Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Device for securing a construction accessory to reinforcements, associated fixing method and construction element
[0001] The invention relates to a device for securing a construction accessory to reinforcements.
[0002] The invention also relates to a construction element comprising such a device and in particular to a construction element comprising a concrete body and at least two reinforcements extending into the concrete body.
[0003] The invention also relates to a method of fixing such a securing device to the associated reinforcements.
[0004] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0005] On a building construction site, the construction of a poured-in-place floor or a floor with joists and blocks is rarely safe. Indeed, no guardrail is arranged around the surface of the floor to be constructed, which would nevertheless ensure the safety of workers and users by preventing objects and people from falling.
[0006] SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0007] One aim of the invention is to at least partially overcome the aforementioned drawback.
[0008] An aim of the invention is also to propose a construction element comprising such a securing device.
[0009] An aim of the invention is also to propose a method of fixing such a device to the frames. Summary of the invention
[0010] With a view to achieving this aim, the invention proposes a securing device intended to secure a construction accessory to reinforcements, the device comprising at least:
[0011] - reception means intended in service to receive the construction accessory, and - means for attaching to the frames, said attachment means comprising at least one first tab for attaching to at least one first frame, said tab comprising at least two legs framing said first frame in use, at least one second tab for attaching to at least one second frame, said tab comprising at least two legs framing said second frame in use, the two legs extending opposite one another.
[0012] In this way, the invention allows for good implantation by being fixed to two separate frames, the arrangement in opposite directions of the legs promoting this good implantation. In particular, this ensures a pinching of the invention between the two frames. This makes it possible in particular to avoid a detachment of one of the legs or a tilting of the invention.
[0013] Furthermore, the invention is simple to construct and inexpensive to produce.
[0014] Furthermore, the invention is very simple to install on site.
[0015] Optionally, the receiving means comprise a sheath serving in service as an anchoring pad for the construction accessory.
[0016] Optionally, the receiving means comprise at least one plug for closing one of the ends of the receiving means.
[0017] Optionally, the cap is shaped so that it can be removed from the receiving means.
[0018] Optionally, at least the first leg is arranged so that its first leg is at a given distance from a lower end of the device identical to the distance separating the second leg from said first leg at an upper end of the device.
[0019] Optionally, at least one area of at least one of the legs is textured.
[0020] Optionally, the two legs of the same leg extend parallel to each other.
[0021] Optionally, at least one of the legs of the first leg extends parallel to at least one of the legs of the second leg.
[0022] Optionally, the attachment means comprise a third leg associated with the first leg and a fourth leg associated with the second leg so that the attachment means comprise a first pair of legs and a second pair of legs.
[0023] Optionally, the third leg extends in the same direction as the first leg so as to frame the same frame and in which the fourth leg extends in the same direction as the second leg so as to frame the same frame.
[0024] Optionally, at least two legs extend along a first flank of the receiving means and at least two legs extend along a second flank of the receiving means opposite the first flank.
[0025] The invention also relates to a construction element comprising a concrete body and at least two reinforcements embedded in the concrete body, the construction element comprising a device as mentioned above arranged in the construction element in such a way that the legs each frame a respective one of the reinforcements and in such a way that the receiving means extend at least partly outside the concrete body.
[0026] If the construction element is a prefabricated construction element, the element is therefore delivered to the construction site directly incorporating the means for receiving the construction accessory. The operators only have to introduce said construction accessory into the receiving means to secure the accessory to the construction element, which is quick and easy.
[0027] If the construction element is not a prefabricated construction element, it is always very simple for an operator to arrange the securing device to the reinforcements before pouring the concrete body onto the assembly allowing the device to be secured to the concrete body. Here again the invention provides a quick and easy solution.
[0028] Optionally the construction element is a floor.
[0029] The invention also relates to a method of fixing a device such as the aforementioned to the frames comprising the successive steps of:
[0030] - arranging the device between the two frames so that the legs both extend between the two frames, - rotate the device so that the two legs of each leg come to frame one of the respective frames.
[0031] In this way, it is sufficient to rotate the device to ensure its positioning and fixing to the frames, which is quick and easy. Usually, but not exclusively, a simple quarter turn is sufficient.
[0032] It is therefore noted that the invention can be put in place without tools.
[0033] For the entire present application, the terms “lower”, “upper”, “height”, “length”... must be understood in relation to the in-service position of the device, i.e. the position of the device once fixed to the reinforcements.
[0034] Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will emerge from reading the following description of particular non-limiting embodiments of the invention. Brief description of the drawings
[0035] The invention will be better understood in light of the description which follows with reference to the appended figures among which:
[0036] [Fig.l] [Fig.l] is a three-dimensional view of a securing device according to a first embodiment of the invention,
[0037] [Fig.2] [Fig.2] is a three-dimensional view from another orientation of the securing device illustrated in [Fig.l],

[0039] [Fig.4] [Fig.4] is a three-dimensional view of a securing device according to a second embodiment of the invention,
[0040] [Fig.5] [Fig.5] is a three-dimensional view of a securing device according to a third embodiment of the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0041] A securing device according to a first particular embodiment of the invention is illustrated in Figures 1 and 2.
[0042] This device, generally designated 1, is here dedicated to the securing of a construction accessory to a construction element. The construction accessory can be of any type such as a formwork element, a safety element such as a guardrail, a thermal insulation element, etc.
[0043] The device 1 comprises means 2 for receiving the construction accessory.
[0044] Said receiving means 2 here comprise at least one anchoring pad for the construction accessory. The anchoring pad is here shaped in the form of a sheath 3.
[0045] The sheath 3 is for example made of metal.
[0046] The sheath 3 is here shaped so as to extend along a first axis X. The sheath 3 is shaped into a solid of revolution. The sheath 3 is here shaped externally into a right cylinder with generator the first axis X.
[0047] In the present case, the sheath 3 is hollow. Thus a radial section of the sheath 3 is annular in shape.
[0048] Preferably the receiving means 2 comprise at least one first plug 4 for blocking (temporarily or permanently) the lower end of the receiving means 2.
[0049] The first plug 4 thus fills the lower end of the sheath 3.
[0050] This prevents concrete from rising into the sleeve 3 during the pouring of the concrete forming a concrete body of the construction element, which could hinder the subsequent attachment of the construction accessory to said element.
[0051] Preferably the reception means 2 comprise at least one second plug 5 to temporarily block the upper end of the reception means 2.
[0052] The second plug 5 thus temporarily fills the upper end of the sheath 3.
[0053] This prevents accidental obstruction of the sheath 3 (by rain, frost, concrete, etc.) which could hinder the subsequent attachment of the construction accessory to the construction element.
[0054] Of course, the second cap 5 is shaped so that it can be removed at any time in order to allow the construction accessory to be secured to the construction element. The second cap 5 is preferably shaped so that it can be removed manually without using a tool. For example, the second cap 5 is simply fitted into the sheath 3 or clipped to the sheath 3.
[0055] Furthermore, the device 1 comprises means 6 for attaching the reception means 2 to frames.
[0056] Said attachment means 6 here comprise at least one first attachment tab 7 to at least one first frame and at least one second attachment tab 10 to at least one second frame.
[0057] The first leg 7 comprises at least two legs. In this case, the first leg 7 comprises only two legs, namely a first leg 8 and a second leg 9. The two legs are identical here.
[0058] In the present case, the two legs 8, 9 extend from the sheath 3 towards the outside of the device. In particular, the two legs 8, 9 are secured at one of their first ends to the sheath 3, their second ends being free. The two legs 8, 9 are therefore immobile with respect to the sheath 3. The two legs 8, 9 are for example welded to the sheath 3.
[0059] The first leg 8 and the second leg 9 are arranged so that the first end of the first leg 8 is at a given distance from the lower end of the device 1 (along the first axis X), a given distance which is identical to the distance separating the first end of the second leg 9 from the upper end of the device 1.
[0060] The device 1 can thus be used indifferently in one direction as in the other.
[0061] Each leg 8, 9 extends rectilinearly here. The two legs 8, 9 also extend parallel to each other and to a second axis A which is orthogonal to the first axis X. The first leg 8 also extends below the second leg 9 without however touching it. The two axes Ab A2 along which the two legs extend thus define a plane which is parallel here to the first axis X.
[0062] The two legs 8, 9 form an open space between them which can receive at least one frame.
[0063] The two legs 8, 9 of the first leg 7 are identical to each other in terms of shapes and dimensions. Typically each leg 8, 9 is shaped into a rod and for example a rod with a disc section. Each leg 8, 9 is thus solid.
[0064] Each leg 8, 9 is for example made of metal.
[0065] Each leg 8, 9 comprises over at least part of its length (considered along the axis along which said leg extends) a textured zone. This facilitates the attachment of the legs 8, 9 to the frames and prevents the device from slipping relative to the frames. For example, said zone is notched, ribbed, grooved, etc. In the present case, the entire leg 8 (respectively 9) is textured. Preferably, the entire corresponding tab 7 is textured.
[0066] In the same way the second leg 10 comprises at least two legs. In the In this case, the second leg 10 comprises only two legs, namely a first leg 11 and a second leg 12. The two legs 11, 12 are identical here.
[0067] In the present case, the two legs 11, 12 extend from the sheath 3 towards the outside of the device 1. In particular, the two legs 11, 12 are secured at one of their first ends to the sheath 3, their second ends being free. The two legs 11, 12 are therefore immobile with respect to the sheath 3. For example, the legs 11, 12 are welded to the sheath 3.
[0068] The first leg 11 and the second leg 12 are arranged so that the first end of the first leg 11 is at a given distance from the lower end of the device 1 (along the first axis X), a given distance which is identical to the distance separating the first end of the second leg 12 from the upper end of the device.
[0069] The device 1 can thus be used indifferently in one direction as in the other.
[0070] Each leg 11, 12 extends rectilinearly here. The two legs 11, 12 also extend parallel to each other and to a third axis B which is orthogonal to the first axis X. The first leg 11 also extends below the second leg 12 without however touching it. The two axes Bi and B2 along which the two legs 11, 12 extend define a plane which is parallel here to the first axis X.
[0071] The two legs 11, 12 also draw an open space between them which can receive at least one frame.
[0072] Furthermore, the second leg 10 is arranged so that the third axis B is parallel to the second axis A associated with the two legs 8, 9 of the first leg 7.
[0073] The two legs 11, 12 of the second leg 10 are identical to each other in terms of shapes and dimensions. Typically each leg 11,12 is shaped into a rod and for example a rod with a disc section. Each leg 11,12 is thus solid.
[0074] The legs 11, 12 are for example made of metal.
[0075] Each leg 11, 12 comprises over at least part of its length (considered along the axis along which said leg extends) a textured zone. This facilitates the attachment of the legs 11, 12 to the frames and prevents the device 1 from slipping relative to the frames. For example, said zone is notched, ribbed, grooved, etc. In the present case, the entire leg 11 (respectively 12) is textured. Preferably, the entire corresponding tab 10 is textured.
[0076] Preferably, the legs 8, 9 of the first leg 7 and those 11, 12 of the second leg 10 are identical to each other in terms of shape and dimensions.
[0077] More specifically here, the first leg 8 of the first leg 7 and the first leg 11 of the second leg 10 are aligned. They preferably extend coaxially to each other. According to one option, the first leg 8 of the first leg 7 and the first leg 11 of the second leg 10 are made of a single piece. The same rod thus forms the first leg 8 of the first leg 7 and the first leg 11 of the second leg 10.
[0078] More specifically here, the second leg 9 of the first leg 7 and the second leg 12 of the second leg 10 are aligned. They preferably extend coaxially to each other. According to one option, the second leg 9 of the first leg 7 and the second leg 12 of the second leg 10 are of a single piece.
[0079] The device 1 therefore comprises here a first rod forming the first leg 8 of the first leg 7 and the first leg 11 of the second leg 10 and a second rod forming the second leg 9 of the first leg 7 and the second leg 12 of the second leg 10.
[0080] Typically the first rod is welded at its central section to the sheath 3 and the second rod is welded at its central section to the sheath 3.
[0081] The manufacture of the device 1 thus proves to be simple and rapid.
[0082] Preferably, the attachment means 6 comprise a third leg 13 associated with the first leg 7 and a fourth leg 14 associated with the second leg 10 so that the attachment means 6 comprise a first pair of legs (the first leg 7 and the third leg 13) and a second pair of legs (the second leg 10 and the fourth leg 14).
[0083] The first pair of legs 7, 13 allows attachment to the same first frame and the second pair of legs 10, 14 allows attachment to the same second frame.
[0084] The four legs 7, 10, 13, 14 are here identical to each other.
[0085] The attachment means 6 optionally comprise only four legs 7, 10, 13, 14.
[0086] The third leg 13 will now be described. The third leg 13 comprises at least two legs. In the present case, the third leg 13 comprises only two legs, namely a first leg 15 and a second leg 16. The two legs 15, 16 are identical here.
[0087] In the present case, the two legs 15, 16 extend from the sheath 3 towards the outside of the device 1. In particular, the two legs 15, 16 are secured at one of their first ends to the sheath 3, their second ends being free. The two legs 15, 16 are therefore immobile with respect to the sheath 3. The two legs 15, 16 are for example welded to the sheath 3.
[0088] The first leg 15 and the second leg 16 are arranged so that the first end of the first leg 15 is at a given distance from the lower end of the device 1 (along the first axis X), a given distance which is identical to the distance separating the first end of the second leg 16 from the upper end upper part of device 1.
[0089] The device 1 can thus be used indifferently in one direction as in the other.
[0090] Each leg 15, 16 extends rectilinearly here. The two legs 15, 16 also extend parallel to each other and to a fourth axis C which is orthogonal to the first axis X. The first leg 15 also extends below the second leg 16 without however touching it. The two axes Ci and C2 along which the two legs 15, 16 extend define a plane which is parallel here to the first axis X.
[0091] The two legs 15, 16 therefore form between them an open space capable of receiving at least one frame.
[0092] The two legs 15, 16 of the third leg 13 are identical to each other in terms of shapes and dimensions. Typically each leg 15, 16 is shaped into a rod and for example a rod with a disc section. Each leg 15, 16 is thus solid.
[0093] Each leg 15, 16 is for example made of metal.
[0094] Each leg 15, 16 comprises over at least part of its length (considered along the axis along which said leg extends) a textured zone. This facilitates the attachment of the legs to the frames and prevents the device 1 from slipping relative to the frames. For example, said zone is notched, ribbed, grooved, etc. In the present case, the entire leg 15, 16 is textured. Preferably, the entire corresponding tab 13 is textured.
[0095] Each leg 15, 16 comprises over at least part of its length (considered along the axis along which said leg extends) a textured zone. This facilitates the attachment of the legs 15, 16 to the frames and prevents the device 1 from slipping relative to the frames. For example, said zone is notched, ribbed, grooved, etc. In the present case, the entire leg 15, 16 is textured. Preferably, the entire corresponding tab 13 is textured.
[0096] In the same way, the fourth leg 14 comprises at least two legs. In the present case, the fourth leg 14 comprises only two legs, namely a first leg 17 and a second leg 18. The two legs 17, 18 are identical here.
[0097] In the present case, the two legs 17, 18 extend from the sheath 3 towards the outside of the device 1. In particular, the two legs 17, 18 are secured at one of their first ends to the sheath 3, their second ends being free. The two legs 17, 18 are therefore immobile with respect to the sheath 3. For example, the legs 17, 18 are welded to the sheath 3.
[0098] The first leg 17 and the second leg 18 are arranged so that the first end of the first leg 17 is at a given distance from the lower end of the device 1 (along the first axis X), a given distance which is identical to the distance separating the first end of the second leg 18 from the upper end of the device 1.
[0099] The device 1 can thus be used indifferently in one direction as in the other.
[0100] Each leg 17, 18 extends rectilinearly here. The two legs 17, 18 also extend parallel to each other and to a fifth axis D which is orthogonal to the first axis X. The first leg 17 also extends below the second leg 18 without however touching it. The two axes Db D2 along which the two legs 17, 18 extend define a plane which is parallel here to the first axis X.
[0101] The two legs 17, 18 draw between them an open space which can receive at less one frame.
[0102] Furthermore, the fourth leg 14 is arranged so that the fifth axis D is parallel to the fourth axis C associated with the two legs of the third leg 13.
[0103] The two legs 17, 18 of the fourth leg 14 are identical to each other in terms of shapes and dimensions. Typically each leg 17, 18 is shaped into a rod and for example a rod with a disc section. Each leg 17, 18 is thus solid.
[0104] The legs 17, 18 are for example made of metal.
[0105] Each leg 17, 18 comprises over at least part of its length (considered along the axis along which said leg extends) a textured zone. This facilitates the attachment of the legs 17, 18 to the frames and prevents the device 1 from slipping relative to the frames. For example, said zone is notched, ribbed, grooved, etc. In the present case, the entire leg 17, 18 is textured. Preferably, the entire corresponding tab 14 is textured.
[0106] Preferably, the legs 15, 16 of the third leg 13 and those 17, 18 of the fourth leg 14 are identical to each other in terms of shape and dimensions.
[0107] More specifically here, the first leg 15 of the third leg 13 and the first leg 17 of the fourth leg 14 are aligned. They preferably extend coaxially to each other. According to one option, the first leg 15 of the third leg 13 and the first leg 17 of the fourth leg 14 are made of a single piece. A single rod thus forms the first leg 15 of the third leg 13 and the first leg 17 of the fourth leg 14.
[0108] More specifically here, the second leg 16 of the third leg 13 and the second leg 18 of the fourth leg 14 are aligned. They preferably extend coaxially to each other. According to one option, the second leg 16 of the third leg 13 and the second leg 14 of the fourth leg 18 are of a single piece.
[0109] The device therefore comprises here a third rod forming the first leg 15 of the third leg 13 and the first leg 17 of the fourth leg 14 and a fourth rod forming the second leg 16 of the third leg 13 and the second leg 18 of the fourth leg 14.
[0110] Typically the third rod is welded at its central section to the sheath 3 and the fourth rod is welded at its central section to the sheath 3.
[0111] The manufacture of the device 1 thus proves to be simple and rapid.
[0112] Preferably, the legs 7, 10, 13, 14 are arranged so that the third leg 13 and the fourth leg 14 extend along a first flank of the receiving means 2 and the first leg 7 and the second leg 10 extend along a second flank of the receiving means 2, the first flank and the second flank forming the two right and left sides of the receiving means 2.
[0113] This ensures very good stabilization of the device 1 on the frames, in particular preventing it from tilting.
[0114] Optionally, the first leg 7 and the second leg 10 are secured to a zone of the sheath 3 which is radially opposite to the zone of the sheath 3 to which the third leg 13 and the fourth leg 14 are secured.
[0115] With reference to [Fig. 3], the device 1 which has just been described is installed directly on a construction site once at least a first network of reinforcements has been installed on partition walls and / or beams of a building under construction. This first network of reinforcements is generally a welded mesh comprising a first series of reinforcements parallel to each other and a second series of reinforcements parallel to each other and orthogonal to the reinforcements of the first series of reinforcements.
[0116] To fix the device 1 to the network of armatures, the device 1 is placed in the center of a space delimited by four armatures (two of the first series 101, 102 and two of the second series 103, 104) then simply pivoted around its axis (here the first axis X) until the legs of the first pair of legs 7, 13 frame one of the armatures 102 of the first series (alternately of the second series) and the legs of the second pair of legs 10, 14 frame the other of the armatures 101 of the first series (alternately of the second series).
[0117] The device 1 is thus simply fixed to the frames by rotation. In this case, a simple quarter turn is sufficient.
[0118] In this position the legs extend orthogonally to the frames they frame. The legs therefore extend parallel to the frames of the second series (alternatively of the first series).
[0119] In the example illustrated, the device 1 is suspended from the frames.
[0120] The concrete is then poured to form the floor compression slab.
[0121] Once the concrete has been poured and has finished setting, the device 1 is then rigidly secured to the body of the compression slab so as to form with the floor is completely rigid.
[0122] Thus the device 1 is rigidly secured to the body of the compression slab of the floor by being anchored therein. Only the receiving means 2 protrude at least partly from the upper face of the compression slab to allow an operator to secure one or more construction accessories to the floor under construction.
[0123] In this way, the device 1 is easily and quickly secured to the floor during construction.
[0124] Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.
[0125] Thus the reception means may be different from what has been indicated and for example include a different number of anchoring pads.
[0126] The anchor pad(s) may be different from what has been indicated. For example, an anchor pad may have a square, rectangular section, etc. An anchor pad may be partially solid and not completely hollow.
[0127] The reception means may not include stoppers or may include a different number of stoppers than indicated.
[0128] Although here at least one of the plugs can be removed from the receiving means, said plug may remain in place but be shaped to be able to be pierced in particular, although not exclusively, by the construction accessory directly.
[0129] At least one of the caps could thus be a simple thin cover (made of plastic, metal, etc.)
[0130] At least one of the stoppers may be made of a single piece with the receiving means.
[0131] Although here the attachment means are made of metal, the attachment means may be made of another material, for example plastic, and / or although here the reception means are made of metal, the reception means may be made of another material, for example plastic.
[0132] Although here the attachment means are secured to the receiving means by welding, other means of securing are possible, such as for example by gluing, by screwing, etc.
[0133] Furthermore, the attachment means and the receiving means may be made of a single piece instead of being secured to each other. For example, the attachment means and the receiving means may be molded in a single piece.
[0134] The legs may be of a different shape than what has been described. For example, the legs may each be shaped into a hoop as illustrated in [Fig.4] (and not formed of two separate legs without attachment between them). Thus, each leg may include a portion for attaching the two legs to each other, said attachment portion being the one secured to the receiving means. The attachment portion may be rounded or straight or even a more complex shape.
[0135] The device may include a different number of legs than indicated.
[0136] The legs may of course be different from each other and / or the legs of the same leg may be different from each other.
[0137] Each leg may have a different number of legs than indicated.
[0138] Although here the legs are textured, the legs may be smooth in part or in full. As a variant or in addition to at least one textured area present directly on the leg (and preferably one of the legs), at least one of the legs may have a coating applied to the leg in whole or in part, said coating being an anti-slip coating such as for example a layer of material based on natural or artificial rubber. The coating will cover at least in part at least one of the legs. The textured appearance may be provided by an element already present on the leg (for example by using a threaded rod to form one of the legs, the thread forming a textured area) or by creating it once the leg has been formed (by cutting for example).
[0139] The legs may be arranged differently from what has been described. For example, the first leg and the second leg may be arranged on two different sides of the receiving means as illustrated in [Fig. 5] and not on the same side as what has been described.
[0140] The legs may be shaped differently from what has been indicated. For example, the legs may be square, round, etc. The legs may be hollow and not solid, etc. The free ends of the legs may be provided with an inclined surface (hook, blade, inclined plane, etc.) to facilitate the insertion of the frame between the two legs and / or limit the risk of it being removed.
[0141] The two legs of at least one of the legs may be movable relative to each other (and not permanently immobile relative to each other as indicated here) in order to modify the height spacing between the two legs (along the first axis X). This will allow the device to be able to adapt to different heights of reinforcements placed on site or in a manufacturing mold. For example, at least one of the legs may be flexible in part or in full in order to be able to move away from or towards the other leg of the leg. At least one of the legs may be mounted movable relative to the receiving means (for example by translation on a slide), the associated leg comprising means for temporarily locking the leg in a fixed position relative to the receiving means once the targeted spacing between the two legs has been reached.
[0142] The legs may be arranged differently than indicated. For examplethe two legs may extend towards each other by approaching their free ends instead of being parallel to each other. For example, although here the first legs of the first leg and the second leg are aligned, they may be offset from each other axially (along the first axis) or radially (so as to be arranged on one side or the other of the receiving means). For example, the first two legs may be parallel to each other but be arranged so as to be secured in two distinct zones of the receiving means located on opposite sides as illustrated in [Fig. 5]. Although here the second legs of the first leg and the second leg are aligned, they may be offset from each other axially (along the first axis) or radially (so as to be arranged on one side or the other of the receiving means). For example, the two second legs could be parallel to each other but be arranged so as to be secured in two distinct zones of the reception means located on opposite sides as illustrated in [Fig.5].
[0143] It is of course possible to mix the different embodiments together. For example, it is possible to have only two legs (as illustrated in [Fig.5]) shaped into hoops (as illustrated in [Fig.4]).
[0144] The device may be arranged differently from what has been indicated with respect to the reinforcements. For example, the device may be arranged by being arranged at an angle with respect to the reinforcements. Thus, the legs of at least one of the legs may extend obliquely with respect to the reinforcement that they frame and not orthogonally as indicated. The device may be arranged so that the lower end of the device rests on a ground, for example an already poured concrete base or a prefabricated element or a thermal break or a block, etc., so that the device is not suspended in the void by the reinforcements as indicated. The legs of at least one of the legs may frame several reinforcements at the same time and not just one as indicated. In the case of a reinforcement network with two series of reinforcements, the device may surround at least one of the reinforcements of the first series and at least one of the reinforcements of the second series. At least a second reinforcement network may be placed on the first reinforcement network once the device is in place.
[0145] Although understood, although here the device is linked to a compression slab of a floor directly manufactured on site (i.e. a so-called "flat" floor not including a prefabricated element), the device may be linked to concrete bodies of other construction elements directly manufactured on site (such as a beam, a balcony, a terrace, or a floor other than a flat floor such as for example a floor with joists and interjoists) or may be linked to prefabricated construction elements (pre-slab, pre-beam, etc.). In the latter case, the device will be secured to the concrete body of the construction element so that the construction element delivered to site will already be equipped with the device of the invention. This will make it easier for operators to attach a construction accessory.
[0146] It can therefore be seen that the invention can be installed in multiple locations on a construction site, which is very advantageous. In particular, the device can be arranged near free edges of the construction site (such as the free edge of the floor, hopper, in particular a stair hopper, etc.) so that a safety accessory such as a guardrail can be secured there.
[0147] Optionally, locking means (whether or not part of the device) may be used to fix at least one of the legs to at least one of the frames that it frames (such as, for example, a metal link). Of course, these means are optional, the invention being able to be advantageously implemented by simply inserting the legs around the frames without additional locking means.
[0148] Although here the device can be used indifferently in one direction as in the other, the device may be asymmetrical. Typically, the first end of the first leg of at least one of the legs may be at a given distance from the upper end of the device (along the first axis X) different from the distance separating the first end of the second leg from the same leg at the lower end of the device.
[0149] The device may include one or more indications of use (for example a particular color, an alphanumeric code, etc.) such as, for example, at least one indication of its direction of use. Typically, at least one indication may be written at the lower end and / or at the upper end of the device and, for example, on the cap(s) of the
[0150] reception facilities.
