Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Receptacle for cosmetic product made of plastic monomaterial Technical field of the invention
[0001] The invention relates to a receptacle for dispensing a cosmetic product, such as a care cream or makeup powder. This receptacle is refillable with cosmetic product.
[0002] In this case, the receptacle comprises a base receiving a cup packaging a cosmetic product. When the cup is empty, it is sufficient to remove it and put a new one in the base. Technical background
[0003] Cosmetic product dispenser receptacles are known, which are generally made of plastic, and which comprise a base connected to a lid via a hinge-type pivot connection with a metal pin. A cup filled with cosmetic product is traditionally glued to the bottom of the base, so that it does not move relative to the base when the user takes product.
[0004] A mirror can also be glued to the cover so that the user can look at themselves while applying makeup.
[0005] When the cover is folded down onto the base, and preferably closed by snapping, then the product contained in the bucket is protected, and the receptacle is easily transportable.
[0006] When the cover is open, the product is then accessible, as well as the mirror.
[0007] One of the disadvantages of this type of receptacle is that it is not recyclable, particularly because of the presence of glue, and also because of the diversity of materials used (plastic and metal) to manufacture it.
[0008] To overcome this drawback, it is known to hold the bucket in the base by a means other than glue, in this case by a pivoting platform inserted between the base and the lid, and bearing against the bucket to hold it in position in the base. The platform is provided with a large central window through which the product is accessible. In the same way, it is possible to fix the mirror without glue.
[0009] It is also known to replace the metal pin with a plastic pin, in order to have the entire receptacle (excluding the bucket) in plastic, in a single material for recyclability purposes. However, the plastic pin is more fragile and generates a rotational movement of the cover (and the platform) which is free, without constraint due to the plastic-on-plastic contact.
[0010] However, when the platform is resting against the bucket, it risks damage it if the pressure is too strong when closing the platform or lid, or if it is poorly centered. In this case, the powder may crack.
[0011] If the pressure is not sufficient, then the bucket may still move within the base, which is not recommended.
[0012] It is known to place flexible legs in the bottom of the base to press the bucket against the platform, and thus prevent any rotational movement of the bucket, or more generally any movement of the bucket relative to the base, but this does not result in centering the bucket.
[0013] In addition, there may be slight dimensional variations of the bucket, in height, or in diameter. However, the platform does not take these variations into account and presses uniformly on the bucket.
[0014] Finally, when closing the platform on the base, the platform may be slightly offset depending on the different support points it encounters and due to the flexibility of the plastic hinge, and be positioned too far forward for example, which makes the snap-fastening of the platform on the base inoperative. The platform may thus be opened inadvertently. Summary of the invention
[0015] The present invention aims to overcome the various drawbacks stated above, by means of a receptacle containing a removable cup, without the use of glue, and comprising a platform which allows the centering and clamping of the cup, without damaging it, with reliability in the closing of the platform.
[0016] The cosmetic product dispensing receptacle according to the invention comprises, in a conventional manner:
[0017] - a base capable of receiving a bucket containing the product;
[0018] - a cover movable in rotation between a closed position of the receptacle and a open position of the receptacle, connected to the base by a first pivot connection,
[0019] - an intermediate platform for holding the bucket in position located between the base and the cover and being rotatable between a closed position capable of clamping the bucket and an open position allowing the bucket to be removed, this platform being connected to the base by a second pivot connection.
[0020] This receptacle is mainly characterized in that it comprises a bucket positioning system to limit any relative movement of the bucket with respect to the base, this positioning system comprising an inclined surface of the platform capable of coming to bear against an upper edge of the bucket.
[0021] The main idea of this invention is to add a system for positioning the bucket within the receptacle using the platform, in order to avoid any relative movement of the bucket with respect to the base. These means make it possible to compensate for the
[0022]
[0023]
[0024] possible dimensional variations of the bucket, and to ensure optimal positioning of the bucket within the base, in particular centering, so that tightening is then carried out uniformly around the entire circumference of the bucket, and to ensure the integrity of the bucket and the product contained therein. This positioning system cooperates with a hooking system provided between the platform and the base, in order to prevent the platform from being shifted and poorly locked on the base. This ensures reliable closing of the platform. It also prevents excessive pressure when closing the platform. The different systems are linked, and work in synergy to achieve the objective. [0054] In the remainder of the description, elements having an identical structure or similar functions will be designated by the same references.
[0055] By convention, the “axial” direction corresponds to that of the main extension of the receptacle, illustrated by the X axis in [Fig.l], and the “radial” direction is orthogonal to the axial direction.
[0056] In the detailed description of the figures which follows, the terms “upper” and “lower” or “top” and “bottom” will be used in a non-limiting manner with reference to the axial direction. Thus, the term “upper” means a part located in the vicinity of a cover of the receptacle, and the term “lower” means a part located in the vicinity of a bottom of the receptacle.
[0057] Similarly, the terms "outer or external" and "inner or internal" are used with reference to the radial direction, an outer element being radially further from the X-axis than an inner element.
[0058] [Fig.l] shows the receptacle 1 in the closed position.
[0059] This is a receptacle 1 particularly suitable for containing makeup products of the compacted makeup powder type. This cosmetic product is contained in a cup 34 located inside the receptacle 1.
[0060] This receptacle 1 is cylindrical.
[0061] This receptacle 1 is traditionally composed of a base 2 to which a cover 3 is connected via a first pivot connection.
[0062] The pivot connection is located in the rear AR part of the receptacle 1, while the part front AV of receptacle 1, located opposite the rear part, has a clasp.
[0063] This cover 3 is movable between a closed position as illustrated in [Fig.l] and an open position as illustrated in [Fig.2] where the cosmetic product is then accessible.
[0064] In this [Fig.2], the cover 3 is open at 180°.
[0065] A platform 4 for holding the bucket 34 in position is visible here in the closed position on the base 2. The bucket 34 is interposed between the base 2 and the platform 4.
[0066] The platform 4 has a central window through which it is possible to perceive the cosmetic product contained in the cup 34.
[0067] The bucket 34 can have any type of shape, and any particular technical area. In the illustrated figures, the bucket 34 is cylindrical.
[0068] The bucket 34 is made of treated steel or aluminum. Any other material can be considered within the framework of the present invention.
[0069] The platform 4 is connected to the base 2 via a second pivot connection, as can be seen more clearly in [Fig. 3]. In fact, the platform 4 is pivotable between a closed position as in [Fig. 2], where the bucket 34 is held in position regardless of the position of the cover 3, and an open position as in [Fig. 3], where the bucket 34 is released, allowing the user to have access to the bucket 34, in particular if he wishes to replace it.
[0070] The second pivot connection is also located in the rear part of the receptacle 1, like the first pivot connection.
[0071] In [Fig.4], we see the rear part of the receptacle 1, with the two pivot connections.
[0072] In [Fig.5], we can still see the rear part of the receptacle 1, in particular the part rear of base 2, platform 4, and cover 3, showing the various hinge connections more precisely.
[0073] Figures 6 to 8 show the base 2 of the receptacle 1.
[0074] The platform 4 is illustrated in figures 9 to 11. It has an annular shape, with the large central window which allows free access to the bucket 34 once everything is in place in the receptacle 1.
[0075] The cover 3 is illustrated in figures 12 and 13.
[0076] This base 2 is open at the top. It has a bottom 5 and a peripheral wall 37. It also has an internal skirt 8 defining a housing for receiving the bucket 34. This skirt 8 therefore makes it possible to contain the bucket 34 laterally.
[0077] In this inner skirt 8, there are two lateral tabs 7 allowing the user to hold the bucket 34 when inserting it inside the housing, and also when removing it from the housing, when he wishes to replace the bucket 34 with another.
[0078] In the rear part of the base 2, there are several elements belonging to the first pivot link and to the second pivot link. These elements will be detailed later in the description.
[0079] In the rear part of the base 2, there is also a part of the braking means of the cover 3 when opening and closing.
[0080] The other part of the braking means of the cover 3 is located in the rear part of the cover 3, as illustrated in Figures 12 and 13 in particular.
[0081] More precisely, these means for braking the cover 3 consist of a first cam system inducing a stress between two elements when opening and closing the cover 3, and removing the stress in the open position and in the closed position of the cover 3.
[0082] The first element of the first cam system belongs to the base 2, and consists of a tab 11 directed towards the outside of the receptacle 1. This tab 11 extends orthogonally to the axis X.
[0083] This leg 11 is located exactly in the middle of the rear part of the base 2.
[0084] The second element of the first cam system belongs to the cover 3 and consists of at least one rib 47 extending from a peripheral wall of the cover 3.
[0085] More precisely, this rib 47 is located on a hinge element 28 extending from the peripheral wall of the cover 3.
[0086] This rib 47 has a particular profile, in particular a first flat zone 33, followed by a second rounded zone 31, followed by a third zone 32 corresponding to a clearance.
[0087] The leg 11 of the base 2 has a contact wall, with a chamfer 17 in the vicinity of its free end, capable of sliding on the profile of the rib 47.
[0088] As can be seen in [Fig. 15] and 16, when the cover 3 is closed, the tab 11 rests freely on the first flat zone 33 of the rib 47. In this position, there is no force exerted between the tab 11 and the rib 47. There is no constraint.
[0089] When the user begins to lift the cover 3, the tab 11 begins to slide along the second rounded zone 31 of the rib 47. This sliding occurs with sufficient friction to create a constraint between the base 2 and the cover 3, so that the opening of the cover 3 occurs with a certain restraint, that is to say with braking in the opening movement and in the closing movement of the cover 3. Thus, as soon as the user stops his opening or closing effort, the cover 3 remains in the position as is, and does not tend to fall back towards its closed position or its open position.
[0090] Thus, the user can choose the inclination he wishes for the cover 3, and the latter is in position thanks to the constraint existing between the tab 11 and the rounded profile of the rib 47.
[0091] When the user fully opens the cover 3, that is to say when he pivots it 180°, as illustrated in [Fig. 17], then the tab 11 is in the third zone 32 of the rib 47, in this case in the clearance. In this position, there is no force exerted between the tab 11 and the rib 47. There is no longer any constraint.
[0092] According to the configuration presented, the hinge element 28 of the cover 3 has two ribs 47 along which two contact surfaces provided on the same tab 11 of the base 2 rub.
[0093] These means for braking the cover 3 when opening and closing are very practical so that the user can tilt the cover as desired, without it falling back, especially since the first pivot connection is made between two plastic parts and therefore induces a more fluid and easier pivoting than between a plastic part and a metal part (for example a metal pin), due to the differences in friction coefficients.
[0094] A similar principle is used for braking platform 4 during its handling.
[0095] Indeed, the receptacle 1 comprises means for braking the platform 4 when opening and closing, located in the rear part of the receptacle 1.
[0096] These braking means of the platform 4 are independent of the braking means of the cover 3. In fact, they do not have common elements, and they are not implemented simultaneously.
[0097] These braking means of the platform 4 consist of a second cam system inducing a constraint between two elements during the opening and closing of the platform 4, and removing the constraint in the open position and in the closed position of the platform 4.
[0098] The first element of the second cam system belongs to the base 2 and the second element belongs to the platform 4, the two elements being in interference during the opening and closing of the platform 4, the two elements no longer being in interference in the open position and in the closed position of the platform 4.
[0099] The first element of the second cam system consists of at least one lug 12 extending from the base 2, as is clearly illustrated in [Fig.7]. This lug 12 has a particular profile, in particular a first zone with a hollow 16, followed by a second rounded zone 35, followed by a third zone 36 corresponding to a flat clearance.
[0100] The second element of the second cam system consists of at least one wedging protrusion 27 extending from the platform 4 towards the base 2.
[0101] More precisely, as is clearly visible in Figures 9 and 11, the platform 4 comprises, in the rear part, an external rim 48 from which said wedging protuberance 27 projects.
[0102] The wedging protrusion 27 is able to slide on the profile of the ear 12.
[0103] As can be seen in [Fig.18], when platform 4 is closed, the pro The wedging tube 27 rests freely on the first zone, and more precisely in the hollow 16 provided for this purpose. In this position, the platform 4 is perfectly wedged relative to the base 2. There is therefore no risk of it being slightly offset forwards or backwards, it is perfectly centered on the base 2. The hollow 16 and the wedging protuberance 27 have corresponding shapes so that there is no play and the wedging is optimal. In this position, there is no force exerted between the wedging protuberance 27 and the hollow 16. There is no constraint.
[0104] When the user begins to lift the platform 4, the wedging protrusion 27 begins to slide along the second rounded zone 35 of the ear 12, as illustrated in [Fig. 19]. This sliding occurs with sufficient friction to create a constraint between the base 2 and the platform 4, so that the opening of the platform 4 occurs with a certain restraint, that is to say a braking in the opening movement and in the closing movement of the platform 4. Thus, as soon as the user stops his opening or closing effort, the platform 4 remains in the position as is, and does not tend to fall back towards its closed position or its open position.
[0105] Thus, the user can choose the inclination he wishes for the platform 4, and the latter is in position thanks to the constraint existing between the wedging protuberance 27 and the rounded profile 35 of the ear 12.
[0106] When the user fully opens the platform 4, that is to say when he pivots it 90°, as illustrated in [Fig.20], then the wedging protrusion 27 is in the third zone 36 of the lug 12, in this case in the clearance. In this position, there is no force exerted between the wedging protrusion 27 and the lug 12. There is no longer any constraint. It can be clearly seen that there is an offset between the rim 48 of the platform 4, and the third zone 36 of the lug 12, this offset corresponding at least to the thickness of the wedging protrusion 27. Thus, there is no longer any support of the wedging protrusion 27 against the lug 12.
[0107] According to the configuration presented, the base 2 has two parallel ears 12 arranged on either side of the leg 11 in the rear part, and the platform 4 has two wedging protuberances 27 which cooperate with these two ears 12.
[0108] These means for braking the platform when opening and closing are very practical so that the user can tilt the platform as desired, without it falling back, especially since the second pivot connection is made between two plastic parts and therefore induces a more fluid and easier pivoting than between a plastic part and a metal part (for example a metal pin), due to the differences in friction coefficients.
[0109] The present invention is particularly focused on a receptacle 1 which can be fully recyclable. For this, it is necessary that all the parts which make up the receptacle 1 (except bucket 34) are designed in the same material, so that the consumer can throw the receptacle 1 in a single bin, and that he is not obliged to dismantle the parts to sort them and put them in different recycling bins.
[0110] For recyclability purposes, it is understood that the bucket 34 is removable, and that it must be removed before disposing of the receptacle 1.
[0111] Thus, the base 2, the cover 3 and the platform 4 are all designed in the same plastic material.
[0112] The plastic material may be chosen from polypropylene (PP), recycled polypropylene (R-PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), recycled polyethylene terephthalate (R-PET), a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), polyethylene (PE), such as low density polyethylene (LDPE) and / or high density polyethylene (HDPE), a composite material, a post-consumer recycled material (PCR and / or a similar material).
[0113] Preferably, it is polypropylene and / or recycled or non-recycled polyethylene terephthalate.
[0114] Thus, advantageously, all the parts, namely the base, the platform and the cover are made of plastic material chosen from polypropylene and / or polyethylene terephthalate.
[0115] Furthermore, the use of plastic materials, in particular similar plastic materials for the entire receptacle, makes recycling easier. In particular, polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) are two plastic materials whose recycling cycle is well known.
[0116] The receptacle can be made by 3D printing.
[0117] The base 2, the cover 3 and the platform 4 can be obtained by molding, by means of plastic injection.
[0118] Alternatively, the base, the cover and the platform can be produced using 3D printing. Such a printing process makes it possible, in particular, to produce these parts with particular patterns and shapes very freely.
[0119] In this case, since there are no longer any metal pins in the receptacle according to the invention, 3D printing is all the easier.
[0120] In the receptacle 1 according to the invention, there are no metal pins. The pivot connections are directly created in the base 2, the cover 3 and the platform 4, without adding any other additional part. This makes it easier to recycle the receptacle 1.
[0121] We will now describe the two pivot connections present on the receptacle 1 according to the invention.
[0122] These two pivot connections are of the hinge type.
[0123] The first pivot connection makes it possible to connect the cover 3 to the base 2.
[0124] The hinge element 28 of the cover 3 has two lateral sides, each lateral side having a central orifice 30.
[0125] The two ears 12 of the base 2 each have a lug 13, the two lugs 13 facing each other.
[0126] Thus, when the hinge element 28 of the cover 3 is inserted between the two ears 12 of the base 2 during the assembly of the cover 3 in the base 2, the lugs 13 of the base 2 penetrate inside the orifices 30 of the cover 3, causing the cover 3 to snap into the base 2. During this insertion, the two ears 12 deform slightly outwards to allow the hinge element 28 to wedge itself between the two lugs 13, until the lugs 13 penetrate into the orifices 30.
[0127] This snap-fastening is particularly visible in [Fig. 14].
[0128] Thus, there are no metal pins in this first hinge.
[0129] The second pivot connection makes it possible to connect the platform 4 to the base 2.
[0130] As illustrated in [Fig.7], the base 2 has two attachment walls 15 arranged on either side of the two ears 12, and at a distance from the two ears 12. Indeed, a small space is provided between these attachment walls 15 and the ears 12. These attachment walls 15 constitute a termination of the peripheral wall 37 of the base 2.
[0131] These attachment walls 15 are oriented perpendicularly to the peripheral wall 37. Each attachment wall 15 has a lug 14 directed towards the adjacent ear 12.
[0132] As illustrated in [Fig. 11], the platform 4 comprises two hinge elements 21, also resembling ears. Each hinge element 21 of the platform 4 is capable of being inserted into the free space located between a hanging wall 15 and the adjacent ear 12 of the base 2.
[0133] Each hinge element 21 has an orifice 22 on a lateral side opposite the corresponding attachment wall 15.
[0134] Thus, when the two hinge elements 21 of the platform 4 are inserted between the ears 12 and the attachment walls 15 of the base 2 during the assembly of the platform 4 in the base 2, the lugs 14 of the attachment wall 15 of the base 2 penetrate inside the orifices 22 of the hinge elements 21 of the platform 4, causing the platform 4 to snap into the base 2.
[0135] The platform 4 is mounted on the base 2 after the assembly of the cover 3.
[0136] Thus, when mounting the platform 4, the ears 12 can no longer deform inwards, because the hinge element 28 of the base 2 blocks. The insertion of the platform 4 into the base 2 must therefore be carried out by force.
[0137] There is independence between the first hinge and the second hinge.
[0138] Indeed, the first hinge is made up of the ears 12 of the base 2 and the hinge element 28 of the cover 3, while the second hinge is made up of the hinge elements 21 of the platform 4 and the attachment walls 15 of the base 2.
[0139] There is no connection between the attachment walls 15 and the ears 12 of the base 2. Moreover, the facing walls between the ear 12 and the hinge element 21 are flat, and are not connected.
[0140] Thus, the pivoting of the cover 3 does not induce any constraint on the pivoting of the platform 4, and vice versa. This makes it possible to obtain two pivot connections with optimal quality, while doing without a metal pin.
[0141] Mounting the platform 4 in the base 2 makes it possible to lock the two pivot connections of the receptacle 1, because they then prevent any deformation of the ears 12 since the space between the ears 12 and the attachment walls 15 is now occupied by the hinge elements 21 of the platform 4.
[0142] Dismantling the cover 3 from the platform 4 is therefore no longer possible without risk of breaking the components. This locking is important insofar as there is no longer a metal pin to perform this function.
[0143] The receptacle 1 according to the invention comprises a system for positioning the bucket 34 to limit any relative movement of the bucket 34 with respect to the base 2. These means make it possible to compensate for any dimensional variations of the bucket, and to ensure optimal positioning of the bucket within the base, so that the tightening is then carried out uniformly around the entire circumference of the bucket, and in order to ensure the integrity of the bucket and the product contained therein.
[0144] This positioning system is carried by the base 2 and the platform 4, and cooperates with a hooking system provided between the platform 4 and the base 2 in the front part of the receptacle 1.
[0145] This cooperation prevents the platform from being shifted and poorly locked onto the base. This ensures reliable closing of the platform, and prevents any untimely opening during handling and transport of the receptacle. It also prevents excessive pressure when closing the platform. The different systems are linked, and work in synergy to achieve the objective.
[0146] Said positioning system consists of:
[0147] • a plurality of pins 6 projecting from the bottom 5 of the base 2 and on which the bucket 34 rests. These pins 6 are rigid and not flexible. These pins 6 ensure the positioning and the height adjustment of the bucket 34 in the base 2. • an inclined surface 25 of the platform 4 coming to bear against an upper edge of the bucket 34 to center it. This inclined surface 25 flares radially outwards. This is particularly visible on the views in section of figures 21 and 22. It can be clearly seen that the bearing surface has an inclined lower face 38 (due to the truncated cone shape) which comes into contact with the upper edge of the bucket 34. This inclined lower face 38 forms a ramp along which contact can be established with the bucket 34, depending on the dimensions of the bucket 34. Since this ramp extends around the entire circumference of the bucket 34, it directly causes the centering of the bucket 34 inside the housing of the base 2. This bearing surface can be truncated cone-shaped, or spherical, or resemble a chamfer.
[0148] The cup 34 is thus wedged between the rigid pins 6 and this inclined bearing surface 25, in a centered manner, thus limiting any rotation of the cup 34 within the base 2 during the handling of the receptacle 1 and during the removal of the cosmetic product. In particular, the rigid pins 6 act as means for blocking the rotation of the cup 34.
[0149] In addition, these pins 6 make it possible to make the locking of the cup 34 functional even if cosmetic powder were to come under the cup 34, which would not be the case if the cup rested directly on the bottom of the receptacle, because it could slide on the powder.
[0150] In order to compensate for the dimensional variations of the bucket 34, once the latter is centered, it is necessary to provide flexibility between the base 2 and the platform 4. Thus, a flexible geometry is provided to absorb the dimensional variations of the bucket 34.
[0151] This flexible geometry is made possible by a hooking system consisting of a snap-on cooperation between flexible tabs 24 provided on the platform 4 and windows 9 provided on the base 2.
[0152] In this case, as illustrated in [Fig.21], the internal skirt 8 of the base 2, which is sized to surround and laterally contain the bucket 34, has windows 9 into which flexible tabs 24 provided for this purpose on the platform 4 are inserted.
[0153] Once the legs 24 are inserted into the windows 9, the platform 4 remains flexible relative to the base 2. In fact, the legs 24 have an inclined wall 49 along which contact can be made with the upper edge 50 of a frame 19 of the window 9, as illustrated in [Fig.23], where the cut is made at the level of a window 9 / leg 24 assembly. Thus the platform 4 can descend more or less inside the base 2, and this depending on the height of the bucket 34 to be clamped and centered.
[0154] This flexibility makes it possible to avoid tightening the cup 34 too tightly, and therefore makes it possible to avoid cracking the powder it contains.
[0155] To ensure optimal tightening of the bucket 34, in particular in the event of variation in height along the peripheral wall of the bucket 34, tightening lugs are provided. 23 projecting from the inclined reach 25 towards the bucket 34.
[0156] Such a lug 23 is visible in [Fig.23] for example. These lugs 23 are of very small dimensions and make it possible to compensate for small dimensional variations in order to ensure optimal tightening. The tightening lugs 23 come to bear against the upper edge of the bucket 34, and the platform 4 can deform slightly. As can be seen in [Fig.9], there are two tightening lugs 23 arranged on either side of the front part of the receptacle 1, and one tightening lug 23 arranged in the rear part of the receptacle 1.
[0157] The positioning system and the attachment system also cooperate optimally thanks to the wedging of the platform 4 in the closed position in the base 2, via the wedging protuberance 27 which is housed in the hollow 16, as explained previously.
[0158] A closing system is provided between the cover 3 and the base 2 in the front part of the receptacle 1.
[0159] This closing system consists of hooks. For example, at least one protrusion 18 provided at the front of the base 2 is capable of snapping into at least one groove 39 provided for this purpose at the front of the cover 3. The opposite could be envisaged, namely a protrusion in the cover, and a groove in the base.
[0160] [Fig.23] shows this snap-fastening between the protrusion 18 and the groove 39.
[0161] It can be seen that the protuberance 18 has an inclined wall in sliding contact with another inclined wall of the groove 39 after snap-fastening. This sliding contact allows for play, or flexibility, to be maintained in the closing of the cover 3.
[0162] The insertion of the cover 3 into the base 2 is independent of the clamping of the bucket 34 by the platform 4.
[0163] In the configuration presented, there are two protrusions 18 provided at the front of the base 2, as illustrated in [Fig. 8], and capable of snapping into two grooves 39 provided for this purpose in a closing element 29 at the front of the cover 3, as illustrated in [Fig. 12].
[0164] The receptacle 1 has a window 9 / flexible tab 24 assembly opposite each protrusion 18 / groove 39 assembly.
[0165] In order to be able to correctly lift the cover 3, the base 2 has, in the front part, a recess 20 in which the closing element 29 of the cover 3 is housed, while leaving the lower part of the recess 20 free. The user can insert his finger into the lower part of the recess 20 to be able to easily lift the cover 3 by pulling on the closing element 29.
[0166] In order to be able to correctly lift the platform 4, the base 2 has, in the front part, a front tab 10 rounded towards the bottom 5 of the receptacle 1, above which is positioned another tab 26 rounded towards the top of the receptacle 1, provided in part front of the platform 4. These two tabs 10, 26 make it possible to create a space inside which the user can insert his finger to be able to easily lift the platform 4 by pulling on the tab 26 of the platform 4.
[0167] In the configuration shown here, in [Fig.8], we see that the front tab 10 of the base 2 is located between the two protrusions 18 of the attachment system.
[0168] In the receptacle 1 shown in Figures 1 to 23, the cover 3 consists simply of an upper disc with a peripheral wall.
[0169] It is also possible to use a variant of cover 3 as illustrated in Figures 24 to 27.
[0170] In this variant of cover 3, the cover 3 is thicker since it incorporates a mirror 41.
[0171] The cover 3 comprises a peripheral body 40 as well as a removable upper plate 42 locked to the peripheral body 40 by a bayonet-type system. The mirror 41 is interposed between an internal rim 46 of the peripheral body 40 and the plate 42.
[0172] Even more precisely, the mirror 41 is held between the internal rim 46 of the peripheral body 40 and internal flexible tabs 45 provided on the plate 42.
[0173] These internal flexible tabs 45 are illustrated in particular in [Fig.27], and there are three of them, distributed equally around the perimeter of the plate 42.
[0174] For the bayonet type system, the peripheral body 40 comprises several strips 44 capable of penetrating inside grooves 43 provided for this purpose in the periphery of the plate 42. Preferably, there are three strip 44 / groove 43 assemblies.
[0175] To ensure locking between the plate 42 and the peripheral body 40, a conventional hard point system is put in place, so that the strip 44 is locked in position in the groove 43 once the hard point has passed, following a rotational movement of the plate 42 relative to the body 40.
[0176] Other systems for locking the plate 42 on the peripheral body 40 can be envisaged within the framework of the present invention.
[0177] The configurations shown in the cited figures are only possible examples, in no way limiting, of the invention which on the contrary encompasses the variants of shapes and designs within the reach of those skilled in the art.
