TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The disclosure belongs to the technical field of faucets, relates to a faucet, and particularly relates to a high-flow faucet core assembly.BACKGROUND
[0002] Water inlet and outlet holes are directly provided inside the existing faucets, with the water outlet hole being connected to the faucet's water outlet nozzle and the two water inlet holes being in communication with a thermostatic valve core. Typically, the water inlet hole adopts a circular-hole structure, which leads to a low water flow rate, poor water use efficiency, and a diminished user experience.SUMMARY
[0003] The object of the disclosure is to address the above-mentioned problems in the prior art and to provide a faucet core assembly featuring a large water flow rate.
[0004] In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the disclosure adopts the following technical solutions: a high-flow faucet core assembly is provided, where the core assembly is mounted in a faucet and includes a core seat, a core cover and two water inlet legs arranged on the core seat, where ends of the two water inlet legs are both provided with water inlets; the core seat is provided with high-flow water inlet holes in communication with the water inlet legs; the high-flow water inlet holes are of an elliptical structure; the core seat is further provided with a mixed water outlet hole; and the core cover is provided with water outlet grooves in communication with the high-flow water inlet holes and a water inlet groove in communication with the mixed water outlet hole.
[0005] In the high-flow faucet core assembly as described above, the core seat is also arranged with a water outlet pipe and the water outlet pipe is provided with a connecting sleeve thereon.

[0012] The following are the specific embodiments of the disclosure, which in conjunction with the drawings further describe the technical solutions of the disclosure. However, the disclosure is not limited to these embodiments.
[0013] As shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present high-flow faucet core assembly is mounted in a faucet. The core assembly includes a core seat 1, a core cover 2 and two water inlet legs 3 arranged on the core seat 1, where ends of the two water inlet legs 3 are both provided with water inlets 4; the core seat 1 is provided with high-flow water inlet holes 5 in communication with the water inlet leg 3; the high-flow water inlet holes 5 are of an elliptical structure; the core seat 1 is further provided with a mixed water outlet hole 6; the core cover 2 is provided with water outlet grooves 7 in communication with the high-flow water inlet holes 5 and a water inlet groove 8 in communication with the mixed water outlet hole 6; the water outlet grooves 7 on the core cover 2 are in communication with the water inlet position of a thermostatic valve core, and the water inlet groove 8 of the core cover is in communication with the water outlet position of the thermostatic valve core. During use, water flows into the core cover 2 through the water inlets 4 of the water inlet legs 3 on the two sides, passes through the high-flow water inlet holes 5 and the water outlet grooves 7 successively, enters into the thermostatic valve core and, after being well mixed, returns to the core seat 1 through the water inlet groove 8 and the mixed water outlet hole 6.
[0014] By adding the high-flow water inlet holes 5 to increase the water intake flow rate, the water inlet legs 3 on the core seat 1 can be formed relatively backward when forming the water inlet legs 3, so that the size of the entire faucet can be reduced.
[0015] More specifically, the core seat 1 is also arranged with a water outlet pipe 9 which is in communication with the core seat 1. A connecting sleeve 10 is arranged on the water outlet pipe 9, with the upper end of the connecting sleeve 10 connected to a lifting sleeve within which a lifting rod is mounted for water distribution and the lower end thereof connected to a water outlet device, such as a shower head.
[0016] More specifically, one end of the water outlet pipe 9 is arranged with a mounting seat 11, and the mounting seat 11 is connected to a bubbler.
[0017] Preferably, the core cover 2 is provided with a positioning hole 12 in positioning connection with a thermostatic valve core.

Claims
1. A high-flow faucet core assembly, wherein the core assembly is mounted in a faucet, and comprises a core seat (1), a core cover (2) and two water inlet legs (3) arranged on the core seat (1), ends of the two water inlet legs (3) are both provided with water inlets (4), the core seat (1) is provided with high-flow water inlet holes (5) in communication with the water inlet legs (3), the high-flow water inlet holes (5) are of an elliptical structure, the core seat (1) is further provided with a mixed water outlet hole (6), and the core cover (2) is provided with water outlet grooves (7) in communication with the high-flow water inlet holes (5) and a water inlet groove (8) in communication with the mixed water outlet hole (6).
2. The high-flow faucet core assembly according to claim 1, wherein the core seat (1) is also arranged with a water outlet pipe (9) and the water outlet pipe (9) is provided with a connecting sleeve (10) thereon.
3. The high-flow faucet core assembly according to claim 1, wherein one end of the water outlet pipe (9) is arranged with a mounting seat (11).
4. The high-flow faucet core assembly according to claim 1, wherein the core cover (2) is provided with a positioning hole (12) in positioning connection with a thermostatic valve core.
5. The high-flow faucet core assembly according to claim 1, wherein the core seat (1) is provided with a threaded sleeve (13) thereon.
