[0001] • Technical field of the invention#

[0002] The present invention relates to the production of a refined metal tomb, made of metal plates (3), simple to implement and completely planted, allowing self-regulation of the plants according to the varieties chosen. • General observation#

[0003] To overcome the gloom of cemeteries, cold, dull, very mineral and devoid of natural vegetation, it seemed obvious to us to be able to offer an alternative to funeral monuments most often made of granite, stone or marble.

[0004] In a context of global warming, this tradition of stone monuments imposes mineral masses in cemeteries. The necessary, tedious maintenance often ends with fictitious flowers replacing the abandoned potted flowers.

[0008] This is a tomb which consists of a metal frame in corten steel with a height of between 15cm and 40cm and forming a rectangle [Fig.l].

[0009] This metal frame is made of four corten steel plates with a thickness of between 0.1 and 0.7 cm (3).

[0010] This frame (3) is sized to be 5 to 30 cm larger than the slab (2) closing the vault (1) and assembled by welds (5) allowing simplified and optimized implementation.

It will be admitted that the metal plates forming the frame (3) can vary in height depending on the plants chosen, however a standard height will be 25 cm.

1. Landscaped metal grave device characterized by a corten steel metal frame with a height of between 15cm and 40cm, made of four corten steel plates (3) with a thickness of between 0.1cm and 0.7cm, and suitable for the slab (2) of a vault (1) or for a full-earth burial (9).

Landscaped metal tomb device, according to claim 1, characterized in that the frame is sized to be 5 to 30 cm larger than the slab (2) of the vault (1) and assembled by welds (5), said device comprising: • a) A fold (6) on the plates in the upper part of between 0.5 and 3 cm, folded over the inside of the frame.

Landscaped metal grave device, according to one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that the frame has: • a) A metal bottom (4) made of corten steel, positioned and welded on the lower quarter of the frame (3), this bottom is punctually pierced (7) on the edges to allow excess water to drain away, the bottom (4) rests on the slab (2) of the vault (1) without fixing, and the frame (3) rests on the outer periphery of the slab (2) directly on the ground, freeing up a space for the evacuation of excess water between the frame (3) and the slab (2) of the vault (1).

4. Landscaped metal grave device, according to claim 1, characterized by a specific installation for full-earth burials (9) which is limited to the frame (3) formed from corten steel plates and placed directly on the ground.

5. Landscaped metal grave device, according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the frame (3) is filled with a first drainage bed (A), supplemented with topsoil (B) then planted with vegetation (C).

6. Landscaped metal grave device, according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises an engraving (10) in extrusion on the periphery of the frame.

7. Landscaped metal tomb device, according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it comprises a stele (8) made of corten steel with a thickness between 0.1cm and 0.7cm, and welded to the inside of the frame.
