[0035] According to another general concept of the present invention, there is provided a connector assembly. The connector assembly comprises: the above connector; and a circuit board which is electrically connected to the pin of the terminal of the connector. A pin socket and a positioning hole are formed in the circuit board, the pin of the terminal is inserted into the pin socket in the circuit board, and the positioning column on the terminal pin holding plate is inserted into the positioning hole in the circuit board.

[0036] Figure 1 shows an illustrative perspective view of a connector according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention when viewed from the bottom; Figure 2 shows an illustrative exploded view of a connector according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention when viewed from the bottom; Figure 3 shows an illustrative perspective view of the terminal pin holding plate 2 of a connector according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention when viewed from the bottom; Figure 4 shows an illustrative perspective view of the terminal pin holding plate 2 of a connector according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention when viewed from the top; Figure 5 shows a longitudinal sectional view of a connector according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention; Figure 6 shows a longitudinal sectional view of a connector according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, wherein the terminal pin holding plate 2 has not yet been installed on the housing 1 of the connector.

[0037] As shown in Figures 1 to 6, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a terminal pin holding plate 2 is disclosed. The terminal pin holding plate 2 includes a plate body 20 and an elastic buckle 22. The plate body 20 is formed with a holding hole 21 for holding the pin 3a of the terminal 3 of the connector. The elastic buckle 22 includes a cylindrical part 220 and a locking part 221. The cylindrical part 220 is connected to the plate body 20. At least one axial slot 222 extending along the axial direction of the cylindrical part 220 is formed on the cylindrical part 220, and the cylindrical part 220 is divided into multiple cantilever parts 223 by the at least one axial slot 222 formed on it. The locking part 221 is formed on the end of the cantilever part 223 and protrudes outward along the radial direction of the cylindrical part 220.

[0038] As shown in Figures 1 to 6, in the illustrated embodiment, the cylindrical part 220 is adapted to pass through the limit hole 102 in the bottom wall 10 of the housing 1 of the connector.
