Description

Title of the invention: FLOATING MOBILE HOME NAVIGATING

[0001] The present invention relates to the design and transformation of a mobile home by making it floating [Fig.l], habitable and mobile like a boat thanks to its technical characteristics.

[0002] On the one hand, there are currently offered on the market "house-boats" also called houseboats. These are floating dwellings designed to be used as a primary or secondary residence. Existing house-boats have a major drawback, namely: they cannot be moved outside of transport by exceptional convoy and the cost is very high. Consequently, this limits the areas of operation of such boats.

[0003] On the other hand, campsites offer accommodation in mobile homes for rent. There is no floating mobile home (called in English "mobile home" or "bungalow") sailing with the aim of creating a campsite on the water. Indeed, floating mobile homes can be installed in maritime and river marinas, canals and rivers, ponds for example or by creating a floating campsite.

[0004] So I created floating mobile homes [Fig.l] to fill this gap.

[0005] The invention provides a floating mobile home (1) consisting of a mobile home comprising an original chassis (4) and rails (2) on which floats (3) are slidably mounted. In other words, the invention provides a floating mobile home (1) consisting of a mobile home comprising an original chassis (4) on which the floats (3) are slidably mounted in the rails (2). The rails are arranged under the original chassis (4).

[0006] I created floating mobile homes with used or new condition mobile homes with several unsinkable revalorized floats or new with support rails fixed directly to the chassis of the mobile home.

[0007] The floating mobile home navigating according to the invention may include other characteristics which may be taken separately or in combination, and in particular:

[0008] - The floating mobile home (1) comprises four rails (2) which are made of aluminum and in galvanized steel.

[0009] - The floating mobile home (1) comprises twenty floats (3) which are made of aluminum or polyester or HDPE: (high density polyethylene) and which are filled with polyurethane foam configured to make said floats unsinkable.

[0010] - The original chassis (4) is in the form of a catamaran, having two ends parallel, each end being delimited by a left side and a right side in the direction of the original chassis;

[0011] - The four rails (2) are positioned perpendicularly under the original chassis of the mobile home (4) in the following manner, namely: a rail placed parallel to each left or right side of one of the ends of the original chassis (4), following a spacing of the size of the floats (3) to slide them in the rails. Then, the installation of the floats (3) is carried out by sliding the floats (3) in the rails (2) and by putting end-of-travel bolts at each end of the floats (3).

[0012] - The rails (2) are in contact with the original chassis (4) and are linked to each cross member of the original chassis (4) using stainless steel bolts. The rails (2) thus positioned are configured to optimize stability and maneuverability for navigation while allowing the original wheel support to be left.

[0013] - The floating mobile home is thus configured to also be movable via road transport with said original wheel support;

[0014] - The floating mobile home (1) has water-repellent insulation arranged at the level of the original chassis (4) under the floor in order to protect it from water and humidity, a water circuit being incorporated in the water-repellent insulation in order to avoid any risk of deterioration with frost.

[0015] - The floating mobile home (1) comprises a power supply comprising a power cable from a main electrical box of the mobile home and a flat electrical socket of the CEE socket type, in particular a power cable with a diameter of 2.5 mm.

[0016] - The floating mobile home (1) has waste water outlets which are configured to move towards the rear of the floating mobile home in order to be connected to a floating microstation or a floating phytopurification station.

[0017] - Advantageously, the floating mobile home (1) comprises:

[0018] - a roof assembly composed of 2 slopes on which panels are fixed solar (5), and in particular fixed by blind rivets with breakage of the stem known as “pop rivets” ® and aluminum angles;

[0019] - a converter regulator connected to a battery bank in order to provide a 220V power supply;

[0020] - a generator set configured to operate in particular in the event of low sunshine for solar panels.

[0021] - Advantageously, the floating mobile home (1) comprises:

[0022] - a propulsion system (6) which is installed at the rear of the mobile home thanks to an electric, gasoline or hydrogen engine;

[0023] - a control station (7) which is installed on a front terrace of the house mobile and configured to facilitate optimal visibility for smooth navigation;

[0024] - PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes with a minimum diameter of 40 mm which are installed along the entire length of the mobile home and fixed to the chassis (4) with clamps, configured to be able to pass: engine acceleration cables, pipes for a hydraulic maneuvering cylinder and electrical cables for the propulsion system;

[0025] - a modular motor chair which is fixed to the rear of the mobile home on two galvanized steel brackets and a plate connecting these two brackets to create a support for fixing the motor chair.

[0026] - Advantageously, the mobile home can be inhabited year-round by a couple with family due to its optimized comfort. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms, separate shower and toilet, equipped kitchen. This mobile home represents 25m2 as well as 8m2 of covered terrace where an inflatable jacuzzi can be installed. Indeed, this concept will help alleviate the housing shortage.

[0027] In order to be moved and therefore navigate like a boat, a propulsion system can be installed at the rear of the floating mobile home using an electric, gasoline or hydrogen engine. A cockpit can be installed on the front terrace of the floating mobile home, facilitating optimal visibility for smooth navigation.

[0028] The floating mobile home is completely autonomous. In fact, it is equipped with solar panels, a micro-station to treat wastewater and a water filtration system including: carbon filter, micro UV lamp filter and reverse osmosis.

[0029] The reversible air conditioning heat pump installation (9) is installed via an external unit on the sheltered terrace of the mobile home in order to protect it and an internal unit is located in the living room kitchen.

[0030] This river boat meets the standards with the registration services in order to obtain a registration certificate and can therefore be insured. This mobile home can therefore be considered as a boat. The size of a boat is respected in order to pass through the locks. Namely the width of the floating mobile home does not exceed 4 meters wide also to facilitate transport by convoy. The air draft corresponds to the maximum height of the superstructures or masts of a boat, above the waterline is also respected as is the draft which is the vertical distance between the waterline and the bottom of the keel.

[0031] This is a mobile home equipped with removable floats so that they can be assembled and disassembled by sliding them in order to be moved and reach the mooring locations.

[0032] This buoyancy concept can be adapted to several types and brands of bungalows for an industrial application in order to overcome a technical problem due to flooding for example or in PLU: Local Urban Planning Plan located in a red zone. This The concept is therefore a technical solution intended for professionals in the outdoor hotel industry and allows the development of new, unusual tourist accommodation.

[0033] These mobile homes, once dismantled, can be transported by road and the transport price remains reasonable.

[0034] The invention also provides a method for dismantling and assembling a floating mobile home (1) as described above, in order to be able to move it via road transport, comprising:

[0035] of the following steps of dismantling the floating mobile home, namely:

[0036] a- lifting the floating mobile home, using a lifting crane equipped with two spreaders, in order to get it out of the water; then

[0037] b- remove the limit switch bolts then remove the floats (3) by sliding them out of the rails (2);

[0038] c- place the floating mobile home on the ground, using the lifting crane, on its original wheels in order to make it maneuverable and transportable via road transport; and

[0039] of the following steps of assembly of the floating mobile home, once arrived at destination, namely:

[0040] a' - unloading the floating mobile home from the road transport, using a winch, by rolling it on the ground on its original wheels; then

[0041] b'- positioning wedges on one side called the front of the floating mobile home, particularly on the side opposite road transport;

[0042] c'- lift the floating mobile home, on the other side called the rear of the mobile home floating, before positioning other wedges underneath, so that the floating mobile home is positioned one meter above the ground;

[0043] d'- put in place the floats (3) by sliding them in said rails (2), then put limit bolts at each end of the floats (3); Brief description of the drawings

[0044] [Fig-1] is a schematic drawing in perspective view of the assembled assembly of the elements of the floating mobile home navigating in accordance with the invention.

[0045] [Fig.2] is a schematic drawing in bottom view of the chassis of the mobile home as well than the incorporation of the four rails to slide the floats.

[0046] [Fig.3] is a schematic drawing in perspective view of the frame, rail and float.

[0047] The invention relates to the creation of a floating mobile home, known as a floating mobile home, sailing in order to develop river tourism and respond to a housing shortage. It consists of unsinkable floats and a mobile home known as a second-hand mobile home in order to reduce costs or new as well as a system of propulsion in order to be navigable. The floating mobile home design offers an unusual and comfortable living space thanks to a reinforced structure that can be dismantled. This design according to the invention is particularly intended for long-term or leisure housing for families or single people in search of nature, a change of scenery, escape and unusual housing on the water.

[0048] A propulsion system (6) is installed at the rear of the floating mobile home using an electric, gasoline or hydrogen engine. A control station (7) is installed on the front terrace of the floating mobile home, facilitating optimal visibility for smooth navigation. PVC pipes of at least 40 diameter are installed along the entire length of the mobile home to be able to fix them to the chassis (4) with clamps and to be able to pass the engine acceleration cables, the pipes for the hydraulic maneuvering cylinder and electric cables for the propulsion system. A modular engine bracket is fixed to the rear of the mobile home on two galvanized steel brackets and a plate connecting these two brackets to create a support for fixing the engine bracket.

[0049] For the assembly of the floating mobile home, the mobile home first arrives from all over Europe via a mobile home road transport. Then, it is unloaded using a winch while rolling on its wheels. Next, the mobile home is lifted in order to position wedges at the front, then it is lifted at the rear and wedges are replaced so that it is positioned at a height of one meter.

[0050] Then, the assembly is carried out in the following manner: the four rails (2) are positioned perpendicularly under the original chassis of the mobile home (4) in the following manner, namely:

[0051] One at each end on the left and right like a catamaran placed in parallel with the spacing of the size of the floats (3) to slide them then two other rails (2) inside positioned in parallel. These rails (2) are in contact with the original chassis (4) and linked using stainless steel bolts to each cross member of the original chassis (4). In the way the rails (2) are positioned, stability and maneuverability are optimized for navigation and allows us to leave the support of the original wheels. Then, the installation of the floats (3) is carried out by sliding the floats (3) into the rails (2) and putting an end-of-travel bolt at each end of the floats (3).

[0052] Advantageously, a lifting crane equipped with two spreaders is used to lift the floating mobile home in order to be placed on the water. In order to carry out rapid disassembly for transport with a view to moving, a crane is used to remove the floating mobile home from the water. Then, the limit bolts are removed and the floats (3) are removed by sliding them. Finally, the crane places the mobile home on land on its wheels, making it maneuverable and transportable.
