Abstract

A system includes a microneedling device (100) communicating with a smartphone (102). The microneedling device (100) includes an acoustic oscillator (108), a smart tag reader (508), a chip assembly (502) connected to the acoustic oscillator (108), wherein the chip assembly (502) includes a smart tag (506) containing information that is readable with the smart tag reader (508). The chip assembly (502) includes a plurality of microneedles (504). A pressure sensor (104) detects a force on the microneedles (504), and a controller (110) adjusts the acoustic oscillator (108) to keep the force within predetermined limits.
