Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Housing comprising a door and provided with two locking devices
[0001] The invention relates to a housing comprising a box and a door, and provided with a system for locking the door in the closed position.
[0002] The invention makes it possible to manage accessibility to the interior volume of the box.
[0003] The invention applies in particular to a box of the electrical cabinet type, in particular in the environment of electric vehicle charging infrastructures. However, the invention is not limited to this application; it also relates to boxes used in any fluid, energy or communication network (gas, water, telecom) and, more generally, any type of box to which access is protected by a door.
[0004] A box may contain different devices, some of which can only be used by a first party (for example a manager of a fluid or energy distribution network, such as Enedis in the case of the electricity network), and others by a second party (for example an electrician or a network customer such as an owner of an electric vehicle).
[0005] Generally, the network manager protects access to its equipment, for example via a locked cover and / or seals. Therefore, it is not necessary to divide the box into two separate compartments, in which each compartment would be closed by a door provided with a dedicated lock. With such a box, when the door is open, everyone has access to the interior volume of the box. More specifically: - the network manager has access to the second party's equipment but is not interested in it and therefore does not cause harm to it; - and the second operator will see the network manager's equipment but will not be able to manipulate it since it is protected.
[0006] This allows the design and production costs of the housing to be limited.
[0007] However, one problem with this type of box is that each person involved must be able to open the door even in the absence of the other. However, network managers generally have a proprietary key that can open all the boxes in the network and is used by all their maintenance personnel. These network managers want to keep their proprietary key system and, of course, do not want second-party operators to be able to own or use one.
[0008] The present invention aims to remedy the drawbacks mentioned above.
[0009] To this end, the invention relates to a housing comprising: - a box comprising an opening and delimiting an interior volume; - a door that can occupy a closed position, in which the door closes the opening, or at least an open position, allowing access to the interior volume via the opening; - a locking system comprising: - a first locking device which comprises a first control interface actuable by a first actuating means to switch the first locking device from a locked state, in which it is capable of holding the door in the closed position, to an unlocked state, in which it allows the door to move from the closed position to the open position or to one of the open positions; - a second locking device which comprises a second control interface distinct from the first control interface and actuable by a second actuating means distinct from the first actuating means, to change the second locking device from a locked state, in which it is capable of holding the door in the closed position, to an unlocked state, in which it allows the door to move from the closed position to the open position or to one of the open positions.
[0010] In addition, the first control interface is not operable by the second actuating means and the second control interface is not operable by the first actuating means, and the housing is configured so that, when only one of the first and second locking devices is in the unlocked state, the door can move to the open position or one of the open positions.
[0011] Thus, in the housing according to the invention, the same door, making it possible to prohibit or authorize access to the same interior volume of the box, can be opened or closed independently by two different actuation means. Each actuation means actuates a control interface dedicated to it, that is to say that there are two distinct control interfaces. In addition, the actuation means are of different types; in particular, in the case of two locks actuated by two keys, a given key is not the master key of the other. In other words, the first actuation means and the second control interface are not compatible, that is to say the actuation of the second control interface by the first actuation means is not possible.Likewise, the second actuating means and the first control interface are not compatible, i.e. actuation of the first control interface by the second actuating means is not possible.
[0012] According to the invention, to enable the door to be opened, the two actuating means do not act by simultaneous cooperation, but one independently of the other, in an alternative manner. In other words, the action of only one of the two actuating means enables the door to be opened - or closed.
[0013] Thus, even when one of the two locking devices is in the locked state, if the other of the two locking devices is in the unlocked state, then the door can move to the open position. Moreover, when the first and second locking devices are in the locked state, the door is held in the closed position, and when the first and second locking devices are in the unlocked state, the door can move to the open position.
[0014] By "open position of the door" is meant that the opening of the box is at least partially clear, so as to allow a user access to the interior volume. In the open position, depending on the embodiments, the door may remain connected to the box or not. Furthermore, the invention provides that the door can occupy two (or more) open positions, that is to say that the door can be in two different configurations or positions relative to the box which both allow a user access to the interior volume of the box.
[0015] Concretely, a control interface can be a lock. Alternatively, it could be a device for reading a smart card or a badge, or a keyboard. The corresponding actuation means could therefore be respectively a key, a smart card or a badge, or the code that the user must type on the keyboard to obtain unlocking.
[0016] According to one embodiment, the first locking device, respectively the second locking device, comprises at least one first locking element, respectively one second locking element. In addition, the housing is configured such that the control interface, when actuated by the corresponding actuating means, causes or allows the locking element to change from an active state, in which the locking device is in the locked state, to an inactive state, in which the locking device is in the unlocked state.
[0017] In practice, a locking element may comprise a tab which may be in the locked position or in the unlocked position. Such a locking element may cooperate with a stop of the housing in the active state, and thus form a bolt. The stop may be part of various components of the housing, namely for example the casing, or the other of the locking elements.
[0018] Alternatively, a locking element may comprise an electromagnet, for example in the case of a magnetic control interface, this electromagnet being able to be in a locked state or an unlocked state.
[0019] Concretely, the active state of the locking element corresponds to the locked state of the locking device, and the inactive state of the locking element corresponds to the unlocked state of the locking device.
[0020] According to one embodiment, the control interface may cause the locking element to switch to the inactive state, such as when a key moves a bolt. Alternatively, the control interface may simply allow the locking element to switch to the inactive state, for example with a key that allows a hatch to be opened allowing access to a bolt that can then be moved manually.
[0021] According to a possible embodiment, the first and second locking elements are distinct. In addition, the actuation of a control interface by the corresponding actuation means makes it possible to switch the corresponding locking element from its active state to its inactive state, and to switch the door from the closed position to the open position, independently of the state of the other locking element (i.e. even if this other locking element is in the active state).
[0022] Alternatively, the first and second locking devices may comprise a single locking element. For example, the first and second locking elements may form a single piece.
[0023] For example, at least one of the locking elements is provided on the door and the locking elements cooperate when in their active state, so as to maintain the door in the closed position.
[0024] According to a possible embodiment, at least one locking element comprises a tab which can be moved between an active position in which it cooperates with a stop of the housing, the locking device then being in the locked state, and an inactive position in which it does not cooperate with said stop, the locking device then being in the unlocked state. In practice, the active position of the tab corresponds to the active state of the locking element, while the inactive position of the tab corresponds to the inactive state of the locking element.
[0025] The tab can be provided on the door and the stop on the box, or vice versa.
[0026] For example, the first locking element comprises a first tab and the second locking element comprises a second tab, at least one of the locking elements being provided on the door, and at least one of the tabs forming the stop.
[0027] According to one possible embodiment, at least one of the locking elements forms a hook. Preferably, the locking elements each form a hook, the hooks engaging with each other in the active state, the hooks being, for example, arranged orthogonally to each other. Alternatively, the locking elements may comprise one a hook, the other a rod. According to yet another alternative, the locking elements may each comprise a rod, the rods resting on each other in the locked state. By "hook" is included a tab having a hook-shaped portion.
[0028] The door may comprise at least one panel. For example, the door comprises a single panel, or at least two separate panels, or at least two panels linked together, for example via a hinge.
[0029] According to one embodiment, the door is a separate part from the box and, when in the closed position, the door is fitted onto the box, preferably with sealing.
[0030] The door may comprise at least one panel which is pivotally mounted relative to the box around at least one axis. This may be an axis substantially coincident with one of the edges of the panel or an axis arranged at the junction of two panels. It is also possible to provide at least two intersecting axes in a corner of the panel. An axis may be formed by a locking element when it is in the active state, for example in the form of two bars arranged on opposite edges and aligned, forming a hinge.
[0031] According to a possible embodiment, the door comprises at least one projection which, in the closed position of the door, cooperates with a wall of the box. In addition, when at least one locking device is in the unlocked state, the door can be moved, relative to the box, to an intermediate position in which the projection no longer cooperates with said wall, so that the door can be moved from said intermediate position to the open position. In the intermediate position of the door relative to the box, the door can still close the opening, or partially close it. Furthermore, in the open position, the door may not be connected to the box.
[0032] Said wall of the box may be a rim adjacent to the opening, and the intermediate position may correspond to an inclined position of the door relative to the closed position.
[0033] Said rim may be movable between a retaining position, in which it cooperates with the projection when the door is in the closed position, and a retracted position, allowing the door to pass into the intermediate position. For example, the rim may be pivotally mounted on the main part of the box, on an edge adjacent to the opening.
[0034] According to a possible embodiment, the door comprises: - a frame provided with the first locking device and mounted on the box so as to be movable between a closed position, in which the frame is located in the opening of the box, and an open position; - and a panel provided with the second locking device and mounted on the frame in a movable manner between a closed position, in which the panel is housed in the frame in a substantially coplanar manner, and an open position.
[0035] With this configuration, the door has: - a first open position, in which the frame is in the closed position and the panel in the open position; - and a second open position, in which the frame is in the open position and the panel in the open position.
[0036] For example, the frame may be pivotally mounted relative to the box about an axis corresponding to a first edge of the frame, and the panel may be pivotally mounted relative to the frame about an axis corresponding to a second edge of the frame, for example an edge perpendicular to the first edge.
[0037] It may be provided that the first and second control interfaces are arranged according to one of the following configurations or according to at least two compatible configurations among the following configurations: - on two adjacent faces of the housing; - on the same side of the case; - one on the door and the other on the box; - both on the door or both on the box; - adjacent to each other; - in opposite areas of the case.
[0038] According to another possible configuration, the first and second control interfaces may be neither adjacent nor opposite, but at a certain distance from each other.
[0039] If the door has two separate panels having two adjacent edges and two opposite pivoting edges (such as a window with two pivoting leaves), the two interfaces can each be provided on one panel, for example near the adjacent edges.
[0040] According to one embodiment, at least one of the locking devices, when it passes from the locked state to the unlocked state, causes or allows the passage of a flap from a blocking position, in which the flap prevents the passage of the door to the open position, to a release position, where the flap allows the passage of the door to the open position. In other words, in this embodiment, the locking device does not directly allow the door to be opened. Alternatively, the actuating means may directly cause the passage of the locking element to the inactive state, for example by moving it to this state.
[0041] For example, when it is in the locking position, the shutter is arranged opposite a hatch providing access to the corresponding locking element and, when it is in release position, it allows access to said hatch so that it is possible to act on said locking element to place it in its active state. Provision may be made for the locking element to be able to be actuated or moved manually once the hatch is open.
[0042] It is possible to provide that the shutter is arranged opposite a portion of the door and that, when it is in the release position, it is no longer located opposite said portion.
[0043] According to one embodiment, the first actuation means comprises a first actuation member, the first control interface being configured to cooperate with the first actuation member, and / or the second actuation means comprises a second actuation member, the second control interface being configured to cooperate with the second actuation member.
[0044] In such an embodiment, the actuating means comprising an actuating member and the corresponding control interface are elements which interact. It may be a key cooperating with a lock, or a smart card or a badge cooperating with a suitable reader. For example, the first actuating member may be a triangular key and the second actuating member may be a notched flat key.
[0045] The actuating member may be rotatable. As for the movement of the locking element, caused by the movement of the actuating member, this may be a rotation or a translation.

[0078] The invention relates to a housing 1, which may for example be an electrical box, this not being limiting.
[0079] The housing 1 comprises a box 2 which has an opening 3 and delimits an interior volume 4 which can contain various devices (not shown). The box 2 may comprise a peripheral wall 5 which defines said opening 3, and a bottom wall 6 fixed to the peripheral wall opposite the opening 3. The box 2 may be made from a single piece, for example from metal or plastic. In the embodiments shown by way of example, the box 2 is substantially parallelepipedal.
[0080] As illustrated in [Fig.l], we note Y the direction orthogonal to the bottom wall 6, Z the direction orthogonal to Y and parallel to the bottom wall 6 and to one of the faces of the peripheral wall 5 (Z being for example the vertical), and X the direction orthogonal to Y and to Z.
[0081] The housing 1 also comprises a door 10 which can occupy a closed position, in which it closes the opening 3. The door can also occupy an open position, or an open position among several possible open positions, allowing access to the interior volume 4 via the opening 3. The door 10 can comprise at least one panel 11. It can be provided with a handle.
[0082] The housing 1 further comprises a locking system 30 making it possible to keep the door 10 in the closed position.
[0083] The locking system 30 comprises on the one hand a first locking device 100. This comprises a first control interface 101 which can be actuated by a first actuating means to cause the first locking device 100 to pass from a locked state, in which it is able to hold the door 10 in the closed position, to an unlocked state, in which it allows the door 10 to pass from the closed position to the open position or to one of the open positions. The first actuating means may comprise a first actuating member 102, the first control interface 101 being configured to cooperate with the first actuating member 102.
[0084] Concretely, in the embodiments shown, the first actuating member 102 may be a key, in particular a triangular key, such as that used by the manager of the electricity network as a proprietary key. The first control interface 101 may then be a lock with a triangular projection, adapted to the triangular key. Subsequently, for the purpose of simplification, the terms first key 102 and first lock 101 will be used, it being specified that other means may be used without departing from the scope of the invention, such as a card, badge or code locking device.
[0085] Furthermore, the first locking device 100 may comprise at least one first locking element 103, such as a bolt. In this case, the housing 1 may be configured so that the first lock 101, when actuated by the first key 102, causes or allows the first locking element 103 to change from an active state, in which the first locking device 100 is in the locked state, to an inactive state, in which the first locking device 100 is in the unlocked state.
[0086] The locking system 30 further comprises a second locking device 200. This comprises a second control interface 201 which is distinct from the first control interface 101. The second control interface 201 can be actuated by a second actuating means to cause the second locking device 200 to pass from a locked state, in which it is capable of holding the door 10 in the closed position, to an unlocked state, in which it allows the door 10 to pass from the closed position to the open position or to one of the open positions. The second actuating means is distinct from the first actuating means. It may comprise a second actuating member 202, the second control interface 201 being configured to cooperate with the second actuating member 202.
[0087] Concretely, in the embodiments shown, the second actuating member 202 can be a key, in particular a notched flat key. The second control interface 201 can then be a lock adapted to the notched flat key. Subsequently, for the sake of simplification, the terms second key 202 and second lock 201 will be used, it being specified that other means can be used without departing from the scope of the invention, such as a card, badge or code locking device.
[0088] Furthermore, the second locking device 200 may comprise at least one second locking element 203, such as a bolt. In this case, the housing 1 may be configured so that the second lock 201, when actuated by the second key 202, causes or allows the second locking element 203 to move from an active state, in which the second locking device 200 is in the locked state, in an inactive state, in which the second locking device 200 is in the unlocked state.
[0089] Thus, the first lock 101 cannot be actuated by the second key 202 and the second lock 201 cannot be actuated by the first key 102.
[0090] Furthermore, according to the invention, the housing 1 is configured so that, when only one of the first and second locking devices 100, 200 is in the unlocked state, the door 10 can move to the open position or to one of the open positions.
[0091] Reference is made to Figures 1 to 5 which illustrate a first embodiment of the invention.
[0092] In this embodiment, the door 10 is a separate part from the box 2 and comprises a single panel 11 as well as a peripheral rim 12. When it is in the closed position, the door 10 is fitted onto the box 2, the peripheral rim 12 being placed for example around the peripheral wall 5 of the box 2. As a variant, the door 10 could be pivotally mounted relative to the box 2 around an axis close to one of the edges of the door 10.
[0093] The housing 1 comprises two locking systems 30 which are each arranged at a corner of the housing 1 and which are preferably identical. However, it is possible to provide one or more than two locking systems 30.
[0094] In the embodiment shown, one of the locking devices - here the first locking device 100 - is arranged on the box 2, in the peripheral wall 5, and the other locking device - here the second locking device 200 - is arranged on the door 10, close to the first locking device 100.
[0095] The first and second locking elements 103, 203 each comprise a hook. For example, the first and second locking elements 103, 203 may each be in the form of a tab whose end forms a hook.
[0096] The first locking element 103 can be located in a plane parallel to (Y,Z) and be movable by the first key 102, according to a rotation around an axis A1 of the first lock 101 which is substantially parallel to X, between: - its active state, where it extends globally along the Y axis; - and its inactive state where, having rotated 90°, it extends globally along the Z axis.
[0097] As for the second locking element 203, it can be located in a plane parallel to (X,Z) and be movable by the second key 202, according to a rotation around an axis A2 of the second lock 201 which is substantially parallel to Y, between: - its active state, where it extends globally along the X axis; - and its inactive state where, having rotated 90°, it extends globally along the Z axis.
[0098] The locking elements 103, 203 are thus arranged orthogonally to one another.
[0099] The first and second locking elements 103, 203 are arranged to cooperate with each other in their active state, i.e. when both locking devices 100, 200 are in the locked state, as seen in [Fig. 3]. The two hooks are then engaged, which prevents the door 10 from moving to the open position. In other words, one of the locking elements forms a stop for the other of the locking elements.
[0100] In [Fig.4], the first locking element 103 has been placed in its active state, by a first user who, equipped with the first key 102, has operated the first lock 101. Thus, although the second locking element 203 is still in its active state, it is no longer held by the first locking element 103 and the door 10 can be opened.
[0101] Symmetrically, starting from the configuration of [Fig. 3], a second user, provided with the second key 202, can actuate the second lock 201 to place the second locking element 203 in its active state, as illustrated in [Fig. 5]. Thus, although the first locking element 103 is still in its active state, it is no longer retained by the second locking element 203 and the door 10 can be opened.
[0102] Figures 6 to 9 illustrate a second embodiment of the invention.
[0103] As seen in [Fig.6], the door 10 may have two panels separate 1 la, 11b, each mounted on the box 2 pivotably about an axis 12a, respectively 12b. These two axes 12a, 12b may be parallel and located substantially along opposite edges of the panels 11a, 11b. The locking system 30 is arranged at the junction between the two panels 11a, 11b. More particularly, the first lock 101 is arranged on the first panel 11a and the second lock 201 is arranged on the second panel 11b.
[0104] As seen in [Fig.7], the first and second locking elements 103, 203 each comprise a tab, respectively a first tab and a second tab, which extends parallel to the panels 11a, 11b. The first locking element 103 is rotatable about the axis A1 orthogonal to the panel 11a, and the second locking element 203 is rotatable about the axis A2 orthogonal to the panel 11b, in the closed position of the door 10.
[0105] [Fig.7] shows that, in the active positions of the first and second locking elements 103, 203, the locking devices 100, 200 cooperate to ensure that the door 10 is held in the closed position. Thus, a part of the first locking device 100 (such as the barrel 109) forms a stop for the second locking element 203 in the opening direction of the second panel 11b, and a part of the second locking device 200 (such as the second locking element 203) forms a stop for the first locking element 103 in the opening direction of the first panel 11a. Therefore, when the two locking devices 100, 200 are in the locked state, the door 10 cannot be opened.
[0106] To open the door 10, a first possibility illustrated schematically in [Fig.8] is to actuate the first lock 101 by the first key 102. The first locking element 103, having been rotated around the axis A1, is no longer in abutment against the second locking element 203, and the first user provided with the first key 102 can therefore open the first panel 11a, during a step E1. The second locking element 203 is then no longer hindered by the first locking device 100 although the latter is still in the locked state, and the second panel 11b can in turn be opened, during a subsequent step E2.
[0107] A second possibility for opening the door 10 is illustrated in [Fig. 9]. The second user, equipped with the second key 202, operates the second lock 201. The second locking element 203, having been rotated around the axis A2, is no longer in abutment against the first locking device 100, and the second panel 11b can therefore be opened, during a step E' 1. The first locking element 103 is then no longer hindered by the second locking element 203 although the latter is still in the active state, and the first panel 11a can in turn be opened, during a subsequent step E'2.
[0108] [Fig. 10] illustrates a variant of the second embodiment, in which the door 10 comprises a single panel 11 mounted on the box 2 pivotably about an axis 12, and comprises the first lock 101. The second lock 201 is not mounted on a second movable panel of the door 10 but on a wall 7 of the box 2 adjacent and coplanar to the panel 11. This wall 7 is fixed and forms a frame of the box 2. With such a configuration, the passage of only one of the two locking devices 100, 200 to the unlocked state makes it possible to disengage the locking devices 100, 200 from each other and therefore to open the panel 11.
[0109] According to yet another variant, not illustrated, the door 10 could comprise a single panel 11 closing the entire opening 3 of the box 2 and carrying the first locking device 100, in the vicinity of an edge of the door 10. The second locking device 200 could be located on the peripheral wall 5 of the box 2, in the vicinity of the first locking device 100, so as to be able to cooperate with the latter in the locked state.
[0110] A third embodiment of the invention is shown in Figures 11 to 14.
[0111] The door 10 comprises a panel 11 which, in the open position of the door, is not connected to the box 2. The box 2 may comprise a rim 8 parallel to the bottom wall 6 and extending from the peripheral wall 5 around the perimeter of the opening 3, the door 10 being housed, when it is in the closed position, in the surface delimited by the rim 8. The box 2 may also comprise a wall 9 forming a support for the door 10 in the closed position. In the embodiment shown by way of non-limiting example, the wall 9 is parallel to the rim 8 and offset relative to it in the direction of the bottom wall 6. In addition, the wall 9 may be located along two opposite edges of the rim 8, here the edges oriented parallel to the Z direction.
[0112] The first locking device 100 and the second locking device 200 may be located in the vicinity of two opposite edges of the rim 8, which preferably are not the edges along which the wall 9 extends. Each of the locking elements 103, 203 may comprise a tab which abuts behind the rim 8 - or another part of the box 2 - in the active state, ensuring that the door 10 is held in the closed position. Furthermore, these tabs are movable to an inactive state when the corresponding key 102, 202 actuates the corresponding lock 101, 201, so that these tabs no longer cooperate with the rim 8 and allow the door to move to the open position. For example, each of the locking devices 100, 200 comprises two locking elements 103, 203 in the form of a tab arranged at one end of a bar 107, 207.
[0113] In practice, the lock 101, 201 can be actuated in a rotation, and this can cause a translation of the locking element 103, 203 away from the rim 8 by any known mechanism. However, other solutions are conceivable.
[0114] The closed position of the door 10 and the locked state of the two locking devices 100, 200 is illustrated in [Fig.11].
[0115] Starting from the position of [Fig. 1 1], and during a step E1, a first user equipped with the first key 102 can actuate the first lock 101, which causes the first locking element 103 to move towards its inactive state. As seen in [Fig. 12], the first locking element 103 no longer cooperates with the rim 8 but the second locking element 203 still cooperates with the rim 8. Consequently, and even if the second locking device 200 is in the locked state, the first user can, while maintaining the first locking element 103 in the inactive state, pivot the door 10 to move it locally away from the box 2, as illustrated in [Fig. 13] (step E2). The door 10 remains retained locally relative to the box 2 at the level of the second locking element 203.The first user then simply has to move the door 10 in translation (step E3), to disengage the second locking element 203 from the edge 8 of the box 2.
[0116] Symmetrically, starting from the configuration of [Fig. 1 1], the second user, equipped with the second key 202, can actuate the second lock 201 during a step E' 1. This causes the second locking element 203 to move towards its inactive state, while the first locking element 103 is still in its active state, as seen in [Fig. 14]. The second user can, while maintaining the second locking element 203 in the inactive state, pivot the door 10 to move it locally away from the box 2, as illustrated in [Fig. 14] (step E'2). The door 10 remains retained locally relative to the box 2 at the first locking element 103. The second user then simply has to move the door 10 in translation (step E'3), to disengage the first locking element 103 from the rim 8 of the box 2.
[0117] [Fig. 15] illustrates a fourth embodiment of the invention.
[0118] Each of the locking devices 100, 200 comprises a flap, respectively 104 and 204. In the locked state of a locking device 100, 200, the corresponding flap 104, 204 is in a blocking position, as illustrated in [Fig. 15], in which it prevents the door 10 from moving to the open position. When the locking device 100, 200 moves to the unlocked state, this causes the flap 104, 204 to move to a release position, in which the door 10 can move to the open position.
[0119] Concretely, the housing 1 can be provided with a hatch 105, 205 for access to each locking element 103, 203, and the flap 104, 204 can be arranged opposite the hatch 105, 205 when it is in the locking position. The actuation of the lock 101, 201 by the corresponding key 102, 202 does not act directly on the locking element 103, 203 but allows the flap 104, 204 to move from its locking position to its release position. In this release position of the flap 104, 204, the hatch 105, 205 is accessible. Thus, a user can act on the locking element 103, 203 to place it in its active state, and thus allow the door 10 to be opened. It may be a manually operable mechanism 106, 206 of the bolt pull type.
[0120] [Fig. 15] illustrates a locking system 30 similar to that of Figures 11 to 14. However, a hatch and a flap as previously described can be implemented in a locking system according to a different embodiment.
[0121] A fifth embodiment of the invention is illustrated in [Fig.16].
[0122] A particularity of this embodiment is that we do not have a first and a second separate locking elements. On the contrary, the first and second locking elements 103, 203 are formed by a single piece. In the example shown in [Fig. 16], there are two locking elements 103, 203 in the form of a tab arranged at one end of a bar 107, 207.
[0123] Actuation of any one of the locks 101, 201 by the corresponding key 102, 202 makes it possible to switch the locking element 103, 203 from its active state to its inactive state, and to switch the door 10 from the closed position to the open position, even if the other lock has not been actuated.
[0124] Furthermore, the door 10 comprises at least one projection 13 which, in the closed position of the door 10, cooperates with a wall of the box 2. In practice, the door 10 may comprise two projections 13 arranged on an edge of the door 10 opposite the locking element 103, 203, these projections 13 being positioned in abutment behind the rim 8 of the box 2.
[0125] When at least one locking device 100, 200 is in the unlocked state, that is to say when at least one locking element 103, 203 is in the inactive state, the door 10 can be moved, relative to the box 2, to an intermediate position in which the projection 13 no longer cooperates with the rim 8. Concretely, this intermediate position is here an inclined position, obtained following a rotation of the door 10 around its edge carrying the projections 13, relative to the closed position of the door 10. This rotation is made possible by the fact that the locking element 103, 203, having been moved by the action of one of the keys 102, 202 on the corresponding lock 101, 201, no longer cooperates with the rim 8.
[0126] The door 10 then remains retained locally relative to the box 2 at the level of the projections 13. It is then sufficient to move the door 10 in translation - in a similar manner to step E3 illustrated in [Fig. 13] - to disengage the projections 13 from the edge 8 of the box 2, and thus place the door 10 in its open position.
[0127] According to a variant of this embodiment, the projections 13 are replaced by a hinge, the door then remaining linked to the box 2 in the open position.
[0128] It is also noted that the location of the locking element 103, 203 and the projections 13 may be different from that illustrated in [Fig. 16].
[0129] We now refer to Figures 17 to 21 which illustrate a sixth embodiment of the invention.
[0130] The door 10 comprises a panel 11 which has along one edge the first locking device 100 and along the opposite edge the second locking device 200.
[0131] Each locking device 100, 200 comprises two locking elements 103, 203 in the form of pins engaged in an aligned manner in a tube 108, 208 and arranged at opposite ends of the tube 108, 208. When the locking elements 103, 203 are in the active state, as schematically illustrated in FIGS. 17 and 18, they project from the opposite ends of the tube 108, 208 and are engaged in respective housings 15 provided on the box 2. Thus, the first locking elements 103 form a first axis 12a and the second locking elements 103 form a second axis 12b. locking 203 form a second axis 12b. These two axes 12a, 12b may be parallel and located substantially along opposite edges of the door 10. They form possible pivot axes of the door 10 relative to the box 2 as described below.
[0132] Furthermore, the locking elements 103, 203 are designed to be able to be moved following actuation of the corresponding lock 101, 201 by the corresponding key 102, 202, by any suitable mechanism. Concretely, the actuation of the lock 101, 201 results in the retraction of the pins inside the tube 108, 208, the door 10 then no longer being linked to the box 2 via the pivot axis 12a, 12b. This is illustrated schematically in Figures 18 and 19.
[0133] As shown in [Fig. 17], in the closed position of the door 10 and when the first and second locking devices 100, 200 are in the locked state, the door 10 cannot be moved relative to the box 2 since it is linked to the box 2 by the two axes 12a, 12b.
[0134] To open the door 10, a first possibility illustrated schematically in [Fig.20] is to actuate the first lock 101 by the first key 102, during a step E1. The first locking elements 103 having been retracted into the first tube 108, they no longer form a pivot axis 12a and no longer retain the door 10, locally, relative to the box 2. On the other hand, the second locking elements 203 of the second locking device 200, which is in the locked state, still define the pivot axis 12b. Thus, during a step E2, the first user provided with the first key 102 can open the door 10 by pivoting around the axis 12b.
[0135] A second possibility for opening the door 10 is illustrated in [Fig. 21]. The second user, equipped with the second key 202, operates the second lock 201 during a step E' 1. The second locking elements 203 having been retracted into the second tube 208, they no longer form a pivot axis 12b and no longer retain the door 10, locally, relative to the box 2. On the other hand, the first locking elements 103 of the first locking device 100, which is in the locked state, still define the pivot axis 12a. Thus, during a step E'2, the second user can open the door 10 by pivoting around the axis 12a.
[0136] In a seventh embodiment, shown in [Fig.22], the door 10 is pivotally mounted on the box 2 around an axis 12 which may be close to one of its edges.
[0137] The first locking element 103 comprises a first tab and the second locking element 203 comprises a second tab which, when the two locking devices 100, 200 are in the locked state, cooperate with the first tab to prevent the opening of the door 10.
[0138] For example, the first locking device 100 is arranged on the box 2, preferably on the peripheral wall 5, while the second locking device 200 is arranged on the door 10. This arrangement is however not limiting.
[0139] Concretely, the second locking element 203 may be in the form of a rod preferably extending along the edge of the door opposite the axis 12. One end of the rod forms the second tab and its opposite end is linked to the lock 201 of the second locking device 200. The actuation of the lock 201 by the second key 202 of the second user can transform a rotation around the axis A2, orthogonal to the door 10, by a translation of the rod parallel to the axis 12, by any suitable connection mechanism between the rod and the lock 201. It follows that the second tab of the second locking element 203 escapes the stop formed by the first tab of the first locking element 103, the door 10 can therefore be opened, even if the first locking device 100 is in the locked state.
[0140] As for the first locking element 103, it can be arranged so that the axis A1 is orthogonal to the axis A2. The actuation of the lock 101 by the first key 201 of the first user leads to the pivoting of the first tab around the axis A2, the second tab then no longer being opposite the first tab and therefore no longer forming a stop for the second locking element 203. The door 10 can thus be opened, even if the second locking device 200 is in the locked state.
[0141] As seen in [Fig.22], the locking system 30 may have two symmetrical parts, i.e. a single second lock 201 moving two rods in parallel but in opposite directions, and two first locks 101 each associated with a first tab of a first locking element 103 which, in the locked state, cooperates with the corresponding second locking element 203. This makes it possible to ensure more effective locking and to firmly press the door 10 against the box 2 to improve the sealing of the housing 1. With this arrangement, in order to be able to open the door, the first user must operate each of the two first locks 101.
[0142] We now refer to Figures 23 to 28 which illustrate an eighth embodiment of the invention.
[0143] In this embodiment, the door 10 is a part which, in the closed position, is simply placed against the opening 3 of the box 2 and, in the open position, can be completely detached from the box 2.
[0144] The door 10 may comprise a panel 11 and two projections 16 extending along two opposite edges of the panel 11. The projections 16 may be offset towards the bottom wall 6 of the box 2 relative to the plane of the panel 11, in the closed position of the door 10, as shown in [Fig.24].
[0145] Furthermore, the box 2 comprises on each of two opposite edges a flap 17 which is pivotally mounted along an edge of the peripheral wall 5, around an axis 20, and which forms a rim of the box 2. The flap 17 may have an L-shaped section of which a wall 18 is linked to the axis 20 and a wall 19 orthogonal to the wall 18.
[0146] The flap 17 - or rim - is movable relative to the box 2 between: - a blocking position, or retaining position, illustrated in Figures 23 to 25, in which it prevents the door 10 from moving to the open position, because it cooperates with the projection 16 of the door 10 in the closed position. In this position, the wall 18 may be located in the extension of the peripheral wall 5 of the box 2 and the wall 19 may be substantially parallel to the bottom wall 6 of the box 2; - and a release position, or retracted position, illustrated in figures 27 and 28, in which it allows the door 10 to move to the open position, possibly after the door 10 has moved to an intermediate position.
[0147] The first lock 101 is arranged on one of the flaps 17, here the lower flap for example, and the second lock 201 is arranged on the other flap 17. Each lock 101, 201, actuated by the corresponding user provided with the corresponding key 102, 202, makes it possible to move the flap 17 to the release position, as is now described with reference to FIGS. 25 to 28, in the case of the second user. It will be understood that the operation is similar in the case of the first user.
[0148] The second user, equipped with the second key 202, actuates the second lock 201, during a step E1, which leads to the second locking element 203 moving to its inactive state. Concretely, for example, the second locking element 203 may comprise a tab which, in the active state ([Fig. 25]) is engaged with a stop 14 provided on the box 2, the second locking device 200 thus being in the locked state. In the inactive state, for example following a rotation of the second locking element 203 around the axis A2, the second locking element 203 is disengaged from the stop 14 ([Fig. 26]). The flap 17 can then be pivoted around the axis 20, during a step E2, to be placed in its release position, or retracted position ([Fig. 27]).
[0149] At the level of the second locking device 200, the flap 17 is no longer opposite the projection 16 of the door 10, but the first locking element 103 always cooperates with the shutter 17. Even if the first locking device 100 is in the locked state, the second user can pivot the door 10 to move it locally away from the box 2, as illustrated in [Fig.28] (step E3). For this purpose, sufficient clearance must be provided between the first locking element 103 and the corresponding stop 14. The door 10 remains retained locally relative to the box 2 at the level of the first locking element 103. The second user then simply has to move the door 10 in translation (step E4), to disengage the projection 16 of the shutter 17 carrying the first lock 101 and, finally, place the door in the open position.
[0150] Finally, a ninth embodiment of the invention is described with reference to Figures 29 to 31.
[0151] In this embodiment, the door 10 comprises a frame 25 which is mounted on the box 2 in a movable manner between a closed position, illustrated in [Fig. 29], in which the frame 25 is located in the opening 3 of the box 2, and an open position, illustrated in [Fig. 30]. The frame 25 is for example pivotally mounted relative to the box 2 around an axis 26 located in the vicinity of an edge of the frame 25.
[0152] In addition, the door 10 comprises a panel 11 mounted on the frame 25 in a movable manner between a closed position (Figures 29 and 30), in which the panel 11 is housed in the frame 25 in a substantially coplanar manner, and an open position ([Fig. 31]). The panel 11 is for example pivotally mounted relative to the frame 25 around an axis 27 located in the vicinity of an edge of the panel 11. The axis 27 may be orthogonal to the axis 26 of pivoting of the frame 25 relative to the box 2.
[0153] The lock 101 of the first locking device 100 is arranged on the frame 25, while the lock 201 of the second locking device 200 is arranged on the panel 11.
[0154] The opening of the door 10 to access the interior volume 4 of the box 2 can be obtained in two different ways.
[0155] A first user, equipped with the first key 102, can operate the first lock 101 and thus unlock the frame 25 relative to the box 2. The panel 11 can remain locked on the frame 25. The door 10 is thus in a first open position, illustrated in [Fig.30].
[0156] Alternatively, a second user, equipped with the second key 202, can operate the second lock 201 and thus unlock the panel 11 relative to the frame 25. The frame 25 can remain locked on the box 2. The door 10 is thus in a second open position, illustrated in [Fig.31].
[0157] In each of the two open positions, it is possible to access the interior volume 4 of the box 2 via the opening 3. In addition, each user keeps his own key 102, 202 and can open the door even if the locking device on which he cannot act remains in the locked position.
[0158] It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above as examples but that it includes all technical equivalents and variants of the means described as well as their combinations.
