Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: MOTORIZED ASSEMBLY FOR A BLACKOUT ASSEMBLY Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to a motorized assembly for a blackout system such as a roller shutter, where the motorized assembly has a motor and a reduction system where the motor shaft of the motor is mounted in a ball bearing locked by an element of said reduction system.
[0002] The invention also relates to a concealing system comprising such a motorized assembly. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART
[0003] A prior art blackout system, for example a roller shutter or an awning, conventionally comprises a tubular motor, a winding tube driven in rotation by the tubular motor and an apron or canvas which wraps around the winding tube.
[0004] The tubular motor comprises, among other things, a motor with a motor shaft, a reduction system with an input which is the motor shaft and an output shaft, and a motor tube in which the motor and the reduction system are housed. The motor tube is itself housed in the winding tube which is rotated by the output shaft.
[0005] The reduction system is conventionally made up of reduction stages produced by gears which are housed in a barrel closed by two bases.
[0006] The motor shaft is mounted in a ball bearing which is itself locked in a housing of a support part which is fixed in the motor tube. The support part is generally a part molded in plastic materials and therefore, a clearance is provided on the walls of the housing to ensure the demolding of the support part. Because of this clearance, the outer ring of the ball bearing is not locked over its entire height and in the event of vibrations, it may happen that the ball bearing moves, which can cause vibrations. Statement of the invention
[0007] An object of the present invention is thus to propose a motorized assembly for a blackout system such as a roller shutter, where the motorized assembly has a motor and a reduction system where the motor shaft of the motor is mounted in a ball bearing which is blocked by an element of said reduction system.
[0008] For this purpose, a motorized assembly is proposed comprising:
[0009] - a coaxial motor tube with a longitudinal axis,
[0010] - a motor fixed in the motor tube and having a motor shaft coaxial with the axis longitudinal,
[0011] - a reduction system housed in the motor tube and having a cooperating coupler with the motor shaft, where the reduction system comprises a barrel and a base fixed to one end of the barrel around the coupler,
[0012] - a support part fixed in the motor tube and having a housing with a side wall and a bottom wall where the side wall externally delimits the housing by extending around the latter and takes the form of a cylinder, where the bottom wall takes the form of a crown which extends inside the side wall, and
[0013] - a ball bearing with an outer ring, an inner ring and balls between the rings, where the motor shaft is fitted into the inner ring, where the ball bearing is housed in the housing so that the outer ring is supported against the bottom wall and surrounded by the side wall,
[0014] where the base has a rim which bears against the outer ring on the side opposite the bottom wall.
[0015] The presence of the rim allows the outer ring to be held in place.
[0016] According to a particular embodiment, the rim takes the form of a cylinder, one end face of which bears against the outer ring.
[0017] According to a particular embodiment, the rim takes the form of teeth distributed angularly around the longitudinal axis and which bear against the outer ring.
[0018] The invention also proposes a concealing system comprising an apron, a winding tube around which the apron is wound, and a motorized assembly according to one of the preceding variants and housed in the winding tube, and where the reduction system comprises an output shaft which drives the winding tube in rotation. Brief description of the drawings
[0019] The above-mentioned features of the invention, as well as others, will appear more clearly on reading the following description of an exemplary embodiment, said description being made in relation to the attached drawings, among which:
[0020] [Fig-1] is a perspective view of a concealing system comprising a reducing system according to the invention, and
[0021] [Fig.2] is a sectional view through an axial plane of the motorized assembly according to the invention.
[0022] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0023] [Fig. 1] shows a blackout system 100 which here takes the form of a roller shutter.
[0024] The occulting system 100 comprises an apron 102, a winding tube 104 around which the apron 102 wraps, and a tubular motor 150 housed in the tube winding 104 and which comprises a motor tube 152, a motor 154 and a reduction system 156.
[0025] The motor 154 and the reduction system 156 are housed fixedly in the motor tube 152 which is fixedly mounted for example on the structure of a building.
[0026] The motor 154 has a motor shaft 158 which rotates when the motor 154 is in operation.
[0027] The reduction system 156 comprises an output shaft 160 which constitutes a power take-off intended to drive the winding tube 104 in rotation. The reduction system 156 comprises a coupler which cooperates with the motor shaft 158 and which is driven in rotation by the latter.
[0028] The motor shaft 158 and the output shaft 160 are coaxial with a longitudinal axis X around which the various elements rotate. The motor tube 152 is also coaxial with the longitudinal axis X.
[0029] In the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig.l], the output shaft 160 here has a rectangular shape and the winding tube 104 comprises a rectangular hole 162 which receives the output shaft 160. Thus, the rotation of the output shaft 160 causes the rotation of the winding tube 104 in one direction or the other to raise or lower the apron 102. Of course the output shaft 160 and the hole 162 can take other shapes.
[0030] In the case of a shutter, the apron 102 conventionally takes the form of slats.
[0031] The occulting system 100 could take another form such as for example a awning and the apron would then be made of a canvas.
[0032] [Fig.2] shows a motorized assembly 200 according to the invention which is housed in the winding tube 104.
[0033] The motorized assembly 200 comprises the motor tube 152, the motor 154 and the reduction system 156.
[0034] The reduction system 156 comprises a body here taking a cylindrical shape around the longitudinal axis X and which here carries a coupler 204 which is at one end of the body to connect to the motor shaft 158 and the output shaft 160 which is at another end of the body. The body is fixed in the motor tube 152 for example by screws or pins. The coupler 204 and the output shaft 160 are mounted to be able to rotate relative to the body around the longitudinal axis X.
[0035] The body comprises a first base 206 around the coupler 204, a second base around the output shaft 160 and a barrel 210 fixed between the two bases 206. The different elements of the reduction system 156 are arranged inside the body. The first base 206 is thus fixed to one end of the barrel 210 and the second base is thus fixed to the other end of the barrel 210.
[0036] The coupler 204 is mounted to be movable in rotation around the longitudinal axis X at inside the first base 206 and it comprises an input pinion coaxial with the longitudinal axis X.
[0037] The reduction system 156 conventionally comprises reduction stages which are not described in more detail because they are not part of the invention. The input pinion meshes with the first reduction stage which in turn meshes with the next, and so on up to the output shaft 160. The reduction stages are housed in the barrel 210 between the two bases 206.
[0038] To support and guide the motor shaft 158, the motorized assembly 200 comprises a ball bearing 220 which conventionally comprises an outer ring 222, an inner ring 224 and balls 226 between the rings 222 and 224, where the rings 222 and 224 are coaxial with the longitudinal axis X. The motor shaft 158 is fitted into the inner ring 224.
[0039] The motorized assembly 200 also comprises a support part 228, in particular a part molded from plastic materials, which is fixed in the motor tube 152.
[0040] The support part 228 has a housing 230 with a side wall 232 and a bottom wall 234. The side wall 232 externally delimits the housing 230 by extending around the latter and it takes the form of a cylinder. The bottom wall 234 takes the form of a crown which extends inside the side wall 232. The side wall 232 and the bottom wall 234 are coaxial with the longitudinal axis X.
[0041] The ball bearing 220 is housed in the housing 230 so that the outer ring 222 bears against the bottom wall 234 in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis X and surrounded by the side wall 232.
[0042] The ball bearing 220 is placed between the motor 154 and the first base 206 and the bottom wall 234 is between the ball bearing 220 and the motor 154.
[0043] The first base 206 comprises a rim 240 which, when the reduction system 156 is fixed in the motor tube 152, comes to bear against the outer ring 222 on the side opposite the bottom wall 234. Thus, the rim 240 holds the outer ring 222, in particular with the aim of controlling mechanical adjustments and vibrations.
[0044] In the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig. 2], the rim 240 takes the form of a cylindrical member coaxial with the longitudinal axis X and one end face of which bears against the outer ring 222, but the rim 240 may take other forms, such as, for example, teeth distributed angularly around the longitudinal axis X and which bear by their ends against the outer ring 222.
[0045] The outer ring 222 is thus sandwiched between the bottom wall 234 and the rim 240, which ensures support even when there is a relief on the side wall 232.
