Description

Title of the invention: Multi-phase cleaning composition SCOPE OF DISCLOSURE

[0001] The present disclosure relates to multi-phase cleaning compositions comprising a hydrophobic polymer resulting from a reaction product of a natural or food-derived oil and a methacrylate or acrylate polymer. Methods of preparing and using the multi-phase cleaning compositions are also described. CONTEXT

[0002] Personal cleansing products have traditionally been marketed in various forms such as bars of soap, creams, lotions, and gels. These cleansing products seek to meet several criteria to be acceptable to consumers. For example, a cleansing product must have good cleansing properties, be easy to apply, and be gentle on the skin while preferably providing moisture. Ideal personal cleansers should gently cleanse the skin or hair, cause little or no irritation, and not leave the skin or hair excessively dry after frequent use.

[0003] Consumers routinely cleanse the skin and hair using a single type of composition intended to remove dirt, oil, and makeup. However, it is difficult to remove all types of debris from the skin and hair with a single product because many products do not adequately remove oily materials and water-soluble materials simultaneously. Therefore, consumers sometimes engage in “double cleansing” to remove all types of unwanted debris from the skin and hair. Double cleansing involves initially cleansing the skin with an oil-based cleanser to solubilize oils, sunscreen, and other lipophilic materials on the skin, including makeup. A water-based cleanser is then employed to remove dirt, sweat, and salts. The theory is that washing with an oil-based cleanser, followed by a water-based cleanser, will completely remove all types of substances on the skin and thus provide a complete cleanse.

[0004] Compositions having both aqueous and fatty phases have been formulated as emulsions. Common cleansing emulsions may be water-based, with an oil phase suspended as droplets throughout an aqueous phase. Unlike moisturizers, which tend to have a thicker, creamier consistency, emulsions may be thin, fluid, and often have a milky appearance. Cleansing emulsions attempt to simultaneously provide the cleansing properties of both the aqueous phase and the oil phase. However, to ensure the stability of emulsions, it is necessary to use emulsifiers, which form an interface between the oil droplets and the aqueous phase that suspends the oil droplets throughout the aqueous phase. Such compositions also often include cleansing surfactants, which tend to unnecessarily dry the skin. Therefore, it would be beneficial to have a single cleansing product containing multiple phases, such as an aqueous phase and one or more oil phases, that effectively cleanses the skin and hair without the need for emulsifiers or cleansing surfactants. DISCLOSURE SUMMARY

[0005] Multi-phase cleansing compositions useful for cleansing skin and hair are described. When agitated, the multi-phase cleansing composition forms a single application phase, but when allowed to stand, the composition rapidly separates into at least two visibly distinct phases, at least one oil phase and one water phase. The multi-phase cleansing composition provides an aesthetically attractive and useful cleansing composition that is highly effective for cleansing skin and hair. The composition is particularly useful for removing makeup, pollution, or debris in a single treatment. The oil phase solubilizes and helps remove fatty matter from the skin and hair, such as oils, sebum, and lipophilic cosmetic ingredients. The aqueous phase, on the other hand, solubilizes and removes salts and water-soluble matter, provides hydration, and helps remove makeup or other debris from the skin and hair when rinsing the cleansing composition from the skin or hair.

[0006] The multi-phase cleaning composition includes: i. an oily phase comprising: a. a hydrophobic polymer formed as a reaction product of a natural or food-derived oil and a methacrylate or acrylate polymer; b. one or more solvents capable of solubilizing the reaction product of (i)(a); ii. an aqueous phase comprising:

[0007] (ii)(a) water.

[0008] The hydrophobic polymer is a reaction product of a natural or food-derived oil and an acrylate or methacrylate polymer. In other embodiments, the hydrophobic polymer is a reaction product of a natural or food-derived oil and a methacrylate polymer. The natural or food-derived oil may be a drying oil or a semi-drying oil. Non-limiting examples include linseed oil, sunflower oil, tung oil, fish oil, cottonseed oil, soybean oil, or combinations thereof. The methacrylate polymer may be formed from methacrylate monomers, for example, monomers selected from isobutyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate, n-butyl methacrylate, and combinations thereof. In a preferred embodiment, the hydrophobic polymer is formed from a natural or food-derived oil and an isobutyl methacrylate polymer and may preferably be an isobutyl methacrylate polymer.

[0009] In various embodiments, the hydrophobic polymer is the reaction product of about 50 to about 85 parts by weight of the natural or food-derived oil and about 15 to about 50 parts by weight of the methacrylate or acrylate polymer. More specifically, the hydrophobic polymer may be the reaction product of about 72 to about 77 parts by weight of the natural or food-derived oil and about 23 to about 28 parts by weight of a methacrylate polymer. For example, the hydrophobic polymer may be the reaction product of linseed oil and poly(isobutyl methacrylate) in a suitable solvent, such as, for example, 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate. Preferably, the reaction product is about 72 to about 77% linseed oil and about 23 to about 28% isobutyl methacrylate polymer in a suitable solvent, such as 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate.

[0010] One or more solvents capable of solubilizing the hydrophobic polymer of (i) (a) are used to solubilize the hydrophobic polymer. A single solvent may be used or a combination of solvents, wherein the combination of solvents is capable of solubilizing the hydrophobic polymer. In various embodiments, the one or more solvents capable of solubilizing the reaction product of (a) have a dispersion component (D), a polar component (P), a hydrogen bonding component (H), and a distance (Ra) per Hansen solubility parameter of less than or equal to 13.4 MPa0'5, wherein the distance (Ra) is defined by formula (I):

[0011] CT"“ *2 (I) LJ Ra = ^D-Di) +(PP{)

[0012] in which • Di is 16.8 MPa0'5, • Pr is 4.8 MPa0'5, and • Hi is 13.0 MPa0'5.

[0013] Non-limiting examples of solvents capable of solubilizing the hydrophobic polymer of (i)(a) include polycitronellol acetate, caprylic / capric triglyceride, isododecane, isohexadecane, tetradecane, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl alcohol, octyldodecanol, ethanol, phenoxyethanol, castor oil, and mixtures thereof. Polycitronellol acetate is particularly useful.

[0014] The aqueous phase of the multi-phase cleaning composition includes a significant proportion of water or may consist of water. The aqueous phase may optionally include one or more water-soluble solvents, one or more electrolytes, or combinations thereof. Non-limiting examples of water-soluble solvents include C2-C6 monohydric alcohols (e.g., ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, etc.), polyols (polyhydric alcohols), glycols (e.g., ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, pentylene glycol, caprylyl glycol, etc.), and mixtures thereof.

[0015] Non-limiting examples of electrolytes include sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium sulfate, sodium citrate, or combinations thereof.

[0016] In various embodiments, the multi-phase cleaning composition is free or essentially free of emulsifiers and surfactants. However, in other embodiments, one or more emulsifiers and surfactants may optionally be included in the multi-phase cleaning composition.

[0017] The multi-phase cleaning composition typically separates into phases shortly after mixing the multiple phases, for example, by stirring. The multi-phase cleaning composition may separate and form two distinct phases with a single interface within 15 minutes after stirring at about 25°C. In other embodiments, the multi-phase cleaning composition will visibly separate into phases, into two or more layers within about 10 minutes, 8 minutes, 5 minutes, or 2 minutes after stirring at 25°C.

[0018] The present disclosure further relates to methods of cleansing skin or hair using the multi-phase cleansing composition. For example, methods of cleansing skin or hair typically include initially agitating or mixing the multi-phase cleansing composition such that the multiple phases are temporarily combined for application to the skin or hair. When the multiple phases are temporarily combined, the composition may be referred to as a "mixed application composition." After the multiple phases are temporarily combined, e.g., by agitation, the mixed application composition may be applied to the skin or hair to penetrate and dislodge dirt, makeup, pollution, or other contaminants to be removed from the skin or hair. The multi-phase cleansing composition (the mixed application composition) is applied to the skin and hair and may be removed by wiping with a wipe, cloth, hand or other substrate and / or may be rinsed from the skin or hair, thereby cleansing the skin or hair.

[0019] In other embodiments, the multi-phase cleansing composition is preferably used in methods of removing makeup from skin or hair, preferably from the skin. After stirring or mixing the multi-phase cleansing composition to form a mixed application composition, the mixed application composition is applied to skin or hair on which makeup is present. The various ingredients of the multi-phase cleansing composition can penetrate, dislodge, or solubilize the makeup so that the makeup is easily wiped or rinsed from the skin or hair. [0023] [Fig.lC] Figure 1 (c) shows a comparative composition and compositions according to the invention 25 seconds after mixing.

[0024] The various aspects of the disclosure are not limited to the arrangements and instrumentality shown in the drawings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DISCLOSURE

[0025] By the term "multiphasic" or "multi-phase" as used herein, it is meant that the phases of the compositions occupy separate but visually distinct physical spaces within the package in which they are stored, but are in direct contact with each other (i.e., they are not separated by a barrier, and they are not emulsified or mixed to any significant degree). In a preferred embodiment, the "multiphasic" cleaning compositions comprise two visually distinct phases that are present within the container in the form of a visually distinct pattern. Preferably, the two visually distinct phases form a single interface with each other, i.e., the two phases separate from each other (phase separation).

[0026] Multi-phase cleaning compositions include an oil phase and an aqueous phase. The oil phase includes: a. a hydrophobic polymer formed as a reaction product of a natural or food-derived oil and a methacrylate or acrylate polymer; and b. one or more solvents capable of solubilizing the hydrophobic polymer (i) (a).

[0027] The aqueous phase primarily includes water and may be exclusively water. However, in some embodiments, the aqueous phase includes: a. water; b. one or more water-soluble solvents; and c. one or more electrolytes.

[0028] The weight ratio of the oil phase to the aqueous phase will vary. In some embodiments, however, the oil phase to the aqueous phase are in a weight ratio of about 1:3 to about 3:1. In other embodiments, the weight ratio of the oil phase to the aqueous phase is about 1:2 to about 2:1, about 1:1.5 to about 1.5:1, or about 1:1.

[0029] The multiple phases of the multi-phase cleaning composition may be temporarily mixed, for example, by stirring or mixing the phases together. However, the multi-phase cleaning composition does not remain mixed and will eventually separate into phases. The multi-phase composition is generally mixed or stirred immediately before use to temporarily mix the multiple phases together. The temporarily mixed multi-phase composition may be referred to as an "application composition" because the mixture is used for application to the skin or hair.

[0030] After mixing the multiple phases together, the mixture (the application composition) will eventually phase separate, preferably into two or more visually distinct phases. For example, two visually distinct phases may form by having a single interface. In some embodiments, the multi-phase cleaning composition will phase separate within about 15 minutes at rest after hand agitation, at a temperature of about 25°C. In other embodiments, the multi-phase cleaning composition will phase separate, after mixing the multi-phase composition by hand agitation, within about 12 minutes, within about 10 minutes, within about 8 minutes, within about 5 minutes, within about 3 minutes, or within about 1 minute. In other embodiments, it may be preferable for the multi-phase cleaning composition to take longer to phase separate. For example, the multi-phase cleaning composition may phase separate in about 1 minute to about 8 hours upon standing after hand agitation. In other embodiments, the multi-phase cleaning composition may phase separate in about 5 minutes to about 8 hours, in about 10 minutes to about 8 hours, in about 30 minutes to about 8 hours, in about 1 hour to about 8 hours, in about 2 hours to about 8 hours, or in about 4 hours to about 8 hours. a. Preferably, the reaction product is a product sold under the trademark MYCELX® from MYCELX Technologies Corporation of Gainesville, Georgia. See U.S. Patent No. 5,698,139 for a description of MYCELX materials.

[0032] The hydrophobic polymer is composed of an oil component and a polymer component, typically reacted in a solvent. In a preferred embodiment, the hydrophobic polymer is a reaction product of linseed oil and poly(isobutyl methacrylate) in a solvent such as 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate as a solvent. The oil component is derived from glycerin and carboxylic acids, such as linseed fatty acid to form monoglycerides, diglycerides and triglycerides. The oil component is preferably of plant or natural origin. Vegetable oils are obtained by cold pressing the seeds of a plant to obtain the oil they contain.Among the vegetable oils, drying oils such as linseed oil and tung oil, semi-drying oils such as soybean oil and cottonseed oil, and non-drying oils such as coconut oil can be used as the oil component. The oil component typically forms about 72% to 77%, or most preferably 74.62%, of the hydrophobic polymer (e.g., linseed oil / isobutyl methacrylate).

[0033] The polymer component may be derived from α- and β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds. The polymer component is the resulting product of a monomer that is an ester of acrylic acid, crotonic acid, isocrotonic acid, methacrylic acid, sorbic acid, cinnamic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, and methylmethacrylic acid. [0034] Preferably, the polymer is poly(isobutyl methacrylate). In particular, the percentage of polymer may be from about 23% to about 28%, or about 25.28%, of the hydrophobic polymer, e.g., poly(linseed oil / isobutyl methacrylate). The hydrophobic polymer is a reaction product typically formed in a liquid solvent capable of dissolving or diluting the polymer component (poly(oil / polymer)) and the hydrophobic polymer. The solvent or diluent should generally include any liquid or mixture of liquids capable of dissolving or diluting a hydrophobic polymer product. The solvent / diluent can control the evaporation, desired flow, and coalescence of the hydrophobic polymer. The solvent can be, for example, an aliphatic hydrocarbon, an aromatic hydrocarbon, alcohols, ketones, ethers, aldehydes, phenols, carboxylic acids, carboxylates, synthetic chemicals, and natural substances. Preferably, the solvent is 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate. The hydrophobic polymers according to the present disclosure and methods for making them are described, for example, in U.S. Patent Nos. 5,437,793, 5,698,139, 5,837,146, 5,961,823, 6,180,010, 6,475,393 and 6,805,727. The preferred hydrophobic polymer may be referred to as poly(linseed oil / isobutyl methacrylate).

[0035] The amount of hydrophobic polymer in the oil phase will vary. However, the total amount of hydrophobic polymer is typically about 0.01 to about 4% by weight, based on the total weight of the oil phase. In another embodiment, the total amount of the hydrophobic polymer is about 0.01 to about 3 wt.%, about 0.01 to about 2.5 wt.%, about 0.01 to about 2 wt.%, about 0.01 to about 1.8 wt.%, about 0.01 to about 1.5 wt.%, about 0.01 to about 1.2 wt.%, about 0.01 to about 1 wt.%, about 0.01 to about 0.8 wt.%, about 0.01 to about 0.5 wt.%, about 0.02 to about 4 wt.%, about 0.02 to about 3 wt.%, about 0.02 to about 2.5 wt.%, about 0.02 to about 2 wt.%, about 0.02 to about 1.8 wt.%, about 0.02 to about 1.5 wt.% weight, about 0.02 to about 1.2% by weight, about 0.02 to about 1% by weight, about 0.02 to about 0.8% by weight, about 0.02 to about 0.5% by weight, about 0.05 to about 4% by weight, about 0.05 to about 3% by weight, about 0.05 to about 2.5% by weight, about 0.05 to about 2% by weight, about 0.05 to about 1.8% by weight, about 0.05 to about 1.5% by weight, about 0.05 to about 1.2% by weight, about 0.05 to about 1% by weight, about 0.05 to about 0.8% by weight, about 0.05 to about 0.5% by weight, based on the total weight of the oil phase.

Surfactants

[0085] The multi-phase cleaning compositions may optionally include one or more surfactants. However, as mentioned above, surfactants are not required, and the multi-phase cleaning compositions may be free or essentially free of surfactants. On the one hand, in some cases, it may be beneficial to incorporate one or more surfactants. The one or more surfactants may be selected from anionic surfactants, non-ionic surfactants, amphoteric (zwitterionic) surfactants, and cationic surfactants. In addition, the multi-phase cleaning compositions may include one or more biosurfactants.

[0086] For the purposes of this disclosure, the term "surfactant" includes emulsifiers and detergents and encompasses co-surfactants. Surfactants, or surface-active agents, are compounds that reduce the surface tension between two liquids or between a liquid and a solid. Surfactants are amphiphilic, meaning they contain hydrophilic (water-loving) head groups and hydrophobic (water-hating or oil-loving) tails. Surfactants adsorb at the interface between oil and water, thereby decreasing the surface tension.

[0087] For the purposes of the present disclosure, an “emulsifier” is a surfactant that stabilizes compositions. Emulsifiers coat droplets within a dispersion and prevent them from clumping together or coalescing. An “emulsion” is a mixture of two or more liquids, with or without an emulsifier, that are normally immiscible. One of the liquids, the “dispersed phase,” forms droplets in the other liquid, the “continuous phase.” A “detergent” is a surfactant that has cleaning properties in dilute solutions and is typically anionic. A “dispersion” according to the The present disclosure is an emulsion having the oil phase (lipophilic phase) in droplets having an average diameter of about 10 nm to about 2 pm.

[0088] The multi-phase cleaning compositions of the present disclosure typically have a homogeneous aqueous phase and a homogeneous oil phase. The aqueous phase may solubilize / dissolve components of the aqueous phase, and the oil phase may solubilize / dissolve components of the oil phase. In other embodiments, however, the aqueous phase or the oil phase may be in the form of emulsions such that the aqueous phase includes oily droplets or insoluble particles dispersed throughout the aqueous phase and / or the oil phase may have aqueous droplets or insoluble particles dispersed throughout the oil phase.Although the oil droplets are dispersed throughout the aqueous phase, the aqueous phase is immiscible with the oil phase, i.e., the multiphase composition still separates the phases into an aqueous phase and an oil phase, but the aqueous phase contains oil droplets or insoluble particles dispersed therein.

[0089] The surfactants are characterized as anionic, cationic, amphoteric (zwitterionic), or nonionic. In various embodiments, the multi-phase cleaning composition includes one or more surfactants, e.g., one or more surfactants selected from anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, amphoteric (zwitterionic) surfactants, cationic surfactants, or mixtures thereof. For example, the aqueous phase may include one or more anionic surfactants, one or more amphoteric surfactants, one or more nonionic surfactants, or combinations thereof. The inclusion of one or more anionic surfactants may be useful in the aqueous phase for their cleaning and foaming properties. Therefore, in some embodiments, the aqueous phase includes one or more anionic surfactants. Anionic surfactants

[0090] Popular anionic surfactants known for their good detergent and foaming properties include sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium laureth ether sulfate. Sulfate-based surfactants may optionally be included. In other embodiments, it is preferred that the multi-phase cleaning composition be free or essentially free of sulfate-based surfactants. In some cases, it may be useful to include a milder non-sulfate anionic surfactant, such as one or more anionic surfactants selected from alkyl sulfonates, alkyl sulfosuccinates, alkyl sulfoacetates, acyl isethionates, alkoxylated monobasic acids, acyl amino acids such as acyl taurates, acyl glycinates, acyl glutamates, acyl sarcosinates, salts thereof, or mixtures thereof. a. EXAMPLES

[0180] An implementation of the present disclosure is provided by means of the following examples. These examples serve to illustrate the technology without being limiting in nature. Example 1 Compositions

[0181] Compositions according to the invention A to C and Comparative Composition D were prepared as described below and a commercial reference multi-phase cleaning composition (E) was obtained.

[0183] 1 Reaction product of linseed oil and isobutyl methacrylate polymer

[0184] * The commercial reference product reports the following list of ingredients: Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Isohexadecane, Sodium Chloride, Poloxamer 184, Hexylene Glycol, Dipotassium Phosphate, Benzyl Alcohol, Potassium Phosphate, Quaternion-15, Benzalkonium Chloride, Fragrance, Citronellol, Geraniol.

[0185] The compositions, with the exception of the commercial reference product (E), were prepared by combining water, glycerin, and salt to form an aqueous phase. Separately, Mycelx®, caprylic / capric triglyceride, and isopropyl myristate were combined to form a first oil phase. MycelX® dissolves in the first oil phase. The first oil phase is then combined with isododecane to form a second oil phase. MycelX® has low solubility in isododecane alone (< 5%), but when combined in a first oil phase and then combined with isododecane, MycelX® remains solubilized in the second oil phase. The second oil phase and the aqueous phase are then combined to form final compositions.

[0186] The final compositions were transferred into clear vials for observation. The vials were shaken vigorously for 10 seconds to form temporary emulsions having an opaque appearance. After shaking, the compositions were monitored to determine how quickly they phase separated and formed a thin interface border between the aqueous and oil phases. The time to phase separation (time to interface formation) is shown in the table above. Snapshots of the compositions and the progress toward phase separation are shown in Figure 1(a) (immediately after shaking), Figure 1(b) (15 seconds after shaking), and Figure 1(c) (25 seconds after shaking).

[0187] As used herein, the terms "comprising," "having," and "including" are used in their broad and non-limiting sense.

[0188] The terms "a," "an," "the," and "the" are understood to encompass both the plural and the singular. Thus, the expression "a mixture thereof" also relates to "mixtures thereof." Throughout the disclosure, the expression "a mixture thereof" is used, after a list of elements as shown in the following example where the letters A through F represent the elements: "one or more elements selected from the group consisting of A, B, C, D, E, F, and a mixture thereof." The expression "a mixture thereof" does not require that the mixture include all of A, B, C, D, E, and F (although all of A, B, C, D, E, and F may be included). Rather, it indicates that a mixture of two or more of A, B, C, D, E, and F may be included. In other words, it is equivalent to the formulation "one or more elements selected from the group consisting of A, B, C, D, E, F, and a mixture of two or more of A, B, C, D, E and F".

[0189] Similarly, the expression "a salt thereof" also relates to "their salts". Thus, when the disclosure refers to "a member selected from the group consisting of A, B, C, D, E, F, a salt thereof, and a mixture thereof", it indicates that one or more of A, B, C, D and F may be included, one or more of a salt of A, a salt of B, a salt of C, a salt of D, a salt of E and a salt of F may be included, or a mixture of any two of A, B, C, D, E, F, a salt of A, a salt of B, a salt of C, a salt of D, a salt of E and a salt of F may be included.

[0190] Salts referred to throughout the disclosure may include salts having a counterion such as an alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, or ammonium counterion. This list of counterions, however, is not limiting. Suitable counterions for the components described herein are known in the art.

[0191] The expression “one or more” means “at least one” and therefore includes individual components as well as mixtures / combinations.

[0192] The term “plurality” means “more than one” or “two or more”.

[0193] The term "transparent" with respect to a transparent composition indicates that the composition has a transmittance of at least 80% at a wavelength of 600 nm, measured, for example, using a Lambda 40 UV-visible spectrometer. The compositions may have, for example, a transmittance of at least 80%, at least 90%, or at least 95% at a wavelength of 600 nm, measured, for example, using a Lambda 40 UV-visible spectrometer. The term "clear" is interchangeable with the term "transparent" for the purposes of this disclosure.

[0194] The term "translucent" in relation to a translucent composition indicates that the composition has a transmittance of at least 50% at a wavelength of 600 nm, measured for example using a Lambda 40 UV-visible spectrometer.

[0195] Except in the working examples, or if otherwise indicated, all quantities expressing amounts of ingredients and / or reaction conditions may be modified in all cases by the term "about", meaning to within + / - 5% of the number indicated. Thus, for a range of "about 1 to about 10% by weight", the lower amount of "about 1% by weight" may be up to 0.95% by weight, which is 5% less than 1% by weight. The upper amount of "about 10% by weight" may be up to 10.5% by weight, which is 5% more than 10% by weight, i.e., a range of "0.95% by weight to 10.5% by weight".

[0196] All percentages, parts and ratios herein are based on the total weight of the compositions of the present invention, unless otherwise indicated.

[0197] Some of the various categories of components identified may overlap. In such cases where an overlap may exist and the composition includes both components (or the composition includes more than two overlapping components), an overlapping compound does not represent more than one component. For example, some compounds may be considered both an oily solvent and a surfactant. If a particular composition includes both an oily solvent and a surfactant, a single compound will serve solely as the oily solvent or solely as the surfactant (the single compound does not simultaneously serve as both the oily solvent and the surfactant).

[0198] As used herein, all ranges provided are intended to include each specific range within the given ranges, as well as each combination of subranges therein. Thus, a range of 1 to 5 specifically includes 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, as well as subranges such as 2 to 5, 3 to 5, 2 to 3, 2 to 4, 1 to 4, etc. All ranges and values disclosed herein are inclusive and combinable. For example, any value or point described herein that falls within a range described herein may serve as a minimum or maximum value to infer a subrange, etc.
