The signaling cover is mainly composed of a tarpaulin forming two panels which hang on either side of the safety barrier on which the tarpaulin rests. The panels extend vertically along the safety barrier up to above the feet of the latter. The tarpaulin has longitudinal edges provided with eyelets arranged opposite each other in each of the panels.
