of the anterior neck region of the process can be less than the clear width between the guide projections. For example, a gap of up to 1 mm can be formed between the guide projections and the neck region, either on one or both sides. In this case, a non-contacting, or at least not continuously contacting, guide connection is created between the process and the guide projections, which can also be described as a loosely guided guide connection.
[0022] The formulation that the extension extends from the base area towards the front area includes both the embodiment in which the extension is sufficiently wide and / or dimensionally stable and stands away from the base area, and the embodiment in which the extension is so thin that, in particular after a single movement of the guide projections up to the widened end head, it does not assume a straight but a wavy and / or at least partially folded basic shape.
[0023] The receiving space can accommodate at least part of the extension. In the delivered state of the plastering bead, the receiving space typically accommodates the extension completely. During installation, the front section can move away from the base, so that only the portion of the extension above a lower edge of the base is accommodated by the receiving space.
[0024] The at least one guide projection, in particular the two guide projections, can be arranged on a lower section of the receiving space facing the base area. If two guide projections are arranged on opposite walls of the receiving space, they can in particular be arranged at the same height.
[0025] Starting from the delivered state of the plastering strip, the distance between the front and base areas increases when the front section moves away from the base area. The extension is guided along a section of the extension wall by the guide projection(s). Even if there is only a small gap between the extension wall area and the guide projection, this is a guide, which in this case can also be described as a loose guide, until the widened end head comes into contact with the guide projection(s).
[0026] In an embodiment where the extension is thin and / or not dimensionally stable, it is possible that during a relative movement of the front region back to the base region, i.e., during a reduction of the distance between the front region and the base region, the guide projection(s) does not shift relative to the extension. In other words, the extension does not slide back to its initial position along its extension wall regions relative to the guide projection(s), but rather the guide projection(s) remains in a position, for example, below the widened end head of the extension, and the area behind it deforms, at least partially, for example, by becoming wavy or folded in order to accommodate the collapsing movement. In this process, the extension, especially after a single movement of the guiding projections up to the widened end head, does not assume a straight, but rather a wavy and / or at least partially folded basic shape.
[0027] Starting from the compressed position of the process, the process expands during a renewed relative movement of the anterior region away from the base region, as the deformed areas of the process straighten out again.
[0028] In this embodiment, after initial guidance during a relative movement of the front area away from the base area, in particular towards the widened end head, no sliding guidance between the guide projection(s) and the extension occurs when the distance between the front area and the base area decreases and also when the distance between the front area and the base area subsequently increases.
[0029] In this case, a sliding guidance between the guide projection(s) and the process only occurs during the initial relative movement of the front area away from the base area, in particular up to the widened end head.
[0030] During the subsequent relative movements of the anterior region towards the base region and away from the base region, guidance is provided by the guiding projection(s) remaining in a position, for example below the broadened end head of the process, and the area behind it of the process deforming at least partially, namely by rippling or folding to accommodate the collapsing movement, and straightening again to allow the movement apart.
[0031] The guide projection(s) can also be designed as integral, tapered wall sections of the walls of the recording room.
[0032] The recording area can have a maximum width of 5 mm and a minimum width of 2-3 mm.
[0033] The flexible plastic material can be, in particular, a soft plastic material, especially TPE. Alternatively, the flexible plastic material can also derive its flexibility from a combination of a suitable plastic material, for example, a soft plastic material, especially TPE, or a harder plastic material, for example, PVC or PE, in combination with a low material thickness.
[0034] According to the invention, in the installed state of the plastering strip, the extension enables a relative movement of the front area in the suction direction, away from the base area perpendicular to the main extension direction of the component, of at least 3 mm and a relative movement of the front area in the transverse shear direction transverse to the base area erected parallel to the main extension direction of the component of at least 2 mm.
[0035] According to the invention, in the installed state of the plastering strip, the extension according to the invention ensures that the shear force acting on the adhesive strip during a suction movement of at least 3 mm and / or a transverse shear movement of at least 2 mm of the front area to the base area is so low that the adhesive strip does not detach from the building component even if this shear force acts on the base area and thus on the adhesive strip for seven days.
[0036] This is achieved, for example, with an extension according to the invention which is made entirely of TPE material and has a width of 0.2-1.0 mm, in particular of about 0.6 mm (variant 1), or with an extension according to the invention in which the rear and front regions of the extension are made of TPE material and which - with the exception of the widened end head - have a width of 0.2-1.0 mm, in particular of about 0.6 mm (variant 2), or with an extension according to the invention in which only the front region of the extension is made of TPE material and - with the exception of the widened end head - has a width of 0.2-1.0 mm, in particular of about 0.6 mm (variant 3).
[0037] According to a further embodiment, the extension has a posterior region attached directly to the base wall, a middle region, and an anterior region. The anterior region has a terminal head and a front neck region located behind it. The middle region may be wider than the front neck region located in front of it and wider than the posterior region attached directly to the base wall. The posterior region attached directly to the base wall and the front neck region of the extension may each have the same width. The width of the posterior region attached directly to the base wall may also be 5 to 50% greater than the width of the front neck region of the extension.
[0038] A plastering strip with such a shaped extension realizes the advantages of the invention in a special way.
[0039] According to a further embodiment, the central region of the extension has a radially circumferential projection of greater width than the width of the remaining central region of the extension. In the delivered state of the plastering strip, the radially circumferential projection can be located, in particular, above the guide projections, and the extension can thus be held in the receiving space by the guide projections, and the front region can be fixed in position relative to the base region.
[0040] According to another embodiment, the extension has a rear section, directly attached to the base wall, and a front section. The front section may have a terminal head and a front neck section located behind it. The rear section, directly attached to the base wall, may be wider than the front neck section.
[0041] A plastering strip with such a shaped extension realizes the advantages of the invention in a special way.
[0042] According to a further embodiment, the central region of the extension, made of hard plastic material, has a greater width than the anterior neck region and the posterior region, which is directly attached to the base wall. The posterior region and the anterior neck region of the extension can each have the same width. The width of the posterior region can be 5 to 50% greater than the width of the anterior neck region of the extension.
[0043] A plastering strip with such a shaped extension realizes the advantages of the invention in a special way.
[0044] According to a further embodiment, the central region of the extension, made of hard plastic material, has a radially circumferential projection of greater width than the rest of the central region of the extension. In the delivered state of the plastering strip, the radially circumferential projection can be located, in particular, above the guide projections, thus holding the extension in the receiving space by the guide projections and fixing the front region in position relative to the base region.
[0045] A plastering strip with such a shaped extension realizes the advantages of the invention in a special way.
[0046] According to another embodiment, the width of the extension, in particular the width of its rear area directly attached to the base wall and its front neck area, occupies 10 to 30% of the width of the receiving space.
[0047] According to another embodiment, the width of the extension, in particular the width of its rear region directly attached to the base wall and its front neck region, is 0.2-1.0 mm, in particular about 0.6 mm.
[0048] According to another embodiment, the length of the anterior neck region makes up more than 50% of the total length of the process.
[0049] According to a further embodiment, the extension has a broadened end head that forms the termination of the extension. The width of the end head is at least twice, and in particular two to four times, the width of the extension, especially the anterior neck region of the extension.
[0050] Such an extension provides a loss prevention feature and, especially when it rests on the guide projections, offers an additional seal.
[0051] The end head can be made of a soft plastic material, in particular the soft plastic material of the extension or the anterior neck region and the posterior region of the extension or the anterior neck region of the extension. Such an end head provides additional sealing, especially when it rests on the guide projections.
[0052] The end head can also be made of a hard plastic material, in particular the hard plastic material of the base area, especially the base wall.
[0053] The end head can also be made of a harder material, the hardness of which differs from the hardness of the soft plastic material of the extension or the anterior neck region and the posterior region of the extension or the anterior neck region of the extension, as well as from the hardness of the hard plastic material of the base region, in particular the base wall.
[0054] According to a further embodiment, in an installation state of the plastering bead where the guide projections rest against the widened end head forming the termination of the extension, a rainproof transition of the building is achieved up to a pressure of 600 Pascals (Pa) in accordance with DIN EN 1027, edition 2016 / 09. This creates a particularly good seal and expands the range of applications for such a plastering bead.
[0055] According to another embodiment, the end head of the plastering bead rests against the upper wall of the receiving space when delivered. This gives the plastering bead a long extension, allowing it to compensate for large changes in distance between the front and base areas, while simultaneously minimizing the shear forces acting on the adhesive strip.
[0056] According to a further embodiment, in the delivered state of the plastering strip, the front neck area of the extension, located behind the end head, is designed with a length reserve and arranged in the receiving space to allow for greater relative movement of the front area away from the base area perpendicular to the main direction of extension of the component, and greater relative movement of the front area transversely to the base area parallel to the main direction of extension of the component. This gives the plastering strip a particularly long extension and allows it to compensate for very large changes in distance between the front area and the base area, while simultaneously keeping the shear forces acting on the adhesive strip low.
[0057] According to a further embodiment, in the delivered state of the plastering strip, the front neck area of the extension, located behind the end head, is arranged in a curved or corrugated shape within the receiving space, particularly in the upper area of the receiving space above the guide projections. This gives the plastering strip a particularly long extension and allows it to compensate for very large changes in distance between the front area and the base area, while simultaneously keeping the shear forces acting on the adhesive strip low.
[0058] The length of the extension can be greater, in particular by 1% to 50%, than the depth of the receiving space. This gives the plastering strip a particularly long extension, allowing it to compensate for very large changes in distance between the front and base areas, while simultaneously keeping the shear forces acting on the adhesive strip to a minimum.
[0059] According to a further embodiment, relative movement between the front region and the base region is possible in the direction of a change in distance between a minimum displacement position, in which the end head rests against the upper wall of the receiving space, and a maximum displacement position, in which the end head rests against at least one of the guide projections. A drive strip according to the invention can compensate for larger changes in distance than is usual with conventional telescopic strips, while simultaneously keeping the shear forces acting on the adhesive strip low.
[0060] According to another embodiment, in the maximum displacement position the distance between the top of the base wall and the bottom of the front area is at least as large as the distance between the top of the end head and the upper wall of the receiving space.
[0061] In the maximum displacement position, either no shear force or only a slight shear force acts on the adhesive strip.
[0062] According to a further embodiment, a locking lug is provided on the top of the base wall which, in the delivery state of the plastering strip, engages a locking projection on the front area, in particular on a lower end of a wall of the receiving space and thus fixes the front area in position relative to the base area.
[0063] According to a further embodiment, at least one guide projection, or at least one of the guide projections, is made of a softer plastic material to allow relative movement of the front region to the base region in a direction parallel to the main extension direction of the component. This increases the relative mobility of the front region to the base region, particularly in the transverse shear direction, due to the compliance resulting from the softer plastic material.
[0064] According to another embodiment, the guide projection or projections are arranged at a lower end of the receiving space, spaced apart from the underside of the front area.
[0065] According to a further embodiment, two opposing guide projections for the extension are provided on the lower section of the receiving space facing the base area, which narrow the receiving space at this point and accommodate the extension between them.
[0066] According to a further embodiment, the front area has a contact surface designed for contact with thermal insulation. The contact surface of the front area, the thermal insulation-side end area of the base wall, and, if applicable, the thermal insulation-side end area of the adhesive strip, lie essentially in the same plane, allowing the plastering bead to be positioned in front of the thermal insulation, relative to the main direction of extension of the building component.
[0067] An additional adhesive strip may be provided on the installation side to hold the front section to the base section during processing, i.e., when installing the plaster stop bead at the building transition. This additional adhesive strip may extend over at least part of the installation side of the front section and the thermal insulation-side end section of the base wall.
[0068] The invention also relates to a building transition between a building component, in particular a window or door frame, a window sill, a beam, a metal connection or a roller shutter guide rail, and thermal insulation and / or a plaster layer. with an intermediate plastering bead of the type specified herein, wherein the base area of the plastering bead is fixed to the component with the adhesive strip; wherein the contact side of the front area and / or the thermal insulation-side end area of the base wall and / or the thermal insulation-side end area of the adhesive strip rests against the thermal insulation and is optionally fixed in position relative to the thermal insulation by means of the further adhesive strip; wherein the front area, in particular the plastering leg, optionally including the reinforcing mesh section, is at least partially plastered over; and wherein the plastering bead allows an increased relative movement of the front area away from the base area perpendicular to the main direction of extension of the component and an increased relative movement of the front area transverse to the base area parallel to the main direction of extension of the component, and reduces the shear force acting on the adhesive strip.
[0069] The advantages and embodiments described above with reference to the plastering strip also apply to such a building transition according to the invention. These advantages and embodiments will not be repeated in detail here.
[0070] The applicant reserves the right to establish dependent patent claims directed to a building transition, which are provided with the features of the plastering strip disclosed herein.
[0071] The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments and the accompanying figures. Fig. 1 shows a side view of a plastering strip in its delivered state, according to a first embodiment of the invention; Fig. 2 shows a side view of the plastering strip Figure 1in an installed state in which the front area has detached from the base area and the extension with its widened end head rests against the guide projections; Fig. 3 shows a side view of a plastering strip in its delivered state, according to a second embodiment of the invention; Fig. 4 shows a side view of a plastering strip in its delivered state, according to a third embodiment of the invention; Fig. 5 shows a side view of a plastering strip in an installed state, according to a fourth embodiment of the invention, in which the front area has detached from the base area and the extension with its widened end head rests against the guide projections; and Fig. 6 shows a side view of a plastering strip in its delivered state, according to a fifth embodiment of the invention.
[0072] Fig. 1 shows a side view of a plastering strip 2 in its delivered state.
[0073] The plastering bead 2 has a base body consisting of a base section 4 and a sliding front section 16, and a strip-shaped protective flap 36 connected to the base body. The base section 4 comprises a base wall 6 with an adhesive strip 10 attached to its underside, the underside of which, when the plastering bead 2 is mounted, rests against the surface of the building component and is adhered to it.
[0074] Instead of or in addition to the adhesive strip 10, an expansion strip made of a flexible pre-compressed material can also be provided, which can be compressed and expanded again in order to compensate for changes in distance between the underside of the base wall 6 and the surface of the building component within certain limits.
[0075] A protective lip 8 extends downwards from the left outer end of the base wall 6. This protective lip 8 is made of a softer, more flexible plastic material than the hard plastic material of the rest of the plastering bead, and thus exhibits a certain degree of flexibility. When the plastering bead 2 is installed, this flexible protective lip 8 rests against the surface of the building component at a position outside the adhesive strip 10, reliably preventing moisture from reaching the adhesive strip 10. The protective lip 8 can be extruded together with the base wall 6, the extension 12 (which will be explained in more detail below), the front section 16, and the strip-shaped protective flap 36.
[0076] A projection 12 extends upwards from the base wall 6 and is integrally formed with it. Viewed from the base wall 6 forwards, this projection 12 comprises a posterior region 40 made of a soft plastic material, directly adjoining the base wall 6; a central region 42 made of a hard plastic material, in particular the same plastic material as the base wall 6; and an anterior region 46 made of a soft plastic material. The anterior region 46, made of a soft plastic material, is divided into a broadened terminal head 14, which in particular has the shape of a mushroom cap, and an anterior neck region 48, which is attached behind the terminal head 14 and connects it to the central region 42.
[0077] The widths of the rear region 40 and the front neck region 46 are approximately equal. In contrast, the middle region 44 has a greater width. The middle region 42 forms a radially circumferential projection 44 of greater width than the rest of the middle region 42.
[0078] Furthermore, the plastering strip 2 is in the delivery state according to Figure 1 It is clearly visible that the front neck area 46 has a wavy or curved shape and is therefore designed with a length reserve.
[0079] Furthermore, it is clearly evident that the posterior region 40 and the middle region 42 together occupy less than 50% of the total length of the process 12, that the middle region 42 occupies less than 25% and the posterior region 40 less than 15% of the total length of the process 12.
[0080] The movable front section 16 comprises a vertical inner side wall, a vertical outer side wall and a horizontal upper leg, which together define a receiving space 20 which has the shape of an inverted U, a plastering leg 26 which is attached to a middle area of the horizontal upper leg and extends upwards, i.e. forwards, and a plaster termination side 28 which is attached to the lower outer end of the vertical outer side wall of the receiving space 20 and extends outwards.
[0081] The vertical inner side wall is connected to its in the Fig. 1 intended for attachment to a smooth surface on the right-hand side, either against thermal insulation or a reveal surface.
[0082] The one in Fig. 1 left and thus outward-facing side of the outer side wall of recording room 20, which is in the Fig. 1The left, and therefore outward-facing, side of the plastering leg 26 and the upper side of the plaster termination side form the plastering side. These are / are provided with a groove profile 30 to increase the surface area for the adhering plaster and thus improve the bond with the plaster.
[0083] The receiving chamber 20 is dimensioned such that the front end of the end head 14, with the extension 12 located completely within the receiving chamber 20 and accordingly with the rear end surfaces of the side walls of the receiving chamber 20 and the rear end surface of the plaster termination side 28 against the front of the base wall 6, is positioned or rests against the upper wall of the receiving chamber 20.
[0084] At the lower end of the inner surfaces of the recording space 20 and spaced a short distance from the rear end surfaces of the side walls of the recording space 20, opposing guide projections 22, 24 are attached and extend inwards, with respect to the axis of symmetry of the recording space 20, so that they receive and at least partially guide the extension 12 in between.
[0085] In the Fig. 1 In the position of the extension 12 shown, the guide projections 22, 24 engage in the central area 42 of the extension 12 and are located, in particular, below the radially circumferential projection 44 of the central area 42 of the extension 12. Thus, in the delivery state of the plastering strip 2 and in an installation state in which the rear end surfaces of the side walls of the receiving space 20 and the rear end surface of the plaster termination side 28 abut the front of the base wall 6, the front area 16 is fixed in position relative to the base area 4.
[0086] If one imagines that the cutting material bridge 38, which will be described in more detail later, is cut, the front section 16 can be displaced relative to the base section 4 up to a maximum displacement position where the guide projections 22, 24 are abutted on the end head 14. This allows movements between the thermal insulation / plaster layer and the building component in the direction of changes in distance between the base section 4 / connected building component on the one hand, and the plaster layer / thermal insulation and connected front section 16 on the other, to be compensated in a particularly advantageous manner, without compromising the sealing function ensured by the plaster stop bead at the transition between the building component and the thermal insulation / plaster layer. In particular, the formation of cracks in the plaster layer and the detachment of the adhesive strip 10 from the building component can be prevented.
[0087] On the outer plastered side of the front section of the plastering leg 26, there is a feature that is in Fig. 2 The forward-extending reinforcing fabric section 34 is attached by means of an ultrasonic welding process 32, as shown here by way of example.
[0088] To the one in Fig. 1 left outer end of base wall 6 of base area 4 and to the one in the Fig. 1 At the left outer end of the plaster termination side 28 of the front area 16, a strip-shaped protective flap 36 adjoins the outer end. The front of the protective flap 36 is flat and bears an adhesive layer. A [missing information] can be applied to the adhesive layer in the Fig. 1 The protective film (not shown) must be applied, extending from the plastering strip 2 into the Fig. 1 to the left, that is, outwards.
[0089] If you imagine a window frame with a plastering bead attached to its surface on the left, right, and top sides, it becomes clear that the protective film covers the entire opening between these three plastering beads, thus protecting the window frame from dirt and damage during plastering. The underside is usually formed by the windowsill; no separate plastering bead is provided there.
[0090] On its reverse side, the strip-shaped protective flap 36 has a spacer rib projecting essentially at a right angle to the rear. The spacer rib is high enough that the protective flap 36 is supported on the rear side of the building component by means of the spacer rib in such a way that the front of the protective flap 36 lies essentially parallel to the front of the building component. The outer side of the base wall 6 and the outer side of the plaster termination side 28 are connected to the strip-shaped protective flap 36 by means of a cut-through material bridge 38 made of a softer plastic material. This bridge can also be made of a hard plastic material, in particular the same hard plastic material as the protective flap 36, the base wall 6, and the plaster termination side 28 or the front area 16, but with a thinner material thickness so that the protective flap 36 can be removed by breaking it off along the cut-through material bridge.
[0091] The extension 12 with end head 14, which projects from the base wall 6, and the receiving space 20 on the front side with the guide projections 22 and 24 form a coupling connection between the base area 4 and the movable front area 16.
[0092] This coupling connection allows for a relative displacement of the base area 4 to the front area 16 in the longitudinal direction of the plastering strip 2, to a significantly greater extent than was previously possible with plastering strips.
[0093] Furthermore, the plastering strip 2 shown in the present embodiment also allows a relative movement between base area 4 and front area 16 in the main extension direction of the building component, i.e. in the transverse shear direction, to a significantly greater extent than was previously possible with plastering strips.
[0094] This displacement between base region 4 and front region 16 in the shear direction can be seen in Figure 2, in which the strip-shaped protective flap 36 is detached and the base area 4, which is attached to the building component, for example the window frame, with the adhesive strip 10, is opposite the plastered-in front area 16, which is thus connected to the masonry, in the drawing plane of the Fig. 1 shifted to the right, i.e. inwards, or to the left, i.e. outwards.
[0095] Such movements can only be compensated for to a limited extent with conventional plastering beads. Often, the adhesive strips of the plastering beads detach from the building component during such movements, leading to leaks or cracks in the plaster.
[0096] In the case of the plastering strip 2 according to the present embodiment, such relative movements in the transverse shear direction can also be compensated by the fact that the front area 46, i.e. both the widened end head 14 and the front neck area 48, as well as the rear area 40 of the extension 12, is made of softer plastic material.
[0097] For further advantages, please refer to the general description section to avoid repetition.
[0098] During the installation of the plastering bead 2, its contact side 18 is placed against the thermal insulation or the reveal surface and attached to the building component, for example, the window frame, using the adhesive strip 10. The protective film is then stretched over the building component and fixed to the adhesive layer 40. The plastering leg 26 is then embedded in plaster. The plaster layer extends over the entire area of the movable front section 16, which is provided with the channel profile 30, i.e., over the entire embedded side up to the plaster edge, which is defined by the end of the plaster termination side 28. The plaster material also penetrates the reinforcing mesh section 34. After the plastering is complete, the protective film is cut off, and the break-off material bridge 38 is severed, i.e., broken off, after which the strip-shaped protective flap 36 can be removed.By cutting through the break-off material bridge 38, which previously held the base area 4 and the movable front area 16 together via the strip-shaped protective flap 36, the movable front area 16 is now decoupled from the base area 4 and can move relative to the base wall 6 via the coupling connection described in detail above, thus compensating for movements between the building component and the plaster layer as well as any thermal insulation arranged underneath, in all directions, namely in the direction of the change in distance between the base wall 6 and the front area 16, which can also be described as the suction direction, in the transverse shear direction between the base wall 6 and the front area 16 and in the longitudinal direction of the plastering bead 2.
[0099] In the present case with reference to the Fig. 1The described plastering strip is an exemplary plastering strip in which two areas, 4 and 16, can be moved against each other to compensate for movements between the building component and the plaster layer, as well as any thermal insulation located underneath.
[0100] The plastering bead described here is not inserted into a gap between the thermal insulation and the building component, but rather its contact side 18 is placed on the thermal insulation or a reveal surface. Alternatively, it is self-evident to a specialist that the plastering bead 2 can be easily modified so that part of the front area and part of the base wall can also be inserted into a gap between the thermal insulation and the building component using adhesive tape.
[0101] A particularly suitable manufacturing method for the plastering bead 2 is extrusion. In this process, the base section 4, with the exception of the cover lip 8 and the adhesive strip 10 to be applied later, as well as the middle section 44 of the extension 12, excluding the soft rear section 40 and the soft front section 48 of the extension 12, the sliding front section 16 (excluding the reinforcing mesh section 34 to be applied later), and the strip-shaped protective flap 36 (excluding the adhesive layer 40 to be applied later and the cutting material bridge 38) can be extruded from a relatively hard plastic material, in particular rigid PVC. Simultaneously, the protective lip 8, the soft rear section 40, the soft front section 48 of the extension 12, and the cutting material bridge 38 can be co-extruded from one or more softer plastic materials.
[0102] Preferably, the protective lip 8, the soft rear region 40 and the soft front region 48 of the extension 12 and the cutting material bridge 38 can be co-extruded from a common softer plastic material, in particular from a thermoplastic elastomer TPE.
[0103] After extrusion, an adhesive strip 10 is attached to the underside of the base wall 6, and in addition, the strip-shaped protective flap 36 can be provided with an adhesive layer 40, and a reinforcing fabric section 34 can be attached to the front area 16, in particular by means of ultrasonic welding, as is done in the Fig. 1 shown.
[0104] It is easy to see that the plastering strip 2 in Figure 2 a large displacement between front area 16 and base area 4 in the direction of suction (this is in Figure 5 is subject to (as shown by the z-axis).
[0105] Analog Figure 5 One can also easily imagine that a large displacement between front area 16 and base area 4 in the transverse shear direction (this is in Figure 5 (drawn using the x-axis) is possible.
[0106] Furthermore, in Figure 2 The displacement in the longitudinal shear direction is also illustrated by the y-axis shown, which runs perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. Such a displacement is also made possible by the plastering strips according to the invention.
[0107] In the Figure 2In the depicted installed state of the plastering strip 2, where the strip-shaped protective flap 36 has been removed by cutting through the cutting material bridge 38, thus separating the front section 16 from the base section 4 and allowing the extension 4 with its widened end head 14 to rest against the guide projections 22, it is easy to imagine that the relative mobility of the front section 16 to the base section 4 is significantly increased in both the transverse shear direction and the suction direction. This is particularly true compared to an embodiment such as that described in EP 2 492 429 B1, in which the front section of the extension is made of a harder plastic material.
[0108] In the Figure 2In the situation shown, the front section 16 is shifted upwards so far that the end head 14, made of soft, flexible plastic material, rests against the guide projections 22. Due to the wide design of the end head 14 and its construction from soft, flexible plastic material, a better seal against the guide projections 22 can be achieved than would be possible with an end head made of hard plastic material.
[0109] Finally, the soft and flexible design of the rear area 40 and the front area 48 of the extension 12 also significantly reduces the shear forces acting on the adhesive strip 10, which leads to a wider range of applications for the plastering strip 2 according to this embodiment, especially with larger expansion situations between the base area 4 and the front area 16 in the suction direction and in the transverse shear direction, and to a higher durability and thus more reliable sealing of building transitions.
[0110] The in Figure 3 The plastering strip 2 shown corresponds, with the exception of the design of the extension 12, to the plastering strip 2 from Figure 1 Identical elements are therefore marked with the same reference symbols and are not explained again to avoid repetition.
[0111] Unlike extension 12 from Figure 1 is at the plastering strip 2 from Figure 3The extension 12 is formed entirely of soft, flexible plastic material, and the central region 42 is also made of soft, flexible plastic material, in particular a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The shape of the extension 12 corresponds to the shape of the extension 12 made of Figure 1 . Because the central area 42 is now also made of soft, flexible plastic material, the same advantages result as with the extension 12 of the plastering strip 2. Figure 1 , namely reduction of shear forces on the adhesive strip 10, enabling greater expansion situations between base area 4 and front area 16 in the suction direction and in the transverse shear direction, and higher durability and more reliable sealing of building transitions, possibly even to a greater extent.
[0112] The in Figure 4The plastering strip 2 shown corresponds, with the exception of the design of the extension 12 and the guide projections 24, to the plastering strip 2 from Figure 1 Identical elements are therefore marked with the same reference symbols and are not explained again to avoid repetition.
[0113] The process 12 is divided into a posterior region 40, which attaches directly to the base wall 6, and an anterior region 46, which in turn has an anterior, broadened terminal head 14 and an anterior neck region 48 located behind it. The posterior region 40, which attaches directly to the base wall 6, is wider than the anterior neck region 48.
[0114] The end head 14 and the front neck area 48 correspond to the widened end head 14 and the front neck area 48 of the plastering strips from the Figure 1 , 2 and 3These elements are not described again here to avoid repetition. Refer to the description in the Figure 1-3 Rather, reference is made to this.
[0115] The middle area 42 and the rear area 40 of the plastering strips 2 from the Figure 1-3 are two parts of the plastering strip Figure 4 It is, in a sense, replaced by a rear section 40. This section has a constant width up to the transition to the front neck section 48. It is formed without a radially circumferential projection.
[0116] The guide projections 24, unlike the guide projections 22 of the plastering strips 2, are made from the Figure 1-3They are made of soft, flexible plastic material. They protrude, as if like soft lips, from the inner sides of the inner and outer walls of the receiving chamber 20 inwards, receive the extension 12, in particular the rear area 40 of the same in between, and lie against it with their inwards-facing tips.
[0117] On the mounting side 18 of the plastering bead 2, a further adhesive strip 50 is arranged to hold the front area 16 to the base area 4 during processing, i.e., during the installation of the plastering bead 2 at the building transition. The further adhesive strip 50 extends over at least one area in Figure 4 over the lower and middle area of the system side 18 of the front area 16 and over the thermal insulation-side end area of the base wall 6.
[0118] In Figure 5 Another plastering bead is now shown, which is essentially a combination of plastering bead 2 from the Figure 1 , 2 and3 with guide projections 22 made of hard plastic material and the plastering strip 2 made of Figure 4 with a process 12 which has a posterior area 40 directly attached to the base wall 6 and an anterior area 46 which is divided into a widened upper end head 14 and a narrower anterior neck area 48 arranged behind it.
[0119] To avoid repetition, the description of these elements will be limited to the description of the Figure 1 , 2 and 4 Reference made to.
[0120] The plastering strip 2 is in Figure 5 now shown in an installed state in which - after detachment of the strip-shaped protective flap 36 - the front area 16 has detached from the base area 4 and the extension 12 with its widened end head 14 rests against the guide projections 22.
[0121] It is easy to see that the plastering strip 2 in Figure 5a large displacement between front area 16 and base area 4 both in the direction of suction (this is in Figure 5 (drawn using the z-axis) as well as in the transverse shear direction (this is in Figure 5 is subject to (as shown by the x-axis).
[0122] By forming the extension 12 according to the present embodiments, larger displacements in the suction direction and in the transverse shear direction between front area 16 and base area 4 can be compensated by the plastering strip 2 according to the invention than was previously possible.
[0123] Furthermore, in Figure 5 The displacement in the longitudinal shear direction is also represented by the drawn y-axis, which runs perpendicular to the drawing plane.
[0124] Such a shift is also made possible by the plastering strips according to the invention.
[0125] Furthermore, the formation of the entire extension 12 from soft, flexible plastic material ( Figures 3 to 6 ) or by forming the front area 46 and the rear area 40 of the process 12 from soft, flexible plastic material ( Figure 1-2 ) and also in a form of design not shown here, in which only the front part of the process 12 is made of soft, flexible plastic material, the shear forces acting on the adhesive strip 10 are greatly reduced, especially in large expansion situations.
[0126] This results in such plastering strips permanently and reliably sealing building transitions, especially those building transitions where large movements occur between the building component and the thermal insulation / plaster layer.
[0127] The plastering strip 2 of the Figure 6 largely corresponds to the plastering strip 2 from Figure 4Identical elements are again marked with the same reference symbols and will not be explained again here.
[0128] The plastering strip 2 of the Figure 6 It also features a snap-fit connection between the base wall 4 and the front section 16, in particular the inner wall of the receiving chamber 20 of the front section 16. This snap-fit connection allows the plastering strip 2 to be fixed in position during installation. This snap-fit connection is designed as a snap-fit lug 52 on the upper side of the base wall 6, in particular on an inner (in Fig. 6 right) end region of the base wall 6 with the thinner end of the base wall 6 adjoining it inwards, and as a locking projection 54, which is formed at the rear, lower end of the inner wall and extends outwards (in Fig. 6The locking lug 52 extends to the left. In situations where the lower ends of the inner and outer walls, as well as the lower surface of the plaster termination side 28, are in contact with the base wall 6 or at least positioned a short distance from it, the locking projection 54 engages the locking protrusion 54, thus securing the front section 16 to the base section 4. If, for example, the front section 16 moves away from the base section 4 due to temperature fluctuations at the building transition, the locking protrusion 54 slides over the locking lug 52. The locking connection therefore does not impede relative movement of the front section 16 away from the base section 6.
[0129] All the embodiments described above offer the advantages described above.
[0130] If one imagines that, starting from the displacement situations that occur in Figure 2 and 5As shown, if a relative movement of the front region 16 back to the base region 4 occurs, i.e., the distance between the front region 16 and the base region 4 decreases, it is possible that the guide projections 22 and 24 do not shift relative to the extension 12. In other words, the extension 12 does not slide back to its initial position along its extension wall regions relative to the guide projections 22 and 24, but rather the guide projections 22 and 24 remain in a position, for example, below the widened end head 14 of the extension 12, and the area behind it of the extension 12 deforms, at least partially, for example, by becoming wavy or folded, in order to accommodate the collapsing movement. Thus, the extension 12, particularly after a single movement of the guide projections 22 and 24,24 up to the widened end head 14, at least partially not a straight, but a wavy and / or at least partially folded basic shape.
[0131] Starting from the thus compressed position of the process 12, the process 12 expands during a renewed relative movement of the front region 16 away from the base region 4, by straightening the deformed areas of the process 12 again. Reference symbol list

Plastering strip (2) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein a locking lug (52) is provided on the upper side of the base wall (6) which, in the delivery state of the plastering strip (2), engages a locking projection (54) on the front area (16), in particular on a lower end of a wall of the receiving space (20) and thus fixes the front area (16) in position relative to the base area (4).
14. Plastering strip (2) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the front area (16) has a contact side (18) intended for contact with thermal insulation, and wherein the contact side (18) of the front area (16) and the thermal insulation-side end area of the base wall (6) and optionally the thermal insulation-side end area of the adhesive strip (10) lie substantially in one plane, for an arrangement of the plastering strip (2) at a position in front of the thermal insulation, with respect to the main extension direction of the building component (46); and / or wherein a further adhesive strip (50) is arranged on the contact side (18) for holding the front area (16) to the base area (4) during processing, i.e. during the installation of the plastering strip (2) at the building transition; and / or wherein the further adhesive strip (50) extends over at least a part of the installation side of the front area (16) and the thermal insulation-side end area of the base wall (6).
15. Building transition between a building component, in particular a window or door frame, a window sill, a beam, a metal connection or a roller shutter guide rail, and thermal insulation and / or a plaster layer, with an intermediate plastering strip (2) according to one of the preceding claims; wherein the base area (4) of the plastering strip (2) is fixed to the building component by means of the adhesive strip (10); wherein the contact side (18) of the front area (16) and / or the thermal insulation-side end area of the base wall (6) and / or the thermal insulation-side end area of the adhesive strip (10) abuts the thermal insulation and is optionally fixed in position relative to the thermal insulation by means of the further adhesive strip; wherein the front area (16), in particular the plastering leg (26), optionallyincluding the reinforcing mesh section (34), is at least partially plastered over; and wherein the plastering strip (2) enables an increased relative movement of the front area (16) away from the base area (4) perpendicular to the main extension direction of the component and an increased relative movement of the front area (16) transverse to the base area (4) parallel to the main extension direction of the component, and reduces the shear force acting on the adhesive strip (10).
