Abstract

Rail fixing stop comprising: - between 10% and 99.8% of recycled stops, - between 0.1% and 15% of at least one impact additive, - between 0.1% and 2% of at least one colorant, by weight, relative to the total weight of the rail fixing stop. Method for manufacturing the stop and installation for implementing the method.

10. Method of manufacturing a rail fixing stop according to one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the following steps: - mixing the recycled stops, with at least one impact additive and at least one colorant, and - molding the stops by injection of the mixture.

11. Method according to claim 10, characterized in that the mixture is obtained by granulation of the recycled stops according to one of claims 6 to 8 in the presence of at least one impact additive and at least one colorant.

Installation for implementing the method which is the subject of one of claims 10 to 11, characterized in that it comprises: - a means for recycling the used stops, - a means for mixing the recycled stops with at least one impact additive and at least one colorant, - a means for injection molding said mixture.

Installation according to claim 12, characterized in that the means for recycling the used stops comprises: - possibly a means for sorting the recovered used stops according to their color and / or their geometry, - a means for washing the sorted used stops, - possibly a means for drying the washed stops, - possibly a means for shredding the sorted used stops, - a means for grinding the possibly shredded used stops, and - possibly a means for separating the fines, - possibly a means for washing the crushed materials - possibly a means for drying the washed crushed materials.
