Abstract

Tamper-proof identification device hanging from hams. The device consists of a main body (1) with a transverse cavity (3) and a longitudinal cavity (4) equipped with retaining means in the form of toothed sectors acting as clamps. The main body (1) terminates at one end in a flexible arm (7) with a pointed free end (9) and a toothed sector (8) that locks the device once it has been fitted to the ham shank after passing through the longitudinal cavity (4). This element includes a tab (10) that defines a surface for displaying information and / or advertising. A hanging element is adjustable within the transverse cavity, featuring an alignment of selective hanging holes (13) and a toothed sector (14) that facilitates locking once inserted.
