Title of the invention: Case for packaging pharmaceutical and / or cosmetic articles

[0001] The invention relates to the field of packaging, and more particularly to the packaging of cosmetic or pharmaceutical articles.

[0002] Throughout the rest of this text, "article" means any article relating to the cosmetic or pharmaceutical field.

[0003] In general, such packaging can be classified into two categories.

[0004] A first category of packaging concerns cases, that is to say, boxes made from rigid materials. Such cases often take the form of a box whose interior is generally partitioned in such a way as to accommodate objects of various sizes and shapes.

[0005] Such boxes often consist of a lid and a base, the lid being either hinged to the base or free-standing and fitting onto the base when the box is closed. Such boxes are often reserved for packaging high-end products, as they enhance the presentation of these products. The economic aspect of the packaging is secondary, as the visual and tactile appeal is paramount.

1. A case (1) intended for the packaging of cosmetic or pharmacological articles, the case (1) comprising: - a parallelepiped-shaped box (2), comprising a longitudinal tubular body (10) formed of panels (14, 15, 16, 17) connected to each other, the tubular body (10) having end parts (5, 12), each with a closing means (7, 13) allowing the box (2) to be closed, the box (2) incorporating a front panel (14) articulated to an upper panel (15) by a first fold (18), the upper panel (15) being connected to a bottom panel (16), parallel to the front panel (14), by means of a second fold (19), - a first easel (3) arranged within the box (2), so as to be in contact with the upper panel (15), the first easel (3) being intended to hold said articles, the box (2) comprising a pre-cut line (L), extending from the second fold (19), until intersecting the first fold (18), then running through the front panel (14) and returning to intersecte the first fold (18) until reaching the second fold (19), the pre-cut line (L) being at all points distinct from the extreme parts (5, 12), the breaking of the pre-cut line (L) resulting in the formation of a front opening (9), and a border (29) allowing the first easel (3) to be guided in transverse sliding relative to the box (2), then stopping said sliding so as to prevent a separation of the first easel (3) from the box (2).

Case according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the front panel (14) incorporating a hanging recess (41) comprising a perimeter having a first edge (43) and a second edge (44), the first edge (43) extending from a termination (37) of the central segment (36) until it intersects a peripheral segment (35) at a connection point (46), the first edge (43) having a curved shape, the second edge (43) extending between the connection point (46) and the termination (37) of the central segment (36), along the pre-cut line (L).

A case (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pre-cut line (L) comprises a bias segment (47) extending within the upper panel (15), the bias segment (47) comprising a first extreme portion (48), coinciding with the first fold (18), and a second extreme portion (49) distinct from the first fold (18), the distance along the longitudinal axis between the middle of the first fold (18) and the first extreme portion (48) is greater than the distance along the longitudinal axis between the middle of the first fold (18) and the second extreme portion (49).

A case according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pre-cut line (L) comprises an oblique segment (50) comprising a first extreme end (51) coinciding with the second fold (19), and a second extreme end (52) distinct from the second fold (19), the distance along the longitudinal axis between the middle of the second fold (19) and the second extreme end (52) is less than the distance between the longitudinal axis and the first extreme end (51).

Case according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a lower panel (17) and a fastening strip (171), the lower panel (16) being connected to the bottom panel (17) via a third fold (20), the fastening strip (171) being connected to the bottom panel (17) via a fourth fold (172).

Case according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the front panel (14) incorporates a free edge (53), parallel and opposite to the first fold (18), the front panel (14) comprising an inner face inside the box (2), opposite the bottom panel (16), the fixing strip (171) being secured to the inner face by a bonding zone, formed between the edge (53) and the pre-cut line (L).
