1. Fixing device (100) for measuring waste in stormwater and sewage network emergences, comprising a sensor (110), characterized in that it comprises a pendulum fixing means and a network element (120), said sensor (110) being fixed in a pendulum fashion to the network element (120) opening onto the roadway, in that the network element (120) is a canopy (120), and in that it comprises a hook (130), a retractable fastener (140) and a pin (150), said hook (130) being connected to the retractable fastener (140), itself connected to the canopy (120) by the pin (150).
2. A fastening device (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a flexible connecting element, said flexible connecting element being positioned between said hook (130) and said retractable fastener (140).
3. A fastening device (100) according to claim 2, characterized in that said flexible connecting element is an O-ring.
4. Fastening device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that said retractable attachment (140) is a carabiner.
