Description

Title of the invention: Illuminated and responsible self-consumption door handle

[0001] The invention consists of the innovation of a self-consumption door handle (1) [Fig. 1] powered by an external solar panel (2) equipped with an infrared motion detector which will control a timed LED (5) which will illuminate the key lock cylinder (7) and its surroundings for locking / unlocking.

[0002] The handle will be equipped with an independent PIR card motion detector switch (4) “Passive Infrared Sensor” in order to detect any movement (6).

[0003] The door handle will also be equipped with a photovoltaic solar panel (2), a renewable energy source, which will allow its energy independence; it will be integrated above in the mass of the handle.

[0004] The rechargeable battery (3) is not visible and is totally independent of any wiring on the general electricity meter.

[0005] It is never very easy at night or in unlit places to see the lock cylinder or the exact place where the key must be inserted for locking / unlocking.

[0006] Indeed, municipalities and cities are increasingly reducing their energy bills by turning off streetlights near homes, resulting in poor visibility at night to access their homes, offices, hotel rooms, etc.

[0007] Furthermore, still in this quest for innovation for the energy transition, we offer people who are not equipped with lighting or even those who have the possibility of being lit by means of LED wall lights or others, an opportunity to light themselves responsibly and economically via a self-consumption system (2).

[0008] Then, thanks to the integrated photovoltaic solar energy (2), this front door handle will give you the necessary lighting to easily access your home.

[0009] In conclusion, this L&R door handle will allow you to lock and unlock your home mechanically (7) securely while enjoying a simple design and quality materials made in France.
