Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Ceramic body with rotary flush and WC toilet Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of sanitary equipment, in particular a ceramic body of the rotary flush type and WC toilets. Prior art
[0002] Direct flush toilets utilize flushing force to flush out dirt, which has the following characteristics: fast flushing speed, high flushing force, low water consumption, large diameter of downpipe, easy to flush out most dirt, etc. However, they are not effective in flushing out dirt floating on the surface of the dirt storage area, and sometimes they can only be flushed out by flushing several times. Patent CN201920431708.0 discloses a toilet flushing structure, which can be seen by combining the disclosed technical diagram, embodiment and accompanying figures: the flushing water enters the two side flushing channels, set in the front section of the main waterway, and enters the flushing holes via the side flushing channels. The flushing water ejected from the main flushing hole is flushed along the inner side of the dirt storage area for about a week, and the water ejected from the other flushing hole cooperates with the main flushing hole to flush along the annular ring-shaped flushing channel. The flushing water from the other flushing hole, which flows circularly along the circular guide table, forms a downward rotating flushing water flow, thereby flushing water from the soiled area. The cavity of the side flush channel causes the kinetic energy of the flushing water to be lost in the main flush channel, which in the production and manufacturing process can easily lead to unreasonable distribution of water between the main flush channel and the auxiliary flush channel, resulting in the main flush hole not being completely cleaned due to insufficient flushing force and incomplete flushing. There are difficulties and potential defects in the design and manufacturing process, so further improvements are needed. Presentation of the invention

[0019] In order to enable a person skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the latter will be described in more detail below, with reference to the figures and preferred embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without demonstrating inventive activity fall within the scope of protection of the invention.
[0020] In describing the invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "top", "bottom", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate an orientation or positional relationship based on those shown in the accompanying figures and are intended only to facilitate and simplify the description of the invention, and not to indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operate in a particular orientation, they should therefore not be interpreted as limiting the invention.
[0021] As shown in the figures, the invention comprises a dirt storage area 7, an annular flushing channel 6 circumferentially located in the upper part of the dirt storage area 7, a water separation cavity 10 connected to the annular flushing channel 6 and a main water channel 1 connected to the middle of the water separation cavity 10 by a water passage hole 2, where the dirt storage area 7 is located on the inner surface of the ceramic body, the main water channel 1 is formed at the rear of the ceramic body and the water separation cavity 10 is formed on the rear side of the ceramic body. The water separation cavity 10 is connected to a water divider near the main water channel 1, which divides the water separation cavity 10 into a main flushing water channel 4 and a secondary flushing water channel 8, the main flushing water channel 4 being connected to the water passage hole 2 and the secondary flushing water channel 8 being separated from the water passage hole 2 by a water divider. The main flushing channel 4 is provided with a main flushing hole 5 at its end and the secondary flushing channel 8 is provided with a secondary flushing hole 9 at the end, the main flushing hole 5 and said secondary flushing hole 9 being respectively formed toward the annular flushing channel 6.Advantageously, the water divider is arranged in the water separation cavity, so that the flushing water in the main water channel is guided and drained, and the reasonable water distribution of the main flushing water channel and the secondary flushing water channel is ensured; and the phenomenon that the main flushing hole is not completely flushed due to insufficient flushing force, incomplete flushing and the like is effectively avoided, and good application and popularization value is achieved.
[0022] Preferably, according to the above embodiment, the annular flush channel 6 is a sub-circular or sub-elliptical smooth waterway, the main flush hole 5 and the secondary flush hole 9 are each tangential to the annular flush channel 6 in the direction of water discharge, the main flush hole 5 and the secondary flush hole 9 are oriented such that the flush water flows clockwise or counterclockwise in the annular flush channel 6 in the same manner. Advantageously, the flushing water from the main flushing hole 5 and the secondary flushing hole 9 flows into the annular flushing channel 6 and creates a cyclonic flow in the dirt storage area 7 to improve the flushing effect.
