Description

Title of the invention: Process for producing coffee and coffee substitute from plants with properties useful in the treatment of pneumonia, using human fecal matter.

[0001] The present invention relates to a method of using human excrement, or products containing human excrement or extracts of human excrement, in any form whatsoever, alone or in dilution or in a mixture with other products, for example in waste water containing human stools or in domestic grey water containing human stools even in small quantities, or in kitchen scraps containing human excrement even in small quantities, in any form whatsoever and at any stage of production whatsoever, to provide coffee from any plants of the genus Coffea and the coffee substitute from the beans of the species Polyalthia Longifolia with properties useful for the treatment of human and animal pneumonias.

[0002] And

[0003] All coffees from plants of the genus Coffea and coffee substitutes of the species Polyalthia Longifolia obtained by this cultivation process and by a method of extraction by hot or cold infusion of the whole roasted, unground bean.

[0004] Method:

[0005] There are coffees that use the excrement of certain animals to acquire specific aromas:

[0006] Coati coffee is a coffee harvested from the droppings of Nasua Nasua, a species of small mammals from South America.

[0007] Black Ivory is a coffee harvested from Thai elephant dung.

[0008] Kopi Luwak is a coffee harvested from the excrement of an Asian civet, the Luwak.

[0009] There are also methods for inoculating effective microorganisms from animal digestive secretions into coffee beans to give them a specific aroma:

[0010] Patent WO2018182389 shows an alternative which aims to create an inoculum of enteric bacteria from Luwak to give character to a coffee.

[0011] No invention of the prior art proposes the use of human excrement, or products containing human excrement or extracts of human excrement in order to give coffees from the beans of any plants of the genus Coffea or coffee substitutes from the beans of Polyalthia Longifolia useful properties for the treatment of human and animal pneumonias.

[0012] The present invention uses human excrement, or products containing human excrement or extracts of human excrement alone, or diluted or mixed, in any form whatsoever, in particular in liquid solution such as waste water from human toilets or domestic grey water containing even a small quantity of human excrement, or leachates from kitchen waste, containing even a small quantity of human excrement.

[0013] Human excrement, or products containing human excrement or extracts of human excrement are sanitized by any process making them suitable for use in the cultivation of plants of the genus Coffea or plants of the species Polyalthia Longifolia, in compliance with the various standards and regulations in force in the various places of cultivation.

[0014] Once the sanitary quality required for use in agriculture and food has been achieved, human excrement, or products containing human excrement or extracts of human excrement are used and included in the production process at any stage, from germination to the production of finished products, with the aim of giving coffee and coffee substitutes useful properties for the treatment of pneumonia.

[0015] All effective means are used for the encounter between human excrement or extracts of human excrement and the fruits of Coffea and Polyalthia Longifolia, in particular by spreading waste water / sludge / compost containing or having contained human excrement on the land of plantations of all plants of the genus Coffea, and of the species Polyalthia Longifolia.

Claims

Claims
