This invention relates to compositions comprising a polysiloxane and a compound of formula (II), a method for the preparation of the composition, a method for preparing a porous polysiloxane film, a porous polysiloxane film obtainable by said method, uses of the composition and the porous polysiloxane film, a semiconductor device comprising the porous polysiloxane film, and a method for preparing a semiconductor device.
