Description

Title of the invention: Motorized drive device, its assembly method and concealment device comprising such a motorized drive device

[0001] The present invention relates to a motorized drive device for a concealing device, in other words a motorized drive device for a concealing device.

[0002] The present invention also relates to a concealment device comprising a screen driven in movement by such a motorized drive device.

[0003] The invention further relates to a method of assembling such a motorized drive device.

[0004] Generally, the present invention relates to the field of occultation devices comprising a motorized drive device moving a screen, between at least a first position and at least a second position.

[0005] A motorized drive device comprises an electromechanical actuator of a movable closing, concealing or sun protection element, such as a shutter, a door, a grille, a blind or any other equivalent material, hereinafter called a screen.

[0006] Document WO 2009 / 047458 A2 is already known, which describes a motorized drive device. The motorized drive device comprises an electromechanical actuator, a winding tube and a connecting element. The winding tube is arranged so as to be driven in rotation by the electromechanical actuator, about an axis of rotation. The winding tube comprises an inner surface. The connecting element is configured to drive the winding tube in rotation, about the axis of rotation. The electromechanical actuator comprises an electric motor, a housing and an output shaft. In addition, the output shaft is configured to drive the connecting element in rotation. This motorized drive device is generally satisfactory.

[0007] In a first case, the winding tube comprises a polygonal section so as to form concavities extending radially relative to the axis of rotation and teeth of the connecting element are housed inside the concavities of the winding tube, when the connecting element is arranged inside the winding tube. In a second case, the winding tube comprises projecting elements extending towards the center of the winding tube and teeth of the connecting element are arranged between the projecting elements of the winding tube, when the connecting element is arranged inside the winding tube. This induces in- disadvantages.

[0008] Indeed, the presence of the concavities or the projecting elements of the winding tube causes a reduction in an external diameter of the casing of the electromechanical actuator relative to an internal diameter of the winding tube defined by edges of the concavities or the projecting elements.

[0009] In this way, the outer diameter of the electromechanical actuator housing is not optimized relative to the inner diameter of the winding tube.

[0010] Consequently, the bulk of the winding tube is large or the dimensions of the members of the electromechanical actuator are reduced to be compatible with the internal diameter of the winding tube.

[0011] Furthermore, such a winding tube comprising concavities or protruding elements is complex to manufacture.

[0012] Therefore, the cost of obtaining the winding tube, and therefore the motorized drive device, is high.

[0013] The present invention aims to solve the aforementioned drawbacks and to propose a motorized drive device for a concealment device, as well as a concealment device comprising such a motorized drive device, making it possible to simplify an assembly of an electromechanical actuator and a connecting element inside a winding tube, to maximize the outside diameter of a casing of the electromechanical actuator relative to the inside diameter of the winding tube, while minimizing the cost of obtaining the motorized drive device.

[0014] In this regard, the present invention aims, according to a first aspect, at a motorized drive device for a concealment device,

[0015] the motorized drive device comprising at least:

[0016] - an electromechanical actuator,

[0017] - a winding tube, the winding tube being arranged to be driven rotated by the electromechanical actuator, about an axis of rotation, the winding tube comprising an inner surface, and

[0018] - a connecting element, the connecting element being configured to drive in rotation the winding tube, around the axis of rotation,

[0019] the electromechanical actuator comprising at least:

[0020] - an electric motor,

[0021] - a casing, and

[0022] - an output shaft, the output shaft being configured to rotate the connecting element.

[0023] According to the invention, the connecting element comprises a plurality of blades. Furthermore, the blades of the connecting element butt against the inner surface of the tube winding, when the electromechanical actuator is electrically activated.

[0024] Thus, the motorized drive device makes it possible to simplify the assembly of the electromechanical actuator and the connecting element inside the winding tube, to maximize the outside diameter of the housing of the electromechanical actuator relative to the inside diameter of the winding tube, while minimizing the cost of obtaining the motorized drive device.

[0025] In this way, the connecting element is configured to drive in rotation, in other words rotates, the winding tube by the buttressing of the blades bearing against the inner surface of the winding tube, when the electromechanical actuator is electrically activated.

[0026] Furthermore, the connecting element does not have to be fixed to the winding tube, in particular by screwing or riveting, but the blades of the connecting element are only pressed against the inner surface of the winding tube, during electrical activation of the electromechanical actuator, so as to transmit the torque supplied by the electric motor and the output shaft.

[0027] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the inner surface of the winding tube is smooth.

[0028] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the inner surface of the winding tube has a circular section.

[0029] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, each blade of the connecting element has a predetermined curvature.

[0030] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the connecting element comprises a first series of blades and a second series of blades. The curvature of the blades of the first series is oriented in a first direction around the axis of rotation. Furthermore, the curvature of the blades of the second series is oriented in a second direction around the axis of rotation. The second direction is opposite to the first direction.

[0031] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, each blade has an edge at a final end. In addition, the edge of each blade cooperates with the inner surface of the winding tube, when the electromechanical actuator is electrically activated.

[0032] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, each blade comprises at least one chamfer. Furthermore, the or each chamfer is configured to cooperate with the inner surface of the winding tube, when inserting the connecting element inside the winding tube.

[0033] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the connecting element comprises a first part and a second part. The first part of the connecting element is distinct from the second part of the connecting element. The first part of the connecting element is formed by the first series of blades. In addition, the second part of the connecting element is formed by the second series of blades.

[0034] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the output shaft of the electromechanical actuator comprises a rod. Each of the first and second parts of the connecting element comprises a first central hole. Furthermore, the rod is inserted into the first central hole of each of the first and second parts of the connecting element.

[0035] The present invention aims, according to a second aspect, at a concealment device,

[0036] the concealment device comprising at least:

[0037] - a screen, and

[0038] - a motorized drive device according to the invention and as mentioned above, the screen being driven into movement by the motorized drive device.

[0039] This concealment device has characteristics and advantages similar to those described previously, in relation to the motorized drive device according to the invention.

[0040] The present invention relates, according to a third aspect, to a method for assembling a motorized drive device for a concealing device, in accordance with the invention and as mentioned above, comprising a step of inserting the connecting element inside the winding tube. Furthermore, when inserting the connecting element inside the winding tube, each blade is elastically deformed by the application of a force exerted by the inner surface of the winding tube, so as to increase a value of a curvature of each blade, without exceeding an elastic deformation value of each blade.

[0041] Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent in the following description, given with reference to the appended drawings, given as non-limiting examples and in which:

[0049] [Fig.8] [Fig.8] is a schematic perspective view of a portion of the winding tube.

[0050] First of all, with reference to Figures 1 and 2, an installation 6 comprising a closing, concealing or solar protection device 3 according to an embodiment of the invention is described. This installation 6, installed in a building B, comprises an opening 1, in which a window or a door, not shown, is arranged. This installation 6 is equipped with a screen 2 belonging to the closing, concealing or solar protection device 3, in particular a motorized blind.

[0051] The closing, concealing or sun protection device 3 is hereinafter called “concealing device”. The concealing device 3 comprises the screen 2.

[0052] The occultation device 3 may be a blind, in particular a blind comprising a roll-up canvas or a roller shutter. The present invention applies to all types of occultation device.

[0053] Here, the installation 6 comprises the occultation device 3.

[0054] A roller blind according to one embodiment of the invention is described with reference to Figures 1 and 2.

[0055] The occulting device 3 comprises a motorized drive device 5. The motorized drive device 5 comprises an electromechanical actuator 11 illustrated in Figures 3 and 4.

[0056] The screen 2 is configured to be moved, in other words is moved, by means of the motorized drive device 5 and, more particularly, of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0057] The motorized drive device 5 and, consequently, the occulting device 3 further comprises a winding tube 4. Furthermore, the winding tube 4 is arranged so as to be driven in rotation, in other words is driven in rotation, by the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0058] Here, the screen 2 can be rolled up onto the winding tube 4.

[0059] Thus, the screen 2 of the occulting device 3 is wound onto the winding tube 4 or unwound around it, the winding tube 4 being driven by the device motorized drive 5, in particular by the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0060] In this way, the screen 2 is movable between a rolled-up position, in particular high, and an unrolled position, in particular low, and vice versa.

[0061] The winding tube 4 comprises an inner surface 4a, as well as an outer surface 4b.

[0062] The screen 2 of the occultation device 3 is a closing, occultation and / or solar protection screen, rolling up and down around the winding tube 4.

[0063] We denote by 04int a diameter of the inner surface 4a of the winding tube 4, which is cylindrical with a circular section. In other words, the diameter 04int is the inner diameter of the winding tube 4.

[0064] We note 017ext an external diameter of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular of a casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0065] The inner diameter 04int is greater than the outer diameter 017ext, so that the electromechanical actuator 11 can be inserted into the winding tube 4, when assembling the occulting device 3.

[0066] Advantageously, the concealment device 3 comprises a holding device 9, 23.

[0067] Advantageously, the holding device 9, 23 may comprise two supports 23. A support 23 is arranged at each end of the winding tube 4, in particular in an assembled configuration of the concealing device 3.

[0068] Thus, the winding tube 4 is held by means of the supports 23. Only one of the supports 23 is visible in [Fig. 1] and these are not shown in [Fig. 2]. The supports 23 make it possible to mechanically connect the concealment device 3 to the structure of the building B, in particular to a wall M of the building B.

[0069] Advantageously, the holding device 9, 23 may comprise a box 9. Furthermore, the winding tube 4 and at least part of the screen 2 are housed inside the box 9, in particular in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3.

[0070] Generally, the box 9 is arranged above the opening 1, or in the upper part of the opening 1.

[0071] Here and as illustrated in [Fig.l], the supports 23 are also housed inside the box 9.

[0072] Advantageously, the box 9 comprises two cheeks 10, as illustrated in [Fig.2]. A cheek 10 is arranged at each end of the box 9, in particular in the assembled configuration of the concealing device 3.

[0073] As a variant, shown in [Fig.2], the winding tube 4 is held by means of the box 9, in particular by means of the cheeks 10 of the box 9, without using supports, such as the supports 23 mentioned above.

[0074] Advantageously, the occulting device 3 may also comprise two lateral slides 26, as illustrated only in [Fig. 2]. Each lateral slide 26 comprises a groove 29. Each groove 29 of one of the lateral slides 26 cooperates, in other words is configured to cooperate, with a lateral edge 2a of the screen 2, in particular in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3, so as to guide the screen 2, during the winding and unwinding of the screen 2 around the winding tube 4.

[0075] The electromechanical actuator 11 is, for example, of the tubular type. This makes it possible to rotate the winding tube 4 around an axis of rotation X, so as to move, in particular unwind or wind, the screen 2 of the occulting device 3.

[0076] In a mounted state of the occulting device 3, the electromechanical actuator 11 is inserted into the winding tube 4.

[0077] Advantageously, the occulting device 3 further comprises a load bar 8 for exerting tension on the screen 2.

[0078] The roller blind, which forms the occultation device 3, comprises a fabric, forming the screen 2 of the roller blind 3. A first end of the screen 2, in particular the upper end of the screen 2, in the assembled configuration of the occultation device 3, is fixed to the winding tube 4. Furthermore, a second end of the screen 2, in particular the lower end of the screen 2, in the assembled configuration of the occultation device 3, is fixed to the load bar 8.

[0079] Here, the canvas forming the screen 2 is made from a textile material.

[0080] In an exemplary embodiment, not shown, the first end of the screen 2 is fixed to the outer surface 4b of the winding tube 4 by means of an adhesive, not shown, which may be, for example, double-sided.

[0081] Thus, the screen 2 is held in position against the outer surface 4b of the winding tube 4 by means of the adhesive, over part or the entire length of the winding tube 4, so as to secure the screen 2 to the winding tube 4 and to be able to wind and unwind the screen 2 around the winding tube 4.

[0082] The method of fixing the screen 2 to the winding tube 4 is not limiting and may be different. It may be implemented, for example, by means of one or more joints fixed, in particular by screwing or riveting, to the winding tube 4.

[0083] Whatever the embodiment, the first end of the screen 2 is arranged at the level of the holding device 9, 23.

[0084] In the case of a roller blind, the high rolled-up position corresponds to a predetermined high end-of-travel position, or to the loading bar 8 of the screen 2 resting against an edge of the box 9 of the roller blind 3, and the unrolled low position corresponds to a predetermined low end-of-travel position, or to the support of the load bar 8 of the screen 2 against a threshold 7 of the opening 1, or even to the complete unrolling of the screen 2.

[0085] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 5 is controlled by a control unit. The control unit may be, for example, a local control unit 12 or a central control unit 13.

[0086] Advantageously, the local control unit 12 can be connected, by wired or wireless connection, with the central control unit 13.

[0088] The motorized drive device 5 is preferably configured to execute the movement commands, in particular unrolling or rolling up, of the screen 2 of the occulting device 3, which can be issued, in particular, by the local control unit 12 or the central control unit 13.

[0089] The installation 6 comprises either the local control unit 12, or the central control unit 13, or the local control unit 12 and the central control unit 13.

[0090] The motorized drive device 5, including the electromechanical actuator 11, belonging to the installation 6 and, more particularly, to the occultation device 3 illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, will now be described in more detail and with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4.

The local control unit 12 and / or the central control unit 13 is provided with a control keyboard. The control keyboard of the local control unit 12 or the central control unit 13 comprises one or more selection elements 14 and, optionally, one or more display elements 34.

[0104] By way of non-limiting examples, the selection elements may be push buttons and / or sensitive keys. The display elements may be light-emitting diodes and / or a display, for example LCD (acronym for the English term “Liquid Crystal Display”) or TFT (acronym for the English term “Thin Film Transistor”). The selection and display elements may also be implemented using a touch screen.

[0105] Advantageously, the local control unit 12 and / or the central control unit 13 comprises at least one second communication module 36.

[0106] Thus, the second communication module 36 of the local control unit 12 or of the central control unit 13 is configured to transmit, in other words emit, control commands, in particular by wireless means, for example radioelectric, and / or by wired means.

[0107] Furthermore, the second communication module 36 of the local control unit 12 or of the central control unit 13 can also be configured to receive, in other words receives, control orders, in particular via the same means.

[0108] Advantageously, the second communication module 36 of the local control unit 12 or of the central control unit 13 is configured to communicate, in other words communicates, with the first communication module 27 of the control unit 15.

[0144] The winding tube 4 is rotated about the axis of rotation X and the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11 while being supported by means of two pivot connections. The first pivot connection is made at a first end of the winding tube 4 by means of the crown 24. The crown 24 thus makes it possible to produce a bearing. The second pivot connection, not shown, is made at a second end of the winding tube 4, opposite the first end.

[0145] The crown 24 forms, in other words is configured to form or constitute, a bearing for guiding the winding tube 4 in rotation, around the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular in an assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5 and, consequently, of the occulting device 3.

[0146] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a torque support 21.

[0147] Here, the torque support 21 is arranged at the first end 17a of the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0148] The torque support 21 makes it possible to take up the forces exerted by the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular the torque exerted by the electromechanical actuator 11, relative to the structure of the building B. The torque support 21 advantageously makes it possible to take up, in addition, forces exerted by the winding tube 4, in particular the weight of the winding tube 4, of the electromechanical actuator 11 and of the screen 2, and to ensure the take-up of these forces by the structure of the building B.

[0149] Thus, the torque support 21 makes it possible to fix the electromechanical actuator 11 to the holding device 9, 23, in particular to one of the supports 23 or to one of the cheeks 10 of the box 9.

[0150] Advantageously, the torque support 21 projects at the level of the first end 17a of the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 1.

[0151] Advantageously, the torque support 21 closes, in other words is configured to close, the first end 17a of the casing 17, in particular in the configuration electromechanical actuator assembly 11.

[0152] Furthermore, the torque support 21 of the electromechanical actuator 11 can make it possible to support at least part of the control unit 15, in particular its second electronic card in the case where the control unit 15 comprises two electronic cards.

[0153] Advantageously, the torque support 21 is fixed to the casing 17 by means of one or more fixing elements, not shown, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. The fixing element(s) may be, in particular, bosses, fixing screws, elastic snap-fastening fixing elements, grooves fitted into notches or a combination of these different fixing elements.

[0154] The torque support 21 comprises a first part 21a, which may also be called a “fixed point”, and a second part 21b, which may also be called an “actuator head”.

[0155] The first part 21a of the torque support 21 is assembled, in other words is configured to be assembled, with the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the second part 21b of the torque support 21 is configured to be assembled, in other words is assembled, with the holding device 9, 23, in particular in an assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11 in the occulting device 3.

[0156] The second part 21b of the torque support 21 is assembled, in other words is configured to be assembled, on the first part 21a of the torque support 21, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0157] In another exemplary embodiment, the torque support 21 may consist of a single piece forming the first and second parts 21a, 21b of the torque support 21.

[0158] Advantageously, the second part 21b of the torque support 21 can have different shapes, in particular a grooved shape, called “star-shaped”, in other words comprising reliefs on its contour, or a round shape, in other words devoid of reliefs on its contour, as illustrated in Figures 3 and 4.

[0159] Advantageously, at least a portion of the first part 21a of the torque support 21 is of generally cylindrical shape and is arranged, in other words is configured to be arranged, inside the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0160] Advantageously, an external diameter of at least a portion of the second part 21b of the torque support 21 is equal to or, possibly, greater than the external diameter 017ext of the casing 17.

[0161] Advantageously, the torque support 21 further comprises a stop 33. furthermore, the stop 33 is supported, in other words is configured to be supported, against the casing 17, at the level of the first end 17a of the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0162] Thus, the stop 33 of the torque support 21 makes it possible to limit the sinking of the first part 21a of the torque support 21 into the casing 17, in the direction of the axis of rotation X.

[0163] Here, the stop 33 of the torque support 21 comprises a shoulder. More particularly, it is produced in the form of a collar, in particular of cylindrical shape and with a rectilinear generatrix.

[0164] As a variant, not shown, the stop 33 of the torque support 21 can delimit the first and second parts 21a, 21b of the torque support 21 relative to each other.

[0165] Thus, only the first part 21a of the torque support 21 is arranged inside the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, following the fitting of the torque support 21 inside the casing 17, up to the stop 33, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0166] Here and as illustrated in [Fig.4], the crown 24 is arranged or inserted, in other words is configured to be arranged or inserted, around the torque support 21, in particular the first part 21a of the torque support 21, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. In this case, the crown 24 is mounted to rotate freely around the torque support 21, in particular the first part 21a of the torque support 21.

[0167] As a variant, not shown, the crown 24 is arranged or inserted, in other words is configured to be arranged or inserted, around a part of the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. In this case, the crown 24 is mounted to rotate freely around the casing 17.

[0168] In another variant, not shown, the crown 24 is arranged or inserted, in other words is configured to be arranged or inserted, on the one hand, around the torque support 21 and, on the other hand, around a part of the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular the first end 17a of the casing 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. In such a case, the crown 24 can be mounted free to rotate, on the one hand, around the torque support 21 and, on the other hand, around the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0169] Here, the control unit 15, in particular the first and second electronic cards 15a, is supplied with electrical energy by means of the electrical power supply cable 18.

[0170] Advantageously, the control unit 15 is arranged at least partly inside of the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0171] Furthermore, the control unit 15 may be arranged at least partly outside the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11 and, in particular, mounted in the torque support 21.

[0172] Here, the first electronic card 15a of the control unit 15 is arranged inside the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11. Furthermore, the second electronic card is arranged inside the torque support 21 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0173] Here, the control unit 15 is devoid of a housing for receiving the first electronic card 15a. In other words, the first electronic card 15a is not mounted in a specific housing. This first electronic card 15a is, on the one hand, held, in particular plugged, in the torque support 21, in particular in a third central part 21c of the torque support 21, as illustrated in [Fig.4], and, on the other hand, held, in particular plugged, in a support, not shown, mounted at the end of the electric motor 16, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0174] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a vibration filtration module 32.

[0175] Here, the vibration filtration module 32 is integrated into the torque support 21 and, more particularly, is arranged between the first and third parts 21a, 21c of the torque support 21.

[0176] Here and as illustrated in [Fig.4], the vibration filtration module 32 is, on the one hand, assembled on the torque support 21 and, more particularly, fixed on the torque support 21, in particular by screwing, by means of fixing screws 44, and, on the other hand, fixed to the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular by screwing, by means of fixing screws 45.

[0177] As a variant, not shown, the vibration filtration module 32 is separate from the torque support 21.

[0178] Advantageously, the torque support 21 further comprises a cover 22. The cover 22 is mounted, in other words is configured to be mounted, on the torque support 21, in particular on the first and / or second parts 21a, 21b of the torque support 21, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0179] Advantageously, the torque support 21 comprises at least one housing, not shown.

[0180] Here, the second electronic card is arranged, in other words is configured to to be arranged, inside the housing formed between the first and second parts 21a, 21b of the torque support 21 and the cover 22, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0181] Advantageously, the torque support 21 comprises at least one selection device 41, in particular a button, which may be, for example, of the push-button or magnetic type.

[0182] The or each selection device 41 is configured, in particular, to carry out an adjustment of the electromechanical actuator 11 through one or more configuration modes, to pair with the electromechanical actuator 11 one or more control units 12, 13, to reset one or more parameters, which may be, for example, an end-of-travel position, to reset the paired control unit(s) 12, 13 or even to control the movement of the screen 2.

[0183] Here, the torque support 21 comprises a single selection device 41.

[0184] The number of torque support selection devices is not limiting and may be different. It can be, in particular, greater than or equal to two.

[0185] Advantageously, the torque support 21 comprises at least one display device, not shown.

[0186] The or each display device is configured, in particular, to display a visual indication, which may be, for example, representative of an operating mode of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular a configuration mode or a control mode, or even of a state of a member of the motorized drive device 5.

[0187] Here, the or each selection device 41 and the or each display device are electrically connected, in other words are configured to be electrically connected, to the control unit 15 and, more precisely, to the second electronic control card, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0188] Alternatively, the or each selection device 41 and / or the or each display device may be electrically connected, in other words may be configured to be electrically connected, to the first electronic control card 15a, in particular in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0189] Here, the torque support 21 comprises a single housing, where the selection device 41 and the display device are housed.

[0190] As a variant, not shown, the torque support 21 may comprise a first housing for receiving the display device and a second housing for receiving the selection device 4L. The torque support 21 may further comprise a first housing per display device or for a plurality of display devices, in the case where the torque support 21 has several display devices. display positives, and, possibly, a second housing per selection device 41 or for a plurality of selection devices 41, in the case where the torque support 21 has several selection devices 41.

[0191] Advantageously, the output shaft 20 of the electromechanical actuator 11 is arranged inside the winding tube 4 and at least partly outside the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0192] Here, one end of the output shaft 20 projects relative to the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11, in particular relative to the second end 17b of the casing 17.

[0193] The motorized drive device 5 further comprises a connecting element 31. The output shaft 20 of the electromechanical actuator 11 is configured to drive in rotation, in other words drives in rotation, the connecting element 31, around the axis of rotation X. Furthermore, the connecting element 31 is configured to drive in rotation, in other words drives in rotation, the winding tube 4, around the axis of rotation X.

[0194] Advantageously, the connecting element 31 is connected, in other words is configured to be connected, to the winding tube 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5.

[0195] Here, the connecting element 31 is produced in the form of a wheel.

[0196] When the electromechanical actuator 11 is operated, the electric motor 16 and the reducer 19 rotate the output shaft 20. In addition, the output shaft 20 rotates the winding tube 4 via the connecting element 31.

[0197] Thus, the winding tube 4 rotates the screen 2 of the occulting device 3, so as to open or close the opening 1.

[0198] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises a counting device 42. The counting device 42 is configured to cooperate, in other words cooperates, with the control unit 15. Furthermore, the counting device 42 and the control unit 15 are configured to determine a position, which can be called “current”, of the screen 2.

[0199] Advantageously, the control unit 15 is configured to monitor at least one signal S coming from the counting device 42 at a predetermined frequency f, in particular as a function of the position of the screen 2.

[0200] Here, the counting device 42 is of the magnetic type.

[0201] In such a case, the counting device 42 may comprise a code wheel 38 and one or more sensors 39, in particular Hall effect sensors.

[0202] Here, the encoder wheel 38 is connected to an axial end of the rotor 16a of the electric motor 16. In addition, the or each sensor 39 is assembled on an electronic card of the control unit 15, in particular on a third electronic card, not shown, or on the first electronic card 15a.

[0203] Thus, the counting device 42 makes it possible to determine the number of revolutions made by the rotor 16a of the electric motor 16.

[0204] Here, the counting device 42 comprises three sensors 39, only two of which are visible in [Fig.4].

[0205] The number of sensors is not limiting and may be different. It may be, for example, one or two.

[0206] As a variant, not shown, the counting device 42 may be devoid of sensors 39.

[0207] As a variant, not shown, the counting device 42 makes it possible to determine the number of revolutions made by the output shaft 20 of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0208] In another variant, the crown 24 comprises, on its inner face, a toothing, not shown, configured to cooperate, in other words cooperating, with a pinion, not shown, installed inside the torque support 21 or, alternatively, inside the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0209] Here, the encoder wheel 38 is connected to the pinion, in particular by means of a shaft.

[0210] Thus, the teeth of the crown 24 are configured to drive in rotation, in other words, it rotates the pinion so as to count the number of turns of the winding tube 4.

[0211] In this case, the teeth of the crown 24 and the pinion are part of the counting device 42.

[0212] The counting device 42 also makes it possible to determine the direction of rotation of the winding tube 4 and / or to manage the end-of-travel positions of the screen 2.

[0213] The type of counting device is not limiting and may be different, in particular optical, for example an encoder equipped with one or more optical sensors, or time sensors.

[0214] The motorized drive device 5 and, more particularly, the connecting element 31 will now be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8.

[0215] The connecting element 31 comprises a plurality of blades 40, in other words fins.

[0216] The blades 40 of the connecting element 31 butt, in other words are configured to butt, against the inner surface 4a of the winding tube 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5, when the electromechanical actuator 11 is electrically activated.

[0217] Thus, the motorized drive device 5 makes it possible to simplify the assembly of the electromechanical actuator 11 and the connecting element 31 inside the winding tube 4, to maximize the external diameter 017ext of the casing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 11 relative to the internal diameter 04int of the tube winding 4, while minimizing the cost of obtaining the motorized drive device 5.

[0218] In this way, the connecting element 31 is configured to drive in rotation, in other words drives in rotation, the winding tube 4 by the buttressing of the blades 40 bearing against the inner surface 4a of the winding tube 4, when the electromechanical actuator 11 and, more particularly, the electric motor 16 is electrically activated.

[0219] Furthermore, the connecting element 31 does not have to be fixed to the winding tube 4, in particular by screwing or riveting, but the blades 40 of the connecting element 31 are only pressed against the inner surface 4a of the winding tube 4, during the electrical activation of the electromechanical actuator 11, so as to transmit the torque supplied by the electric motor 16 and the output shaft 20, as well as possibly the reducer 19.

[0220] Advantageously, the inner surface 4a of the winding tube 4 is smooth. In other words, the inner surface 4a of the winding tube 4 is devoid of projecting elements extending towards the center of the winding tube 4, in particular towards the axis of rotation X, or of concavities extending in a centrifugal radial direction relative to the axis of rotation X.

[0221] Advantageously, each blade 40 has at a final end, in other words external radial, 40e an edge 49, in particular sharp, in other words sharpened. In addition, the edge 49 of each blade 40 cooperates, in other words is configured to cooperate, with the inner surface 4a of the winding tube 4, when the electromechanical actuator 11 is electrically activated, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5.

[0222] Thus, following the insertion of the connecting element 31 inside the winding tube 4, each blade 40 is configured to return, in other words to penetrate, inside the inner surface 4a of the winding tube 4, so as to block the rotation of the connecting element 31 relative to the winding tube 4, around the axis of rotation X.

[0223] Advantageously, the inner surface 4a of the winding tube 4 has a circular section, in particular centered around the axis of rotation X.

[0224] Advantageously, the blades 40 of the connecting element 31 are flexible.

[0225] Advantageously, each blade 40 of the connecting element 31 has a curvature C predetermined.

[0226] Advantageously, each blade 40 is configured to bend, in other words to fold, under a radial force R generated by the insertion of the connecting element 31 inside the winding tube 4. In addition, each blade 40 is configured to curve, in other words to bend, under a tangential force T generated by the electrical activation of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0227] Here, the curvature C is defined by a curved line, in particular having a variable radius of curvature.

[0228] Alternatively, not shown, the curvature C is defined by a predetermined fixed radius of curvature.

[0229] A method of assembling the motorized drive device 5 comprises a step of inserting the connecting element 31 inside the winding tube 4.

[0230] Advantageously, during this insertion step, the connecting element 31 is inserted axially, in other words is configured to be inserted axially, in particular in the direction of the axis of rotation X, in other words in a translational movement, inside the winding tube 4.

[0231] Advantageously, when inserting the connecting element 31 inside the winding tube 4, each blade 40 is elastically deformed by the application of a force exerted by the inner surface 4a of the winding tube 4, so as to increase a value of the curvature C, without exceeding an elastic deformation value of each blade 40, that is to say without inducing plastic deformation of each blade 40.

[0232] Advantageously, when the connecting element 31 is inserted inside the winding tube 4, in other words in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5, a value of the curvature C of each blade 40 of the connecting element 31 is increased, compared to a state where the connecting element 31 is outside the winding tube 4, in other words compared to a situation where the members of the motorized drive device 5 are not assembled.

[0233] Advantageously, the connecting element 31 can be removed, in other words extracted, from inside the winding tube 4 by exerting axial traction, in particular in the direction of the axis of rotation X, on the connecting element 31, in other words by a translational movement of the connecting element 31.

[0234] Advantageously, the connecting element 31 comprises a first series 40a of blades 40 and a second series 40b of blades 40. The curvature C of the blades 40 of the first series 40a is oriented in a first direction around the axis of rotation X. Furthermore, the curvature C of the blades 40 of the second series 40b is oriented in a second direction around the axis of rotation X. The second direction is opposite to the first direction.

[0235] Thus, the orientation of the curvature C of the blades 40 of the first and second series 40a, 40b makes it possible to guarantee the rotational drive of the winding tube 4, around the axis of rotation X, in the two directions of rotation of the winding tube 4 opposite one another.

[0236] Advantageously, the curvature C of the blades 40 of the first series 40a and the curvature C of the blades 40 of the second series 40b are identical, although oriented in opposite directions.

[0237] As a variant, not shown, the curvature C of the blades 40 of the first series 40a and the curvature C of the blades 40 of the second series 40b are different.

[0238] Advantageously, each blade 40 comprises at least one chamfer 48. Furthermore, the or each chamfer 48 cooperates, in other words is configured to cooperate, with the inner surface 4a of the winding tube 4, when the connecting element 31 is inserted inside the winding tube 4.

[0239] Thus, when inserting the connecting element 31 inside the winding tube 4, the chamfer 48 of each blade 40 allows the elastic deformation thereof.

[0240] Here, each blade 40 comprises a first side 40c and a second side 40d. The first side 40c is opposite the second side 40d, along the direction of the rotation axis X. Furthermore, each blade 40 comprises a first chamfer 48, at the junction between its first side 40c and its edge 49, and a second chamfer 48, at the junction between its second side 40d and its edge 49.

[0241] Thus, each blade 40 has two chamfers 48 and is symmetrical, so that the first series 40a of blades 40 and the second series 40b of blades 40 can be mounted on the output shaft 20 of the electromechanical actuator 11 regardless of the direction of mounting of the connecting element 31 on the output shaft 20.

[0242] Here, the blades 40 of the connecting element 31 are made of a plastic material.

[0243] Alternatively, the blades 40 of the connecting element 31 are made of a metallic material.

[0244] Advantageously, the material of the blades 40 of the connecting element 31 is determined, in particular, as a function of a number of blades 40, a thickness of the blades 40, a hardness of the material of the edge 49 of the blades 40, a hardness of the material of the winding tube 4 and an operating torque transmitted by the output shaft 20 of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0245] The hardness of the materials taken into account is preferably of the Brinell, Meyer, Vickers, Rockwell, Shore A or B type.

[0246] Advantageously, the blades 40 are made of a material different from the material of the winding tube 4.

[0247] Advantageously, the blades 40 are made of a material having a hardness value greater than that of the material of the winding tube 4.

[0248] Advantageously, the connecting element 31 comprises a first part 31a and a second part 31b. The first part 31a of the connecting element 31 is distinct from the second part 31b of the connecting element 31. The first part 31a of the connecting element 31 is formed by the first series of blades 40a, in particular so as to form a first wheel. Furthermore, the second part 31b of the connecting element 31 is formed by the second series of blades 40b, in particular so as to form a second wheel.

[0249] Thus, the first part 31a of the connecting element 31 and the second part 31b of the connecting element 31 are two separate parts.

[0250] As a variant, not shown, the first part 31a of the connecting element 31 is integral with the second part 31b of the connecting element 31. In this case, the first part 31a of the connecting element 31 and the second part 31b of the connecting element 31 are produced by means of a single part, in other words form a single piece.

[0251] Advantageously, the output shaft 20 of the electromechanical actuator 11 comprises a rod 25. Each of the first and second parts 31a, 31b of the connecting element 31 comprises a first central hole 37. Furthermore, the rod 25 is inserted, in other words is configured to be inserted, into the first central hole 37 of each of the first and second parts 31a, 31b of the connecting element 31, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5.

[0252] The rod 25 of the output shaft 20 is configured to transmit, in other words transmits, an operating torque from the electromechanical actuator 11 to the winding tube 4 through the connecting element 31, during the electrical activation of the electromechanical actuator 11.

[0253] Here, the rod 25 has a first end 25c and a second end 25d. The second end 25d is opposite the first end 25c.

[0254] Advantageously, the rod 25 is threaded at least partially.

[0255] Here, the rod 25 comprises a first threaded portion 25a and a second unthreaded portion 25b. The first threaded portion 25a is disposed in the vicinity of the first end 25c of the rod 25. Furthermore, the second unthreaded portion 25b is disposed in the vicinity of the second end 25d of the rod 25.

[0256] As a variant, not shown, the rod 5 comprises only the first threaded part 25 a.

[0257] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 further comprises at least one nut 43.

[0258] Here, the electromechanical actuator 11 comprises a single nut 43.

[0259] As a variant, not shown, the electromechanical actuator 11 comprises the nut 43 and another nut forming a locknut.

[0260] Advantageously, following the insertion of each of the first and second parts 31a, 31b of the connecting element 31 onto the rod 25, the nut 43 is screwed, in other words is configured to be screwed, onto the first threaded part 25a of the rod 25, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5.

[0261] Thus, the first and second parts 31a, 31b of the connecting element 31 are held in position on the rod 25 of the output shaft 20 by screwing the nut 43 onto the first threaded part 25a of the rod 25.

[0262] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 11 comprises at least one washer 46. The or each washer 46 comprises a second central hole 47. Furthermore, the rod 25 is inserted, in other words is configured to be inserted, into the second central hole 47 of the or each washer 46, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 5.

[0263] Here, the electromechanical actuator 11 comprises two washers 46. A first washer 46 is arranged between the first and second parts 31a, 31b of the connecting element 31. Furthermore, a second washer 46 is arranged between the first part 31a of the connecting element 31 and the second end 25d of the rod 25.

[0264] Here, the rod 25 has a square section. In addition, the first central hole 37 of each of the first and second parts 31a, 31b of the connecting element 31 and the second central hole 47 of each washer 46 have a square section. This shape facilitates the transmission of a torque for rotating the winding tube 4, between the rod 25 and the connecting element 31.

[0265] The shape of the rod, of the first central hole of each of the first and second parts of the connecting element and of the second central hole of each washer is not limiting and may be different. It may be, for example, circular.

[0266] As a variant, not shown, the first and second parts 31a, 31b of the connecting element 31 are held in position on the rod 25 of the output shaft 20 by means of a screw screwed into a central bore of the rod 25, of an elastic snap-fastening element assembled on the rod 25 or of a circlip assembled on the rod 25.

[0267] Thanks to the present invention, the motorized drive device makes it possible to simplify the assembly of the electromechanical actuator and the connecting element inside the winding tube, to maximize the outer diameter of the housing of the electromechanical actuator relative to the inner diameter of the winding tube, while minimizing the cost of obtaining the motorized drive device.

[0268] In this way, the connecting element is configured to drive in rotation, in other words rotates, the winding tube by the buttressing of the blades bearing against the inner surface of the winding tube, when the electromechanical actuator is electrically activated.

[0269] Numerous modifications can be made to the embodiments described above, without departing from the scope of the invention.

[0270] As a variant, not shown, the control unit 15 further comprises a housing. In addition, the first electronic card 15a is arranged inside the housing, in par particular in the assembled configuration of the control unit 15. Thus, the housing of the control unit 15 makes it possible to protect the first electronic card 15a, during the assembly of the electromechanical actuator 11 and following the assembly of the latter. In this way, the housing of the control unit 15 makes it possible to electrically isolate the first electronic card 15a from the casing 17. Advantageously, the outer diameter of the housing of the control unit 15 is less than the inner diameter of the casing 17, so that the housing can be inserted into the casing 17, during the assembly of the electromechanical actuator 11. In a first case, the housing of the control unit 15 may comprise two half-shells configured to cooperate together, in particular in the assembled configuration of the control unit 15.In the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 11, the two half-shells are assembled together, so as to define a junction plane extending in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation X. Advantageously, at least one of the two half-shells forming the housing comprises elements for positioning and fixing the first electronic card 15a, in particular in the assembled configuration of the control unit 15. In a second case, the housing of the control unit 15 may comprise one or more sections, the or each section being produced in the form of a hollow tube. The or each section is configured to house or receive, in other words houses or receives, the first electronic card 15a, in particular in the assembled configuration of the control unit 15. In such a case, the or each section of the housing comprises a first groove and a second groove.Furthermore, the first and second grooves are configured to hold in position, in other words keep in position, the first electronic card 15a inside the housing, in particular in the assembled configuration of the control unit 15.

[0271] Furthermore, the embodiments and variations contemplated may be combined to generate new embodiments of the invention, without departing from the scope of the invention.
