Abstract

The present disclosure relates to methods and systems for management of database operations in a network In one example, the method comprises receiving, by a transceiver unit [304] at a Network Function Virtualisation Platform Decision Analytics (NPDA) unit [302], an event request associated with one or more Network Functions (NFs), based on which, a request may be transmitted to one or more databases [404]. The method further comprises receiving, by the transceiver unit [304] at the NPDA unit [302], a response from the one or more databases [404] generated by the one or more databases [404] based on at least one operation associated with the request. Then, based on the received response, the method further comprises transmitting, by the transceiver unit [304] at the NPDA unit [302], an event response.
