Abstract

The invention relates to a process for preparing ferric phosphate from iron-containing waste, the process comprising: a) supplying a mixture solution containing ferric chloride obtained by the acidolysis of iron-containing waste; b) adjusting the pH of the mixture solution containing ferric chloride so that 0 < pH ≤ 2 and the Fe3+ concentration is 10 to 80 g / L with an alkali compound and water, to obtain an iron source solution; c) mixing and reacting the iron source solution obtained in step b) with a calcium dihydrogen phosphate solution at a P / Fe molar ratio of 1:1 to 1.8, to obtain a suspension having a pH of 0.2 to 2; and d) carrying out aging and crystallization on the suspension, to obtain ferric phosphate.
