1.A package for a delivery system, the package comprising a tray to retain a delivery system therein, and a sleeve to slidably receive and enclose the tray, wherein the sleeve comprises a panel having an aperture therein, and the tray comprises a strap, the arrangement being such that, when the tray is received in the sleeve, the strap protrudes through the aperture to enable an insert to be located against an outer surface of the panel under the strap to prevent removal of the tray from the sleeve.2.A package according to claim 1, wherein the tray comprises a base wall that faces the panel of the sleeve when the tray is received in the sleeve, the strap being attached to, or being integrally formed with, the base wall of the tray.3.A package according to claim 2, wherein the tray comprises side walls upstanding from said base wall to define a compartment to receive and retain a delivery system therein.4.A package according to claim 3, wherein the tray comprises an open upper end extending in a plane parallel to the base wall and defined by the top of the side walls of the tray.5.A package according to any of claims 2 to 4, wherein the strap is attached to the base wall of the tray at both ends so that the strap and the base panel together form a loop.6.A package according to claim 5, wherein the strap is flexible.7.A package according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the base wall of the tray has a width, and the strap extends in a direction across the width of the tray.8.A package according to claim 7, wherein the strap extends across the full width of the tray and is longer than the width of the tray. wherein the flap is foldable relative to the remainder of the sleeve between a closed position, in which the flap covers the panel, the strap and an insert located against said outer surface of the panel under the strap, and an open position in which the flap does not cover the panel, the strap and an insert located against said outer surface of the panel under the strap, to enable removal of the insert.16.A package according to any of claims 13 to 15, wherein the panel and the flap together form a secondary compartment that receives the insert.17.A package according to any preceding claim, wherein the tray comprises a pair of straps, and the panel comprises a pair of apertures.18.A package according to any preceding claim, and an insert located against an outer surface of the
