[0022] In particular, the inventors were able to observe that these compositions had a lower delta tangent than that of the compositions of the prior art. This characteristic is particularly advantageous for use in sports shoe soles since less energy is dissipated via the compositions, this allows the runner to run faster.
[0023] This is accomplished by using particular amounts of at least one polyamide block and polyether block copolymer (PEBA) and at least one crosslinked rubber powder from used tires. Description of the invention
[0024] The invention is now described in more detail and in a non-limiting manner in the following description.
[0025] Thus, according to a first aspect, the invention relates to a composition comprising, relative to the total weight of the composition:
[0026] • from 20 to 90%, preferably from 40 to 70%, by weight, of at least
[0027] less one copolymer with polyamide blocks and polyether blocks,
[0028] • from 10 to 80%, preferably from 30 to 60%, by weight, of at least one ca powder cross-linked out of used tires,
[0029] • from 0 to 5% of additives, preferably from 0.1 to 4%, in particular from 1 to 2%;
[0030] • from 0 to 40% of compatibilizing agents, preferably from 5 to 20%, in particular from 10 to 15%. Crosslinked rubber powder
[0031] The crosslinked rubber powder used in the compositions of the invention can be characterized by a particular specific surface area.
[0032] According to a preferred embodiment, the specific surface area of the rubber powder is between 0.03 m2 / g and 0.50 m2 / g.
[0033] This specific surface area is measured by the BET method as described in Shen et al. Constr. Build. Mater. 2009, 23 (1), 304-310.
[0034] It is advantageously between 0.05 m2 / g and 0.30 m2 / g, preferably between 0.08 m2 / g and 0.20 m2 / g, more preferably between 0.1 and 0.2 m2 / g.
[0035] The crosslinked rubber powder preferably has a particular particle size, in particular a specific diameter D50, D90 and / or D10 characterizing the size distribution of the crosslinked rubber particles.
[0036] The crosslinked rubber powder preferably has a median diameter D50 of between 2 and 500 pm, preferably between 50 and 300 pm, and more preferably between 60 and 200 pm.
[0037] The diameter D90 of the powder may in particular be between 10 and 800 pm, preferably between 80 and 500 pm, and more preferably between 100 and 300 pm.
[0038] The diameter D10 of the powder may in particular be from 1 to 300 pm, preferably from 5 to 200 pm, and more preferably from 10 to 100 pm.
[0039] The term “diameter” or “D” of the powder means the mass average diameter of a powdery material, as measured according to the “Ro-tap sieve tests” method using machines such as the RX-94 Duo or the RO-TAP Premium marketed by WS Tyler, equipped with sieves complying with the ISO 3310-1:2016 standard.
[0040] Different diameters are distinguished. More specifically, D50 designates the median diameter by mass, respectively the diameters below which 50% by mass of the particles are located. In addition, D10 and D90 designate respectively the diameters below which 10 or 90% by mass of the particles are located.
[0041] For the purposes of the present description, the term “crosslinked rubber” means a crosslinked natural rubber and / or a crosslinked synthetic rubber (elastomer).
[0042] The rubber used in the manufacture of the rubber powder can be virtually any type of sulfur-vulcanized rubber compound and can come from a wide variety of sources. Examples include bromobutyl rubber, butyl rubber, polyisoprene rubber, polynorbornene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR), ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM), nitrile rubber, carboxylated nitrile rubber, polychloroprene rubber (neoprene rubber), polysulfide rubbers, polyacrylic rubbers, silicone rubbers, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubbers, rubbers comprising polybutadiene, styrene butadiene rubbers, and the like, as well as various mixtures thereof.
[0043] The rubber of the crosslinked rubber powder may contain from 0 to 50% in weight, preferably from 5 to 40% by weight of a synthetic rubber or a mixture of synthetic rubbers.
[0044] The rubber of the crosslinked rubber powder may contain from 10 to 80% by weight, preferably from 15 to 70% by weight of natural rubber.
[0045] The natural rubber may in particular be chosen from cis-1,4-polyisoprene or trans-1,4-polyisoprene.
[0046] The rubber of the rubber powder may contain a styrene and butadiene rubber, preferably in a content greater than 5% by weight, more preferably greater than 10% by weight.
[0047] The crosslinked rubber powder comes from used tires, in particular at the end of their life and / or having traveled at least 20 km, in particular which it is desired to recycle. The used tire rubber can thus comprise functions produced during thermo-oxidation reactions in a content higher than that observed in a rubber virgin of any use. These functions can be in particular phenyl-hydrazone, carbonyl such as ketones, hydroxyl or sulfenic acid, advantageously carbonyl and sulfenic acid functions.
[0048] Without wishing to be bound by a particular theory, these polar functions could make it possible to improve the interactions between the thermoplastic PEBA-based matrix and the crosslinked rubber powder particles and thus the physical properties of the composite material.
[0049] An example of a source of rubber powder from used tires is the rubber compound recovered from the polishing of vehicle tire treads in regrooving procedures. However, the rubber can be obtained from a wide variety of sources, including whole tires, tire sidewalls, tire inner liners, or tire casings.
[0050] Accordingly, the rubber powder used in accordance with the present disclosure is typically a powder of a mixture of natural rubber, synthetic polyisoprene rubber, polybutadiene rubber, and styrene-butadiene rubber. However, the rubber powder used in accordance with the invention may be a mixture of two or more of these rubbers or it may be composed of a single type of rubber. For example, the rubber powder may consist solely of natural rubber, synthetic polyisoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, a mixture of natural rubber and polybutadiene rubber, or a mixture of natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber.
[0051] The rubber powder can be prepared according to different methods. For example, the rubber powder can be obtained by a process of grinding a tire, advantageously at the end of its life, having in particular traveled more than 20 km. Different Grinding processes exist such as, for example, mechanical grinding at room temperature, cryogenic grinding, grinding using water jets (known as "waterjet" in English), powder micronization. Preferably, the rubber powder is obtained by grinding a tire with a water jet, a technique also called water jet cutting.
[0052] The crosslinked rubber powder may contain from 1 to 70%, preferably from 5 to 50%, more preferably from 10 to 40% of carbon black and / or silica.
[0053] In one embodiment, the rubber powder may comprise carbon black and silica. Advantageously, the silica content is 2 times, very advantageously 5 times higher than the carbon black content, the content representing the content by weight relative to the total weight of the composition.
[0054] Furthermore, the crosslinked rubber powder may comprise less than 10%, advantageously less than 5%, very advantageously less than 1% of fibrous material.
[0055] Preferably, the composition does not comprise fiberglass.
[0056] In addition, the rubber powder may contain from 0.05 to 5% by weight, preferably from 0.1% to 2.5% by weight of zinc oxide.
[0057] Copolymer with polyamide blocks and polyether blocks (PEBA}
[0058] PEBAs result from the polycondensation of polyamide blocks (rigid or hard blocks) with reactive ends with polyether blocks (flexible or soft blocks) with reactive ends, such as, among others, the polycondensation:
[0059] 1) of polyamide blocks with diamine chain ends with polyoxyalkylene blocks with dicarboxylic chain ends;
[0060] 2) of polyamide blocks with dicarboxylic chain ends with polyetherdiols (aliphatic a,co-dihydroxylated polyoxyalkylene blocks), the products obtained being, in this particular case, polyetheresteramides.
[0061] The polyamide blocks with dicarboxylic chain ends originate, for example, from the condensation of polyamide precursors in the presence of a chain-limiting dicarboxylic acid. The polyamide blocks with diamine chain ends originate, for example, from the condensation of polyamide precursors in the presence of a chain-limiting diamine.
[0062] Three types of polyamide blocks can be advantageously used.
[0063] According to a first type, the polyamide blocks come from the condensation of a dicarboxylic acid, in particular those having from 4 to 36 carbon atoms, preferably those having from 4 to 20 carbon atoms, more preferably from 6 to 18 carbon atoms, and an aliphatic or aromatic diamine, in particular those having from 2 to 20 carbon atoms, preferably those having from 6 to 14 carbon atoms.
[0064] Examples of dicarboxylic acids that may be mentioned include: 1,4-cyclohexyldicarboxylic, butanedioic, adipic, azelaic, suberic, sebacic, dodecanedicarboxylic, octadecanedicarboxylic and terephthalic and isophthalic acids, but also dimerized fatty acids.
[0065] Examples of diamines include tetramethylenediamine,
[0066] hexamethylenediamine, 1,10-decamethylenediamine, dodecamethylenediamine, trimethylhexamethylenediamine, isomers of bis-(4-aminocyclohexyl)methane (BACM), bis-(3-methyl-4-aminocyclohexyl)methane (BMACM), and 2-2-bis-(3-methyl-4-aminocyclohexyl)propane (BMACP), paraamino-di-cyclohexyl-methane (PACM), isophoronediamine (IPDA), 2,6-bis-(aminomethyl)-norbornane (BAMN) and piperazine (Pip).
[0067] Advantageously, polyamide blocks PA 4.12, PA 4.14, PA 4.18, PA 6.10, PA 6.12, PA 6.14, PA 6.18, PA 9.12, PA 10.10, PA 10.12, PA 10.14 and PA 10.18 are used. In the notation PA XY, X represents the number of carbon atoms from the diamine residues, and Y represents the number of carbon atoms from the diacid residues, conventionally.
[0068] According to a second type, the polyamide blocks result from the condensation of one or more α,α-aminocarboxylic acids and / or one or more lactams having from 6 to 12 carbon atoms in the presence of a dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 18 carbon atoms or a diamine. Examples of lactams include ca-prolactam, oenantholactam and lauryllactam. Examples of α,α-aminocarboxylic acids include aminocaproic, amino-7-heptanoic, amino-10-decanoic, amino-11-undecanoic and amino-12-dodecanoic acids.
[0069] Advantageously, the polyamide blocks of the second type are blocks of PA 10 (polydecanamide), PA 11 (polyundecanamide), PA 12 (polydodecanamide) or PA 6 (polycaprolactam). In the notation PA X, X represents the number of carbon atoms derived from the amino acid residues.
[0070] According to a third type, the polyamide blocks result from the condensation of at least one α,α-aminocarboxylic acid (or a lactam), at least one diamine and at least one dicarboxylic acid.
[0071] In this case, the polyamide PA blocks are prepared by polycondensation:
[0072] - linear or aromatic aliphatic diamine(s) having X atoms decarbone;
[0073] - one or more dicarboxylic acids having Y carbon atoms; and
[0074] - of the comonomer(s) {Z}, chosen from lactams and acids
[0075] a,co-aminocarboxylic acids having Z carbon atoms and equimolar mixtures of at least one diamine having XI carbon atoms and at least one dicarboxylic acid having Y1 carbon atoms, (XI, Yl) being different from (X, Y),
[0076] - said comonomer(s) {Z} being introduced in a weight proportion advantageously up to 50%, preferably up to 20%, even more advantageously up to 10% relative to all the polyamide precursor monomers;
[0077] - in the presence of a chain limiter chosen from dicarboxylic acids.
[0078] Advantageously, the dicarboxylic acid having
[0079] Y carbon atoms is used as chain limiter, which is introduced in excess relative to the stoichiometry of the diamine(s).
[0080] According to a variant of this third type, the polyamide blocks result from the condensation of at least two α,β-aminocarboxylic acids or at least two lactams having from 6 to 12 carbon atoms or a lactam and an aminocarboxylic acid not having the same number of carbon atoms in the possible presence of a chain limiter.
[0081] Examples of aliphatic α,α-aminocarboxylic acids include aminocaproic, 7-aminoheptanoic, 10-aminodecanoic, 11-aminoundecanoic, and 12-aminododecanoic acids. Examples of lactams include caprolactam, oenantholactam, and lauryllactam. Examples of aliphatic diamines include hexamethylenediamine, dodecamethylenediamine, and trimethylhexamethylenediamine.
[0082] Examples of cycloaliphatic diacids include 1,4-cyclohexyldicarboxylic acid. Examples of aliphatic diacids include butanedioic, adipic, azelaic, suberic, sebacic, dodecanedicarboxylic acids, and dimerized fatty acids. These dimerized fatty acids preferably have a dimer content of at least 98%; they are preferably hydrogenated; for example, these are the products marketed under the brand name "PRIPOL" by the company "CRODA", or under the brand name EMPOL by the company BASF, or under the brand name Radiacid by the company OLEON, and polyoxyalkylene α,γ-diacids. Examples of aromatic diacids include terephthalic (T) and isophthalic (I) acids.
[0083] Examples of cycloaliphatic diamines include isomers of bis-(4-aminocyclohexyl)-methane (BACM), bis-(3-methyl-4-aminocyclohexyl)methane (BMACM) and 2-2-bis-(3-methyl-4-aminocyclohexyl)-propane (BMACP), and paraamino-di-cyclohexyl-methane (PACM). Other commonly used diamines include isophoronediamine (IPDA), 2,6-bis-(aminomethyl)-norbornane (BAMN) and piperazine.

PEBA copolymers can include several types of polyethers in their chain, the copolyethers being able to be block or random.
[0091] It is also possible to use blocks obtained by oxyethylation of bisphenols, such as for example bisphenol A. These latter products are described in particular in document EP 613919.
[0092] The polyether blocks can also be made up of ethoxylated primary amines. As examples of ethoxylated primary amines, mention may be made of the products of formula:
[0093] [Chem.l] H............(OCH?CH? ™™” N ™™( CH 2 C HjO X?—H (CB1 CH;
[0094] in which m and n are integers between 1 and 20 and x an integer between 8 and 18. These products are for example commercially available under the brand NORAMOX® from the company CECA and under the brand GENAMIN® from the company CLARIANT.
[0095] The polyetherdiol blocks are copolycondensed with polyamide blocks with carboxylic ends. The general method for the two-step preparation of PEBA copolymers having ester bonds between the PA blocks and the PE blocks is known and is described, for example, in document FR 2846332. The general method for the preparation of PEBA copolymers having amide bonds between the PA blocks and the PE blocks is known and described, for example, in document EP 1482011. The polyether blocks can also be mixed with polyamide precursors and a diacid chain limiter to prepare polymers with polyamide blocks and polyether blocks having statistically distributed units (one-step process).
[0096] PEBA may comprise amine chain ends, provided that it comprises OH chain ends. PEBAs comprising amine chain ends may result from the polycondensation of polyamide blocks having dicarboxylic chain ends with polyoxyalkylene blocks having diamine chain ends, obtained for example by cyanoethylation and hydrogenation of aliphatic α,α-dihydroxylated polyoxyalkylene blocks called polyetherdiols.
[0097] Of course, the designation PEBA in the present description of the invention relates to PEBAX® marketed by Arkema, to Vestamid® marketed by Evonik®, to Grilamid® marketed by EMS, as well as to Pelestat® type PEBA marketed by Sanyo or to any other PEBA from other suppliers.

[0099] For example, the copolymer may be a segmented block copolymer comprising three different types of blocks (or "triblock"), which results from the condensation of several of the blocks described above. Said triblock may for example be a copolymer comprising a polyamide block, a polyester block and a polyether block or a copolymer comprising a polyamide block and two different polyether blocks, for example a PEG block and a PTMG block. [0105] In this formula, nmonomer represents the number of moles of monomer, nichain limiter represents the number of moles of excess diacid limiter, MWrepeat unit represents the molar mass of the repeat unit, and MWchain limiter represents the molar mass of the excess diacid.
[0106] The number-average molar mass of the polyamide blocks and the polyether blocks can be measured before copolymerization of the blocks by chromatography by gel permeation pore (GPC).

The additives
[0111] According to one embodiment, the composition further comprises from 0 to 5% by weight, preferably from 0.1 to 2% by weight of additives relative to the total weight of the composition.
[0112] The additive may be chosen in particular from a catalyst, an antioxidant, a thermal stabilizer, a UV stabilizer, a light stabilizer, a lubricant, a flame retardant, a nucleating agent, a chain extender and a colorant. Compatibilizing agents
[0113] According to one embodiment, the composition comprises from 0 to 5%, 5 to 10%, from 10 to 15%, from 15 to 20%, from 20 to 25%, from 25 to 30%, from 30 to 35% or from 25 to 40% by weight of compatibilizing agents relative to the total weight of the composition.
[0114] Indeed, depending on the nature of the PEBA and the rubber powder, the presence of a compatibilizing agent may be advantageous in order to obtain a good dispersion of the crosslinked rubber powder particles within the PEBA copolymer matrix.
[0115] By "compatibility agent" is meant an agent for promoting the compatibilization of the PEBA copolymer matrix and the crosslinked rubber particles. This may in particular be molecules, macromolecules, polymers or copolymers having a good affinity with both the PEBA copolymer matrix and the rubber powder, thus capable of promoting physical cohesion between the different constituents of the composition or of forming a chemical bond with the matrix and / or the powder.
[0116] Physical cohesion may result, for example, from a coating of the rubber particles, from an entanglement of the polymer and / or copolymer chains and / or from Van Der Vaals or hydrogen bonds between all or part of the constituents of the composition.
[0117] In one embodiment, the compatibilizing agent is bound, at least partially, by a covalent bond to the matrix and / or to the rubber powder. The groups binding the compatibilizing agent to the matrix and / or to the powder may be urea, urethane, amide, ester or alkoxysilane groups.

[0126] In embodiments, the copolyamide comprises fatty acid dimer having a carbon number from 18 to 48, preferably from 36 to 48.
[0127] [Shock Modifier]
[0128] According to embodiments, the compatibilizing agents can be chosen from impact modifiers, functionalized or not.
[0129] By the expression "impact modifier", we mean a polymer with a modulus lower than that of the resin, exhibiting good adhesion with the matrix, so as to dissipate the cracking energy.
[0130] The impact modifier is advantageously a polymer having a flexural modulus of less than 100 MPa (as measured according to ISO 178 standard) and a Tg of less than 0°C (as measured according to standard 11357-2 at the inflection point of the DSC thermogram), in particular a polyolefin.
[0131] The polyolefin of the impact modifier may be functionalized or non-functionalized, or be a mixture of at least one functionalized and / or at least one non-functionalized. For simplicity, the polyolefin has been designated by (B) and functionalized polyolefins (B1) and non-functionalized polyolefins have been described below. (B2).
[0132] A non-functionalized polyolefin (B2) is conventionally a homopolymer or copolymer of alpha olefins or diolefins, such as, for example, ethylene, propylene, butene-1, octene-1, butadiene. By way of example, mention may be made of:
[0133] - homopolymers and copolymers of polyethylene, in particular LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene), VLDPE (very low density polyethylene) and metallocene polyethylene;
[0134] - homopolymers or copolymers of propylene;
[0135] - ethylene / alpha-olefin copolymers such as ethylene / propylene, EPRs (short for ethylene-propylene-rubber) and ethylene / propylene / diene (EPDM);
[0136] - styrene / ethylene-butene / styrene (SEBS) block copolymers, styrene / butadiene / styrene (SBS), styrene / isoprene / styrene (SIS), styrene / ethylene-propylene / styrene (SEPS);
[0137] - copolymers of ethylene with at least one product chosen from salts or esters of unsaturated carboxylic acids such as alkyl (meth)acrylate (e.g. methyl acrylate), or vinyl esters of saturated carboxylic acids such as vinyl acetate (EVA), the proportion of comonomer being up to 40% by weight.
[0138] The functionalized polyolefin (B1) may be a polymer of alpha olefins having reactive units (the functionalities); such reactive units may in particular be acid, anhydride, or epoxy functions. By way of example, mention may be made of the preceding polyolefins (B2) grafted or co- or terpolymerized by unsaturated epoxides such as glycidyl (meth)acrylate, or by carboxylic acids or the corresponding salts or esters such as (meth)acrylic acid (the latter being able to be neutralized totally or partially by metals such as Zn, etc.) or even by carboxylic acid anhydrides such as maleic anhydride.A functionalized polyolefin is for example a PE / EPR mixture, the weight ratio of which can vary widely, for example from 40 / 60 to 90 / 10, said mixture being co-grafted with an anhydride, in particular maleic anhydride, according to a grafting rate for example of 0.01 to 5% by weight, advantageously of 2.8 to 5% by weight.
[0139] The functionalized polyolefin (Bl) can be chosen from the following (co)polymers, grafted with maleic anhydride or glycidyl methacrylate, in which the grafting rate is for example from 0.01 to 5% by weight:
[0140] - PE, PP, copolymers of ethylene with propylene, butene, hexene, or octene containing for example from 35 to 80% by weight of ethylene;
[0141] - ethylene / alpha-olefin copolymers such as ethylene / propylene, EPR (short for ethylene-propylene-rubber) and ethylene / propylene / diene rubber (EPDM).
[0142] - styrene / ethylene-butene / styrene (SEBS) block copolymers, styrene / butadiene / styrene (SBS), styrene / isoprene / styrene (SIS), styrene / ethylene-propylene / styrene (SEPS).
[0143] - ethylene and vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers, containing up to 40% in vinyl acetate weight;
[0144] - ethylene and alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymers, containing up to 40% in weight of alkyl (meth)acrylate;
[0145] - ethylene and vinyl acetate (EVA) and alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymers, containing up to 40% by weight of comonomers.
[0146] The functionalized polyolefin (Bl) can also be chosen from ethylene / propylene copolymers with a majority of propylene grafted with maleic anhydride then condensed with mono-amine polyamide (or a polyamide oligomer) (products described in EP-A-20 0342066).
[0147] The functionalized polyolefin (Bl) may also be a co- or terpolymer of at least the following units: (1) ethylene, (2) alkyl (meth)acrylate or saturated carboxylic acid vinyl ester and (3) anhydride such as maleic anhydride or (meth)acrylic acid or epoxy such as glycidyl (meth)acrylate.
[0148] As examples of functionalized polyolefins of the latter type, the following copolymers may be mentioned, where ethylene preferably represents at least 60% by weight and where the ter monomer (the function) represents, for example, from 0.1 to 13% by weight of the copolymer:
[0149] - ethylene / alkyl (meth)acrylate / (meth)acrylic acid copolymers or maleic anhydride or glycidyl methacrylate;
[0150] - ethylene / vinyl acetate / maleic anhydride or methacrylate copolymers glycidyl;
[0151] - ethylene / vinyl acetate or alkyl (meth)acrylate / acid copolymers (meth)acrylic or maleic anhydride or glycidyl methacrylate.
[0152] In the preceding copolymers, the (meth)acrylic acid can be salified with Zn or Li.
[0153] The term "alkyl (meth)acrylate" in (B1) or (B2) denotes C1 to C8 alkyl methacrylates and acrylates, and may be selected from methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, n-butyl acrylate, isobutyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, cyclohexyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and ethyl methacrylate.
[0154] Furthermore, the aforementioned polyolefins (B 1) can also be crosslinked by any suitable process or agent (diepoxy, diacid, peroxide, etc.); the term functionalized polyolefin also includes mixtures of the aforementioned polyolefins with a difunctional reagent such as diacid, dianhydride, diepoxy, etc. capable of reacting with them or mixtures of at least two functionalized polyolefins capable of reacting between them.
[0155] The above-mentioned copolymers, (B1) and (B2), can be copolymerized in a random or block manner and have a linear or branched structure.
[0156] The molecular weight, MFI index, and density of these polyolefins can also vary to a large extent, which those skilled in the art will appreciate. MFI, short for Melt Flow Index, is the melt flow index. It is measured according to ASTM 1238 or ISO 1133:2011.
[0157] Advantageously, the non-functionalized polyolefins (B2) are chosen from homopolymers or copolymers of polypropylene and any homopolymer of ethylene or copolymer of ethylene and a comonomer of higher alpha olefin type such as butene, hexene, octene or 4-methyl 1-pentene. Examples that may be mentioned are PP, high density PE, medium density PE, linear low density PE, low density PE, very low density PE. These polyethylenes are known to those skilled in the art as being produced according to a “radical” process, according to a “Ziegler” type catalysis or, more recently, according to a so-called “metallocene” catalysis.
[0158] Advantageously, the functionalized polyolefins (B1) are chosen from any polymer comprising alpha olefinic units and units carrying polar reactive functions such as epoxy, carboxylic acid or carboxylic acid anhydride functions. Examples of such polymers include terpolymers of ethylene, alkyl acrylate and maleic anhydride or glycidyl methacrylate such as Lotader® from SK Global Chemical or polyolefins grafted with maleic anhydride such as Orevac® from SK Global Chemical as well as terpolymers of ethylene, alkyl acrylate and (meth)acrylic acid. Homopolymers or copolymers of polypropylene grafted with a carboxylic acid anhydride and then condensed with polyamides or monoamine oligomers of polyamide.
[0159] Advantageously, the impact modifier is a functionalized polyolefin (Bl) carrying maleic anhydride or epoxide functions.

[0221] According to yet another aspect, the invention relates to an article consisting of or comprising at least one element prepared from granules, filaments or powders capable of being obtained according to the claimed recycling process.
[0222] This article may be, for example, a sole for a shoe, particularly a sports shoe. Definitions
[0223] Throughout the description, the terms listed below have the following meanings.
[0224] The term polyamide (PA) designates throughout the description a homopolyamide or a copolyamide, that is to say the condensation products of monomers or polyamides, in particular lactams, alpha-omega aminocarboxylic acids and / or dicarboxylic acids and diamines.
[0225] The term "monomer" in the present description of the polyamides must be taken in the sense of "repeating unit". The case where a repeating unit of the polyamide is made up of the association of a dicarboxylic acid with a diamine is particular. It is considered that it is the association of a diamine and a dicarboxylic acid, that is to say the diamine.diacid pair (in equimolar quantity), which corresponds to the monomer. This is explained by the fact that individually, the dicarboxylic acid or the diamine is only a structural unit, which is not sufficient on its own to polymerize. In the case where the polyamides according to the invention comprise at least two different monomers, called "co-monomers", that is to say at least one monomer and at least one co-monomer (monomer different from the first monomer), they comprise a copolymer such as a copolyamide abbreviated COPA. Copolyamides therefore result from the polycondensation of several monomers forming polyamide units.
[0226] The nomenclature used to define polyamides is described in ISO 1874-1:1992 "Plastics - Polyamide (PA) materials for molding and extrusion - Part 1: Designation", particularly on page 3 (tables 1 and 2) and is well known to those skilled in the art. In the PAL notation, PA denotes polyamide and L denotes the number of carbon atoms of the alpha-omega aminocarboxylic acid or lactam. Thus, the polyamide is obtained by the polycondensation of alpha-omega aminocarboxylic acid or lactam containing L carbon atoms. In the PAMN notation, M denotes the number of carbon atoms of the diamine and N denotes the number of carbon atoms of the dicarboxylic acid.
[0227] As alpha omega aminocarboxylic acid, mention may be made of C6 to C18 alpha omega aminocarboxylic acids, and in particular aminocaproic acid, amino-7-heptanoic acid, amino-11-undecanoic acid and amino-12-dodecanoic acid.
[0228] As lactam, mention may be made of C6 to C18 lactams and in particular ca-prolactam, oenantholactam and lauryllactam.
[0229] As dicarboxylic acid, mention may be made of linear or branched aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic C6 to C18 dicarboxylic acids and in particular 1,4-cyclohexyldicarboxylic acid, butanedioic, adipic, azelaic, suberic, sebacic, dodecanedicarboxylic, octadecanedicarboxylic acids and terephthalic and isophthalic acids, but also dimerized fatty acids.
[0230] As diamines, mention may be made of linear or branched, cyclic, saturated or unsaturated aliphatic diamines, C2 to C18 and in particular tetramethylenediamine, hexamethylenediamine, 1,10-decamethylenediamine, dodecamethylenediamine, trimethylhexamethylenediamine, the isomers of bis-(4-aminocyclohexyl)-methane (BACM), bis-(3-methyl-4-aminocyclohexyl)methane (BMACM), and 2-2-bis-(3-methyl-4-aminocyclohexyl)-propane (BMACP), and para-amino-di-cyclohexyl-methane (PACM), and isophoronediamine (IPDA), 2,6-bis-(aminomethyl)-norbornane (BAMN) and piperazine (Pip).
[0231] The term "copolymer" means a polymer resulting from the copolymerization of at least two chemically different types of monomer, called comonomers. A copolymer is therefore formed from at least two different repeating units. It can also be formed from three or more repeating units. More specifically, the term "block copolymer" or "block copolymer" means copolymers in the aforementioned sense, in which at least two distinct monomer blocks are linked by a covalent bond. The length of the blocks can be variable. Preferably, the blocks are composed of 1 to 1000, preferably 1 to 100, and in particular 1 to 50 repeating units. The link between the two monomer blocks may sometimes require an intermediate non-repeating unit called a connecting block.
[0232] The term "thermoplastic elastomer" means a polymer comprising flexible segments and rigid segments, for example in the form of a block copolymer, in which the rigid segments disappear when the temperature increases. Alternatively, these may be mixtures combining the presence of a flexible elastomer phase, crosslinked or not, dispersed in a rigid thermoplastic continuous phase. blends may include blends of a thermoplastic polymer with an elastomer.
[0233] The term "melting temperature" means the temperature at which a partially crystalline polymer passes into the viscous liquid state, as measured during the first heating (Tfl) by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) according to standard NF EN ISO 11 357-3 using a heating rate of 20°C / min.
[0234] It is further specified that the physical quantities are, unless otherwise indicated, measured under normal temperature and pressure conditions, in particular at 23°C and in the dry state (“dry as molded” in English).
[0235] The term "thermoplastic polymer" means a polymer having the property of softening when heated sufficiently, and which, upon cooling, becomes hard again.
[0236] The physical quantities, making it possible in particular to characterize the mechanical properties of the compositions according to the invention, are as defined below:
[0237] - the tensile modulus is measured according to ISO 527-1A;
[0238] - the stress at 50% deformation is measured according to ISO 527-1A;
[0239] - the elongation at break is measured according to ISO 527-1A;
[0240] - the breaking stress is measured according to ISO 527-1A;
[0241] - Abrasion resistance is measured according to DIN 53516;
[0242] - The dynamic friction coefficient on the substrate is measured at a speed of 50mm / min and up to an elongation of 25mm according to the SATRA TM 144: 2011 procedure;
[0243] - Shore A or D hardness is measured after 3s according to ISO 7619-1;
[0244] - Recyclability is assessed by the fusible or non-fusible nature of the composition.
[0245] It is also specified that the expressions "between... and..." and "from... to..." used in this description shall be understood to include each of the terminals mentioned.
[0246] Unless otherwise stated, the percentages are expressed by weight relative to the total weight of the composition. Examples

[0260] - Nozzle temperature: 170°C.
[0261] - Mold temperature: 20°C.
