Abstract

The invention relates to a method for obtaining a probiotic product for neutralizing allergens, released by house dust mites, product composition and method of use, which is from the technical field of providing a healthy microclimate based on a probiotic product. The product concerns the maintenance of household stuff in immediate and direct use by humans, such as shoes, blankets, upholstered furniture, clothes, carpets and mats, the air in domestic and office premises, as well as in bathrooms, toilets and vehicles. The product composition consists of a spore concentrate, containing minimum of 1x109 CFU / ml fermentation bacteria class 1 (one), ethanol, hypoallergenic perfume mixture, preservative and water, softened, processed by reverse osmosis and cavitation, ultra-filtered, and microbiologically clean in terms of bacteria and viruses.

The product and the method concern the maintenance of household stuff, in immediate and direct use by humans, such as shoes, blankets, upholstered furniture, clothes, carpets and mats, the air in domestic and office premises, as well as in sports halls, bathrooms, toilets, cars and other indoor spaces. The technical field is also related to the creation and maintenance of hygiene and healthy environment, by neutralizing the harmful influence of allergens, released by mites, as well as reducing their population.

[0008] It is known an allergen neutralizing composition for use on inanimate objects, having effective amount of an allergy neutralizing metal ion and solvent, wherein water is used as the solvent. The composition for neutralizing allergens also contains denaturing allergenic compounds, such as polyphenolic compounds - up to 0.05%, hydrogen peroxide, salicylic acid, citric acid, lactic acid, glycolic acid and their mixtures. The metal ion in the composition is between 0.01% and 20% of the composition and, for example, zinc, tin, magnesium, calcium, manganese, titanium, iron, copper, nickel and their mixtures are used as ions. The composition contains also about 0.01%-20%, volatile alcohol. [0009] A disadvantage of this composition is the excessive amount of components of chemical nature, for which it is not clear how they affect the environment, as well as the treated objects that remain in direct contact with humans. If a quarantine period is necessary, this is also a drawback type, provided that such a preparation of biological and harmless nature does not require such quarantine.

[0010] It is known a probiotic disinfectant, prepared from 10-70 parts of sodium chlorobromoisocyan urate, 20-60 parts of peracetic acid, 10-50 parts of sodium glucoheptonate, 5-30 parts of “herba leonuri” (mother's leaf), 2-10 parts of probiotic powder, 2-5 parts of stabilizing agent and water for balance to 100% vol. Apart from that, as a drawback of the composition, described in the Chinese application, is concerned the fact that the same one is a general-purpose disinfectant, not specifically aimed at mites and fungi.

[0012] The task of the invention is to create an ecological probiotic-based composition that destroys and prevents the spread of mites and fungi, in a broad-spectrum composition, without need for the quarantine-treated items for daily use to be kept away from people.

[0013] TECHNICAL SUBSTANCE OF THE INVENTION

[0014] The invention relates to a method for obtaining a probiotic product for neutralizing allergens, released by house dust mites, product composition and method of use.

[0015] The method for obtaining a probiotic product for neutralizing allergens, released by house dust mites, consists of the following:

[0016] In a mixer with recirculation, the amount of purified water calculated in advance, according to the composition, is dosed.

[0017] Softened, specially treated by cavitation, reverse osmosis and ultra-filtration, microbiologically pure water up to 99.999999% for bacteria and 99.999% for viruses, is used to disperse the spores.

[0018] To this amount of water, with continuous stirring and circulation, an ingredient with synergistic effect, related to the impact of bacteria on mites and the allergens released by them is added, in the amount of 0.01% vol. up to 25% vol., for example, ethanol or bio ethanol;

Increasing the amount of beneficial / probiotic / bacteria, the product creates a healthy bio-film on the cleaned surface with a lasting effect of up to 7 days. It provides a more effective, safer and more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional synthetic and chemical cleaners.

The method for obtaining a probiotic product for the neutralization of dust mites and the allergens released by them, characterized in that, water purified to 99.999999% regarding bacteria and 99.999% in terms of viruses, softened, processed, is dosed in a mixer with recirculation by cavitation, reverse osmosis and ultra-filtration, and to this amount of purified water, with continuous stirring and circulation, is added an ingredient with a synergistic effect regarding the effect of bacteria on mites and the allergens released by them in an amount of 6.2% vol. up to 24% vol., while at the same time a hypoallergenic perfume composition is also added, in an amount of 0.1% vol. to 3% vol., and the resulting mixture is stabilized by continuous stirring and circulation for 60 min, after which a preservative is added in an amount of 0.01% vol. up to 5% vol., then the mixture is homogenized again for 30 min, after which, with continued stirring, from 0.02 % vol. to 0.09 % vol. spore concentrate (lxl09CFU / ml) of fermentation probiotic bacteria class 1 (one), and of the enriched mixture, the pH is checked, which should be in the range of 4 to 9, being adjusted if necessary, then filled into vials equipped with a trigger or spray pump to aerosolize surfaces, applying constant stirring and circulation during filling in all volumes that have product available and are in the production phase, as for stirring and circulation, pumps and stirrers are used that do not have a mechanical effect on the product, and the production and packaging of the product is performed in a sterile room equipped with HEPA filters, UV lamps and sluice chambers for entrance and exit of executive personnel and of packaging, as the storage of the bacterial probiotic spores used for the product is carried out in an aqueous solution, in the absence of direct sunlight and at temperatures from 7°C to 40°C in a concentrated form, and the packaging used for the product is treated before filling, at least for 5 min with UV rays.

Composition of a probiotic product for the neutralization of house dust mites and the allergens released by them, which contains a probiotic ingredient, a perfume composition, in the amount of 0.1% vol. up to 3% vol., and water, characterized inthat, it consists of a spore concentrate at concentration of at least 1x109CFU / ml fermentation probiotic bacteria class 1 (one) with content in the composition of 0.02% vol. to 0.09% vol. from the total amount of the composition, from an ingredient with a synergistic effect regarding the effect of bacteria on mites and the allergens released by them, and in particular ethanol or bio ethanol with concentration of 6.2% vol. up to 24% vol., and the perfume composition is hypoallergenic, from a preservative of 0.01% vol. up to 5% vol. and softened, cavitation-treated, and reverse osmosis, ultra-filtered, microbiologically pure up to 99.999999% bacteria and 99.999% virus water, for the rest up to 100% by volume.

3. Application of the composition of a probiotic product for the neutralization of house dust mites and the allergens, released by them, characterized in that, the product is applied by spraying, for 2 to 4 treatments, with a period between the treatments of 2 to 4 days.

Method for obtaining a probiotic product for the neutralization of dust mites and the allergens, released by them, according to claim 1, characterized in that, the packaging for final consumption of the composition - vials, equipped with a trigger or a spray pump for aerosol spraying on surfaces, are with product capacity from 100 ml to 500 ml.
