Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: GUIDE RAIL FOR A BLINDS Field of invention
[0001] The invention relates to a guide rail for a blind intended to cover an opening in a wall, with a receiving space arranged in the guide rail and with an outer wall surrounding the receiving space at least in area. State of the art
[0002] A blind, in particular an insect protection blind, is known from DE 10 2017 106 414 A1. The blind comprises a blind strip adapted to be rolled up and unrolled.
[0003] A traction rail is provided which is guided in lateral guide rails.
[0004] In the area of the lateral ends of the traction rail as well as on the rails of guidance, elements are provided which interact with each other magnetically.
[0005] The elements can also be arranged on a pull rail which connects the guide rails, the blind strip being in the closed position.
[0006] Insect protection blinds are systematically mounted on the outside of a window.
[0007] Insect protection blinds can be screwed or glued onto the window.
[0008] Insect protection blinds can also be secured to a window frame or window recess.
[0009] Preferably, the insect protection blinds are screwed onto the window frame. But they can also be screwed onto the window frame.
[0010] Many methods of mounting insect protection blinds, known from the prior art, often result in damage to the window, window frame or window embrasure on which the insect protection blind is mounted respectively.
[0011] When such insect protection blinds are mounted on rented buildings, this may lead to damage to the rental property.
[0012] Gluing the insect protection blind, especially on a window, can also result in unwanted mounting marks.
[0013] If the insect protection blind is to be fixed to a window of the building, the insect protection blind should, in most cases, preferably be moved from top to bottom. The insect protection blind can also be moved from left to right in the window opening.
[0014] Often, window openings do not have a flat circumference, so that the insect protection blind is not stretched sufficiently tightly in the window opening but becomes loose over time in the window opening. The object of the invention
[0015] The aim of the invention is to provide a guide rail for a blind, which overcomes the above-described shortcomings of known guide rails.
[0016] This object of the invention is achieved by a guide rail which comprises a receiving space arranged in the guide rail.
[0017] The guide rail comprises an outer wall at least partially surrounding the receiving space.
[0018] In the outer wall of the blind guide rail, at least one groove is arranged.
[0019] The groove extends into the receiving space of the guide rail.
[0020] The groove comprises a receiving opening, through which at least one fastening means can be introduced into the groove.
[0021] The guide rail is adapted to be mounted on a support, using the fixing means which extends into the groove of the guide rail. Guide rail
[0022] The guide rail is used to guide the blind statically.
[0023] When the rail is guided statically, it remains in the guide rail in position stable relative to a longitudinal axis of the guide rail.
[0024] Under static guidance, the blind can be moved in the guide rail substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the guide rail. In this way, damage to the blind caused by horizontal blows or gusts of wind can be avoided.
[0025] The guide rail also serves to move the blind, in particular an insect protection blind or a light protection blind, along a predetermined path in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail.
[0026] The path predetermined by the guide rail preferably extends on the side of the outer face of a window of a building.
[0027] Preferably, the blind moves in the guide rail parallel to the exterior wall of the building.
[0028] The guide rail comprises a receiving space and an outer wall.
[0029] Both are described in more detail later in the text. Store
[0030] By the term blind, the present invention means a view protection blind or a light protection blind, preferably on a window.
[0031] It goes without saying that the blind can also be mounted on the outside of a door.
[0032] Preferably, the blind is a rectangular fabric.
[0033] The blind can be rolled up on a shaft horizontally or vertically relative to the longitudinal axis of the guide rail. In addition, it is conceivable that the blind is stored or folded horizontally or vertically relative to the longitudinal axis of the guide rail.
[0034] To be guided in the guide rail, the blind can be unrolled from the shaft. The blind can also be re-rolled onto the shaft.
[0035] It goes without saying that the blind can be made in different colors and patterns. The blind can be made of at least two different materials.
[0036] Similarly, the blind may have different sizes and / or shapes.
[0037] The blind may be provided for darkening the space behind it.
[0038] The blind may also be provided to prevent the entry of animals, insects or of dirt in a space.
[0039] The blind can be moved in the rail using an endless rope or using a ball chain.
[0040] It goes without saying that the blind can also be moved relative to the guide rail in any other technical way. Reception area
[0041] The receiving space of the guide rail of the blind means an area inside the guide rail. Inside the guide rail, when rolling up or unrolling the blind, the blind is received, at least in areas, in the receiving space and / or is guided there.
[0042] It goes without saying that other components of the blind, in particular the blind for protection against insects, can also be arranged in the receiving space and / or can be guided in the receiving space.
[0043] The receiving space of the guide rail is surrounded, at least in areas, by an outer wall. Outer wall
[0044] By the term outer wall, the invention designates a surface component extending vertically or horizontally.
[0045] The guide rail comprises at least one outer wall.
[0046] It goes without saying that the outer wall comprises several zones, preferably connected to each other.
[0047] The outer wall areas may be attached to each other in a rectilinear or angular manner.
[0048] It goes without saying that the outer wall of the guide rail comprises at least one access opening. The access opening will be discussed later in the text.
[0049] Said at least one outer wall surrounds, at least in zones, the space for receiving the guide rail.
[0050] On all sides of the reception space, exterior walls may surround the reception space. Groove
[0051] The invention provides that at least one groove is made in the outer wall of the guide rail.
[0052] By the term groove, we mean a longitudinal depression.
[0053] The groove extends into the receiving space and includes a receiving opening.
[0054] The body of the groove extending into the receiving space may be rounded.
[0055] It can also be configured angularly. In addition, the body of the groove extending into the receiving space of the guide rail may have any other geometric shape.
[0056] The groove may comprise at least one device for locking a fastening means.
[0057] Using the locking device, the fastening means can snap into the groove of the guide rail by adhesion and / or by form fit.
[0058] The fixing means can removably engage in the groove of the guide rail.
[0059] The groove which engages in the receiving space of the guide rail constitutes an exit safety device for the blind. Fixing method
[0060] The invention provides at least one fastening means which engages in the access opening of the groove of the guide rail.
[0061] The fastening means engages in the groove through the access opening of the groove.
[0062] In the groove, the fastening means is attached to the guide rail of the blind in a removable or fixed manner.
[0063] Using the fixing means, the blind can be mounted on a support.
[0064] The attachment means may provide an attachment of the blind guide rail to the support by adhesion or by complementarity of shape.
[0065] Preferably, but not exclusively, the fixing means is a fixing clip or a fixing spring.
[0066] The fixing means may be configured as a suspension bracket.
[0067] A further embodiment of the invention provides that the fastening means is a fastening spring. With the aid of the fastening spring, the fastening means can be captively snapped into the groove.
[0068] With the help of the fixing spring, manufacturing tolerances can be effectively compensated. Support
[0069] According to the invention, using the fixing means, the guide rail can be mounted on a support.
[0070] By the term support, the invention includes the frame of a window or the frame of a door.
[0071] The support can also be the wall of a building.
[0072] Preferably, but by no means exclusively, at least two fixing means are arranged on the support.
[0073] The arrangement of the groove which extends into the receiving space of the guide rail, combines the advantages of the absence of gluing and / or the absence of drilling and / or the absence of screwing of the guide rail relative to the support of the guide rail, preferably the wall of a building.
[0074] The invention proves to be particularly advantageous since the guide rail of the blind does not need to be wedged on the embrasure of a window and / or on a wall of the building.
[0075] Another advantage of the invention is that the groove of the guide rail opens towards the window and / or onto the exterior wall of the building.
[0076] In this way, the groove of the guide rail can receive fixing means, in particular at least one fixing spring.
[0077] The arrangement of the fixing spring as a fixing means results in a captive arrangement of the blind, preferably to the window cover. In this way, the blind is prevented from falling out of the window.
[0078] The guide rail may be supported, preferably by its underside, on a window sill. In this way, the weight of the blind, in particular the insect protection blind, can be distributed by the window sill. It is no longer necessary to introduce the weight of the blind into the window cover.
[0079] The fastening means, preferably the suspension bracket, can be individually adapted to the thickness of the window cover.
[0080] The fixing means is adjustable in height.
[0081] The invention proves to be particularly advantageous, since the guide rail can receive a lock.
[0082] The lock is height adjustable and, in addition, it can be provided with a gripping rail.
[0083] The fixing means can be secured by screwing into a counter plate.
[0084] It goes without saying that the fixing means can also be screwed directly onto at least one other component of the window.
[0085] The guide rail for the blind can also be integrated into existing blind systems. Embodiments of the invention
[0086] According to one embodiment of the invention, the guide rail may comprise at least one access opening.
[0087] The blind is inserted into the guide rail through the access opening.
[0088] The access opening extends along the longitudinal axis of the guide rail in a outer wall of the guide rail.
[0089] The access opening may be a slot. The access opening may have a round or oval shape. It goes without saying that the access opening may also have any other geometric shape.
[0090] Through the access opening, the blind can be introduced into the receiving space of the guide rail on the upper side of the guide rail and / or on the longitudinal side of the guide rail.
[0091] In the access opening of the guide rail, spacers can be arranged which position the blind preferably in the center of the access opening.
[0092] In the access opening of the guide rail, brushes can be arranged which prevent the entry of dirt and / or fluids into the receiving space of the guide rail.
[0093] Another embodiment of the invention provides that the fastening means is mounted in the groove of the guide rail by adhesion or by form-fitting with the guide rail. Additional fastening means such as, for example, screws or fastening pins, are thus superfluous.
[0094] A further embodiment of the invention provides that the guide rail is fixed to the support along a longitudinal axis of the guide rail.
[0095] Alternatively, the guide rail may be mounted on the support transversely to the longitudinal axis of the guide rail.
[0096] In this way, the guide rail of the blind can be optimally adapted to construction characteristics of the support, preferably of the wall of a building.
[0097] Furthermore, it is provided that the fixing means is individually adjustable in the guide rail depending on at least one parameter.
[0098] By means of the fixing means of the guide rail, the blind can be adapted to different measurements, lengths and widths, in particular of a window.
[0099] The angle of inclination and / or the inclination of the fastening means can be changed relative to a window frame and / or relative to the window reveal. In this way, the blind guide rail can be adapted to different locations.
[0100] The invention provides at least one latch which is provided for locking the fixing means in the guide rail.
[0101] In this way, a captive arrangement of the guide rail is ensured.
[0102] Further, the guide rail may include a handle or rail for guiding. of a handful. Brief description of the drawings
