Abstract

The present invention discloses a push rod assembly and a child's stroller. The push rod assembly comprises lower, middle, and upper push rods connected by sliding mechanisms, a first locking mechanism, a first unlocking mechanism, and a first unlocking element mounted on the upper push rod and cooperating with the first unlocking mechanism. When the first unlocking mechanism is activated, the upper push rod slides downward to unlock the first mechanism. When the first unlocking mechanism is released, the first unlocking element is in its second position, and at this point, the descent of the upper push rod prevents the first locking mechanism from being unlocked. This push rod assembly can prevent accidental unlocking of the first locking mechanism due to improper handling.(Figure for the abbreviation: Fig.3).

Description

Title of the invention: Children's push rod and stroller assembly Technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of children's articles, and more particularly to a set of push rods and a children's stroller. Prior art

[0002] Children's strollers are generally used when adults go out with children. Children's strollers can generally be folded, which makes it easier to carry and store the stroller. Children's strollers generally comprise a stroller frame, which includes a push rod assembly and a lower bracket, the push rod assembly being rotatably connected to the lower bracket. In order to reduce the volume of the structure after the stroller is folded, in the current art, some push rod assemblies of children's strollers comprise an upper push rod, a middle push rod and a lower push rod, which are connected in a sequential sliding manner.A locking mechanism is used between the upper push rod and the middle push rod, as well as between the middle push rod and the lower push rod, to lock their relative position. To facilitate folding of the stroller, a single unlocking mechanism is installed. By operating this unlocking mechanism to unlock the locking mechanism between the upper push rod and the middle push rod, the locking mechanism between the middle push rod and the lower push rod can be unlocked by connection when the upper push rod slides down and approaches the middle push rod.This children's stroller structure may, if the unlocking mechanism is operated incorrectly, cause the locking mechanisms between the upper push rod and the middle push rod, as well as between the middle push rod and the lower push rod, to unlock, which may cause the middle push rod to slide down and move closer to the lower push rod. This may cause the canopy to slide down and hit the child sitting in the stroller, creating a safety hazard when using the children's stroller. Presentation of the invention

[0003] The objective of the present invention is to overcome the shortcomings of the current technique by providing a set of push rods capable of avoiding the unlocking of the first locking mechanism between the intermediate push rod and the lower push rod due to incorrect handling causing the upper push rod to slide downwards and come closer to the intermediate push rod.

[0004] To achieve this objective, the technical solution adopted by the present invention is as follows:

[0005] A push rod assembly, comprising a lower push rod, an intermediate push rod slidably disposed along the extension direction of the length of the lower push rod, an upper push rod slidably disposed along the extension direction of the length of the intermediate push rod, a first locking mechanism for locking the relative position of the intermediate push rod and the lower push rod, and a second locking mechanism for locking the relative position of the intermediate push rod and the upper push rod, characterized in that:

[0006] The first locking mechanism comprises a first locking member movably disposed on one of the two rods, either the intermediate push rod or the lower push rod, and a first locking groove disposed on the other rod. When the first locking member moves toward the first locking groove, it locks the relative position of the intermediate push rod with respect to the lower push rod;

[0007] The push rod assembly also includes a first unlocking member. After unlocking the second locking mechanism, the upper push rod slides toward the direction toward the lower push rod and drives the first unlocking member to move toward the first locking member. During this opposite movement, the first unlocking member urges the first locking member to move in the direction away from the first locking groove to unlock the relative position of the middle push rod and the lower push rod.

[0008] Thanks to the above-mentioned technical solution, the invention has the following advantages over the existing technique: the push rod assembly of the invention, after incorrect manipulation of the first unlocking mechanism causing the second locking mechanism to be unlocked, when the upper push rod slides down and approaches the intermediate push rod, due to the cooperation between the first unlocking member and the first locking mechanism, cannot unlock the first locking mechanism, thus preventing the intermediate push rod from sliding down bottom. This prevents the canopy from sliding down and hitting the child sitting in the stroller, thus improving safety when using the children's stroller. Brief description of the drawings

[0030] The following description explains in more detail the technical solution of the present invention with reference to the drawings and specific examples.

[0031] The children's stroller of the present invention has an extended state and a folded state. As illustrated in [Fig.l], the children's stroller comprises a lower support 100 and a push rod assembly disposed on the lower support 100.

[0032] As illustrated in [Fig. 2], the push rod assembly comprises an upper push rod 1, an intermediate push rod 2, and a lower push rod 3. The intermediate push rod 2 is arranged to slide along the length direction of the lower push rod 3, and the upper push rod 1 is arranged to slide along the length direction of the intermediate push rod 2. In this example, the upper push rod 1, the intermediate push rod 2, and the lower push rod 3 all have a tube extending in the length direction thereof, the intermediate push rod 2 is arranged to slide in the tube of the lower push rod 3, and the upper push rod 1 is arranged to slide in the tube of the intermediate push rod 2.

[0033] When the children's stroller is in the extended state, the upper push rod 1 mainly extends out of the middle push rod tube 2, and the middle push rod 2 mainly extends out of the lower push rod tube 3. When the children's stroller is in the folded state, the upper push rod 1 mainly retracts into the middle push rod tube 2, and the middle push rod 2 mainly retracts into the lower push rod tube 3.

[0034] The push rod assembly also comprises a first locking mechanism, which serves to lock the relative position of the intermediate push rod 2 and the lower push rod 3.

[0035] The first locking mechanism comprises a first locking member 4 arranged to slide on one of the two, either the intermediate push rod 2 or the lower push rod 3, and a first locking groove 31 arranged on the other. When the first locking mechanism is in the locking state, the first locking member 4 is inserted into the first locking groove 31, thereby preventing any relative sliding between the intermediate push rod 2 and the lower push rod 3, as illustrated in Figures 8, 9, 14 and 15. When the first locking mechanism is in the unlocking state, the first locking member 4 detaches from the first locking groove 31, thereby allowing the intermediate push rod 2 to slide relative to the lower push rod 3, as illustrated in Figures 11, 12, 18 and 19.In this example, the first locking element 4 is arranged to slide at . inside the tube of the intermediate push rod 2, and is positioned near the base of the intermediate push rod 2, i.e., near the end of the intermediate push rod 2 which is close to the lower push rod, while the first locking groove 31 is provided on the lower push rod 3, near the top of the lower push rod 3, i.e., near the position of the intermediate push rod 2, allowing the first locking member 4 to slide relative to the intermediate push rod 2 to fit into or detach from the first locking groove 31.

[0036] The push rod assembly also includes a second reset component (not shown in the drawings), which serves to push the first locking member 4 in the direction of insertion into the first locking groove 31. This second reset component may be an elastic component which, under the effect of an external force, allows the first locking member 4 to detach from the first locking groove 31. At this time, the second reset component elastically deforms and accumulates a restoring force, which acts on the first locking member 4 after the external force is removed, causing the first locking member 4 to return to its initial position.

[0037] The push rod assembly also comprises a second locking mechanism, which serves to lock the relative position of the upper push rod 1 and the intermediate push rod 2. When the second locking mechanism is in the locking state, the upper push rod 1 and the intermediate push rod 2 cannot slide relative to each other. When the first locking mechanism is in the unlocking state, the upper push rod 1 can slide relative to the intermediate push rod 2.

[0038] The second locking mechanism comprises a second locking member 51 movably disposed on the upper push rod 1 and a second locking groove 21 disposed on the intermediate push rod 2. The second locking member 51 comprises a main portion 511 and a locking pin 512, the main portion 511 being elastic and the locking pin 512 being disposed at one end of the main portion 511. When the second locking mechanism is in the locking state, the locking pin 512 is inserted into the second locking groove 21, thereby preventing any relative sliding between the upper push rod 1 and the intermediate push rod 2, as illustrated in Figures 3 and 4.When the second locking mechanism is in the unlocked state, the locking pin 512 detaches from the second locking groove 21, thereby allowing the upper push rod 1 to slide relative to the intermediate push rod 2, as shown in Figures 5 and 6. By swinging the part . main 511 relative to the upper push rod 1, it is possible to insert the locking pin 512 into the second locking groove 21 or to detach it.

[0039] The push rod assembly also includes a third elastic component 52, the elastic force of which serves to urge the second locking member 51 to swing in the direction allowing the locking pin 512 to be inserted into the second locking groove 21.

[0040] The lower push rod 3 is rotatably connected to the lower bracket 100, thereby allowing the push rod assembly to rotate relative to the lower bracket 100 and move closer to the lower bracket 100 when the children's stroller is folded. The children's stroller also includes a third locking mechanism for locking the relative position of the lower push rod 3 and the lower bracket 100. When the third locking mechanism is in the locking state, the position of the entire lower bracket 100 is locked.The third locking mechanism may use a structure known in the prior art, such as the third locking mechanism comprising a third locking member 6 disposed to slide between the lower push rod 3 and the lower bracket 100, the third locking member 6 having locking teeth, as shown in Figures 3, 5, 8, 11, 14 and 18. The lower push rod 3 and the lower bracket 100 are both provided with grooves capable of engaging with the locking teeth. When the third locking mechanism is in the locking state, the locking teeth engage with the grooves of the lower push rod 3 and the lower bracket 100, respectively.When the third locking mechanism is in the unlocked state, the locking teeth engage with the grooves of one of the two, either the lower push rod 3 or the lower bracket 100, and disengage from the grooves of the other.

[0041] The push rod assembly also includes a first unlocking mechanism, which, when the second locking mechanism is in the locked state, can be operated to unlock the second locking mechanism, thereby allowing the upper push rod 1 to slide downward and closer to the middle push rod 2.

[0042] More specifically, as illustrated in Figures 3 to 6, the first unlocking mechanism comprises an unlocking button 71, an unlocking body 72 and a pull cable 73. The unlocking button 71 and the unlocking body 72 are both arranged to slide on the upper push rod 1, the unlocking body 72 being housed in the tube of the upper push rod 1. The unlocking body 72 cooperates with the pull cable 73 and is moves under the action of the latter, the unlocking body 72 being equipped with a first part which cooperates with the first unlocking element 81 and a second part which cooperates with the second locking element 51;

[0043] When the unlocking body 72 moves to unlock the second locking element 51, the first unlocking element 81, under the action of the first part, moves to the first position.

[0044] A portion of the unlocking button 71 protrudes outside the upper push rod 1, in order to facilitate its use when unlocking. One end of the traction cable 73 is fixed directly or indirectly to the unlocking button 71, and the other end is fixed to the unlocking body 72.

[0045] The unlocking body 72 is arranged to cooperate in contact with the second locking member 51, and when the unlocking body 72 moves to unlock the second locking member 51, the second part comes into contact with the main part 511 and causes the latter to move so that the locking pin 512 detaches from the second locking groove 21;

[0046] In this example, the main part 511 of the second locking member 51 is equipped with a fourth inclined plane 511a, and the unlocking body 72 is equipped with a fifth inclined plane 721 corresponding to the fourth inclined plane 511a. The fourth inclined plane 511a and the fifth inclined plane 721 are both inclined and intersect in the sliding direction of the unlocking body 72, and the fourth inclined plane 511a and the fifth inclined plane 721 are arranged in contact.

[0047] When the second locking mechanism is in the locking state and the unlocking button 71 is operated, the pull rope 73 pulls the unlocking body 72 upward to slide, and by the interaction of the fourth inclined plane 511a with the fifth inclined plane 721, the main part 511 of the second locking member 51 swings relative to the upper push rod 1, thereby allowing the locking pin 512 to detach from the second locking groove 21, thereby unlocking the second locking mechanism, and allowing the upper push rod 1 to slide downward and approach the intermediate push rod 2.

[0048] The push rod assembly also comprises a first unlocking member 81, which is arranged in the lower part of the upper push rod 1. When the children's stroller is in the deployed state, the first unlocking member 81 is moved away from the first locking member 4, as illustrated in Figures 3 to 6. When the upper push rod 1 slides downward and approaches the middle push rod 2, the first unlocking member 81 can cooperate with the first locking member 4, thus allowing, when the upper push rod 1 slides downward, to slide the first locking member 4 in the exit direction of the first locking groove 31, thereby unlocking the first locking mechanism, which facilitates the unlocking operation of the first locking mechanism. After unlocking the second locking mechanism, the upper push rod 1 slides toward the lower push rod 3 and drives the first unlocking member 81 to move toward the first locking member 4, and during this movement, the first unlocking member 81 drives the first locking member 4 to move in the exit direction of the first locking groove 31 to unlock the relative position of the intermediate push rod 2 and the lower push rod 3.

[0049] More specifically, the first unlocking element 81 is equipped with an unlocking portion 811, and the first locking element 4 is equipped with a first coupling portion 41 and a second coupling portion 42, the first coupling portion 41 being further from the unlocking portion 811 than the second coupling portion 42.

[0050] When the first unlocking member 81 moves until the unlocking portion 811 is in contact with the first coupling portion 41, the first unlocking member 81 drives the first locking member 4 to move in the exit direction of the first locking groove 31.

[0051] The first coupling part 41 is provided with a locking member guide surface 411, and when the first unlocking member 81 and the first locking member 4 move toward each other until they come into contact, the first locking member 4 moves along the locking member guide surface 411 to drive the first locking member 4 to move in the exit direction of the first locking groove 31.

[0052] The guide surface of the locking member 411 is an inclined surface, and the plane containing the guide surface of the locking member 411 is generally inclined in the direction facing the first locking groove 31, and the plane containing the guide surface of the locking member 411 is also inclined in the direction of the upper push rod 1.

[0053] The first unlocking member 81 is rotatably disposed in the lower portion of the upper push rod 1, and the first unlocking member 81 can rotate relative to the upper push rod 1 between a first position and a second position. After the first unlocking member 81 and the first locking member 4 have come into contact, the first position is relative to the position of the first coupling part 41, and the second position is distant from the first coupling part 41;

[0054] The first locking element 4 also comprises a second coupling portion 42 located next to the first coupling portion 41. When the first locking element 4 moves to the second position, after the first unlocking element 81 and the first locking element 4 have come into contact, the position of the first unlocking element 81 is relative to that of the second coupling portion 42.The first unlocking member 81 rotates about the first pivot axis on the upper push rod 1, the first unlocking member 81 having an unlocking portion 811 and a coupling control portion located on either side of the first pivot axis, the unlocking portion 811 serving to contact the first coupling portion 41 to cause the first locking member 4 to move; the first portion slides to contact the coupling control portion and causes the coupling control portion to rotate to position in the unlocking position, when the coupling control portion is in the unlocking position, the first unlocking member 81 is in the first position.

[0055] The first unlocking element 81 is configured to cooperate with the lower end of the unlocking body 72. When the unlocking button 71 is actuated to unlock the second locking mechanism, the first unlocking element 81 can, by its interaction with the unlocking body 72, be caused to rotate relative to the upper push rod 1 to a first position, as illustrated in FIGS. 5, 6, 11, 12, 18 and 19.

[0056] When the unlocking button 71 is released, the first unlocking element 81 rotates in the opposite direction under the effect of the elastic force of the first elastic component 82, thus passing from the first position to the second position, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, 8, 9, 14 and 15. In this exemplary embodiment, the first elastic component 82 is a torsion spring, one end of which is fixed on the first unlocking element 81 and the other end on the upper push rod 1.

[0057] When the first unlocking element 81 is in the first position and the upper push rod 1 slides downward, this allows the first unlocking element 81 to cooperate with the first locking element 4, causing the latter to slide out of the first locking groove 31, thereby unlocking the first locking mechanism.

[0058] However, when the first unlocking element 81 is in the second position and the upper push rod 1 slides downwards, the first element locking member 4 cannot slide relative to the intermediate push rod 2, thus maintaining the first locking mechanism in the locked state. Thus, when using the children's stroller, if the unlocking button 71 is mistakenly operated, unlocking the second locking mechanism, the upper push rod 1 may slide downward and approach the intermediate push rod 2. During this movement, when the unlocking button 71 is released, the first unlocking member 81, under the effect of the elastic force of the first elastic component 82, is in the second position.When the upper push rod 1 slides downward a certain distance relative to the intermediate push rod 2, the first unlocking member 81 cooperates with the first locking member 4, thereby preventing the upper push rod 1 from continuing to slide downward and the first locking member 4 from sliding relative to the intermediate push rod 2, thereby maintaining the first locking mechanism in a locked state. This prevents the intermediate push rod 2 from sliding downward, thereby preventing the canopy from falling down and hitting the child sitting in the stroller.

[0059] When the first unlocking element 81 is in the first position, the position of the unlocking portion 811 corresponds to that of the first coupling portion 41, as shown in Figures 11, 12, 18 and 19; when the first unlocking element 81 is in the second position, the position of the unlocking portion 811 corresponds to that of the second coupling portion 42, as shown in Figures 8, 9, 14 and 15.

[0060] In this embodiment, the second coupling portion 42 is the upper surface of the first locking member 4. When the upper push rod 1 slides downwards causing the unlocking portion 811 to cooperate with the upper surface of the first locking member 4, as shown in FIGS. 8, 9, 14 and 15, the upper push rod 1 cannot continue to slide downwards, nor can the first locking member 4 slide.

[0061] In this embodiment, the first coupling portion 41 is a concave groove located below the upper surface of the first locking member 4. The unlocking portion 811 has a guide surface of the unlocking member 811a, and one side of the groove, which is the first coupling portion 41, corresponds to the guide surface of the locking member 411. When the upper push rod 1 slides downward bringing the unlocking portion 811 into the groove, the guide surface of the unlocking member 811a cooperates with the guide surface of the locking member 411, as illustrated in FIGS. 11, 12, 18 and 19. This allows the upper push rod 1 to continue sliding downward and approach the intermediate push rod 2, and allows also the first locking element 4 to slide out of the first locking groove 31 until the upper push rod 1 is completely lowered, thereby unlocking the first locking mechanism.

[0062] Thus, when the stroller frame is to be folded requiring the first locking mechanism to be unlocked, it is necessary to actuate the unlocking button 71 while the upper push rod 1 slides downwards, which, via the unlocking body 72, causes the first unlocking element 81 to move to the first position. In the exemplary embodiment described above, the unlocking button 71 allows the movement of the first unlocking element 81 to be controlled between the first and second positions. It is understandable that the push rod assembly also comprises a control mechanism for regulating the movement of the first unlocking element 81 between the first and second positions. This control mechanism comprises a control button and a pull structure located between the control button and the first unlocking element 81.The control button, located on the upper push rod 1, controls the movement of the first unlocking member 81 between the first and second positions via the pull structure. The first unlocking member 81 can be controlled to move independently by this control mechanism.

[0063] As illustrated in Figures 14, 15, 18 and 19, the children's stroller also comprises a second unlocking mechanism 9, which is used to unlock the third locking mechanism. The second unlocking mechanism 9 is movably arranged inside the tube of the lower push rod 3. When the intermediate push rod 2 slides downward and approaches the lower push rod 3, the lower part of the intermediate push rod 2 can cooperate with the second unlocking mechanism 9, which causes the second unlocking mechanism 9 to be actuated and consequently the third locking mechanism to be unlocked. This method of unlocking the third locking mechanism by the second unlocking mechanism 9 may use structures known in the prior art.

[0064] The near-bottom position on the lower push rod 3 also includes another first locking groove 31 that cooperates with the first locking member 4. When the first locking member 4 slides with the intermediate push rod 2, under the effect of the second reset component, the first locking member 4 can be positioned in the first locking groove 31 located in the lower portion of the lower push rod 3 to lock the relative position of the intermediate push rod 2 and the lower push rod 1.

[0065] The first locking groove 31 is provided at both the upper and lower ends of the lower push rod 3. When the stroller is in the deployed position, the first locking member 4 is inserted into the first locking groove 31 located in the upper part of the lower push rod 3, thereby maintaining the first locking mechanism in a locked state. When the intermediate push rod 2 slides downward and approaches the lower push rod 3, and the unlocking button 81 is released, the first locking member 4 can also be inserted into the first locking groove 31 located in the lower part of the lower push rod 3, thereby allowing the first locking mechanism to lock again.

[0066] In this push rod assembly, when the intermediate push rod 2 slides downward and the unlocking button 71 is released, the first unlocking member 81 is in the second position under the effect of the elastic force of the first elastic component 82. At this time, when the intermediate push rod 2 slides downward until the position of the first locking member 4 matches that of the first locking groove 31 located in the lower part of the lower push rod 3, the first locking member 4 is automatically inserted into the first locking groove 31 under the effect of the elastic force of the second reset component, thereby locking the position of the intermediate push rod 2 and the lower push rod 3. The intermediate push rod 2 cannot continue to slide downward, as illustrated in FIGS. 14 and 15.At this time, there is a distance between the lower part of the intermediate push rod 2 and the second unlocking mechanism 9, which cannot cause the second unlocking mechanism 9 to be actuated, thus keeping the third locking mechanism in a locked state. This can prevent the third locking mechanism from being unlocked in the event of improper operation causing the intermediate push rod 2 to descend, thereby allowing the components of the lower push rod 100 to rotate and / or slide, which would cause the stroller frame to fold, thereby improving the safety of the children's stroller.

[0067] When folding the stroller frame requires unlocking the third locking mechanism, the operation of the unlocking button 71, through the unlocking body 72, causes the first unlocking member 81 to move to the first position. Then, the intermediate push rod 2 can continue to slide downward, allowing the unlocking portion 811 to enter the groove and causing the guide surface of the unlocking member 811a to cooperate with the guide surface of the locking member 411. This allows the intermediate push rod 2 to continue sliding toward the down and move closer to the lower push rod 3, and also allows the first locking member 4 to slide out of the first locking groove 31 until the intermediate push rod 2 is completely lowered, thereby unlocking the first locking mechanism. As the intermediate push rod 2 continues to slide downward, its lower portion cooperates with the second unlocking mechanism 9, causing the second unlocking mechanism 9 to be actuated, which unlocks the third locking mechanism.

[0068] As illustrated in Figures 14, 15, 18 and 19, the push rod assembly also comprises a third unlocking member 32, which can cooperate with the first locking member 4 to move the latter toward the first locking groove 31; the third unlocking member 32 is fixed on the lower push rod 3 and is located at the position of the first locking groove 31 in the lower part of the lower push rod 3. The third unlocking member 32 is equipped with a third guide surface 321, which, under the effect of an external force, moves the intermediate push rod 2 in a direction away from the lower push rod 3, causing the first locking member 4 to slide along the third guide surface 321 to detach from the first locking groove 31;

[0069] The third guide surface 321 is an inclined surface, configured to tilt in a direction away from the intermediate push rod 2.

[0070] When the first locking member 4 is inserted into the first locking groove 31 located in the lower part of the lower push rod 3, it cooperates with the third guide surface 321. Thus, when the intermediate push rod 2 slides downwards until the first locking member 4 is inserted into the first locking groove 31 of the lower part of the lower push rod 3, by pulling upwards on the intermediate push rod 2, the cooperation between the first locking member 4 and the third guide surface 321 allows the first locking member 4 to slide out of the first locking groove 31, thereby unlocking the first locking mechanism, thereby allowing the intermediate push rod 2 to be pulled upwards to be replaced.

[0071] When the first unlocking element 4 is in the first position, by pushing down on the upper push rod 1, the first unlocking element 81 cooperates with the first coupling part 41 and causes the first locking element 4 to move in the direction of detaching from the first locking groove 31, the first unlocking element 81 and the push rod intermediate 2 which can slide together along the lower push rod 3 downwards.

[0072] The exemplary embodiments described above serve only to illustrate the technical concepts and features of the invention, for the purpose of enabling those familiar with this technology to understand the content of the invention and to implement it, and should not limit the scope of protection of the invention. Any modifications or equivalent variations made according to the spirit of the invention should be covered by the scope of protection of the invention.
