Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Case intended for packaging pharmaceutical and / or cosmetic articles
[0001] The invention relates to the field of packaging, and more particularly the packaging of cosmetic or pharmaceutical articles.
[0002] Throughout the remainder of this text, the term “article” is defined as any article relating to the cosmetic or pharmaceutical field.
[0003] In general, such packaging can be classified into two categories.
[0004] A first category of packaging concerns boxes, that is to say cases made from rigid materials. Such boxes often take the form of a box whose interior is generally partitioned so as to accommodate objects of various sizes and shapes.
[0005] Such boxes often have a lid and a base, the lid being either joined to the base by a hinge, or the lid is free and fitted onto the base when the box is closed. Such boxes are often reserved for the packaging of high-end products, as they allow the said products to be highlighted. The economic factor on the packaging is in fact secondary, the visual and tactile rendering being predominant.
[0006] Given their rigidity, the boxes are directly put into volume during their manufacture, and often include parts directly made of thermoplastic.
[0007] A second category of packaging concerns cases. Such cases are generally obtained from a blank or several blanks pre-cut and folded from a sheet of material, in particular from a sheet of cardboard. Such cases offer a less elaborate visual and tactical rendering than those of boxes, but have the advantage of being able to be produced at a limited economic cost. Such cases have in fact the primary function of packaging the products and delivering information to the user, the user experience being therefore secondary.
[0008] The invention relates more particularly to a case.
[0009] Cases are now widely used to enable the packaging and protection, particularly during storage and transport, of cosmetic or pharmaceutical articles. These articles may, for example, be various containers such as tubes, bottles or ampoules made of glass or thermoplastics. Such articles contain substances which may be in the form of fluid, paste, powder or granules.
[0010] In order to enable the blocking and presentation of articles to the user, it is known to use easels. In general, such easels have cavities intended to receive and wedge the articles. When the user wishes to use one or more articles, he / she grips the article using his / her fingers, then by exercising a specific movement or effort removes the article from the cavity.
[0011] When packaging the articles, the latter are placed within their respective cavities. Then the easel provided with the articles is introduced into a box provided with an opening side flap defining a side opening. To retrieve an article, the user must open the side flap, slide the easel by gravity, retrieve the article, reintroduce the easel into the box, and finally close the side flap.
[0012] Such operations are tedious and inconvenient for the user, with the risk that the latter will drop the case and / or the easel with its articles. In addition, such cases allow separation of the easel from the box. However, the box contains important information, for example, on the nature, ingredients or expiry date of the substances contained in the articles. Finally, the presentation of the articles is not very visually attractive, which may discourage the user from using the substances in the articles. There is therefore a need to improve the user experience of the cases, in particular cases for packaging pharmaceutical or cosmetic articles.
[0013] The invention aims to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art.
[0014] A first object is to propose a case allowing an attractive presentation of articles.
[0015] A second object is to propose such a case that is easily recyclable.
[0016] A third object is to provide such a case of economical manufacture, so as to to be able to be produced in very large series.
[0017] A fourth object is to propose such a case, which is simple to use, i.e. requires a minimum of movements for the user.
[0018] It is proposed according to a first aspect intended for the packaging of cosmetic or pharmacological articles, the case comprising a box of parallelepiped shape, comprising a longitudinal tubular body formed of panels connected to each other, the tubular body being provided with end parts, each with a closing means allowing the box to be closed, the box integrating a front panel hinged to an upper panel by a first fold, the upper panel being connected to a bottom panel, parallel to the front panel, by means of a second fold, a first easel arranged within the box, so as to be in contact with the upper panel, the first easel being intended to accommodate said articles, the box comprising a pre-cut line, extending from the second fold, until it intersects the first fold, then running through the front panel and returning to intersect the first fold until reaching the second fold, the pre-cut line being at all points distinct from the end parts, the break in the pre-cut line leading to the formation of a front opening, and a border allowing the first easel to be guided in transverse sliding relative to the box, then stopping said sliding so as to prevent separation of the first easel from the box.
[0019] Advantageously, the first easel incorporates a first crosspiece and a second crosspiece both extending in a longitudinal direction, when the first easel is arranged within the box, the first crosspiece has a periphery which when projected orthogonally onto a vertical plane, is inside the contour obtained by the orthogonal projection of the opening onto the vertical plane, the second crosspiece having extreme edges spaced apart from each other by a longitudinal distance of dimension identical to the length of the second fold.
[0020] The case includes a second easel positioned between the first easel and the bottom panel, the second easel including a first rail and a second rail, the rails each having a sliding face extending in a plane parallel to the top panel when the pre-cut line is intact, the first easel including a plate in planar contact on the sliding faces.
[0021] Advantageously, the pre-cut line comprises a first upper portion extending on the upper panel between the second fold and the first fold, a front portion extending on the front panel, and a second upper portion extending on the upper panel between the first fold and the second fold, the front portion defining in a longitudinal plane two lateral lines both intersecting the first fold, the lateral lines extending substantially vertically, and being connected by a central fraction, the central fraction incorporating a central segment connected to two peripheral segments by means of curved connecting lines, the central segment having a vertical offset relative to the peripheral segments, so as to form a tab on the front flap.
[0022] Advantageously, the facade panel has a hanging recess comprising a perimeter provided with a first edge and a second edge, the first edge extending from an end of the central segment until it intersects a peripheral segment at a connection point, the first edge having a curved shape, the second edge extending between the connection point and the end of the central segment, along the pre-cut line.
[0023] Advantageously, the pre-cut line comprises a bias segment extending within the upper panel, the bias segment comprising a first end portion, merged with the first fold, and a second separate end portion. of the first fold, the distance along the longitudinal axis between the middle of the first fold and the first extreme portion is greater than the distance along the longitudinal axis between the middle of the first fold and the second extreme portion.
[0024] Advantageously, the pre-cut line comprises an oblique segment comprising a first extreme end merged with the second fold, and a second extreme end distinct from the second fold, the distance along the longitudinal axis between the middle of the second fold and the second extreme end is less than the distance between the longitudinal axis and the first extreme end.
[0025] In one embodiment, the case incorporates a bottom panel and a fastening strip, the bottom panel being connected to the bottom panel via a third fold, the fastening strip being connected to the bottom panel via a fourth fold.
[0026] In one embodiment, the front panel comprises a free edge, parallel and opposite the first fold, the front panel comprising an internal face inside the box, opposite the bottom panel, the fixing strip being secured to the internal face by a bonding zone, formed between the edge and the pre-cut line.
[0027] Advantageously, the case is obtained from pre-cut blanks, and formed into volume.
[0028] Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly and concretely on reading the following description of embodiments, which is given with reference to the appended drawings in which:

[0037] [Fig.9] [Fig.9] illustrates a schematic top view of a third blank allowing the construction of the second easel.
[0038] Reference is made to Figures 1 to 3, illustrating different configurations of an exemplary embodiment of the case 1.
[0039] As can be seen in the embodiment shown in the figures, the case 1 comprises a box 2, a first easel 3, and a second easel 4.
[0040] In other embodiments not shown, the case 1 comprises only a first easel 1, and is devoid of any other easel.
[0041] In other embodiments not shown, the case 1 comprises two first easels 3, and a second easel 4.
[0042] In the open configuration, that is to say when the case 1 is dismantled, visible in [Fig.l], the first bridge 3 and the fourth bridge 4 are not in contact with each other, and are not inside the box 1.
[0043] In the assembly configuration, visible in [Fig. 2], the first easel 3 is stacked on the second easel 4, the easels 3, 4 thus arranged are capable of being inserted into the case 1, by means of a first end part 5 of the box 2, defining an insertion opening 6, closable for example by means of a first closing means 7. The first closing means 7 is described later in this text.
[0044] In the semi-closed configuration, visible in [Fig. 3], the first easel 3 is stacked on the second easel 4. The easels 3, 4 are both inserted into the box 2, and held in contact with each other inside the box.
[0045] In the configuration of use, visible in [Fig. 4], the easels 3, 4 are entirely in the box 2, the opening 6 being obstructed by the first closing means 7. An access flap 8 obtained by breaking a pre-cut line L (also called pre-cut line in the present text), arranged on the box allows the creation, the formation, of a notch 9, allowing access to the articles arranged within the easels 3, 4. As visible in the figure, the first easel 3 protrudes from the box 2, due to its partial exit from the box 2 via the notch 9.
[0046] Advantageously, and as explained later in this text, the case 1 is obtained after forming pre-cut blanks. Such blanks are, for example, made of cardboard.
[0047] The box 2 will now be described more particularly with particular reference to FIGS. 1 to 4 and 7. Such a box 2 is advantageously obtained by forming a first blank A shown [Fig.7].
[0048] As can be seen, in the embodiment shown, the box 2 takes the form of a parallelepiped. More specifically, the box 2 advantageously comprises a tubular body 10, framed by the first end part 5 and a second extreme part 12.
[0049] The longitudinal tubular body 10 forms a cavity 11, inside the box 2, so as to receive the easels 3, 4, which is closable by means of the first closing means 7 arranged at the level of the first end part 5, and of a second closing means 13, arranged at the level of the second end part 12. In this way, when the case 1 is in the use configuration, the easels 3, 4 are held in the cavity 11.
[0050] For the remainder of this text, an orthogonal reference frame XYZ is defined with respect to the tubular body 10, comprising three axes perpendicular two by two, namely: - an axis X, defining a longitudinal direction, coinciding with the direction of extension of the tubular body 10; - a Y axis, defining a transverse, horizontal direction, which with the X axis defines a horizontal XY plane; -a Z axis, defining a vertical direction, perpendicular to the horizontal XY plane.
[0051] The XY plane is defined as a horizontal plane, the YZ plane as a transverse plane, and the ZX plane as a vertical plane.
[0052] As can be seen, the tubular body 10 advantageously comprises a front panel 14, an upper panel 15, a bottom panel 16 and a lower panel 17, advantageously hinged together, by means of parallel folds extending in a longitudinal direction.
[0053] In this way, and as described later in the text, such an articulated tubular body 10 can be easily formed into volume from a blank.
[0054] More specifically, the front panel 14 is connected to the upper panel via a first fold 18, the upper panel 15 is connected to the bottom panel 16 via a second fold 19, the bottom panel 16 is connected to the lower panel 17 via a third fold 20.
[0055] As can be seen, the tubular body 10 has a vertical plane of symmetry passing through one of the folds 18, 19, 20, for example the first fold 18.
[0056] Advantageously, the tubular body 10 comprises a fixing strip 171 articulated to the facade panel 17 by means of a fourth fold 172.
[0057] The front panel comprises an external face 61 (indicated for example [Fig.l]), and an internal face (not visible in the figures). When the box 2 is in the use configuration, the external face 61 is outside the box, while the internal face is arranged inside the box 2, that is to say the internal cavity 1, opposite the bottom panel 16.
[0058] Advantageously, the fixing strip 171 is secured to an internal face of the facade panel 14 (not visible in the figures), for example by gluing.
[0059] In the embodiment shown, the facade panel 14, the panel upper panel 13, bottom panel 14, and lower panel 15 have a general rectangular shape and are identical to each other.
[0060] In the embodiment shown, the tubular body 10 incorporates, along a transverse plane, a quadrilateral section, and more particularly a rectangular section.
[0061] Without this being limiting, the first closing means 7 comprises a flap 21, and two closing tabs 22a, 22b. The flap 21 is provided with a first closing flap 23a articulated on the one hand to the upper panel by a first closing fold 24a, perpendicular to the first fold 18 and the third fold 20 and on the other hand to a second closing flap 23b by means of a second closing fold 24b, parallel to the first closing fold 24b. The first closing tab 22a is for example connected to the front panel 14 by means of a third closing fold 24c, the second closing tab 22b being connected to the bottom panel 16 by means of a fourth closing fold 24d.
[0062] The principle of such an example of first closure means 7 is well known to those skilled in the art. Its use in the context of the present case 1 is to allow, after shaping the box 2, to slide the easels 3, 4 into the internal cavity 11, to position the second closure flap 23b within the internal cavity by successive rotation of the closure tabs 22 and the flap 21. Such an operation can be carried out both manually and by a machine, facilitating the manufacture of the case 1.
[0063] In a variant, not shown, the first closure means 7 and / or the second closure means 13 comprise four closure flaps connected respectively to the panels 14, 15, 16, 17 by means of folds at the end parts. Such flaps are thus positioned opposite each other, two by two. More specifically, two intermediate flaps are provided stacked on top of each other and sandwiched between an upper flap and a lower flap. The assembly is held together by glue, placed for example on the intermediate flaps.
[0064] Without this being limiting, and as can be seen in [Fig.7], the second closure means 13 comprises two end panels 25a, 25b, which are respectively carried by the upper panel 15 and the lower panel 17. A first end panel 25a is separated from the upper panel 15 by a first extreme fold 26a which is perpendicular to the first fold 18. The first extreme fold 26a contributes to forming the second extreme part 12. In the same way, the second end panel 25b is separated from the lower panel 17 by a second extreme fold 26b which is perpendicular to the third fold 20.
[0065] The end panels 25a, 25b each comprise a locking tab 27 intended to cooperate with the opposite end panels 25a, 25b when the second closing means 13 is closed by shaping the first blank, as explained later in this text. Such a second end means is known in the field of cases, and is designated by automatic closure. Such a closure has for example been described in application FR2902084A1 (FINEGA).
[0066] As can be seen in the figures, the box 2 comprises a pre-cut line L provided on the front panel 14 and the front panel 15.
[0067] As can be seen on the first visible side A [Fig.7], the pre-cut line advantageously defines a substantially U-shaped shape. Such a shape makes it possible to ensure clearance, a passage sufficient to allow the passage of an easel 3.
[0068] Advantageously, the pre-cut line L is produced by successive alternation of cutting D and attachment A. A mechanical action by the user allows the progressive breaking of the pre-cut line.
[0069] More specifically, the pre-cut line L extends from the second fold 19, then intersects the first fold 18, in other words crosses the upper panel 15. Then, the pre-cut line L runs along the front panel 14, then returns to intersect the first fold 18 until reaching the second fold 19. The pre-cut line being distinct at all points, over its entire path distinct from the end parts 5, 12, that is to say that the pre-cut line is at a distance from the first closing fold 24a, as well as from the end folds 26a, 26b.
[0070] As can be seen in [Fig. 4], representing an example of the case 1 in the use configuration, the breaking of the pre-cut line L results in the formation of an access flap 8, and of a border 29 making it possible to guide the first easel 3 in sliding in a transverse direction relative to the box 2, then to stop said sliding so as to prevent the complete exit, the total extraction, the separation of the first easel 3 from the box 2.
[0071] Advantageously, the border 29 comprises a guide zone 28, located on the upper panel 15, which extends parallel to a horizontal plane. The first easel 3 being held in contact with the upper panel 15, the guide zone 28, when the notch 9 is formed, makes it possible to retain any movement of the first easel 3 in a vertical direction, consequently making it possible to guide the transverse sliding.
[0072] Advantageously, the border 29 comprises a stop zone 30, located on the front panel 14, which extends parallel to a vertical plane. The first easel 3 being held in contact with the upper panel 15, the stop zone 30, when the notch 9 is formed, makes it possible to retain any movement of the first easel 3 in a transverse direction, consequently making it possible to stop any transverse sliding towards the outside of the box 2.
[0073] In this way, after breaking the cut line L, and tilting the access flap 8 along the second fold 19, the first easel 3 becomes mobile, and can be moved in translation relative to the box 2, like a drawer relative to a piece of furniture.
[0074] Such an arrangement is entirely advantageous for the user, since it allows easy access to the articles arranged in the first easel 3, avoiding the opening and closing of the first closing means 7. In addition, the presentation of the articles is attractive. Finally, the user can quickly see the quantity of articles remaining on the first easel 3.
[0075] Furthermore, in the case of a case 1 of an embodiment comprising two easels 3, 4, each of the easels comprising two different products, but which require simultaneous handling, the user immediately sees the presence of the articles in each easel, avoiding any oversight which could be detrimental to him.
[0076] Advantageously, and as can be observed in particular in [Fig. 3], the pre-cut line L comprises a first upper portion 31a extending over the upper panel 15, between the second fold 19 and the first fold 18, a front portion 32 extending over the front panel 14, and a second upper portion 31b extending over the upper panel 15 between the first fold 18 and the second fold 19.
[0077] Advantageously, the facade portion 32 comprises two lateral lines 33 and a central fraction 34. The central fraction 34 is arranged between the lateral lines 33, the lateral lines 33 advantageously extending vertically from the first fold 18 to the central fraction 34.
[0078] As can be seen in [Fig.7], the central fraction 34 integrates for example two peripheral segments 35 and a central segment 36. The central segment 36 comprises two terminations 37, each of them being connected respectively to a peripheral segment 33 by means of curved connecting lines 38, the central segment 36 having a vertical offset relative to the peripheral segments 35, so as to form a tab 39 on the front flap 8.
[0079] Advantageously, the front panel 14 incorporates a longitudinal slot (not shown) of length at least greater than the length of the central portion 34, which allows the tab 39 to slide and hook within the internal cavity 11. In this way, the front flap 8 is closable, which allows the user to be able to allow easy storage of the case 1 after use of an item. The ease of use of the case 1 is thus ensured.
[0080] Advantageously, and as visible in [Fig.7], the fixing strip 171 comprises a free flank 173, parallel to the fourth fold 172. When the box 2 is formed, the fixing strip 171 extends parallel to the front panel 14.
[0081] Advantageously, and as can be seen in [Fig.7], the facade panel 14 has a free edge 53, parallel and opposite to the first fold 18, the facade panel 14 is secured to the internal face by a bonding zone, formed between the edge and the pre-cut line.
[0082] Advantageously, and as illustrated in the figures, the facade panel 14 incorporates a hooking recess 41, in extension of the long piece 39, which makes it possible to form a gripping point making it possible to grip the tab 39 to initiate the breaking of the pre-cut line L. In this way, it is very easy for the user to form the facade shutter 8.
[0083] Advantageously, the first edge 43 extends from an end 37 of the central segment 36 until it intersects a peripheral segment 35 at a connection point 46, visible in particular in FIGS. 3 and 7. The first edge 43 has, for example, a curved shape, similar to a connection line 38. Such a shape improves the ergonomics of the gripping point making it possible to initiate the breaking of the pre-cutting line L.
[0084] Advantageously, the second edge 43 extends between the connection point 46 and the termination 37 of the central segment 36, along the pre-cut line L, that is to say by being merged with the pre-cut line L. Such a shape improves the ergonomics of the gripping point making it possible to initiate the breaking of the pre-cut line L.
[0085] Advantageously, the pre-cut line L comprises a bias segment 47 extending within the upper panel 15, the bias segment 47 extending between a first end portion 48, merged with the first fold 18, and a second end portion 49 distinct from the first fold 18, the distance along the longitudinal axis between the middle of the first fold 18 and the first end portion 48 is greater than the distance along the longitudinal axis between the middle of the first fold 18 and the second end portion 49.
[0086] The bias segment 47 makes it possible to enlarge the longitudinal dimension of the edging 29 on the upper panel 15, making it possible to increase the guide surface between the edging and the first easel 3.
[0087] Advantageously, the pre-cut line L comprises an oblique segment 50 having a first extreme end 51 merged with the second fold 19, and a second extreme end 52 distinct from the second fold 19, the distance along the longitudinal axis between the middle of the second fold 19 and the second extreme end 52 is less than the distance between the longitudinal axis and the first extreme end 51.
[0088] The oblique segment 50 makes it possible to reinforce the edging 29 near the second fold 19. Indeed, due to the opening and closing of the front flap 8, the edging 29 is subjected to repeated mechanical stresses near the second fold 19, and becomes fragile over time.
[0089] The first easel 3 will now be described more particularly with particular reference to [Fig.5].
[0090] Such a first easel 3 is formed by forming a second blank B shown in [Fig.8].
[0091] According to the embodiment shown, the first trestle 3 incorporates a first crosspiece 54 and a second crosspiece 55 both extending in a longitudinal direction which extend projecting from a plate 56.
[0092] According to the embodiment shown, the crosspieces 54, 55 define a parallelepiped shape, each of the crosspieces being obtained by forming flaps 63a, 63b, 63c. More particularly, the lateral flaps 63a, 63c are advantageously articulated to the plate 56, respectively by means of plate folds 64a, 64d, and to a central flap 63b by means of central folds 64b, 64c.
[0093] The crosspieces 54, 55 comprise holding flaps 65, each hinged to the end edges 66 of the central flap 63b, by means of holding folds 67 extending transversely, when the case 1 is in the assembled configuration. In this way, the holding flaps 65 make it possible to maintain the volume of the crosspieces 54, 55.
[0094] The crosspieces 54, 55 have on the central flap 63b a substantially flat top surface 57, which extends in a horizontal plane, when the case 1 is in the use configuration. In this way, the first easel 3 can be in contact against the upper panel 15 when the box 2 is put into volume.
[0095] In the use configuration, the plate 56 extends in a horizontal plane, so as to be able to slide on another surface while limiting any risk of snagging, which would prevent the first easel 3 from sliding properly.
[0096] In the embodiment shown, in the usage configuration, due to stacking of the first easel 3 on the second easel 4, the plate 56 slides on a second easel 4.
[0097] Advantageously, the crosspieces 54, 55 are each provided with openings 58, the openings 58 provided in the first crosspiece 54 being opposite the openings 58 provided in the second crosspiece 55.
[0098] In the configuration of use when the first easel 3 is arranged within the box 2, the first crosspiece 54 advantageously has a periphery 59 which when projected orthogonally onto a vertical plane, is inside the contour obtained by an orthogonal projection of the opening 6 onto a vertical plane, the same vertical plane, allowing the exit of the first easel 3 from the box 2. The first crosspiece 54 is able to extend outside the internal cavity 11, that is to say beyond the front panel 14.
[0099] In the use configuration, the second crosspiece 55 comprises end edges 60 spaced apart from each other by a longitudinal distance of dimension identical to the length of the second fold 19. Given that the spacing of the opening by a longitudinal distance is less than the dimension of the second fold 19 due to the presence of the edging 29, the second crosspiece 55 is blocked in translation within the internal cavity 11, blocking the translation of the first easel 3 relative to the box 2.
[0100] The second easel 4 will now be described more particularly with particular reference to [Fig.6].
[0101] Such a second easel 4 is formed by forming a third blank C shown in [Fig.9].
[0102] In the embodiment shown, as can be seen in [Fig.6], the second trestle 4 comprises a first rail 68 and a second rail 69, projecting from a plate 70.
[0103] According to the embodiment shown, the rails 68, 69 define a parallelepiped shape, each of the rails 68, 69 being obtained by forming flaps 72a, 72b, 72c. More particularly, lateral flaps 72a, 72c are articulated to the plate 70, respectively by means of plate folds 73a, 73d, and to a central flap 72b by means of central folds 73b, 73c.
[0104] The rails 68, 69 comprise holding flaps 74, each hinged to the end edges 75 of the central flap 63b, by means of holding folds 76 extending transversely, when the case 1 is in the assembled configuration. In this way, the holding flaps 65 make it possible to maintain the volume of the rails 68, 69.
[0105] The rails 68, 69 each have a flat sliding face 71, at their top, that is to say on the central flap 72b.
[0106] Advantageously, the rails 68, 69 incorporate windows 77, facing each other, allowing articles to be arranged in rows within the second easel 4.
[0107] In an embodiment not shown, the second easel 4 is devoid of a window 77, and has the objective of positioning the first easel 3 in a position identical to that which the latter occupies when the case 1 is in the mounted configuration.
[0108] Advantageously, the sliding faces 71 are coplanar, and extend in a plane parallel to the upper panel 15 when the case 1 is in the mounted configuration. In this way, the plate 56 is in plane contact on the sliding faces 71, which makes it possible to guarantee the translation of the first easel 3 onto the second easel 4.
[0109] An example of forming the case 1 as described above from the blanks A, B, C is now described.
[0110] First of all, the folds 18, 19, 20, 172 are made, and put into volume so as to give a tubular appearance, the fixing strip 171 is placed opposite the panel facade 14. Then the internal face 141 and / or the fixing panel is coated with glue on a bonding area, then pressed against each other. The tubular body 10 is thus preformed.
[0111] Pressure, for example, on the first fold 18 and the third fold 20 makes it possible to give the preformed tubular body 10 its parallelepiped shape. The closing of the second closing means 13 is carried out automatically, as described in application FR2902084A1 (FINEGA).
[0112] The first easel 3 is set in volume by pressing on the flaps 63a, 63c of the first crosspiece 54 and the second crosspiece 55. The holding flaps 65 are glued to the end edges 66 to maintain the assembly in volume.
[0113] The second easel 4 is set in volume by pressing on the flaps 72a, 72c of the first rail 68, and of the second rail 64. The holding flaps 74 are glued to the end edges 75 to maintain the assembly in volume.
[0114] The case 1 as described above finds applications in particular for the packaging of pharmaceutical articles, for example ampoules, containers, injection devices or components of injection devices, biomedical testing devices such as covid self-tests.
[0115] The case 1 as described above finds applications in particular for the packaging of cosmetic articles, for example single-use utensils, for example makeup accessories, for example brushes, mascara applicators, or disposable containers.
[0116] The case 1 as described above has many advantages, in particular:
[0117] - ease of volume and assembly, achievable in a minimum number operation, manually or by using machines, allowing very large series production;
[0118] - the non-use of thermoplastics, which have an approximately superior to the use of cardboard, without degrading the visual appearance of the case 1, close to that of a box;
[0119] - a limited manufacturing cost, due to the exclusive use of cardboard and glue.
