Abstract

The invention relates to a MOBILE and autonomous LED TROLLEY. The trolley, fully equipped with an LED screen and an Audio / Video management and broadcasting system, allows, through rapid implementation, reduced dimensions (folded) and autonomous mobility, operation outdoors as well as inside buildings (e.g.: restricted access path) in the field of events or community equipment. The figure to be published with the abstract is figure 4

Description

Title of the invention: MOBILE LED CART

[0001] The invention relates to a MOBILE and autonomous LED TROLLEY, combining in a single assembly generally independent and separately implemented functions.

[0002] An LED screen is often fixed and assembled on a heavy and bulky support, with a relatively long assembly time and requiring external lifting means (winches / straps, etc.).

[0003] The sound system and audio / video management are also independent, with the installation of numerous cables between the different devices and control accessories.

[0004] The invention of a MOBILE and autonomous LED trolley combines these functions in a single unit and provides mobility in a reduced footprint:

[0005] 1. A support structure allowing the storage and deployment of a giant screen 6m2 LED (7) fully wired with power supply and video data network; a running gear system (9) and motorized caster (10) allowing autonomous mobility; a stabilization and leveling system (6); an audio and video management and broadcasting system (12).

[0006] 2. The main structure is composed of the following elements:

[0007] a) two rectangular welded steel frames (1), connected together by 4 vertical uprights.

[0008] b) an upper structure (2) articulated by hinges (8) and jacks (3), in 6 parts, carrying the elements of the LED screen (7).

[0009] c) two arms (5) pivoting at 90° supporting the front crutches, and four fixed crutches (6).

[0010] d) a compartment for a battery (11) and a control box (15).

[0011] e) a tray (12) for installing a box containing audio / video management and broadcasting devices.

[0012] f) two removable sound speaker support arms (14).

[0013] g) a tow bar (substitution option for the movable caster) (13).

[0014] h) a set of electrical cables (with mains protection circuit breaker) and network.

[0015] 3. Description of the figures:

[0016] [Fig. 1] represents the overall plan of the trolley.

[0017] [Fig.2] represents the plan of the upper structure supporting the LED screen.

[0018] [Fig.3] represents the plan of the frame.

[0019] [Fig.4] represents the plan of the trolley in the folded position.

[0020] 4. The assembly of the different elements within the trolley is carried out by welding, screwing, bolting and sheathing (for cabling). Specific adjustments allow the jacks to position the screen in the vertically deployed position and its return to the storage position.
