Description

Title of the invention: ELECTRIC OR HYBRID MOTOR VEHICLE COMPRISING A HARNESS POWER SUPPLY FIXED BY AN ANCHOR ELEMENT

[0001] The invention relates to vehicles with partially or fully electric propulsion and more particularly to the means for attaching an electrical power supply harness to an electric motor.

[0002] Known from the prior art is a utility certificate KR20090006124 which describes a motor vehicle comprising a body on which rests a fixing support intended to fix a power supply harness. The fixing support comprises a body and a loop capable of surrounding the power supply harness. The junction between the body and the loop comprises a locking system. The locking system is a hook. The fixing support comprises a fixing part. The hook is inserted into said fixing part. In addition, the fixing support comprises two lateral parts preventing the movement of the hook on the lateral parts of the fixing support. Thus, the hook cannot come out of one side or the other side of the fixing support, thus causing the detachment of said power supply harness from the vehicle body. The mounting bracket also includes an insulator to reduce vibrations between the body and the loop when the motor vehicle is in operation. However, disadvantages remain. Indeed, the mounting bracket allows the power supply harness to be fixed to the vehicle body at one point, but it is not sufficient to hold the entire power supply harness. It is therefore necessary to have a plurality of mounting brackets to fix the power supply harness along its entire length. Assembly is therefore long and laborious. Furthermore, since the mounting bracket is glued to the body, the power supply harness must be longer to reach the element to be powered than if it were simply stretched between the two elements it connects.

[0003] The objective of the present invention is to overcome these drawbacks by proposing a simple fixing means allowing a reduction in the assembly time of the power supply harness and not requiring the length of the power supply harness to be increased.

[0004] To achieve this objective, the invention proposes an electric or hybrid motor vehicle comprising an electric motor and a power supply harness, said electric motor comprising a fixing support, said power supply harness being fixed to the electric motor by means of said fixing support, and said electric motor comprising a receiving element, said power supply harness comprising a anchoring element, said anchoring element being inserted into said receiving element.

[0005] Thanks to the invention, the mounting of the power supply harness is simplified because only one support is required. Consequently, the mounting is faster. In addition, the addition of the anchoring element and the receiving element limits the stresses likely to cause breakage of the fixing support.

[0006] Advantageously, said receiving element has a shape complementary to the anchoring element.

[0007] Thus, the anchoring element fits perfectly into said receiving element.

[0008] Advantageously, said anchoring element has a hook shape.

[0009] This configuration reduces the risks of an unwanted exit of the anchoring element.

[0010] Advantageously, said anchoring element comprises a first rectilinear part having a first axis and a second rectilinear part having a second axis, said first part being inserted into said receiving element, said first axis and said second axis forming an angle of between 60° and 120°.

[0011] Advantageously, said angle is between 80° and 100°.

[0012] Preferably, said angle is between 85° and 90°.

[0013] A 90° angle simplifies the insertion of said anchoring element into said receiving element.

[0014] Preferably, said fixing bracket is fixed to the electric motor by at least one screw.

[0015] Thus, the mounting bracket is securely attached to the electric motor.

[0016] Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for fixing the power supply harness to the electric motor of the electric or hybrid motor vehicle previously described, said method comprising the following steps: - a step of placing said anchoring element on said power supply beam; - a step of inserting said anchoring element into said receiving element; - a step of fixing said power supply harness to said electric motor via said fixing support.

[0017] The invention will be further detailed by the description of non-limiting embodiments, and on the basis of the appended figures illustrating variants of the invention, in which: - [Fig.l] schematically illustrates an electric motor and a power supply harness of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle according to one embodiment of the invention; - [Fig.2] schematically illustrates, in the form of a flowchart, a process fixing the power harness to the vehicle's electric motor electric or hybrid car.

[0018] [Fig.l] schematically illustrates a motor vehicle 100 with totally or partially electric propulsion, i.e. an electric or hybrid vehicle, comprising an electric motor 1 and an electric power supply harness 2. The power supply harness 2 must be fixed to the electric motor 1 so as not to move when said vehicle 100 is in operating condition. In addition, the controlled placement of the power supply harness 2 allows for a better arrangement of the elements constituting said vehicle 100. The role of the electrical harness is to allow the transmission of electrical energy from one element to another in said vehicle 100. The electric motor 1 comprises a fixing support 3 for fixing said power supply harness 2 to the electric motor 1. In addition, the electric motor 1 comprises a receiving element 4. The fixing support 3 is held to the electric motor 1 by at least one screw. The power supply harness 2 comprises an anchoring element 5. The anchoring element 5 is capable of being plugged into said receiving element 4 in order to create a connection between said power supply harness 2 and said electric motor 1. Advantageously, said receiving element 4 has a shape complementary to the shape of said anchoring element 5. Preferably, said anchoring element 5 has a hook shape as shown in [Fig.l]. Thus, in [Fig.l], said receiving element 4 has a shape complementary to said hook. In this way, said hook fits perfectly into said receiving element 4. Advantageously, the anchoring element 5 comprises a first rectilinear part having a first axis A and a second rectilinear part having a second axis B. The first part is intended to be inserted into said receiving element 4.Advantageously, said first axis A and said second axis B form an angle of between 60° and 120°, or between 80° and 100°. Preferably, and according to the embodiment illustrated in [Fig.l], the first axis A and the second axis B are perpendicular and therefore form an angle of 90°.

[0019] [Fig. 2] schematically illustrates, in the form of a flowchart, a method for attaching the power supply harness 2 to the electric motor 1 of the electric or hybrid motor vehicle 100 previously described in [Fig. 1]. During an installation step E1, said anchoring element 5 is arranged on said power supply harness 2 so that the power supply harness 2 and said anchoring element 5 are integral. During a plugging step E2, said anchoring element 5 is inserted into said receiving element 4. The anchoring element 5 therefore makes the connection between said electric power supply harness 2 and said receiving element 4 without there being any contact between the two elements. Thus, the power supply harness 2 is attached to the electric motor 1 while preserving a distance between the two elements. It is not necessary to increase the length of the power harness 2 to contact the power harness 2 and the electric motor 1.During a step of . fixing E3, the power harness 2 is fixed to the electric motor 1 by means of the fixing bracket 3. The fixing bracket 3 ensures that the power harness 2 is firmly held.
