Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: AIRBRUSH SUCTION KIT BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] Scope of the invention
[0002] The invention relates to an airbrush suction kit, and more particularly to an airbrush suction kit allowing the assembly of a fluid spray gun and a vacuum cleaner.
[0003] Description of the prior art
[0004] In everyday life, when people clean their home environment, the negative pressure generated by the vacuum cleaner is generally used to absorb dust, debris, and / or other dirt from the floor or work surface to be cleaned. However, when using the vacuum cleaner to absorb this dirt, some particles inevitably adhere stubbornly to a surface of the object and may be overlooked due to their size. In particular, dirt adhering to the surface will become more difficult to remove over time.
[0005] Generally, the common method for removing this dirt is to scrape it off by direct contact. However, this method is not only time-consuming but also labor-intensive. In contrast, an airbrush suction kit that integrates a spray gun and a vacuum cleaner is presented. The airbrush suction kit allows users to first use a fluid ejected from the spray gun to strike and thus loosen the dirt, and then the vacuum cleaner is used to remove the dirt, which is not only more economical in terms of labor but also more efficient.
[0006] As described above, when a spray gun is combined with a vacuum cleaner via the airbrush suction kit, dirt can be sprayed upwards by the spray gun and then vacuumed up. However, in actual operation, to prevent dirt from being sprayed all around, a dust collector in the airbrush suction kit is opened to cover the surface to be cleaned, and then the negative pressure generated by the vacuum cleaner is used to draw the dirt into the dust collector. However, although the open lid of the dust collector covers the surface to be cleaned to effectively prevent dirt from flying around, it is also easy to create a vacuum-like state on both the dust collector and the surface to be cleaned due to the negative pressure of the vacuum cleaner. Thus, the dust collector is difficult to move for large-scale cleaning.. Summary of the invention
[0007] Given that, in the previous technology, the spray gun and Existing vacuum cleaners can be used in combination with airbrush suction kits, but the negative pressure generated by the vacuum cleaner causes the entire dust collector to adhere firmly to the floor when the open dust collector lid covers the surface to be cleaned, thus significantly impacting cleaning efficiency. Therefore, the present invention aims to provide an airbrush suction kit capable of preventing the dust collector from adhering firmly to the surface being cleaned, thereby improving ease of use.
[0008] According to the present invention, an airbrush suction kit is configured to be assembled to a fluid spray gun and configured to selectively collect at least one speck of dirt leaving an object surface or to guide at least one speck of dirt to a vacuum cleaner after the fluid spray gun has injected fluid onto the object surface. The airbrush suction kit includes a gun assembly tube, a dust collector, a vacuum cleaner adapter tube, and a dust collection bag.
[0009] The gun assembly tube comprises an assembly tube body and an inclined extension tube. The assembly tube body extends from a first assembly port to a second assembly port along a first direction. The first assembly port is configured to be assembled to a barrel of the fluid spray gun, while the second assembly port is spatially connected to the first assembly port. The inclined extension tube protrudes from the assembly tube body along a second direction oblique to the first direction.
[0010] The dust collector comprises a collector body and a plurality of raised structures. The collector body is rotationally assembled at the second assembly port and has an open end. The plurality of raised structures protrude from the open end, spaced apart from one another to form a plurality of fluid flow spaces when the plurality of raised structures come into contact with the object surface.
[0011] The vacuum cleaner adapter tube comprises an adapter tube body, a first connection port, and a second connection port. The first connection port protrudes from the adapter tube body along a third direction and is configured to be rotated into the angled extension tube when at least one piece of dirt is guided toward the vacuum cleaner. The second connection port protrudes from the adapter tube body along a fourth direction oblique to the third direction and is configured to be attached to the vacuum cleaner.
[0012] The dust collection bag is configured to be assembled to the extension tube inclined when the airbrush suction kit collects at least one bit of dirt.
[0013] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the dust collection bag comprises a bag connector and a bag body. The bag connector is configured to be assembled to the inclined extension tube. The bag body is connected to the bag connector and has a connection chamber. Preferably, the bag body is made of non-woven fabric.
[0014] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the assembly tube body has a hollow pipe passage through which the barrel enters, the first assembly orifice has a locking hole, and the locking hole is spatially connected to the hollow pipe passage, such that a locking piece is able to enter through and lock the barrel when the barrel enters through the hollow pipe passage.
[0015] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second assembly port has a first outer tube wall, the dust collector has a first inner tube wall, and the first inner tube wall and the first outer tube wall are matched to each other. Preferably, the first outer tube wall and the first inner tube wall are individually tapered along the first direction.
[0016] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the collector body further comprises a tube section and an expansion section. The tube section extends along the first direction and includes the first inner tube wall. The expansion section is spatially connected to the tube section and gradually widens along the first direction.
[0017] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inclined extension tube has a second inner tube wall, the first connection port has a second outer tube wall, and the second outer tube wall and the second inner tube wall are matched. Preferably, the second inner tube wall is progressively widened along the second direction, the second outer tube wall is tapered along the third direction, and the second and third directions are opposite each other when the first connection port is assembled to the inclined extension tube.
[0018] As stated, since the airbrush suction kit of the present invention has a plurality of raised structures at the open end of the dust collector, a plurality of fluid flow spaces are formed when the dust collector is attached to the object surface. Thus, the difficult movement of the dust collector caused by excessive pressure difference is avoided, and ease of use can be effectively improved.
[0019] All these objectives are achieved by the airbrush suction kit described below. Brief description of the drawings

[0031] The invention described herein relates to a suction kit for an airbrush. In the following description, numerous details are set forth to allow for a thorough understanding of the present invention. A person skilled in the art will appreciate that variations of these specific details are possible while still achieving the results of the present invention. In other cases, well-known components are not described in detail so as not to unnecessarily obscure the present invention.
[0032] With reference to Figures 1 to 3, [Fig. 1] is a schematic exploded view of a preferred embodiment of the airbrush dust extraction kit according to the present invention, [Fig. 2] is a schematic exploded view of the assembly of the barrel assembly tube, the vacuum adapter tube, and the dust collector of [Fig. 1], and [Fig. 3] is a schematic cross-sectional view of [Fig. 2] along line AA. As illustrated, in this embodiment, an airbrush dust extraction kit 100 comprises a barrel assembly tube 1, a dust collector 2, a vacuum adapter tube 3, and a dust collection bag 4.
[0033] The barrel assembly tube 1 comprises an assembly tube body 11 and an inclined extension tube 12. The assembly tube body 11 extends from a first assembly port 111 of the body to a second assembly port 112 of the body along a first direction D1, and has a hollow tube passage S spatially connecting the first assembly port 111 and the second assembly port 112. As illustrated, the first assembly port 111 further comprises a locking hole 1111. In addition, the second assembly port 112 comprises a first outer tube wall 1121.
[0034] The inclined extension tube 12 protrudes from the assembly tube body 11 along a second direction D2 oblique to the first direction Dl, and the inclined extension tube 12 has a second inner tube wall 121.
[0035] The dust collector 2 comprises a collector body 21 and a plurality of raised structures 22 (one of which is shown in the figure). The manifold body 21 comprises a tube section 211 and an expansion section 212. The tube section 211 extends along the first direction Dl and has a first inner tube wall 2111. The first inner tube wall 2111 and the first outer tube wall 1121 are matched to each other, such that the tube section 211 can be firmly fixed to the second assembly port 112. The expansion section 212 is spatially connected to the tube section 211 and gradually widens along the first direction Dl to eventually form an open end 2121. A plurality of raised structures 22, individually projecting from an end surface of the open end 2121, are spaced apart.
[0036] The vacuum cleaner adapter tube 3 comprises an adapter tube body 31; a first connection port 32, projecting from the adapter tube body 31 along a third direction D3, configured to be assembled by rotation to the inclined extension tube 12 when at least one piece of dirt is guided towards the vacuum cleaner; and a second connection port 33, projecting from the adapter tube body 31 along a fourth direction D4 oblique to the third direction D3, configured to be assembled to the vacuum cleaner.
[0037] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the first connection port 32 further comprises a second outer tube wall 321 to match the latter and the second inner tube wall 121 to each other, so that the first connection port 32 can be closely fitted with the inclined extension tube 12.
[0038] The dust collection bag 4 includes a bag connector 41 and a bag body 42. The bag connector 41 is configured to be assembled to the inclined extension tube 12. The bag body 42 is connected to the bag connector 4L. In particular, the bag body 42 of this embodiment can be made of a non-woven fabric to obtain a breathable effect.
[0039] As described, in this embodiment, in application, one of the vacuum cleaner adapter tube 3 and the dust collector bag 4 is chosen to be assembled to the inclined extension tube 12, and not assembled simultaneously to the inclined extension tube 12.
[0040] With reference to [Fig. 4], a schematic cross-section of the assembly of a gun assembly tube, a vacuum cleaner adapter tube, and a dust collector of another embodiment of the airbrush dust extraction kit according to the present invention is illustrated. As illustrated from [Fig. 2] to [Fig. 4], in this embodiment, the aforementioned gun assembly tube 1, dust collector 2, and vacuum cleaner adapter tube 3 of the preceding embodiment can be individually replaced by a gun assembly tube 1a, a dust collector 2a, and a vacuum cleaner adapter tube 3a.
[0041] As described, similarly, the gun assembly tube 1a comprises an assembly tube body 1a and an inclined extension tube 12a. The assembly tube body 1a extends from a first assembly port 11a of the assembly tube to a second assembly port 112a of the assembly tube along a first direction Dla. Furthermore, the second assembly port 112a has a first outer tube wall 1121a. The inclined extension tube 12a projects from the assembly tube body 1a along a second direction D2a oblique to the first direction Dla, and the inclined extension tube 12a has a second inner tube wall 121a.However, the difference between the gun assembly tube la and the gun assembly tube 1 is that, in this embodiment, the first outer tube wall 1121a is tapered along the first direction Dla, while the second inner tube wall 121a is tapered along a direction opposite to the second direction D2a.
[0042] On the other hand, the dust collector 2a comprises a collector body 21a and a plurality of raised structures 22a (one of which is shown in the figure). The The manifold body 21a comprises a tube section 21la and an expansion section 212a. The tube section 21la extends along the first direction Dla and has a first inner tube wall 211la. The first inner tube wall 211la and the first outer tube wall 1121a are matched to each other, such that the tube section 211a can be closely fitted to the second assembly port 112a. The expansion section 212a is spatially connected to the tube section 21la and gradually widens along the first direction Dla to eventually form an open end 2121a. A plurality of raised structures 22a, individually projecting from an end surface of the open end 2121a, are spaced apart. However, the difference between the dust collector 2a of this embodiment and the dust collector 2 of the previous embodiment is that, in this embodiment, each of the first outer tube wall 1121a and the first inner tube wall 211a is tapered along the first direction Dla. Thus, when the tube section 21a is fitted onto the second assembly port 112a, the first outer tube wall 1121a and the first inner tube wall 2111a, tapered along the first direction Dla, can be used to guide the tube section 211a so that it smoothly engages with the second assembly port 112a. Such an engagement between the tube section 21a and the second assembly port 112a can be even tighter if the assembly force between the two is increased.
[0043] Furthermore, the vacuum adapter tube 3a comprises an adapter tube body 31a, a first connection port 32a, and a second connection port 33a. The first connection port 32a, which extends from the adapter tube body 31a along a third direction D3a, is configured to be rotationally assembled to the inclined extension tube 12a. The second connection port 33a protrudes from the adapter tube body 31a along a fourth direction D4a, oblique to the third direction D3a. However, the difference between the vacuum adapter tube 3a and the aforementioned vacuum adapter tube 3 is that, in this embodiment, the second inner tube wall 121a is tapered in a direction opposite to the second direction D2a, while the second outer tube wall 321a is tapered along the third direction D3a.Thus, while the first connection port 32a is connected to engage with the inclined extension tube 12a, the second inner tube wall 121a and the second outer tube wall 321a can be used to guide the first connection port 32a so that it engages smoothly with the inclined extension tube 12a, and such an engagement can be even tighter if the assembly force between the two is increased.
[0044] With reference to Figures 5 to 8, [Fig. 5] is a schematic exploded view of a com [Fig.1] is a combination of the barrel assembly tube, dust collector and vacuum cleaner adapter tube of [Fig.1] and a fluid spray gun, [Fig.6] is a perspective view of [Fig.5], [Fig.7] is a schematic cross-sectional view of [Fig.6] along line BB, and [Fig.8] schematically represents the combination of [Fig.6] connected to a vacuum cleaner being applied so that the dust collector adheres to an object surface for cleaning.
[0045] With reference to Figures 1 to 8, in this embodiment, the airbrush suction kit 100 is applied to be assembled to a fluid spray gun 200 comprising a gun handle 201, a barrel 202 and an air guide nozzle 203.
[0046] The pistol grip 201 is configured to connect to a high-pressure air source (not shown in the figure). The barrel 202 is inserted through the barrel assembly tube 1, and a locking piece 300 is applied to lock onto a first assembly end 111. The air guide nozzle 203 is fixed inside the barrel 202 and assembled to a jet orifice 2011 of the pistol grip 201 to spatially connect to the jet orifice 2011. When a trigger (not shown in the figure) of the pistol grip 201 is pulled, the pistol grip 201 spatially connects the high-pressure source to the jet orifice 2011, and the high-pressure air can thus be routed to be ejected through the air guide nozzle 203.
[0047] As described, when a vacuum cleaner 400 (only one vacuum cleaner hose is shown in the figure) is determined for the application, the first assembly port 32 of the vacuum cleaner adapter tube 3 is assembled by rotation to the inclined extension tube 12, and the vacuum cleaner 400 is assembled to the second assembly port 33, so that the vacuum cleaner 400 can be spatially connected to both the gun assembly tube 1 and the dust collector 2.
[0048] Once the fluid spray gun 200 is assembled to the vacuum cleaner 400 via the gun assembly tube 1 and the vacuum cleaner adapter tube 3, the dust collector 2 can be adhered to an object surface CS, such that a plurality of raised structures 22 come into contact with the object surface CS so as to form a plurality of fluid flow spaces (not shown in the figure, but the spacing between any two adjacent raised structures 22).
[0049] In practice, in the prior art, when the high-pressure air supplied by the fluid spray gun 200 is ejected onto the object surface CS via the air guide nozzle 203, the dirt (not shown in the figure) on the object surface CS is disturbed by the spray and is then carried into the vacuum cleaner 400 by suction. However, with the dust collector 2 comprising the raised structures 22 according to the present invention, the open end 2121 will not be firmly adhered to the surface of object CS, and therefore, even if the suction effect provided by the vacuum cleaner 400 is still significant, the fluid flow spaces formed between the plurality of raised structures 22 allow foreign air to enter the dust collector 2 to modulate the internal pressure, so that the aforementioned problem of the difficulty in moving the dust collector 2 due to the pressure difference is overcome.
[0050] With reference to [Fig. 9], it is schematically shown that the combination of [Fig. 6] connected to the dust collection bag is applied so that the dust collector adheres to an object surface for cleaning. As shown in Figures 1 to 9, the airbrush suction kit 100 of the present invention can selectively assemble the barrel assembly tube 1 to a vacuum adapter tube 3 or to a dust collection bag 4. If the dust collection bag 4 is assembled to the inclined extension tube 12 via the bag connector 41, the dust collector 2 can still adhere to the object surface CS, and high-pressure air can be used in the same way to spray the dirt off the object surface CS.At that moment, as the dust collector 2 is adhered to the object surface CS, the airflow towards the object surface CS is thus guided by the inner wall of the dust collector 2 to blow the dirt towards the inclined extension tube 12, and then into the dust collection bag 4. In this embodiment, the dirt can be objects such as dust, powder or chips.
[0051] As described above, the bag body 42 is made of a non-woven fabric, and its breathable function allows air in a connection chamber 421 of the bag body 42 to escape, but dirt circulating with the air remains. Furthermore, since the dust collector 4 of this embodiment is equipped with a plurality of raised structures 22, even if the high-pressure air supplied by the fluid spray gun 200 is over-pressurized, the air can still be expelled outwards through the fluid flow spaces structured by the plurality of raised structures 22, such that any possible fluttering of the dust collector 4 is caused by the counter-force of the high-pressure air striking the surface of the object CS.
[0052] With reference to [Fig. 10], a schematic exploded view of a combination of the gun assembly tube, dust collector, and vacuum adapter tube of [Fig. 1] and another fluid spray gun is shown. In [Fig. 10], the airbrush suction kit 100 of this embodiment can be assembled to the aforementioned fluid spray gun 200 or to another spray gun. Fluid spray gun 200a. As illustrated, the fluid spray gun 200a includes the gun handle 201, a barrel 202a, a liquid supply assembly 203a and a cyclone nozzle assembly 204a.
[0053] Similarly, the pistol grip 201 is configured to connect to a high-pressure air source. The barrel 202a is assembled to the jet port 2011 of the pistol grip 201. The liquid supply assembly 203a is assembled to the barrel 202a and includes an injection tube 2031a that extends from inside the liquid supply assembly 203a, along the barrel 202a, and then out of the barrel 202a. The cyclone nozzle assembly 204a is assembled to the barrel 202a and allows the injection tube 2031a to extend further into the cyclone nozzle assembly 204a. The injection tube 2031a extends further and then exits the rotary nozzle 2041a.
[0054] As described, the first assembly port 111 can be locked similarly to the barrel 202a by means of the locking piece 202a, so that the cyclonic nozzle assembly 204a can extend into the barrel assembly tube 1a and the dust collector 2. Thus, when the trigger of the pistol grip 201 is pulled, the high-pressure air rotates the rotating nozzle 2041a, and simultaneously the fluid is ejected from the injection tube 2031a.
[0055] Furthermore, since the use of the combination of the airbrush suction kit 100 and the fluid spray gun 200a and that of the airbrush suction kit 100 and the fluid spray gun 200 are the same, details on this are omitted here.
[0056] In summary, when using a conventional spray gun and the vacuum cleaner integrated into the airbrush suction kit, the dust collector can easily adhere firmly to the surface being cleaned due to the suction provided by the vacuum cleaner, which significantly reduces the efficiency of the associated cleaning task. On the other hand, according to the present invention, the airbrush suction kit primarily features a plurality of raised structures at the open end of the dust collector. Thus, when the dust collector approaches the object surface, these raised structures create a plurality of fluid flow spaces. This avoids the difficult movement of the dust collector caused by excessive pressure differences, and the ease of use can be effectively improved.
[0057] Although the present invention has been particularly illustrated and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications of form and detail can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
