[0002] The present invention relates to the production of a refined metal tomb, made of metal plates (3), simple to implement and completely planted, allowing self-regulation of the plants according to the varieties chosen. • General observation#
[0003] To overcome the gloom of cemeteries, cold, dull, very mineral and devoid of natural vegetation, it seemed obvious to us to be able to offer an alternative to funeral monuments most often made of granite, stone or marble.
[0004] In a context of global warming, this tradition of stone monuments imposes mineral masses in cemeteries. The necessary, tedious maintenance often ends with fictitious flowers replacing the abandoned potted flowers.
[0005] Due to their large surface area, cemeteries can nevertheless become sustainable green spaces.
[0006] The contribution of dense vegetation to a cemetery helps to meet the growing demand for a more pronounced relationship with nature, and contributes to the desire to refresh urban spaces. • General description of the invention#
[0007] The present invention makes it possible to propose an alternative to the traditional tombstone type funerary monument made of granite, stone or marble. This simple system - due to its assembly - provides an easy and effective technical solution which requires little maintenance.
[0008] This is a tomb which consists of a metal frame in corten steel with a height of between 15cm and 40cm and forming a rectangle [Fig.l].
[0009] This metal frame is made of four corten steel plates with a thickness of between 0.1 and 0.7 cm (3).
[0010] This frame (3) is sized to be 5 to 30 cm larger than the slab (2) closing the vault (1) and assembled by welds (5) allowing simplified and optimized implementation.
[0011] A fold (6) of 0.5cm to 3cm on the upper part of the plates, folded over the inside of the frame, helps to reduce the sharp appearance of the metal [Fig.l].
[0012] A metal bottom (4) made of corten steel is positioned and welded onto the lower quarter of the frame [Fig.2].
[0013] This is punctually pierced (7) on its periphery to allow excess water to drain away [Fig.2].
[0014] The corten steel assembly is then positioned on the slab (2) of the vault (1).
[0015] No fixing element is necessary, the bottom (4) rests directly on the slab (2) and the frame (3) are positioned on the outer periphery of the slab (2), directly on the ground. This frees up a space between the vault slab and the frame to allow excess water to drain away [Fig.5].
[0016] Once in position it is easy to fill the grave which in itself forms a funerary monument. First with a drainage bed (A) then with topsoil (B) and finally with vegetation (C) - preferably local - allowing minimal maintenance.
[0017] This solution allows for the creation of largely planted graves, with a refined aesthetic, and which will require little maintenance throughout the year depending on the species planted. It will be admitted that the metal plates forming the frame (3) can vary in height depending on the plants chosen, however a standard height will be 25 cm.
[0018] To embellish the tomb and personalize it further, engraving solutions, such as epitaphs (10) can be made by extrusion around the edge of the frame [Fig.4],
[0019] A stele (8) in corten steel can be welded onto the inside of the frame and engraved with lettering forming the name of the deceased and the dates also in extrusion [Fig.4] and [Fig.7], • Brief description of the drawings#

1. Landscaped metal grave device characterized by a corten steel metal frame with a height of between 15cm and 40cm, made of four corten steel plates (3) with a thickness of between 0.1cm and 0.7cm, and suitable for the slab (2) of a vault (1) or for a full-earth burial (9).

Landscaped metal tomb device, according to claim 1, characterized in that the frame is sized to be 5 to 30 cm larger than the slab (2) of the vault (1) and assembled by welds (5), said device comprising: • a) A fold (6) on the plates in the upper part of between 0.5 and 3 cm, folded over the inside of the frame.

Landscaped metal grave device, according to one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that the frame has: • a) A metal bottom (4) made of corten steel, positioned and welded on the lower quarter of the frame (3), this bottom is punctually pierced (7) on the edges to allow excess water to drain away, the bottom (4) rests on the slab (2) of the vault (1) without fixing, and the frame (3) rests on the outer periphery of the slab (2) directly on the ground, freeing up a space for the evacuation of excess water between the frame (3) and the slab (2) of the vault (1).
4. Landscaped metal grave device, according to claim 1, characterized by a specific installation for full-earth burials (9) which is limited to the frame (3) formed from corten steel plates and placed directly on the ground.
5. Landscaped metal grave device, according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the frame (3) is filled with a first drainage bed (A), supplemented with topsoil (B) then planted with vegetation (C).
6. Landscaped metal grave device, according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises an engraving (10) in extrusion on the periphery of the frame.
7. Landscaped metal tomb device, according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises a stele (8) made of corten steel with a thickness between 0.1cm and 0.7cm, and welded to the inside of the frame.
